Very bad customer care service. I have been facing problems since 6 months, but there is no valid response at all. I bought a Lenovo S930 an year ago for 18000, within 4 months I had a problem with battery. I submitted the mobile at "Sri vinayaka electronics, abids, hyderabad" service centre. They replaced the mother board and delivered it back to me in last week of Feb, 2015. And I Have again faced an issue with camera and returned in service center on 4th March, 2015. After 2months, they have responded that they will replace the piece but till now i haven't received any phone and the customer care team had always given false promises for every 2 weeks when i contacted stating that they are not able to get the new piece from lenovo . We have been following up with service center people for every 2days but still the problem persists and this has been more than 1 year that i bought phone but the phone is never with me for more than 4months. This is very bad to Lenovo brand that you are not responding to customers on time with correct and valid response. Please find the contact person (Lenovo Incharge) below who gave false promises to me and made me trouble for these days and unable to tolerate any more and writting this review.     I am not able to get through to the customer care executives of the company since a week since they all are "Busy assisting other customers" since a week? I have battery issues and some other petty issues that need to be resolved but the hell they aren't available. I sent a mail to the customer service email id and received a mail regarding the solution(that it would be taken care of) but nothing happened.       I tried calling both the no. Mailed 6 times but no reply. They are just careless to hear. Bought z 5170. First they told that on bill dealer's sign is missing. Sent document again. Then payment link came after two week . Made payment and waiting from another two weeks but no response from their side. Such a bad experience with Lenovo.. really disliked about the services

          I am written so many mail to lenovo in regard to my lenovo laptop bearing serial number YB04489084. Presently, I am not able to operate my laptop due to the hardware RAM being not functioning properly. In this regard, I have tried to contact the service desk team but to my disappointment, there is no action on the same. I bought laptop almost nine month before and it's not working. It's been around one month that I have been consistently calling lenovo everyday almost thrice. Initially my complaint was registered on a wrong address by the lenovo people. I waited for almost fifteen days but there was no response again. Then I called up the lenovo customer care again for almost six times. Then for the seventh time they said that my complaint was registered on a wrong address and also assured me that my laptop will be repaired soon . Again I waited for one week then again no response. Finally when I called them again they gave me lenovo service centre for Noida sector 12 branch (opposite to Noida stadium gate no 7).I am a research scholar my final date of submission are coming I almost begged those lenovo people to repair my laptop as soon as possible. I visited that sevice centre again I was given a fake assurance by that my laptop will be repaired within three days or if not then I will be a given a follow-up. But again no response . I waited for seven days then I called these people they were not replying to my calls.I am really regretting to purchase a lenovo product. They do not cater to customer needs. I have been troubled for almost one month. I have been struggling day and night for my getting my laptop repaired. For contact details text me. I have tried several times in Lenovo and the customer support team has been shifting the responsibility to one or the other desk which leaves me in this grave situation. If there is a support desk, I believe they can internally manage the issue and resolve the same. Being a student pursuing PhD course, its not possible for me to keep on calling your customer service team and left with no clue whatsoever to resolve this issue. Looking forward to hear from you soon

            Lenovo K3 Note was delivered me ny Flipkart on 22 July 2015 and on the night of 24 July 2015, after playing games, I left and kept Lenovo K3 Note aside and when I woke up in the morning I found a small scratch on it without any incident. But later on it converted into a crack and in days it spreaded from top to bottom of Lenovo K3 Note. And it have heating issue also. When I called Flipkart about the heating issue and glass cracking issue they started giving me some troubleshooting steps. I know that burn, damage and crack is not covered in warranty. But as per other's review and even one of my friend bought same Lenovo K3 not and he had also same issue. The was got broken without any incident. It's may be due to excessing heat which is generated by the model and this model which specifies that it doesn't have any protective glass like Corning glass etc. While in this range other brands are coming with corning glass.

