I brought a lenovo yoga 300 last month which is not working properly, their is problem everywhere in laptop starting from touch screen, touchpad to battery .even its battery is not at all working now .its hannging plus woking without command .i m sick of it now even i pended some report to lenovo but yet their is no response .i even went to service center but they too are not able to solve my problem couse its fully defective, their is problem everywhere in it.

    I bought lenovo k3 note via flipkart, after one week in night saw mobile battery level is 60% in next day morning i took mobile check got in switched off condition.then i removed battery fixed once then power on but cannot powered & got fully dead

      I bought mobile lenovo k3 note in flipkart . After 1 week i saw mobile @ night battery is 60%. In morning i took mobile check mobile is swithched off condition & then battery removed, fixed back again pressed power button mobile not switched on & got fully dead

        I bought a lenovo laptop 1 month back and availed BTC Offer(ticket no. Btc45381) for which i should have got 2 year extended warranty and a 1 TB hard disk. I have received the warranty extension mail but no sign of hard disk till now. I tried to connect to the lenovo btc offer service desk. I called them 100 times out which 5 times ranged but no one received the call. Rest all of the time it said busy line. I mailed them around 10 times but got no reply at all.

          The company tricked me into buying their laptop. They gave the back to college offer, which they never intended to fulfill. In the offer I was supposed to get a hard disk (1tb) for 500 Rs if I buy their laptop. But even after fulfilling every requirement, they haven't done anything.

              I Purchased a Lenovo Smart Phone A600+ from Flipkart on 18th Jun’15.IMEI no. [protected].It worked good for 1 month and then the touch Pad stopped working on 20th July.As it was more than 1 month Flipkart refused to replace it.Currently it is with one of your authorized service center located at Gwalior ‘Hello Enterprizes’ since 23rd July and yet there is no sign of me getting the phone back.Whenever I call them they say that the part has not arrived.

              It is already more than 20 days.I need my Phone serviced and working fine ASAP or else please provide a replacement.

                Hello, I buy the lenovo s660 mobile around 8 months back. first's was problem with memory card were it showing memory card removed automatically than again need to switch off and on to recovery from that. So given for service center in Mysore K.D Road Opposite to persitage showroom. The service worst wont response properly after 4 days they told board problem so from company board should come they took nearly 10 days.if we really want give the mobile to service center in days means why we should spend 12000 and buy a mobile for the worst service. After they service few days afterwards automatically contact got erase again went and given service got 2 days still they dint response anything if we call they wont receive at all. if go and ask directly they give reason. like this service they keeping why the producing products like this worst. for this Samsung and Microsoft were there at least in day if we give mobile in morning they inform within in evening what the problem is. But lenovo is worst service in mysore.

                  Hi I have purchased Lenovo A 6000 plus mobile IMEI[protected] on may25th 2015 from Flipkart. From day 1 onwards i am facing the issues and flipkart has given troubleshooting after that it was some what better after one and half month again i am facing issues. 1. Battery Draining very fast 2. Heating issue which is almost 40+ degrees 3. not able do multitasking. 4. Network Drops 5. Music folder not synchronizing. main and big problem is regarding battery issue. its not working half of the day. please solve my problem

                      Hi team, i purchased laptop on 19th july 2015, on the same day i found that left click was not working and engineer from your side told that motherboard is faulty . now my question is, if you buy new car, and you get to know that it is not efficient and engineer request you for engine re hauling, would you allow engineer to open cars engine on the 1st day??? same is the case here, i would request you to replace the product or give the money back and take your laptop back. regards vikas [protected]

