I want to draw your attention towards the problem which i am facing with my lenovo S510p model. It has been just 2 months since the 1 year warranty expired and then suddenly my laptop stopped working. I had been to the service center but they said i need to repair the product. I would also like to share with you that the product has been taken the best care from my side and there is no physical damage in the product. My friend is having the same product and has faced several issues with this particular model even when it was in warranty. It is very sad to say that a trusted brand like lenovo is providing such products that even don't work for one and a half years. I recently brought another lenovo laptop for my friend but this time i am forced to think that was my advice to him is correct. I have the invoice of my laptop and have attached it and also i can provide you with my friends product serial no. through which you can check that if this product is really worth buying for anyone because i personally think that there is some issue with this particular model. I therefore request you to kindly look into this matter because i really trust lenovo products and hope to get the best service from your side. Thank you Govind Dujari Ph:-[protected]

    I've purchased a lenovo A6000 plus from ur site. The box of the phone shows Lenovo A6000 plus but the phone shows the model number as lenovo A6000 and not Lenovo A6000 plus. The company has sold lenovo A6000 in new packing of lenovo A6000 plus or what. Why does the phone shows model number as Lenovo A6000.       I have a lenovo laptope. it was asking o[censored]pdate so i update it but now its not working properly.when i play a vedio its not responding, when i slect any song and vedio its not responding and then screen goes to blue any key and button not works onley window icon show then i will restart it, it works good but when i slect some thing any aap its not resonding. plz healp me plz plz

        I have a one year old top of the line X1 Carbon. I have 2 day onsite service. I received a call on Tuesday they are out of the part they need (motherboard) and it would take up to a week to get the part and then contact a tech to come out. I explained I am self employed and need my computer to work - no help. This is ridiculous. If it were an older computer, I could understand. I spent a lot of money for the support service and now I wasted my money.

          I was making a complaint regarding for my desktop problem to lenovo service in warranty. the complain SO no is [protected]. created on 25/6/15 .and on behalf of this complaint your service engineer visited and he found that the problem was occurred due to Motherboard problem. after that the service engineer said to me that he order for the parts and gave me a so no.[protected] created on 1/7/15 . but till now I have no feedback from service engineer and your call centres. they said to me one thing that parts not available from last Two months. they not give me proper feed back.

            I have bought Lenovo Y50-70 laptop from lenovo authorized seller.I have completed my Back2College offer registration on 14th August, 2015.I have send all the necessary documents required to register for Lenovo BTC offer.But the BTC team neither replying to the mail nor picking up my phone.When I called the customer care they told me that to contact the particular department.But what should I do as they are not picking my phone.

              I bought a lenovo s660 mobile on 03/09/2014 for Rs 12000/- two months before i feel very hang and touch is not working. Then i registered a complaint on 07/07/2015 at lenova service center Thrissur dt, Kerala, India. Then after my regular enquiry they return my mobile on 24/07/2015 but no sound for mobile they said that the mobile have to change no replay till this date26.08.2015

                I purchased Lenovo G50-70 (YB[protected] in Feb, there was a screen issue and as the product is still under warranty I had raised a complaint and they sent an engineer (Wipro employee (Service One contract)) to replace the screen. While replacing the screen engineer broke the screen cover and when I informed about this on the same day, he said they will get the screen cover replaced. After a day when I called them to check the status, they say I broke the screen cover not their engineer. Then I again complained about this to Lenovo and the Wipro but till now I haven't received any proper response from then I have sent several emails and also called them many times but no response from them. I do not have time to follow up with this people everyday and I'm totally pissed off with Lenovo support and I request people not to buy this product as their support sucks. Instead of resolving the issues, they create new issues. I never experienced these kind of worst support ever.

                  I am very disappoint that i had purchased LENOVO A5000 in Black color on 14-May-2015 with IMEI [protected]. My battery got swelled after some time. I had compliant at your customer care Nehru Place, Delhi regarding the handset problem and submit the same on 20-Aug-2015. I was shocked that they said they don't have new battery at office and will take 10 days to change the battery. Is this the way LONOVO satisfied their customer. Regards, Abhishek Kumar 0-[protected]

