I Have Purchased a Laptop on 15th august 2015, but the laptop has a defect in usb port, i have called to sales officer and lenovo service center again and again but no satisfactory reply received, a person from service center said that you should leave your laptop with them for at least 7-8 days thair after thay bring usb part from company, i am really frustrated from this, pls do the favour

Lenovo A7000 hangs manytimes now whenever i receive a call. The screen will not respond at all. neither i will be able to disconnect the call, nor hear anything. Then i always have to restart the phone.

Many times if i will receive a call, i will not be able to hear the voice of the caller.

Its irritating.
I Bought this phone from Flipkart, as this phone was not available in the market.

I bought a Lenovo G50-70 on 12 th August and i have been told by the seller that you could avail the offer of a Hard Drive of 1 TB . From last 3 days i have been trying registering myself . i dont know hat was the problem but i wasnt able to Register myself . Today when i called the customer care[protected] they told me that this offer has expired . They gave me a number[protected] saying that you could share all your problems here . But no one attends the call.

I have purchase Lenovo z51-70 laptop on 15th Aug 2015, They have an offer BTC till 21th Aug 2015 on Term & condition page, while on FAQ (http://lenovoservices.net/FAQ.aspx) page it says registration last date is Set 30th 2015.
When I have tried to contact them they told me this offer is already expired on 20th Aug. 2015, Now they are not responding me.

If last date was 20th Aug. 2015, then they must mention some where. but they didn't

I want to claim this offer for my laptop but they are refusing this one.

Hi I have purchased Lenovo A 6000 plus mobile imeiI[protected] on may16th june 2015 from flipkart. after one month i am facing the issues 1.battery draining very fast 2. heating issue which is almost 40+ degrees 3. not able do multitasking. 4. Network drops 5. music folder not synchronizing . so i loggeed call in lenovo ( nishat infotech asp) 05th august 2015 (call no.SRB2X[protected] & after 15days (ie.20th auguest 2015) i received repiared unit (pcb replaced as per engineers information) but it is shocked that my mobile problems are as it is & now new probelm added in the fault list that front camera not working.so i called engineer (nishant infotech) on 21st aug 2015 in the early morning & told him that we have Facing same probelm again & solve the same asap .he said send mobile again for repair to service center. that means thay given me faulty unit again to me for close the case only .. now please take this matter seriously..

This is my second complaint and just want to spoil the image of lenovo company doing fraud and flipkart is going hand in hand with lenovo. Same problem occurred twice in my lenovo a6000 plus.with in 3 months screen spoiled. Touch is too bad like KG standard babies are sitting and designing and manufacturing phones. Ridiculous company and ridiculous phone. I just want my money back. I will send this message to international site too and will mark cc to lots of people. It will sppoil image of the company.

Sir I buy lenovo a6000+ smart phone. this is the worst phone I ever seen. since I bought this phone two months ago I have faces so many problems regarding battery, touch and others. I want my money refunded because no one take responsibility regarding this.no smart phone gets functioning wrong in just two months . I want the company take the responsibility and take back all the phone from the market.

My mobile buy on before 15 day.mobile fault is some time display black lines no used my mobile this fault. My mobile bye an flipkat 30days replace but 3time I am complete no response no change my mobile. Mobile fault not understand the flipkat...no value of my money. Please my mobile replace r give me my money

I ordered for lenevo k3 note from flipcart.com under order no. OD[protected] .On the mobile box it was mentioned that earphone is a part of product .A guarantee card is also provided alongwith also mentioned the same. Now flipcart is not listening o my complaint . Please do the needful and oblige.

After service of mother board replacement, my Lenovo A6000 plus changed to Lenovo 6000? RAM-1GB & internal memory-8GB. I had initially complaint of not receiving calls neither make calls. After visiting service centre they just done software update and told OK.But after 5days problem again started. August month(2 months only from purchase date) my Lenovo A6000 plus got stuck and after visiting the service centre, they told they have to get mother board and told to wait 7days. After getting replaced on 4 August when i was checking I could realise that touch is not working, Soon i registered another complaint (no-9649). I (U.B.Rao) Purchased Lenovo A6000 plus vide Invoice No #BLR_WFD[protected]. Sold by WS Retail Services Pvt Ltd through Flipkart on 28.04.2015. As per Specification Rear Camera 8MP and front Camera 2MP. But as i am getting Pictures like VGA (below 1.3 MP shots) Camera picture. and vide enlarge (picture) mp breking. The Same was hadover hand over to Nearest Service Center Sri Sai Comunications Hyd. vide customer Receipt 21052 Date 31.07.2015. They had repaired and return back on 05.08.2015. As per their comments mother board is complaint it is replaced. But problem is not solved again i had given to to resolve the problem vide Sl no: 23369 13.08.2015