              I have lodge a complaint to their "[protected]@fourtech.co.in", "[protected]@fourtech.co.in", "prashant.[protected]@hcl.com" mail ids, i purchased the product in april 2014, it will giving network problem, they have changed its mother board in feb 15 in warranty, but it is gving same problem after 40 days which should not be, now they are asking to pay its mother board cost rs9000.00 which is very foolish, all above people are olaying with me, just sending the mails to here and there but not going to solve the query of the same, near about thousands of Lenovo users having the same problem, this company selling this faulty products to poor Indian people, covering two times of its value, ask them to recall faulty products from market and BAN it like Maggie . hoping justice for me and my dear poor Indian people . pls send me the procedures to take action against the company my mobile number is [protected], [protected]@gmail.com

                Lenovo A6000 is the most worst phone in the world and I sent mail to Lenovo customer care but there is no response(my phone problem, once lock the it will not open screen with in 3 minutes and when we want open call log/contacts it will running like any thing) compare to this phone basic phone is the best

                  I am Gajendra Tiwari...one month ago..I have purchased lenovo a7000 from flipkart ..within 2 weeks..it had a loudspeaker problem.. So I had my mobile to service centre, which is in Bangalore, Karnataka.. They have taken..nearly 3 weeks to repair my mobile...after getting my lenovo a7000 from service center... It again started showing the same symptoms regarding loudspeaker...
                  I am sorry to tell you that...your customer services are very poor...

                  Please Help me...I just want to replace my mobile's loudspeaker.. That's it..

                    I bought an smartphone Lenovo s60 and within 7 days the phones panel got projected out. I went to the service many a times and they have not yet found a solution. I bought the fone on from money borrowed from my friend and the phone is at service center and i am paying interest dor a product i dont have. The service persons are fooling me around. Every 2 day i go see them, its an expense for me.
                    I want an complete refund and i dont want that inferior phone.

                      My name is rohit and I've a idea pad bearing S/N QBO7866101. I am having a problem with my side volume keys and most importantly my system freezes from time to time. I've tried calling lenovo customer care and when I let them know what my problem is they simply give me an excuse that there is not working at moment and they wouldn't be help now but they do make promises that they we will call once they resolve the issue with the system. when I called them for the second time after few days they give me the same excuse how is that..?

                        I Have mobile lenovo A6000.my phone is not working i went service center but they can't solved my problem and they are charging money.I have purchased this mobile 26th feb.2015 this is on warranty period.and i called Service center no[protected] but this is always out of range.i am very fed up with lenovo. i will never purchase any product of lenovo and suggest to all never purchase lenovo.

                          I have purchase one Lenovo P780 IMEI NO [protected] from Saluja Automobiles, burdwan through Mr. Anindya Khamaru on 18/06/2014. After some days of purchase it was giving network problem frequently what I discussed with Anindya and he suggested me changing sim Card will solve the problem or may be some problem with the network of mobile service provider, how ever, I changed the sim card and vodafone customer care confirmed that the problem is in handset because they shown me with other 5-6 mobiles where there is no problem with network. 1st I handed over the phone to your service center IT Campus, Burdwan on 23/04/2015 and they returned on 09/05/2015 without taking any action, the same problem was persists what I shown to them, then and their I handed over the phone to them on 09/05/2015, again they returned the phone on 10/06/2015 as it is without doing anything same problem was there which I shown them again, then and there I returned them the handset on 10/06/2015 for proper servising. All the memos are attached. After that I have talked to Mr.Sudipta Chatterjee he assured several time that today or tomorrow he will return my phone in perfect condition after that uncountable today or tomorrow passed but no communication from your end. Till now the hand set is with you and there is no communication from your end despite of several phone call from me. Its really painful experience for a customer from a reputed company like LENOVO, who is playing with customers hard earn money and sentiment though I have purchased another lenovo phone by the request of Mr. Anindya Kahamaru. Already I have purchased one handset because now a days mobile is an essential comodity so without handset passing long more than three (3) months is really dificult. The model itself is defective other wise in todays world repairing a phone takes more than 3 months is unbelievable or your support service is not up to the mark. Till date neither you handed over my handset in perfect condition nor there is any feedback from your end so, why LENOVO must not pay me Rs.1, 00, 000/- (Rupees one lac only) for refund of phone value plus work loss what I made for the phone and assurance from your useless support officials plus harassment what I suffered for your nonsense activities. Its really a horrible experience in my life for a mobile phone though I’m using mobile phone from Dec’98. If I’ll not get any positive answer from your end within 5 (five) working days from today it means you are forcing me to seeking legal action against you, which is not a very prestigious activity for both o[censored]s.