You had send a mail to me on 10th of August notifing that we will recieve our gift at our postal address. Inspite of these the courier service had not send the gift on our postal address and returend it back to you. Checking the details of our courier they had mentioned the remark as "Shipment Returned due to PARTY NOT AVLBLE TRY TOMMOROW"on 12th August though you said it will be delivered to our postal address mentioned during registration time. I called you many times to notifiy you about this, but one your lady employee didn't gave a proper response to me. You have already debited the amount of 499/- from my account. Its my humble request to please make a note of this complain and resend me the gift on my postal address which is mentioned below the email.                       Hello, I have bought a lenovo s90 set from harsha electronics mangalore on[protected].I had taken a insurance along with the set which covers physical damages.Unfortunatlly my set display got damaged. I gave it for service at Lenovo service center.                           I had purchase LENOVO A7000 mobile phone thru flipkart on 12/07/2015, vide Order ID: OD[protected]. Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected] dtd. 12.07.2015 mobile charger not working properly I contact to lenovo customer care they adviced that I have to visit Lenovo Service Centre for that. I rush to Lenovo Service Centre TECHNOCARE E-26 1ST FLOOR, LAJPAT NGR PART-2, New Delhi for my charger problem, they had not replaced my charger, they kept my charger and told me that it will replace or repair after 15 days.

                          I don’t understand what is my fault I had purchased this mobile only one month back, this is the manufacturing defect, why I am suffering 10 days for that.

I have approached nearest authorized service center at kochi on 10th august 2015. Till date the set not replaced or complaint parts replaced within one week. I have total dissatisfaction.                               Respected Sir, We have purchased one Lenovo Laptop From Great Eastern Appliances at Kasba on July 2014, we have faced one problem in our laptop and lodged one complaint in Lenovo Service center. The complaint no. [protected]. The complaint was lodged in the month of june 2015 within warrenty period. Initially the complaint was some patches in the screen.We have requested them to send some engineer to check the laptop but nobody turned up. We also told them that we can carry the laptop to their authorised service center but that also they do not agree. After requesting 3-4 times they said some parts needed to be replaced but as the parts is not in their stock so they will send the engineer when the parts will be available. In the meantime some other problem arises in the Laptop and the laptop do not work. We also inform them that our laptop is not in working condition, they said that when the engineer will visit he will fix the problem. After 49 days they sent their engineer when the warranty period is over. Now the engineer has replaced one part but can not start the laptop and told that another part needed to be replaced to make the Laptop in working condition. Now the company told that warranty period is over so I have to pay. Sir I have lodged the complaint before one month of warranty expiary. No body came to check the Machine. Tactfuly they had eaten up the warranty period and now they ask me to pay. Now I have noticed that they had given us three years oild mc.                                 Hi, i must start with saying, "Lenovo is fraud" and pathetic service of lenovo service center. Please got hrough the details. I have just purchased a Lenovo k3 note, a month ago. It was fine for few day, suddenly the touch for specific part of screen is completely dead. Now, The service center listed on lenovo's website is this: HCL Touch, C-60, Second Floor, Sector-02, Noida, U.P- 201301 [protected], 4100358 But you know guys, Service center does not even exist's there ?? i have personally went there and checked. IF the service center is relocated, shouldn't Lenovo update this critical thing in their website's corresponding section.

                                wasting my whole day, searching for relocated location of service center, i finally found that. When i submitted the phone in their service center, again they guys are not able to tell how many expected days it will take to repair/replace the mobile?

                                havn't seen such a pathetic service from this level of a brand company .:(

                                    Hi I bought Lenovo S580 from Mobile Shop Cairo early this year and suddenly the charging Jack was not working i went to the customer service and they wanted to change all the mother board so i have to pay 800 LE although the mobile is 1600 LE I am sure it was wrongly designed as i am an Electronic Engineer i contacted the customer service and get mo feedback i am very sorry to buy your brand and it is my duty to tell all my people about the bad design and bad customer service

                                      I have a laptop problem with it's keyboard, about 19 days ago I dropped a complain at my nearest service centre ( reference / complain no -[protected]), but problem isn't resolved yet. By the Lenovo's user's manual any type of problem with under warranty products will be resolved in 3 working days, why Lenovo doesn't follow this rule in my case. When I called customer care, they told me " we already sent your keyboard at your service centre", but service centre said, " we have not get any keyboard from Lenovo". Please help me my laptop is 5 months old

                                        OD[protected] I have purchased two mobiles from flipcart one is working fine and another is getting over heated in simple use, I wish to return the defective one I have booked compliant 3-4 times but your executives are adamant and every time they reject the return request after talking of the phone and have told me ''aap ko jo karna hai karlo". I want my hard earned money back and would like to take the matter with regulatory authority for this behaviour of your company.
