Hello, I have bought a lenovo s90 set from harsha electronics mangalore on[protected].I had taken a insurance along with the set which covers physical damages.Unfortunatlly my set display got damaged. I gave it for service at Lenovo service center. The display was supposed to come in 1 week but a month is over and they are complaining of no stock. i am fed up with lenovo sevice.They are not helping customer properly. please i need help. -- Azarudeen A [protected]

This is to inform you that my gift of offer in been taken back from BARODA SUPER FRANCHISEE, BARODA having the AWB number - B24718804 and it was sent on 4th August from your company to the respective courier service. You had send a mail to me on 10th of August notifing that we will recieve our gift at our postal address. Inspite of these the courier service had not send the gift on our postal address and returend it back to you. Checking the details of our courier they had mentioned the remark as "Shipment Returned due to PARTY NOT AVLBLE TRY TOMMOROW" on 12th August though you said it will be delivered to our postal address mentioned during registration time. I called you many times to notifiy you about this, but one your lady employee didn't gave a proper response to me. You have already debited the amount of 499/- from my account. Its my humble request to please make a note of this complain and resend me the gift on my postal address which is mentioned below the email. And i am even sending you the copy of tracking of my product gift. Please do take a note of it.       I had purchase LENOVO A7000 mobile phone thru flipkart on 12/07/2015, vide Order ID: OD[protected]. Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected] dtd. 12.07.2015 mobile charger not working properly I contact to lenovo customer care they adviced that I have to visit Lenovo Service Centre for that. I rush to Lenovo Service Centre TECHNOCARE E-26 1ST FLOOR, LAJPAT NGR PART-2, New Delhi for my charger problem, they had not replaced my charger, they kept my charger and told me that it will replace or repair after 15 days.

      I don’t understand what is my fault I had purchased this mobile only one month back, this is the manufacturing defect, why I am suffering 10 days for that.

        I have purchased your lenova a536 by online on 17th july 2015. Without my fault display damaged within one month. I have approached nearest authorized service center at kochi on 10th august 2015. Till date the set not replaced or complaint parts replaced within one week. I have total dissatisfaction. For the last 14 days i cannot use the new phone. I have suffered irreparable loss by purchasing your mobile phone. Please replace a new set instead of the complaint one.. Imei- [protected].           Respected Sir, We have purchased one Lenovo Laptop From Great Eastern Appliances at Kasba on July 2014, we have faced one problem in our laptop and lodged one complaint in Lenovo Service center. The complaint no. [protected]. The complaint was lodged in the month of june 2015 within warrenty period. Initially the complaint was some patches in the screen.We have requested them to send some engineer to check the laptop but nobody turned up. We also told them that we can carry the laptop to their authorised service center but that also they do not agree. After requesting 3-4 times they said some parts needed to be replaced but as the parts is not in their stock so they will send the engineer when the parts will be available. In the meantime some other problem arises in the Laptop and the laptop do not work. We also inform them that our laptop is not in working condition, they said that when the engineer will visit he will fix the problem. After 49 days they sent their engineer when the warranty period is over. Now the engineer has replaced one part but can not start the laptop and told that another part needed to be replaced to make the Laptop in working condition. Now the company told that warranty period is over so I have to pay. Sir I have lodged the complaint before one month of warranty expiary. No body came to check the Machine. Tactfuly they had eaten up the warranty period and now they ask me to pay. Now I have noticed that they had given us three years oild mc.             Hi, i must start with saying, "Lenovo is fraud" and pathetic service of lenovo service center. Please got hrough the details. I have just purchased a Lenovo k3 note, a month ago. It was fine for few day, suddenly the touch for specific part of screen is completely dead. Now, The service center listed on lenovo's website is this: HCL Touch, C-60, Second Floor, Sector-02, Noida, U.P- 201301 [protected], 4100358 But you know guys, Service center does not even exist's there ?? i have personally went there and checked. IF the service center is relocated, shouldn't Lenovo update this critical thing in their website's corresponding section.

            wasting my whole day, searching for relocated location of service center, i finally found that. When i submitted the phone in their service center, again they guys are not able to tell how many expected days it will take to repair/replace the mobile?

            havn't seen such a pathetic service from this level of a brand company .:(

The product available 2 times till this date. but my mobile is booked under emi structure by credit card option. Still this date onwords it was in process only.                 Hi I bought Lenovo S580 from Mobile Shop Cairo early this year and suddenly the charging Jack was not working i went to the customer service and they wanted to change all the mother board so i have to pay 800 LE although the mobile is 1600 LE I am sure it was wrongly designed as i am an Electronic Engineer i contacted the customer service and get mo feedback i am very sorry to buy your brand and it is my duty to tell all my people about the bad design and bad customer service

