Hieew my name is mohammed fahad.k i m using lenovo a6000 which was purchased on 20/06/2015 around 6pm the mobile is in problem from past 15days i have vistited the showroom regardng this problem the showroom name is commexxions advance systems &comminucations #13 partosh complex rt nagar main road bangalore 560032 thy had reset my handset n giv when i told my problem n after 2 days there was same problem which was dramatically slow i went agin to the showroom on 2/09/2015 they gave me service center number iof malleshwaram as follows below ABSOLUTE CARE #135/2, 1ST FLOOR GHATTES PLAZA 11TH CROSS SAMPIGE ROAD MALLESHWARAM BANGALORE 560033 I HAVE calleed them but they have not responded to my call in this regard i would lik e to inform u tht my mob is nt yt 3mnths old but there are many problem in this mobile the ear phone is not belonged to the lenovo company the sound bass is utter worst neccessry action should b taken soon IF not this matter will be taken to the higher authority regards : mohammed fahad.k contact number : [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com

We are glad to inform you that we have received the payment of INR 1998/-. Your goodies will be dispatched to your registered postal address within 21 working days. The 2 year extended warranty certificate will be mailed to your registered e-mail ID within14 working days. Kindly confirm your complete postal address to dispatch your goodies. Ticket no-32721 I have purchased a lenovo laptop of 50-70 series on 17/06/2015 from Chandigarh. It was an offer of 1TB hard disk which is not received yet.When i call to he BTC no it always on busy mode, any officer of lenovo can check if exist.I have mailed and call a no of times.Now i think this is totally fraud and no appointed person is working and every person is taking free payment.If you can not provide any suitable service please close this product.I in future will not purchase any product of lenovo and i request to all the persons that not to purchase any lenovo product.Your BTC department is fully fraud, imaging talk is that also not receiving any phone call.Am fully unsatisfied.unsatisfied. I will not mail to any after this and i will take any step.This is my last mail, i know after it also i shall not got any response.

        Bought Lenovo A6000 in the 3rd Flash sale of Flipkart on 28.02.15 after few days company announce lollipop update to lenovo A6000 is one their is no update of lollipop I am waiting from Jun-15. 3 Months gone and phones are updating with waste kernel with no bugs with out capability of service to customers for updation don't release notification to media. Its my humble request

          You guys have any business manners? You guys are giving 2 days for the payment against Lenovo BTC offer, whereas - your website always gives error message that invalid ticket number. - your cell phones are always busy. And do I have only these duties to ensure I create and post you and the DD should reach you in 2 days? Are you guys insane? So whom should I go and register my grievance ? You guys dont reply to emails, phone. so where should I contact.

          Thank you for taking interest. I was able to make successful transaction after changing bank details 3-4 times. But I am unsatisfied by the working way of Lenovo Program Manager Kestone IMS Pvt Ltd. So not expecting this from company like Lenovo.

            Let me introduce myself first. I am Praveen and owing Lenovo Z50-70 from last six months. I some how had problem in my LED so I visited Lenovo service center sector 12, O-91 Noida on 2nd july. After a long waiting time my LED got replaced on 27th july 2015. I just it for a day and I noticed It has a serious issue. A big line of dead pixels appears sometimes. I immediately visited service center to the very next day (29th July 2015). The service center diagnosed the issue and told me your led will be replaced again and said please come after 15 day to us. I asked them the reason why 15 days and note my complain now. They said that we wont be paid from Lenovo for this right now. Please come to me after 15 day I'll raise a fresh SO for you as you precious SO is closed. The concerned person who told me all this was Dilshad. Please look at the issue and contact service center accordingly. You customers are facing problems because of such kind of services. If you want to confirm this check customers entry registers of service center. I have all receipts and screenshots with me. I called service center yesterday and they said Sir please come on 13th I will take a photo of your issue and raise a new SO. I am attaching a photo of dead pixels line, so that you get an idea of the situation. I hope you will be responsible for solving this issue. If I did'nt receive a positive reply from your end, I'll be posting every single details to all pubic forums and social networking websites. After that I got a call from lenovo that your LED will be replaced at home. But still no action taken and status of complaint is closed. SO Number for first time [protected] SO Number for second time is [protected] I would simply appreciate and solve this issue at earliest. Its already almost 2 months and no action is taken yet.

              I had purchased a mobile S660 on 18/11/2014 at Ezone South city mall Kolkata the same is not showing Network.

              My SERVICE RECORD NO IS - SRIN[protected] dated 14/08/2015 AT HCL Kolkata in the mention the defective parts no S660rowmb & *78p6700003neucs_8G, part number-5B29A6MVXT.

              on 24/08/2015 we have received a call from Mr.Anirwan at around 5.00pm and said in the mobile liquid found in pcb so its not repairable.

              today i have collected the mobile from your service center.

              when i have submitted at that time they have not ask any things so please advice what will be the next.

              So please advice.

                I have bought a lenovo 6000 + phone from flipkart From the first week itself felt that the phone was over heating.Then in the second month the mic was not working.Subsequently given the phone to authorized service center but even after 21days (today).I have not received the phone back.Tried to contact the lenovo support over phone and series of mail with no use.I will never recommend such a horrible product and service to anybody!!!

                  I purchased Lenovo Flex 2-14 from US and then was using it in India, After about one and half months of purchase it started giving problems like it was getting shut down with out any reason that too unexpectedly. I then contacted the support center and inquired about International warranty, they confirmed me that the products service is available in India and asked to submit the laptop at service center in hyderabad. Now after keeping it for 10 days, they are calling me and telling that it can't be repaired and I have to go for third party service which is chargeable. It has not been even 1 year and the product is still in warranty. The laptop is facing motherboard issue and they want to charge me for this instead of repairing it in warranty.

