My ticket no: BTC31932 As per the criteria i should receive a 1 TB HD within 21 working days of payment received. On 23rd July, i got a mail that they have successfully received the amount of Rs 499/- for the offer. Till now there is no confirmation/status regarding the dispatch of my offer. The customer care people for Lenovo BTC Offer department are very harsh on there talking, they are not in a mood to talk to customer. Most of the times they are disconnecting the conversation in the middle. i have given number of mails, and they are not replying to the same also.

I am facing the same issue. I have sent the email regarding BTC offre but i did not received reply from them.
Also, customer care service is worse that i have ever faced. They have provided only two numbers to contact and those numbers are always busy.
Request Lenovo to improve customer care services if they really care there customers.

On 4th Sept, i got a mail that they have successfully received the amount of Rs 499/- for the offer. Till now there is no confirmation/status regarding the dispatch of my offer. I send a mail yesterday to [protected]@lenovopromo.net but reply from them. An executive of Lenovo BTC Offer department have received my call today but i wrongly called at their Bangalore center, he suggests me to call at given kolkata's no.. But Kolkata center not received my call, though today is Saturday, so, ok. I will call them again on Monday. Lets see.

    I would like to inform you that i had purchase a lenovo offer with a laptop, my ticket number is BTC31685. I also like to inform you that i had selected the 2 year extended warranty plus 1TB HARDISK. I regret to inform you that after more than one month registration today i receive a bluetooth speaker that i don't want.
    Kindly request you to please inform me how to get exchange this with 1TB hardisk as your comited .

        Dear Sir/Madam, As per Lenovo Website - http://lenovopromo.net I purchased the Lenovo G5070 laptop on 13/7/2015 & now at the time of registering for additional warranty on Lenovo website I am not getting the 1TB hard disk option with 2 years extended warranty. I tried to contact so many time to Lenovo team by call & email also, but they refusing to provide 1 TB hard disk by saying your laptop MTN nos. not eligible for that scheme. I already sent the mail to customer cell - director & concerned team for resolving my complaint. but they are not ready to listen my complaint. how any customer come to know the mtn before buying any product. the same thing I tried a lot to convince to Lenovo, but they not giving any satisfactory answer on call or by mail. request you intervene & provide the solution for the same. please help me, I do not how many others may cheated by Lenovo.         Yes it is fake offer, I had same issue and they are not responding properly,
        You should have confirmed your MTM number before making purchase, and it's the responsibility of the store Manager to help you with the process. If this wasn't done, you should probably get you laptop replaced. I made my purchase of Y50-70 in 2nd week of July, and received a confirmation email from Lenovo within weeks. I would be receiving my HDD within this week.

        In my case I wasn't even aware of any such offers, it was the executive who guided me through the entire process. He also offered me a Lenovo bt mouse(Diamond shaped) for free. I hope you also get your issue sorted out, 1 TB HDD is way cheap for 499.

        This is fake offer, before they were mention registration last date is 21st Aug 2015. but today when I tried to registered and got fail, then I have contacted to customer care number, now they are informing that this offer is already expired on 20th Aug. I have asked to them to send me in written that offer is expired but they refused it and disconnected my call.

        This is first point where they are cheating with customer,

        Second when I have complain again this issue they have changed date on FAQ page. but here they have again did mistak as '20st Aug', that mean they have changed date to cheat customer

        I also faced same problem like u yesterday("Ticket number is not valid ") but now I called their center n they told me that there is server issue n try it later...and now I made a payment successfully. so try it now its working

        It seems that Lenovo does not cares their customers.
        I have received email conformation for the payment on 31st August 2015 also it is saying in that email that goodies will be delivered to you in next 21 working days.
        Now, I have received one email on 6th Oct 2015 (After 36 days of payment confirmation email) that the goodies will be dispatch in next 15 days.
        I am not sure that by when I will get goodies delivery also please do not believe in such offers specifically when it's for Lenovo.
        Sorry to say that but this is not the exact way of doing business.
        Please please do not go for Lenovo if you cares for money.

        the extended warranty seems a sham . all i'm getting is a mail that they will send the same, even their customer care gives evasive answers or doesnt answer.