                          Dear Sir, Madam, I have bought a Lenevo A850 mobile hand set on 14th May, 2015 through eBay. During first month onwards I have been facing issue with the hand set. First Lenevo provided some online support. But those did not work and they asked me to submit it to service center. I submitted it almost one month back. But till yet they are not providing any support to me. They are saying that it is pending with Lenevo for support. As per my knowledge it has one year warranty and I bought this product only almost three months back only. I request you to kindly advice me and help to get resolution from LENEVO.                             We purchased the lenovo Y50-70 laptop S.No: CB34955767 on the 26th March 2015 from Croma . Within few weeks o[censored]se we noticed the issue where while opening and closing the lid a big noise was heard and placed a service request on the 5th of May 2015 where the customer service personnel visited and said that hinges need to be replaced, he generated an order for replacement of hinges. The technicians have visited the laptop 6 times and have been unable to solve the problem. Meanwhile repeated opening of the PC has damged the Touch Pad which was found broken, Touch POad has been replaced. Camera cable was damaged by the technician, Now they say the LCD backcover pasting has loosened Lenovos team has been unsuccessful in solving the issue and more and more problems are being caused. We seek an replacement of the piece or full refund of the amount

                              I got my handset on 6th august evening and after 2 days that is on 8th august evening my wifi is not working..when i on my wifi(WLAN) it is not showing any network since my rooter is side of my mobile only.. not only my rooter signals but also other many networks are available but no wifi signal receiving... please anyone help me in solving this problem thank you

From day 1 onwards i am facing the issues and flipkart has given troubleshooting after that it was some what better after one and half month again i am facing issues. 1. Battery Draining very fast 2. Some other issues So on 19th june 2015 i have submitted mobile at PC Support pune after 10 days they returned mobile by replacing the battery but after that also i am facing issues. Work Order no:AQP/LO/15/00409(19th june 2015) Again 4th july2015 with in a week i have resubmitting mobile stateing that issue was not solved. so this time they said that are going to replace the motherboard. 15th july 2015 i took the mobile this time extra issues has adding i.e Network not identifing so not able to do calls too. Even i have cantacted lenovo CC, maharastra cheif ASISH PATEL number of times he is also not responding properly simply saying service center will look that. Again i submitted the mobile they created Work Order no: AQP/LO/15/00658 This time they replaced the Mother board but the issues are not solved at all. So have Escalated to Sudipto Ghosh (India Services Executive Director) at [protected]@lenovo.com and Surjith([protected]@lenovo.com) but no change.                                   As I purchased Lenovo S850 Mobile on Nov 2014, but from the past 15 days I am not able to access the touch of my phone, since I already went to the service centre, as Already register my complain to the same 20 days before . As the concern person told me to handed over the set to him and I agreed to do so as he told it will take 9 to 10 days to fix the problem, but then he handed over set to me and told as he will recieve the panel he will contact me, from then to now He has nt contact me and I tried several times to contact him but he is not lifting my call as I am not the Lenovo 's customer. Very few time is left to over my warranty time, so I request you to take suitale action and fix my problem as early as possible please...

                                      Hello Sir/ Madam I bought a Lenovo handset S660 on[protected] for Rs 9000, which is a dual sim phone. I usually use 1 sim. Recently I noticed that the second sim slot( which I was not using earlier) had a manufacturing defect and a pin of sim slot was broken. I realized this when I thought of inserting the second sim in the phone. Also, recently the battery was behaving very unusually and 100% battery drains within 45 mins or so. Regarding this, I went to the Lenovo service station at F-1, noida sector 8. They declared my phones warranty to be void. I feel cheated. Please bring justice to me. I thought Lenovo was a big brand and it has value. But unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the case. I trusted your brand name and things like these only create a bad image. After sales service is every business's backbone, but the way you have treated me definitely shows you don not take it seriously. First, you gave me a faulty device, and now you say the warranty of the mobile phone is not valid because it was manufactured with fault. I feel like I did the biggest mistake of my life to trust Lenovo. I'm attaching the Job sheet of my phone created at the Lenovo service station and the bill memo. Please replace my device and stop cheating your customers Gautam Singh

                                        My laptop lenovo ideapad z510. Machine serial no:YB04286268. Machine type no:59398016. i given my laptop to service centre in tirupati, Andhra pradesh. I given my laptop with one problem they will clear that problem and will call if i went there to collect my laptop there will be one more problem and i have to say the problem to them. Again they will take so many days to repair. I has taken my uncle with me again he is talking rediculous language with my uncle. Please take action on them sir.
