I have purchased LENOVO VIBE X2 4G phone dated on 11.03.2015. After 3 months from purchase date I am facing issue with display as it is continuously blinking while operating. Also I have contacted to Customer Support team located in Dadar East (Mumbai) SERVICE CENTRE: B2X-001 ALLIED SERVICES CSL INDIA PVT LTD. However they are not being able to solve my problem within promised time limit. It’s been more than 30 days my phone is in service centre. Also I have contact to "[protected]@lenovo.com" but they are also avoiding to answer me on same issue. At one point of time they are saying me that phone is ready and collect the same from service centre and on the other hand they are saying they are not responsible for these issues please contact your nearest service centre. here we are neither getting the proper answer from any one nor the solution. this is very big cheating which Lenovo team is doing with their customers like me. A humble request you to kindly provide solution on these as its been very sensitive matter now and i am suffering from these since last one month. thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear Lenovo Team, I was bought your brand smartphone but I am very dissatisfied for your services. we not suggest LENOVO brand any people. I have very bad experience of your service center. Any time does not get correct commitment from your service center. Few day ago was put phone same service center for same issue but they gave the phone back to phone without repaired. We several time put phone on your service center but till time facing issue same. Service center said parts will take time to come. How can I wait for your problem?. I want solution anyhow.         I had purchased Lenovo Vibe X2 from Flipkart on 14th Feb 2015 by paying Rs 20089, the initial delivered product had battery issue- battery remains 100% and suddenly the phone gets turned off, so got the same exchanged on Feb 24th 2015. On June 6th 2015 again i faced the same issues, battery used to remain 100% and suddenly the phone gets turned off. Again gave it to service center in bangalore Jayanagar branch and got battery and board replaced it took around 2 week to get it replaced. But the issue still exist. Wrote complaint to [protected]@lenovo.com asking for replacement as the I had battery even after service where (battery and board was replaced). But as per policy their cannot replace hence have gave for 2nd time service on 9th July 2015. On 21st july when called service center person says we have changed the battery and kept for testing you can collect the phone on 22nd july evening. When called on 22nd july afternoon she says your phone board has problem it may take 1~1.5 months to replace. Even escalated the issues to Executive Director(Sudipto Ghosh) [protected]@lenovo.com.But was of no help. Please help on next course of action to be taken. Attached all invoices

          i m complaining regarding my bluetooth sent receive issue in my warranty period..thinkpad E431 model ...lenovo sent the engineer to solve the problem..but he not solve the issue but more add problem..he creat more issue in my thinkpad...he currupt my windows8 and all my data lost..my compalin no.[protected] dated 7/07/2015..till date my problem not solve ..everyday i contect in lenovo support center..toll free no.is..[protected]..everyday there diffrent person and everyday i spent more then 60 minuts behind them to solve isssue which created by lenovo engineer..i complain also by mail which given by them..they also accept and confirm mistake by them ..technical team doing mistak..and i lost my licence windows8 and all data..now they desided to send R DVD to install OS on my systems but every day they has excuses ..every day they change..today they tell me our technical team solve your issue by Remote systems..they give me tyme today 4 pm they call ..i m sitting with the internet conection..till 5.3 pm they not call ..so i call in lenovo support..they take me in remote systems but they doing nothing..they not solve my issue..now sir please help to how solve my issue...i mail on lenovo id..[protected]@lenovo.com..[protected]@lenovo.com..lenovo no.is [protected].. my new request no is..[protected]..which is given by lenovo..thanks & regards prashant patel [protected]

            Sir, I have lenevo P780 set it got signal problem. For this problem I went to Gaya service centre(Global services of India Near GBM college, B.N.Jha Road, Gaya - 823 001). They kept my phone for two days and after that they told that it will cost around Rs 3600 for repair . I told not to repair it and give it back. I had gave Rs 200 as they asked at the time when I went to them for my mobile without being repaired. At that time I didn't checked my phone completely as that time there was no memory card in my set. When I came home and checked my phone by playing audio I found my speaker in not working properly. When I called them about this they refused their fault and didn't entertain me their behavior and service was very bad. Sir I request you to take action against them.

              Hi, I am using lenovo a7000 mobile. It causing WiFi and hotspot problems it is never connecting to any WiFi network/not even detecting the other devices. It was occurred due to the recent lenovo updates done in my phone .. How can I overcome this problem please give me solution quickly...