                            Dear Sir/Mam, My self ramesh kumar adn i purchase a tab of lenovo brand on 2nd march 2015. after purachse there is some little bit issue in touch pad. i compalint at customer care center they said there is problem in display. so that i will ask him to change my display as soon as possible. then he replied" we dont have display right now in stock will update you when it was available". from that time to till date. company says we dont have display in stock & wait for few days.                               Hi Its been more than 12 days and i have not received any intimation on my laptop repair. I have called both the service center as well the customer care center and the response that I receive is that the heat sink part is not available. I have been using this laptop for business purpose and my business is badly hampered. I am attaching the job sheet with the email. Could you please help to expedite this. This is the first time I am using lenovo laptops and to be honest, this has been the worst experience. Never I faced such a long halt from Dell previously to service the requests.

                                This is to inform you that My Leenova S850 model Handset is in a warranty period Facing some minor problem in my handset. I had logged a complaint to coustomer care _ Pick me service they logged a complaints and send staff to pickup my hanset same day i.e 30th June 2015 the person come and collect my handset . But after 10 to 15 days the coustomer care is not having any update related to my hanset without any service report and without any thing done they had delivered my hanset dated on 15th July again on the same day 15th july evening logged a complan the nextday i.e 16th July 15 executive will come and collect my handset but till date i have no information about my handet . Kindly help me out how to move further .

                                  I bought a Lenovo Laptop Touch 14 inch -Flex 2 in US and Brought it to India . Key board developed a Problem and I had an International Warranty and I approached the Care IT solutions are one of the the Authorized Service centre for Lenovo Laptops. Key Board was replaced within 10 days. But I did not take Accidental Damages Warranty which is necessary for any Laptops. Recently my LED TOP CASE GOT damaged. I am running from one service center to other . I had written mails customer service and spoken to them and even wrote to the Director in charge of Customer care and he forwarded my mails to his team but no use and also reacted in Face book in Lenovo Page. But no use. Since i had not taken the ADW i need to pay for it and i was Ready. But no parts . parts are first preference to Warranty holders only first. Now I am just struck without any Solutions.

                                      I have bought the lenovo vibe z2 pro smartphone for rs 33000. I used it for 8 month and after that it is giving me problem of automatic restart. After that phone get totally off(DEAD). I have taken it to service center and they told me the problem of battery. My phone is in warranty period. Its been 1 month i am waiting for the phone and stiil i didnt get my phone back and your service. I called service center they said me that they didint receive the battery still.What kind of service is this????? I got suck with this service. Its very worst kind of service lenovo providing. I m asking you to give me new cell or give me refud. Because i paid lot of money to buy phone and m not getting the service. The service center i approaced is in pune. And one thisng no one is satisfied with your service center. All the people i met in service center are angry on lenovo. If i didnt get the service in two days i m going to consumer forum. I got bored now.

                                        Myself manoj bhoir purchase laptop (Lenovo) & air conditioner (Panasonic) before 2 months. Due to sales team incomplete process instead of installment whole. Amount deducted from. My account. When. I. Revert issue was try to keep. On. My head from team.
                                        Laptop issue is. Not solved from. Last 15 days & no revert from reliance team followup is only by me and service. Manager not taking responsibility. . . . Pathetic staff and not interested for. Next purchase from any of reliance outlet. . . Never
