Dear Sir, I brought a Lenovo Laptor on Feb 2014 it Model No is G400s. Windows 8.1 I also got along with the Laptop. But now in key board when I trying to type 'I', 'K' by pressing Left side shift key but its not possible to type but its possible to type by keep pressing right side Shift key. Again I am not able to type less then sign any more. (but I & K keys are working without keep pressing Left Shift key) Again I am not able to listen any Music through Headphone. Again my 3 USB ports are not supporting any Pen Drive. I am really unhappy with this Brand. For any queries please call me on [protected].

    i purchased lenovo a536 phone alongwith 2 years insurance from Mobipick insurance. 3 months back accidently broke the screen. now they have my phone from last three mnoths and they are not returing it and they stopped picking up my phone as well and very rare when they pick the call they misbehave with me and give me 10 days ahead time. i am helpless and they have my phone and mentally harrasing me as well. for a simple screen change they have my phone since 3 months and as if now no possibility of returing that.my email: vipin.[protected]@gmail.com, ph# [protected], [protected] and [protected]

      Sir, I purchase a new cell phone of lenovo(s90-A) but in one month there was problem in handset so as per company suggested me I went to the service centre, B2X service center, Nagpur. On dated[protected]. And after he told me to come after one week but after one week the problem was not solve and he again told me come after 2 days but again he told me come in next week but the problem was still not still solve.

          I have purchased lenovo G580 laptop on oct 2013. LAPTOP Serial Number:WB09228319 My laptop stop working from last 1 week suddenly.I have taken this to service center authorized as well private. The response from them was motherboard chipset problem need to replace new motherboard. I have taken back my old motherboard and replaced new mother board with private vendor .since Hitech computers(Authorized) doesn't have new motherboard. But i dont root cause for chip set level motherboard issue. The quality of lenovo motherboard is not good. I have taken this laptop just 15 months back. Not even completed 2 years and got motherboard issue. I very much disappointed for this. People trust on lenovo and purchase costly laptop. If i compare my lenovo laptop with HP and Dell. My rating for lenovo will be 2 (out of 5). The service of lenovo at authorized service center is very bad. I guess duplicate motherboard was installed in my laptop during purchase. It is huge loss for me. As i spend Rs 8500 /= for new motherboard. Request you to investigate root cause of this and provide compensation for the same. Regards Bhargav cell:[protected]

            I bought a lenovo A7000 through flipkart and after 2 months its touch stopped working and after discussing matter with their technical support team i submitted phone to service center and my phone is there from 19 june and today also i am not getting any clear answer its really very disgusting situation as i am totally in dark din't know what to do.                 Lenovo S90-A 32G (Platinum) Batch: [protected] Imei No: [protected] Ean No:[protected] I, Ms.Harsha Jayasankar, bought the above mentioned Lenovo phone on 25th Feb, 2015 from a store called Solutions at Ghatkopar(E). It was working well until 10th April, 2015 when i gave it to Shriram Neotech Lenovo service center at Dadar(W) because of its speaker problem. None of the speakers were working and by that I mean it was like the phone was on a complete mute and hence, useless. The service center rectified the problem in about 7 days or so stating that they had to change the mother board. It had been working fine since then until 23rd June, 2015 when i noticed that the display of the phone is gone. I gave my phone for service (because of no pone display) for the second time in four months on 25th June, 2015 to B2X-001 Allied Services CSL India in the below mentioned address: 105, 2nd Floor, Ranjith Studio Complex, Dadar Station Road, Dadar (E) - 400014 [protected] /[protected] Contact: Sameer Kokate Job sheet no: SRB2X[protected] They told me that they would give me the rectified Lenovo phone back within fifteen days (which is too long a timeline for a phone service). And now it's been 20 days and they still haven't done anything about my phone. I tried calling the service center several times but either their number is busy or nobody picks up the phone. And whenever someone attended the call they would keep postponing the dates that I am supposed to receive my phone back after service. On 15th July, 2015 I was supposed to get my mobile back, but when I spoke to the customer care lady, she said they ll give the phone on Friday (17th July, 2015) which would be tomorrow and I am pretty sure they are gonna postpone the date of return further. The worst part about this whole phone service drama are the people attending the customer calls at the service center who are so annoyingly hopeless that before I finish the conversation they would just hang up on me. It happened every single time which is means this is how they prefer to treat your customers. But is this the way you should be treating your customers? I wouldn't have had the need to go to a damn service center and waste my time and be treated like this by your employees if your product worked properly. Worst customer service ever. I have completely lost trust in your customer service as well as Lenovo products and would never suggest your products to anybody ever. The phone is just about four months old and It has had two major problems, twice! I have had enough of this drama. And I value the money I have paid for the Lenovo product. Hence, I would like to get the phone replaced or preferably my money refunded as soon as possible because I really do not want to deal with crappy products of Lenovo ever again! Harsha Jayasankar

                  I have lenovo U410 ideapad and it is under warranty. I submitted to it a service center in Gurgaon and they said that LCD screen and cable need to be replaced and it will take 4-5 days. Now after 5 days when I called, they said that it had not been fixed. We don't have parts available. It will take time and gave me the complaint no and toll free no. When I called them and I told them that I need it before 23rd July 2015 as I have to go to out of India, they said, okay we will fix it on 23rd July 2015. But, when I asked about guaranty, then they cannot. I am really disturbed by Lenovo service. Now I don't know what should do because I need the laptop before 23rd July in perfect condition.                     I purchases lenovo 6000 on dated:- 27/06/2015, but since first day I am facing problem with the software, I installed few apps and since it usually it get stopped and it stopped responding, there is a major heating problem, after few minutes of browsing it starts heating up, some it sounds like something is wrong with the hardware. Plz replace my handset or solve my problem

