I had purchased lenovo A536 on 25 may.now its dislpay is not working..without any damage. Firstly its screen startd blurr..now totally white screen is appear. Service center told that display is damage.but we claimed that no damage is there.. Kindly help us in this issue

    Issue in my Yoga-2 laptop (Sr no: CB31307670CB). Bought laptop on 6th July 15 & since last week of june-15 laptop is not starting. 1) Called Customer care who denied any service. They told that they can send new charger but I have to confirm that fault is due to charger. Onsite facility is available in case there is any fault in hardware. How can customer know the correct reason? 2) Also when product was bought then there was 3 year warranty going on yoga-2. On speaking with customer care I got surprised to know that it has waranty of one year only. Customer service support person denied to correct the warranty period as they ay they are not aware though such offer is going on in their present products as well. 3) Customer care shared a mail id to address my concern. The mail id was [protected]@lenevo.com. I had marked a mail to this mail id with CC to [protected]@lenevo.com as I found in their website. Till date I haven't received any revert. If you can provide any help then mark a mail to [protected]@gmail.com

      I have purched Lenovo a7000 2 month back this phone always show battery 100% And after 6 hours he shutdown not charging when phone is on he is charging when phone is shutdown.sound is also bvery bad. Phone disconnect problem .some time touch not work.

        Product : Lenovo A6000 Plus Mobile

        I bought one Lenovo A6000 Plus through Flipkart.com, I have received the above on 10th May, 2015.

        For the last couple of weeks the battery is getting drained very fast, even within one hour o[censored]sage, Also the phone gets heated so that I cannot bring anywhere near my ear to attend a call. This is a faulty set that flipkart.com delivered to me and

        Battery is not withstanding even 6 hrs of charging (even though each and every application is closed, no net connection, purely IDLE condition) moreover it takes more than 4-5 hrs for complete charging the phone from the charger which company has provided in Kit, also the phone gets so much heated from the above portion that it hard to hold it. I think, this is a faulty set that flipkart.com delivered to me
        What's up we can not receive any message same time.

        Please take necessary action to refund or replace my smart phone.

            i purchased power bank ( lenevo pb410) now after 4 months its not working properly. problem is after charging for 8 hours its not even charging full smartphone of capacity 2200mamphere, so i kindly request u to assist me in this problem. i m not able to find service centres for aceesories, plz do assist me in this matter.It has warranty of 1 year so plz help me in refund or exchange of material.

              sir, I have purchased Lenovo model no 526 in Aug. 2014, in starting time my handset is hanged again and again. I consulted ur Sercice Centre (Diurgapur, W.B) branch in October 2014. it is formated set but my problem is not solved. Last two month it is seen that the tower of network is fluctuate some hence call drops is happened and battery is also lapsed half a day. I consulted ur service centre again ur service centre on 4/4/2015 it is said that mother board may worst, after replacement of motherboard my problem is still now. I am very frustrated about set. I consult ur toll free no yesterday and handover again ur service centre that is changed in three time in last 6 months . Hence pl. look into my case and resolve my problem. thanking your Manoj kr Morya

                From three to four months before this blurring of the monitor is occurring, i had purchased this desktop from Synergy Technology Karwar (Phone no:[protected]), while operating of the system the monitor turns to the below type (posted in picture) .After repeated pleading to the dealer he is not corresponding to the issue. I want my desktop to be repaired as early as possible.

                  I have purchase lenovo vibe x2 on dec, 2014 and excepted a good response from it, but I was totally wrong as not 6 months has pass and I am facing display problem so can't use my mobile.                     I bought this phone in apr from flipkart.com, after a month touch screen was not working then I returned and got a new piece in may, again in 1 month same problem am facing, this time even flipkart is not resposible, so am not able to find the solution not even the service centers in hyderabad..any one can help on this..?