                HI, this ashraf ali from trichy tamilnadu. jun month i will buy a A6000 plus smartphone in flipkart. But now its overheating and the charge is below then 3hours only. the same time not use data and calls. but it will fully discharge the charge in below then 3 hours in without using anything. .

                  I booked a Lenovo Yoga 2 Tab on line on 10 Jul 15 on the website of Lenovo. The tab was to be dispatched by dostore. and the consignment was to be delivered by Aramex courier services. However, till date (21 Jul 15) the Tab has not been delivered inspite o[censored]mpteen number of calls and mails to various agencies like lenovo, dostore or Aramex. The consignment no is [protected] for aramex and Lenovo: Order #[protected].The std answer is the address cant be found. The irony is that the same aramex courier delivered a battery ([protected]) booked through Amazon in 3 days on the the same address.

                    I had bought laptop last year which comes with one year coverage of accidental warranty on 1st week my laptop got damaged, and I took the same and went to service center in chandigarh Named (sysnet) and they said information about the approximately time taken to get is repaired For Service Request: [protected] Product Line: Notebook[protected] S/N: YB02052017 Service Date: 20150604 now new issue has been initiated when company got the laptop parts and found new hard disk is not working. Such pathetic service is like hopeless from such a big company. Later service center engineer took another week to order the part and today he said he is able to order the part. now company is denying to extended my warranty during the time the laptop is in service center they took to get it repaired it is approximately 45 days.
                    Companies senior executive given a commitment about the extension but later denied ...now I want justice wasted my month and if can't provide service return the extra money included in my billCompany provided a backup laptop for just 10 days and took back.Now no one is listening Ignoring my demand

On 23rd July, i got a mail that they have successfully received the amount of Rs 499/- for the offer. Till now there is no confirmation/status regarding the dispatch of my offer. The customer care people for Lenovo BTC Offer department are very harsh on there talking, they are not in a mood to talk to customer. Most of the times they are disconnecting the conversation in the middle. i have given number of mails, and they are not replying to the same also.

                      I am facing the same issue. I have sent the email regarding BTC offre but i did not received reply from them.
                      Also, customer care service is worse that i have ever faced. They have provided only two numbers to contact and those numbers are always busy.
                      Request Lenovo to improve customer care services if they really care there customers.

An executive of Lenovo BTC Offer department have received my call today but i wrongly called at their Bangalore center, he suggests me to call at given kolkata's no.. But Kolkata center not received my call, though today is Saturday, so, ok. I will call them again on Monday. Lets see.

I also like to inform you that i had selected the 2 year extended warranty plus 1TB HARDISK. I regret to inform you that after more than one month registration today i receive a bluetooth speaker that i don't want.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, As per Lenovo Website - http://lenovopromo.net I purchased the Lenovo G5070 laptop on 13/7/2015 & now at the time of registering for additional warranty on Lenovo website I am not getting the 1TB hard disk option with 2 years extended warranty. I tried to contact so many time to Lenovo team by call & email also, but they refusing to provide 1 TB hard disk by saying your laptop MTN nos. not eligible for that scheme. I already sent the mail to customer cell - director & concerned team for resolving my complaint. but they are not ready to listen my complaint. how any customer come to know the mtn before buying any product. the same thing I tried a lot to convince to Lenovo, but they not giving any satisfactory answer on call or by mail. request you intervene & provide the solution for the same. please help me, I do not how many others may cheated by Lenovo.                             Yes it is fake offer, I had same issue and they are not responding properly,
                            You should have confirmed your MTM number before making purchase, and it's the responsibility of the store Manager to help you with the process. If this wasn't done, you should probably get you laptop replaced. I made my purchase of Y50-70 in 2nd week of July, and received a confirmation email from Lenovo within weeks. I would be receiving my HDD within this week.

                            In my case I wasn't even aware of any such offers, it was the executive who guided me through the entire process. He also offered me a Lenovo bt mouse(Diamond shaped) for free. I hope you also get your issue sorted out, 1 TB HDD is way cheap for 499.

                            This is fake offer, before they were mention registration last date is 21st Aug 2015. but today when I tried to registered and got fail, then I have contacted to customer care number, now they are informing that this offer is already expired on 20th Aug. I have asked to them to send me in written that offer is expired but they refused it and disconnected my call.