        I purchased Laptop LenovoYoga 80N40047IN on 9th Aug, 2015 from Lotus, Bhopal.
        I applied for 1TB drive for Rs. 499 on 16th Aug, 2015 aand submitted required documents online.
        Received confirmation of Registration from Lenovo on 16th Aug, 2015 with Ticket No: BTC66536 informing me that Lenovo will revert back within 7 days,
        No further communication from Lenovo, since last 7 months. I have not received 1TB drive.
        I called Lenovo call center many times, without any result.

        Please help me to get BTC offer for 1TB drive.

          Hello. This is a complaint in relation to the inept functionality of the Lenovo A600 Plus that I had purchased a few months back when it was first launched in India. I had purchased the phone for my mother via flipkart. However, after just a month o[censored]se which by no means can be termed extensive considering that my mother hardly uses it for a few basic purposes, the phone started becoming unresponsive. 1. The touch screen was not working smoothly. 2. A few digits could not be dialed through the dial pad. 3. And the back button had completely stopped functioning. The above inadequacies have rendered the phone almost useless since the above mentioned functions are key to most if not all operations. After searching for Lenovo service centers in our home town Guwahati, we came across one which had vouched to be an authorized service center and assured us that the problem in all likelihood was with the touch screen and a new substitute would be ordered from Lenovo in the shortest duration. However, to our utter shock it has been over a month and they still say that the new touch screen hasn't arrived. We are utterly disappointed with the product quality as well as the post purchase services of Lenovo. It is a utter shame that within 3 months of purchase of which 2 months have been basically useless the phone has failed to serve its purpose. Not to mention the inherent difficulties that my mother has had to encounter because of its inefficacy. Hence, I would request Lenovo to kindly look into the matter with utmost sincerity and take the necessary steps, whether it be substituting the phone for a new one(since I am not sure if simply changing the screen would ensure the phone does not have any other problems) or providing a new touch screen whichever ensures that the phone gets fixed and would not suffer from a similar fate in the future.

            Hello team, I have purchased a Lenovo k3 note phone from flipkart. The phone specification says that the rear camera is of 13 Mega Pixel but when i click the picture, i am sure that it does not gives me that picture quality. I have another Lenove phone A7000 which has rear camera of 8MP but the picture quality of this phone is much better when compared to Lenovo K3 note. If required, I can prove this by providing the picture from both these phones. I would request you to look into this issue and act as soon as possible. Thanks, Vikas Sharma

                I would like to complaint against the service center as it is was worst experience there.I submitted my LENOVO K900 which i have purchased on 1/07/2015 in the month of march as i was experiencing a charging problem in it.The said that the phone will be repaired in 10 days as it will take time for the part to come, but it took 21 days complete to get my phone back.After that when I used the phone i experienced three new problems which were not before i.e malfunctioning of down volume key, no light on the bottom touch keys of the phone and sound problem.I told them that i am facing such problems on the very next day, they said that it would take another 10 days almost to get the parts and i said them OK.I keep on asking them for the parts and finally they arrived after a month almost.                   Recently I purchased Lenovo A6000 plus from flipkart.I w on[protected]. First few days it was working perfect and after that I have to press back button again and again. Recently it's back button is not working and while typing some keys too not working. Now it is in centre in una, H.P. From 7-8 days Bt have no parts. It's ridiculous.
                  Suggest not to buy Lenovo phones. It's such a bad experience from company as well as from there service centre.

                      Dear Sir, I brought a Lenovo Laptor on Feb 2014 it Model No is G400s. Windows 8.1 I also got along with the Laptop. But now in key board when I trying to type 'I', 'K' by pressing Left side shift key but its not possible to type but its possible to type by keep pressing right side Shift key. Again I am not able to type less then sign any more. (but I & K keys are working without keep pressing Left Shift key) Again I am not able to listen any Music through Headphone. Again my 3 USB ports are not supporting any Pen Drive. I am really unhappy with this Brand. For any queries please call me on [protected].

                          Sir, I purchase a new cell phone of lenovo(s90-A) but in one month there was problem in handset so as per company suggested me I went to the service centre, B2X service center, Nagpur. And after he told me to come after one week but after one week the problem was not solve and he again told me come after 2 days but again he told me come in next week but the problem was still not still solve.