                    I Manoj Sah purchased a “Lenovo A6000 Plus” mobile phone *IMEI No: [protected]* (Invoice No: # BLR_WFLD[protected] *Order Id*: *OD[protected]*)on 5th May which was delivered to me on 8th May and since then the product I received was defective and the defect was ”Display Screen Blinking”. I registered my complaint to Flip kart and they asked me to go to Lenovo service centre to get the problem fixed. Today the service centre has not only aggravated the problem but also changed the mother board without the customer’s knowledge which initially didn’t had any issue with the motherboard. They have made me run each day to their service centre saying please come today tomorrow but they haven’t been able to fix the problem yet. Instead they have replaced the mother board with some other customer’s phone. The latest slip they gave me 20.8.2015 with the *CHANGED* IMEI no was *[protected] *and listing a new defect as *“Heat Problem”.* So the service centre, sorry the illiterate service centre caused the below issues: · Changed the motherboard with some other customers phone · Could not fix Display Blinking Problem · Caused a new issue wherein the phone gets heated · Made the customer run for the whole month So, now I am totally frustrated with this and I don’t have any more patience to run each day and travel 70kms to the service centre. I need a *refund* for the defect product that was supplied to me initially or please *exchange* with a new one. Shame on you guys, this is the way you do business by cheating customers and delivering defective products and make them suffer. Also you tie ups with illiterate service centers that do not know to fix the problem but also do frauds by exchanging the phones with other customers.                       I want to draw your attention towards the problem which i am facing with my lenovo S510p model. It has been just 2 months since the 1 year warranty expired and then suddenly my laptop stopped working. I had been to the service center but they said i need to repair the product. I would also like to share with you that the product has been taken the best care from my side and there is no physical damage in the product. My friend is having the same product and has faced several issues with this particular model even when it was in warranty. It is very sad to say that a trusted brand like lenovo is providing such products that even don't work for one and a half years. I recently brought another lenovo laptop for my friend but this time i am forced to think that was my advice to him is correct. I have the invoice of my laptop and have attached it and also i can provide you with my friends product serial no. through which you can check that if this product is really worth buying for anyone because i personally think that there is some issue with this particular model.                         I've purchased a lenovo A6000 plus from ur site. The box of the phone shows Lenovo A6000 plus but the phone shows the model number as lenovo A6000 and not Lenovo A6000 plus. The company has sold lenovo A6000 in new packing of lenovo A6000 plus or what. Why does the phone shows model number as Lenovo A6000.                             I have a one year old top of the line X1 Carbon. I have 2 day onsite service. I received a call on Tuesday they are out of the part they need (motherboard) and it would take up to a week to get the part and then contact a tech to come out. I explained I am self employed and need my computer to work - no help. This is ridiculous. If it were an older computer, I could understand. I spent a lot of money for the support service and now I wasted my money.

                              I was making a complaint regarding for my desktop problem to lenovo service in warranty. the complain SO no is [protected]. created on 25/6/15 .and on behalf of this complaint your service engineer visited and he found that the problem was occurred due to Motherboard problem. after that the service engineer said to me that he order for the parts and gave me a so no.[protected] created on 1/7/15 . but till now I have no feedback from service engineer and your call centres. they said to me one thing that parts not available from last Two months. they not give me proper feed back.

                                  I bought a lenovo s660 mobile on 03/09/2014 for Rs 12000/- two months before i feel very hang and touch is not working. Then i registered a complaint on 07/07/2015 at lenova service center Thrissur dt, Kerala, India. Then after my regular enquiry they return my mobile on 24/07/2015 but no sound for mobile they said that the mobile have to change no replay till this date26.08.2015

                                    I purchased Lenovo G50-70 (YB[protected] in Feb, there was a screen issue and as the product is still under warranty I had raised a complaint and they sent an engineer (Wipro employee (Service One contract)) to replace the screen. While replacing the screen engineer broke the screen cover and when I informed about this on the same day, he said they will get the screen cover replaced. After a day when I called them to check the status, they say I broke the screen cover not their engineer. Then I again complained about this to Lenovo and the Wipro but till now I haven't received any proper response from then I have sent several emails and also called them many times but no response from them. I do not have time to follow up with this people everyday and I'm totally pissed off with Lenovo support and I request people not to buy this product as their support sucks. Instead of resolving the issues, they create new issues. I never experienced these kind of worst support ever.

                                      I am very disappoint that i had purchased LENOVO A5000 in Black color on 14-May-2015 with IMEI [protected]. My battery got swelled after some time. I had compliant at your customer care Nehru Place, Delhi regarding the handset problem and submit the same on 20-Aug-2015. You had send a mail to me on 10th of August notifing that we will recieve our gift at our postal address. Inspite of these the courier service had not send the gift on our postal address and returend it back to you. Checking the details of our courier they had mentioned the remark as "Shipment Returned due to PARTY NOT AVLBLE TRY TOMMOROW"on 12th August though you said it will be delivered to our postal address mentioned during registration time. I called you many times to notifiy you about this, but one your lady employee didn't gave a proper response to me. You have already debited the amount of 499/- from my account. Its my humble request to please make a note of this complain and resend me the gift on my postal address which is mentioned below the email. And i am even sending you the copy of tracking of my product gift. Please do take a note of it.