                            This is first point where they are cheating with customer,

                            Second when I have complain again this issue they have changed date on FAQ page. but here they have again did mistak as '20st Aug', that mean they have changed date to cheat customer

                            It seems that Lenovo does not cares their customers.
                            I have received email conformation for the payment on 31st August 2015 also it is saying in that email that goodies will be delivered to you in next 21 working days.
                            Now, I have received one email on 6th Oct 2015 (After 36 days of payment confirmation email) that the goodies will be dispatch in next 15 days.
                            I am not sure that by when I will get goodies delivery also please do not believe in such offers specifically when it's for Lenovo.
                            Sorry to say that but this is not the exact way of doing business.
                            Please please do not go for Lenovo if you cares for money.

                            I purchased Laptop LenovoYoga 80N40047IN on 9th Aug, 2015 from Lotus, Bhopal.
                            I applied for 1TB drive for Rs. 499 on 16th Aug, 2015 aand submitted required documents online.
                            Received confirmation of Registration from Lenovo on 16th Aug, 2015 with Ticket No: BTC66536 informing me that Lenovo will revert back within 7 days,
                            No further communication from Lenovo, since last 7 months. I have not received 1TB drive.
                            I called Lenovo call center many times, without any result.

                              Hello. This is a complaint in relation to the inept functionality of the Lenovo A600 Plus that I had purchased a few months back when it was first launched in India. I had purchased the phone for my mother via flipkart. However, after just a month o[censored]se which by no means can be termed extensive considering that my mother hardly uses it for a few basic purposes, the phone started becoming unresponsive. 1. The touch screen was not working smoothly. 2. A few digits could not be dialed through the dial pad. 3. And the back button had completely stopped functioning. The above inadequacies have rendered the phone almost useless since the above mentioned functions are key to most if not all operations. After searching for Lenovo service centers in our home town Guwahati, we came across one which had vouched to be an authorized service center and assured us that the problem in all likelihood was with the touch screen and a new substitute would be ordered from Lenovo in the shortest duration. However, to our utter shock it has been over a month and they still say that the new touch screen hasn't arrived. We are utterly disappointed with the product quality as well as the post purchase services of Lenovo. It is a utter shame that within 3 months of purchase of which 2 months have been basically useless the phone has failed to serve its purpose. Not to mention the inherent difficulties that my mother has had to encounter because of its inefficacy. Hence, I would request Lenovo to kindly look into the matter with utmost sincerity and take the necessary steps, whether it be substituting the phone for a new one(since I am not sure if simply changing the screen would ensure the phone does not have any other problems) or providing a new touch screen whichever ensures that the phone gets fixed and would not suffer from a similar fate in the future.

                                Hello team, I have purchased a Lenovo k3 note phone from flipkart. The phone specification says that the rear camera is of 13 Mega Pixel but when i click the picture, i am sure that it does not gives me that picture quality. I have another Lenove phone A7000 which has rear camera of 8MP but the picture quality of this phone is much better when compared to Lenovo K3 note. If required, I can prove this by providing the picture from both these phones. I would request you to look into this issue and act as soon as possible. Thanks, Vikas Sharma

                                    I would like to complaint against the service center as it is was worst experience there.I submitted my LENOVO K900 which i have purchased on 1/07/2015 in the month of march as i was experiencing a charging problem in it.The said that the phone will be repaired in 10 days as it will take time for the part to come, but it took 21 days complete to get my phone back.After that when I used the phone i experienced three new problems which were not before i.e malfunctioning of down volume key, no light on the bottom touch keys of the phone and sound problem.I told them that i am facing such problems on the very next day, they said that it would take another 10 days almost to get the parts and i said them OK.I keep on asking them for the parts and finally they arrived after a month almost.                                       Hi all,
                                      Recently I purchased Lenovo A6000 plus from flipkart.I w on[protected]. First few days it was working perfect and after that I have to press back button again and again. Recently it's back button is not working and while typing some keys too not working. Now it is in centre in una, H.P. From 7-8 days Bt have no parts. It's ridiculous.
                                      Suggest not to buy Lenovo phones. It's such a bad experience from company as well as from there service centre.