Hi, I had purchase Lenovo Wibe X2-AP-32G-In-Gold mobile online from flipkart in midst of May.Only after using 2 months i.e in June I was unable to switch it on, so i took it to Service Center (Allied Services-Dadar east).It was really difficult task to find out listed Service center as i was looking centers near to my home or workplace. I got few contact no listed on lenovo website & after contacting many i found contact no of Allied Services (Service Center No- B2X-001) located in Dadar east.It was like a Task to find Lenovo SC. After i went there on 27th July-2015 I came to know that Mother board is not functioning properly. I was shocked to hear this, as I bought it 2 months before. After inquiring i came to know that it could take 10-15 days to do the needful, but i agreed for the same and we did the formalities & I got Job sheet from the services center. I dint try to reach service center for more than 12 days as I was knowing that it takes around 15 days. But when i contacted Allied Service Center after 12 days, i was shocked again to hear that there are not even 1% progress & they are sitting & just waiting for the Spare parts to arrive. This is really bad that Lenovo Service Centers do not have even 1 spares parts in a spare.I saw many customers were fighting with Services Centers employee when I wen there because of same issue. I am following continuously to get my phone as soon as possible because its been almost a month now, as today is[protected]. It is really frustrating to reach out to Allied thru call, most of the time the no shows out of range & services has been temporarily discontinued.I dont see or find proper and instant resolution from Lenovo on this Lenovo has got worst service centers in India.Very slow in resolving issues.You guys do not even give spare mobile to use as you take around a month to repair.Horrible & very bad experience, whoever has the same experience will never suggest to buy Lenovo. Kindly improve your services, learn something from Nokia as far as service is concerned.

Respected Sir, I am Vikash Kumar. I purchased Lenovo A6000 mobile phone through Flipkart in Feb 2015, my mobile is getting heated whether i am using or charging it. I also submitted the phone to service center in Gurgaon for 5 days but they not resolved the issue and they behave in very cruel way, since they are local here i can not reply to them. I also contacted lenovo support center at[protected] to Mr. Shagul(senior executive over there) they are saying they can not help i will have to visit service center but employees at service center are not resolving the issue they are harassing me, they also told me that only one issue can be resolved at a time as i have three problems, heating, charger is not working and battery is getting heated and discharged in half an hour due to which my health is getting affected. I want replacement of this phone. Sir please help me.

Sir I have issues in my hinge of lenovo y 50 70 and i contacted support for service and my Order No. : [protected] SO Creation Date : 07/17/15 From 1 month i am waiting to get it repaired and they still says part is not available in India and there is no particular time in which part will come here. I just want to get it fixed soon and suggest lenovo to stop selling this laptop since they cant even provide parts for service.I have faced too much of problems coz of this lenovo support

Hello Team, This is Manmohan ([protected]), I purchased a Lenovo laptop (YBO4532653) on[protected] with 3 years of warranty (1 on time + 2 after registerig their services). From First month I am facing the issues with that machine, following are major issues: 1. Warranty still not upgraded even after following multiple times (by writing mails, making calls on customer care). 2. They supported on 2-3 complains and now they are not supporting on any issue. I purchased a Lenovo k3 note mobile on 22nd July 2015 through online sale by Flipcart. But within a week it developed audio problem and callers can't hear me out. I have to shout at the microphone of the Lenovo mob to make them hear, that too not audiable clearly, and voice seems to be coming from very very far away in a very low pitch. I am so perturbed and unable to make a call from this mobile.

I bought a Lenovo k3 note last month and within a month it has developed audio problem. The caller on mobile can't hear me . When I shout, then he hears me as if sound is coming from very far off and very less sound, heardly audible.I am shocked and perturbed at the poor performance of this mobile and having a v tough time shouting on mobile to make me audible and vice versa.