                  I have a laptop problem with it's keyboard, about 19 days ago I dropped a complain at my nearest service centre ( reference / complain no -[protected]), but problem isn't resolved yet. By the Lenovo's user's manual any type of problem with under warranty products will be resolved in 3 working days, why Lenovo doesn't follow this rule in my case. When I called customer care, they told me " we already sent your keyboard at your service centre", but service centre said, " we have not get any keyboard from Lenovo". Please help me my laptop is 5 months old

                    OD[protected] I have purchased two mobiles from flipcart one is working fine and another is getting over heated in simple use, I wish to return the defective one I have booked compliant 3-4 times but your executives are adamant and every time they reject the return request after talking of the phone and have told me ''aap ko jo karna hai karlo". I want my hard earned money back and would like to take the matter with regulatory authority for this behaviour of your company.

                      I Have Purchased a Laptop on 15th august 2015, but the laptop has a defect in usb port, i have called to sales officer and lenovo service center again and again but no satisfactory reply received, a person from service center said that you should leave your laptop with them for at least 7-8 days thair after thay bring usb part from company, i am really frustrated from this, pls do the favour

                        Lenovo A7000 hangs manytimes now whenever i receive a call. The screen will not respond at all. neither i will be able to disconnect the call, nor hear anything. Then i always have to restart the phone.

                        Many times if i will receive a call, i will not be able to hear the voice of the caller.

                        Its irritating.
                        I Bought this phone from Flipkart, as this phone was not available in the market.

                          I bought a Lenovo G50-70 on 12 th August and i have been told by the seller that you could avail the offer of a Hard Drive of 1 TB . From last 3 days i have been trying registering myself . i dont know hat was the problem but i wasnt able to Register myself . Today when i called the customer care[protected] they told me that this offer has expired . They gave me a number[protected] saying that you could share all your problems here . But no one attends the call.

                            I have purchase Lenovo z51-70 laptop on 15th Aug 2015, They have an offer BTC till 21th Aug 2015 on Term & condition page, while on FAQ (http://lenovoservices.net/FAQ.aspx) page it says registration last date is Set 30th 2015.
                            When I have tried to contact them they told me this offer is already expired on 20th Aug. 2015, Now they are not responding me.

                            If last date was 20th Aug. 2015, then they must mention some where. but they didn't

                            I want to claim this offer for my laptop but they are refusing this one.

Network drops 5. music folder not synchronizing . so i loggeed call in lenovo ( nishat infotech asp) 05th august 2015 (call no.SRB2X[protected] & after 15days (ie.20th auguest 2015) i received repiared unit (pcb replaced as per engineers information) but it is shocked that my mobile problems are as it is & now new probelm added in the fault list that front camera not working.so i called engineer (nishant infotech) on 21st aug 2015 in the early morning & told him that we have Facing same probelm again & solve the same asap .he said send mobile again for repair to service center. that means thay given me faulty unit again to me for close the case only .. now please take this matter seriously..

                                  This is my second complaint and just want to spoil the image of lenovo company doing fraud and flipkart is going hand in hand with lenovo. Same problem occurred twice in my lenovo a6000 plus.with in 3 months screen spoiled. Touch is too bad like KG standard babies are sitting and designing and manufacturing phones. Ridiculous company and ridiculous phone. I just want my money back. I will send this message to international site too and will mark cc to lots of people. It will sppoil image of the company.

Nokia is the best ever.bad experience with this lenovo a6000 plus.. Once nokia has changed battary for all the phones when blast once. Lenovo will not be able to do such things. Frnds dont go for lenovo ever.

                                    Sir I buy lenovo a6000+ smart phone. this is the worst phone I ever seen. since I bought this phone two months ago I have faces so many problems regarding battery, touch and others. I want my money refunded because no one take responsibility regarding this.no smart phone gets functioning wrong in just two months . I want the company take the responsibility and take back all the phone from the market.

                                        I ordered for lenevo k3 note from flipcart.com under order no. OD[protected] .On the mobile box it was mentioned that earphone is a part of product .A guarantee card is also provided alongwith also mentioned the same. Now flipcart is not listening o my complaint . Please do the needful and oblige.