                              I have purchased lenovo G580 laptop on oct 2013. LAPTOP Serial Number:WB09228319 My laptop stop working from last 1 week suddenly.I have taken this to service center authorized as well private. The response from them was motherboard chipset problem need to replace new motherboard. I have taken back my old motherboard and replaced new mother board with private vendor .since Hitech computers(Authorized) doesn't have new motherboard. But i dont root cause for chip set level motherboard issue. The quality of lenovo motherboard is not good. I have taken this laptop just 15 months back. Not even completed 2 years and got motherboard issue. I very much disappointed for this. People trust on lenovo and purchase costly laptop. If i compare my lenovo laptop with HP and Dell. My rating for lenovo will be 2 (out of 5). The service of lenovo at authorized service center is very bad. I guess duplicate motherboard was installed in my laptop during purchase. It is huge loss for me. As i spend Rs 8500 /= for new motherboard. Request you to investigate root cause of this and provide compensation for the same. Regards Bhargav cell:[protected]

                                    Lenovo S90-A 32G (Platinum) Batch: [protected] Imei No: [protected] Ean No:[protected] I, Ms.Harsha Jayasankar, bought the above mentioned Lenovo phone on 25th Feb, 2015 from a store called Solutions at Ghatkopar(E). It was working well until 10th April, 2015 when i gave it to Shriram Neotech Lenovo service center at Dadar(W) because of its speaker problem. None of the speakers were working and by that I mean it was like the phone was on a complete mute and hence, useless. The service center rectified the problem in about 7 days or so stating that they had to change the mother board. It had been working fine since then until 23rd June, 2015 when i noticed that the display of the phone is gone. I gave my phone for service (because of no pone display) for the second time in four months on 25th June, 2015 to B2X-001 Allied Services CSL India in the below mentioned address: 105, 2nd Floor, Ranjith Studio Complex, Dadar Station Road, Dadar (E) - 400014 [protected] /[protected] Contact: Sameer Kokate Job sheet no: SRB2X[protected] They told me that they would give me the rectified Lenovo phone back within fifteen days (which is too long a timeline for a phone service). And now it's been 20 days and they still haven't done anything about my phone. I tried calling the service center several times but either their number is busy or nobody picks up the phone. And whenever someone attended the call they would keep postponing the dates that I am supposed to receive my phone back after service. On 15th July, 2015 I was supposed to get my mobile back, but when I spoke to the customer care lady, she said they ll give the phone on Friday (17th July, 2015) which would be tomorrow and I am pretty sure they are gonna postpone the date of return further. The worst part about this whole phone service drama are the people attending the customer calls at the service center who are so annoyingly hopeless that before I finish the conversation they would just hang up on me. It happened every single time which is means this is how they prefer to treat your customers. But is this the way you should be treating your customers? I wouldn't have had the need to go to a damn service center and waste my time and be treated like this by your employees if your product worked properly. Worst customer service ever. I have completely lost trust in your customer service as well as Lenovo products and would never suggest your products to anybody ever. The phone is just about four months old and It has had two major problems, twice! I have had enough of this drama. And I value the money I have paid for the Lenovo product. Hence, I would like to get the phone replaced or preferably my money refunded as soon as possible because I really do not want to deal with crappy products of Lenovo ever again! Harsha Jayasankar

                                      I have lenovo U410 ideapad and it is under warranty. I submitted to it a service center in Gurgaon and they said that LCD screen and cable need to be replaced and it will take 4-5 days. Now after 5 days when I called, they said that it had not been fixed. We don't have parts available. It will take time and gave me the complaint no and toll free no. When I called them and I told them that I need it before 23rd July 2015 as I have to go to out of India, they said, okay we will fix it on 23rd July 2015. But, when I asked about guaranty, then they cannot. I am really disturbed by Lenovo service. Now I don't know what should do because I need the laptop before 23rd July in perfect condition.                                         I purchases lenovo 6000 on dated:- 27/06/2015, but since first day I am facing problem with the software, I installed few apps and since it usually it get stopped and it stopped responding, there is a major heating problem, after few minutes of browsing it starts heating up, some it sounds like something is wrong with the hardware. Plz replace my handset or solve my problem