                        I am writing this mail to show my utter dissatisfaction with your service department. With reference to Service Order Number [protected]. I gave my ideapad U410 laptop(Serial number QB[protected] which is under warranty to your service centre located at Janak Puri, New Delhi on 6th June for some display issue. Initially I was told that there are issues in RAM that needs replacement which was supposed to be replaced within a day or two. For the next 15 days they kept on telling me to wait for some days as the product life has ended. Finally on 19th June they called me and said that the part is not available and now the refund for the product will be raised in few days. After the assurance of refund from their side, I ordered a new laptop but again on 24th June, I got a call that they will now be able to repair my laptop as they got the replacement part and the repair will take around 2 days. I cancelled my order for new laptop and again after 2 days, I was told that the part is incompatible and said that they are again raising a request for the new part. Now they are again saying to wait for 2-3 days as they are looking into the matter. I am really frustrated with the kind of service your support center is providing. A RAM replacement take few hours and your “capable” service team has already taken a month and still I am not sure how much more time they will need. I am in touch with even the operations manager of the customer support team but still no help. I really want this to be settled as early as possible and if not, I am sorry to say but I will have to approach the consumer forum. Gaurav Agrawal [protected]

                          i submitted my phone in 'TECHNO CARE PVT.                                 I have brought a new lenovo laptop model-g5070 on 10 june 2015.After somedays i observed a white bright line at the bottom of the screen.Lenovo is a company having a great name and fame and these type of incidences could bring a slur in the name of the company.I want my laptop to be checked early and repaired or changed.

                                  I bought my mobile Lenovo S-850 in March 2015.Following problems were faced in April & again in May 2015:(a)phone gets "switched off" by its own & not gets "ON" by On/Off switch or otherwise (b)gets heated up within 3-4 min. of talking. It was kept in HCL touch service center for about a week each time & returned rectified. Again on 25th June, problems faced: (a)Showing full network indication but neither receiving nor sending any communication (b) I have observed that its reception is week compared to another set of my colleague, at the same location by the same service provider (c)gets heated up within 3-4 min. of talking (d) Ringer not working.The issue appeared around 20/6/2015 for 4-5 hours but got rectified on its own after switching the device ON & OFF repeatedly. It is a severe harassment to make rounds of HCL service center repeatedly. I met one person having similar "On/Off" problem in his S-850 & another for his A-7000 models, who visited NOIDA service center on 25/6/2015. My mobile job cards no. is SRIN[protected] dated 26.06.2015. Above all, HCL service center personnel are rude in customer dealing & casual in writing all problems in job card, stating space constraint . I will be compelled to approach suitable forum if Lenovo doesn't replace it with a new phone & provide a fresh two year warranty.

                                    Have bought Lenovo A7000 last month. From the day i started using it i found it has lot of technical problems. Service center of Lenovo is like lenovo phone i.e. Lowest standards of quality of services. Till date they are not fixing the problem nor any communication.

                                      IMEI NO:[protected] Hi... Its quite surprising that the brand Lenovo has such feed back in the entire market. I am a Lenovo brand wisher and has mobile and Laptop of Lenovo brand. the above said mobile has two sim slot where i can use 2 sim at a time. once i wanted to take out 1 sim from the top slot, which was not coiming out. since it was very urgent for me to get the sim from mobile slot, i went to the service center. they told me that they will try to take this out but if something happen to the slot, they will not be responsible. finally i myself took this out and they said the slot no 1 has got damaged. they also said because of the sim adapter it happened. i would like to bring in to your notice that, the sim was given by vodafone and they are supplying this multi purpose sim only to its customers. then i started inquiring about this issue with my friends, local mobile sellers, local mobile service center etc...It was a shocking feedback that all that the Lenovo mobile has this issue on going. many customers have this kind of problem earlier also. Being a well wisher of Lenvo brand, it was not digesting for me. but i had to forcefully believe that the great Lenovo has this problem in the market. I would like to bring in to your notice that, kindly take it up this issue and resolve for all your product. day by day the complaints are increasing and the brand name will get affected. two of my colleagues also have brought lenovo mobile based on my feedback and noe they started blaming me. Iam sure a barand like Lenovo will not mar the feeling of its customers.                                         This is pandu from rajahmundry i had purchased lenovo a 6000 model mobile at online. That mobile came software problem but not received the servicing center not clear my problem.
                                        Why because purchased only stores mobiles repairs accepted.But not accepted in online shopping mobiles(Lenovo a 6000 model). Immediately clear this problem in few days. Other you cannot solve this problem we will meet in consumer court.