                        Dear Sir, I have purchased Laptop FLex2-14 (Serial number WB[protected] before one day last Diwali i think lenovo is the best brand in laptop series who maintain image in fron of public. but i sorry to say i am fully frustated from lenovo Product and services. Within 7 Months : 2 times changes Motherboard. and now Service Center told me that HDD is faulty and need to replace it. TKT No. 30008437 I am asking to you sir: In case if you purchase any thing from your salary, When your salary is small and within 2 months its giving you problem then what will you do? My Laptop warrenty is 2 year extented as per diwali offer. In case If i not borrowed this services then i have to pay 3 times money to lenovo as per its cost...( for motherboard and HDD ) I purchsed this laptop for my bright future and practices of networking tools but still i have not installed any kind of software on it. i never recommend My Friend, company friend, Family member. After 5 days of my logged complaint no one called me from custoer care center..# Is there any SLA of Service Request. Sir: i request you to please replace My complete HARDWARE or Create a DO for this one. I am ready to pay extera money if you offer me another latop with higher series.                           This is to inform u that i have purchased Lenovo Y50 model from authorised dealer in chennai as i belong from chennai.I am working professionally on autocad and 3dsMax software which requires higher graphic so it would give me better quality of rendering, image, graphic and time saving. as when i saw the advertisement regarding this laptop with high graphics of DDR5 with 860m latest edition, i asked ur lenovo dealer several times whether will it support my softwares in every way as my career starts and ends with this softwares only and would never mind spending huge amount for my career..he made several commitments saying that ( laptop review is superb, i have sold numbers of laptop in this model, u can go blindly with this model for higher end graphics and it will support your softwares very nicely and company will do replacement or money back if any problem occurs)..i believed your product and spent huge amount of money and got cheated . i regret now that why did i trust Lenovo product and people of Lenovo. So believing in his words and ur company advertisement i purchased this laptop 2 months ago. From the day 1 till now i m facing the problems with fonts and display in my softwares, as they r very tiny like ant which cant be readable unless i touch my nose on the screen and stare them. i have enquired each n every person regarding the problem and also compared with other laptops by installing the software and its working very much fine in other laptops like Dell, Hp, other main brands whereas this is the only laptop where i am facing lot of problems while working on it.Though i have onsite warranty period but still ur customer care couldnt help me out over the phone which is ridiculous and i have also been to your authorised service centres to get the problem solve but even lenovo service centres are not able to solve my problem till now though its been 15 days since my laptop is been given to your authorised service centre.and today they replied me that we are not able to solve the problem in this laptop because of graphic fault, rest the software is working fine with other brands of laptop.i have never faced such bad experience with any other company what i am facing with Lenovo, and even battery lasts hardly for 1 n half to 2hrs in working whereas it was told to me minimum 3.5hr and if standby then max 4 to 5hrs (but all false statement to do sales and cheat customers) Let me tell u that its badly affecting my career as i m not carrying laptop and its been with service centre for long long time and still problem is not solved.So i kindly request u give my hard earned full money back and take ur product back with respect or else i will be forced to take action against your company to the Consumer Court. For your reference, i am sending you attachments of few screenshots and video of lenovo and other brand laptop to know the difference and clearity of size fonts and sending u attachment of bill copy and service centre copy also for ur reference.Revert at earliest. I have purchased Lenovo lenovo G50-70 on June 17th from Reliance Digital, Orion Mall, Bangalore. I registered for 1TB harddisk (for 499 rupee). on June 18th. later On June 23rd, I had phone call from the lenovopromo team and asked to send the invoice copy again. immediately after their call. i have sent the invoice copy. after that i have not got any response from the concern team. when i enquired about the status of my ticket. I got a mail saying that I had registered after the valid period of date. How this would be?. on my side i gave everything on time and proper. then how it is possible i am not eligiable for this offer.

                              My Mobile Lenovo A369i was gave to Rajkot service center M/s. Anil Service on 16.06.2015.The (IMEI No. [protected]) The parts was not available at service center and it was came at Rajkot on today 25.06.2015. The parts received TWO TIME with defective condition, I was call at toll free no[protected] and they ask me that it was possible that new parts also in received in failed condition. Now they don’t give me time for mobile repair. I am very surprise that a company Lenovo were sent two time failed parts to service center, I think that no branded mobile company gives better service.

                                I purchased a Lenovo Phone from a dealer in Sector-18 Noida. I urgently needed a new phone as I was travelling abroad for a month. However, when I activated my phone with the new sim, after reaching New York, I faced problems with its keypad and call receiving function. For instance, every time I used the backspace key, the letter P would be typed. I got back from America in July and immediately took the phone to the retailer, asking for a replacement as it was a faulty handset or a refund of my money. The faulty handset had left me handicapped in a foreign country and had caused me much agony and stress. However, the retailer stated that there was a seven day period for replacement and they could not do anything about it. They diagnosed a software defect in the phone and proposed to send it for repairs at the Service Centre. I would like to state that as a practising lawyer, I am heavily dependent on my phone for keeping in touch with my clients and my work place. When I informed the retailer that I would at least need a temporary replacement for sending the phone for repair, they refused to help. This behaviour of the company and the retailer amounts to undue harassment. The phone is only a month old and is not in workable condition. I would have returned the phone within the stipulated 7 day period, if I was in the country. However, I approached the retailer at the earliest, on arriving back. I reiterate that my handset is a faulty product, purchased in June 2015, and the company and the retailer have refused to replace it.

                                  Dear Sir i have given the smart phone a6000+ for repair as there was touch problem. we have given the phone to service center on 24th June.2015 at Global computer -Panjim till date the problem is not resolved. we only get the warrant of 12 months. if the service center take 1 months for repair will the company will extend the warranty? We kindly request you to resolve the problem ASAP
