The same reply i am getting from 10 june 2015 onwards, when i am giving the call to find out the status they are not responding to the call. I request you if you don't have efficient technicians or spare parts, better you should take an authority to replace the handset with new one. As i am working for an hospital it's becoming very difficult to be in touch with my corporates and Doctors. Please kindly do the needful at an earliest.     I bought a laptop in February 2015, and according to scheme I paid rs.1000/- for mobile phone. I haven't received any mobile phone yet. There customer care contact number is available but nobody picks up. Now they sent me mail which says that I have received the mobile phone and warranty card is attached. What should I do now? Its been more than 4 months now, and they are not replying at all

      I bought this piece from the US last August(2014) and now after 8 months it started giving me problems. Now the piece is not bootable at all. One key recovery also failed. I requested Lenovo service center at Belpaur, Navi Mumbai to help, but they said this cannot be serviced in India. I cannot incur extra cost now by sending it to China/ US/ anywhere else plus the hassles of followup without even knowing if there will be an outcome of this ordeal. We cutomers are taken for a ride by these cheap Chinese manufacturing and the company does not have any infrastructure in place to help. I donot undertnd how they can exclude a particular country from servicing while they donot do so for selling it. Who can help me ? Akhil Pandya Mumbai, India [protected]
      Email the US customer service and China registered address office and explain them your problem. Ask them to instruct their Indian counterparts to help you In New Bombay. Lenovo's service operations are managed from Bangalore.

      Lenovo sells worldwide. So they should provide after-sales service worldwide. In future, please avoid patronising cheap charlatan vendors. They prove to be costly in the long run.

      If things fail, get a legal opinion and proceed to sue them for unfair trade practice.

        Sir, I am reposting my review in public interest because it was removed by Flipkart for obvious reasons. Perhaps they are much too interested in making money than see to the welfare of customers. The below imputations are statements of fact that are verifiable and I am reaching Lenovo and Flipkart simultaneously for their action. This communication is admissible as evidence under the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. No physical or digital signatures are required to be appended. BUYER BEWARE. Lenovo A6000 Plus is a lousy phone according to my experience with it. I bought the Lenovo A6000 Plus for Rs 7589/- vide Order no. OD[protected] on 19th May 2015. Invoice copy attached. It reached my hands on 20th June 2015. A cheap phone, after all, is indeed cheap. It turns out costly in the short run as I am now experiencing.One month o[censored]se and I am fed up. Since last 10 days, the phone is behaving erratic. The dual SIM notification was showing Vodafone 3G Null instead of Vodafone 3G Reliance 2G. I have seen the battery drain faster while taking longer time to recharge fully.After the screen sleeps, the power button failed many a times to wake up the phone. From yesterday the touch screen has gone crazy. Weird posts and nonsense get posted on Whatsapp. Messaging misbehaves with gibberish messages getting typed. The phone behaves as if it is possessed by a ghost. Apps flip on from one screen shot to another. I cannot make calls because calls get connected to people I do not wish to call. The digits 4, 5 and 6 on the dialer screen do not operate. I am at my wits end. My time is being wasted and I cannot be productive. Now progress to the second stage. I tried three Lenovo Service Centres. They are as given below. See the response I got from them. Why the hell is it called a Lenovo Service Centre? I cannot understand] This is what happens in this country that is steeped in corruption and time-pass. Customers have to run from pillar to post and waste their time, money and energies because they patronise a charlatan enterprise with charlatan service centres that do disservice. If I am denied resolution of my grievance within reasonable time by either replacing the defective phone with a brand-new working piece or refunding my money in full, I will be left with the only option to drag Lenovo, making Flipkart a party to Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum bringing charges of deficiency of service and o[censored]nfair trade practice. Kindly do not make me send legal notices to your registered offices. Faithfully, VENKATESH NAIDU Dear Flipkart, I have already travelled up to the Lenovo service centre at Andheri HCL Centre at Marol on 25th June 2015 at 1750 hrs, wasted my money and time and deposited the diseased phone. It will require hospitalisation for 10 days (excluding holidays) in the ICU. Until then it will be under coma. I will have to fend for mysel[censored]ntil then for TEN DAYS.         I bought a LENOVO A6000 PLUS smartphone from Flipkart on 19th May 2015. The phone was delivered on the 20th May 2015 by express courier service.

        Within some twenty days, the phone behaved erratic. The second sim on the dual sim device would not work and the display would show "Vodafone 3G" "null".

        In another five days, the touch functions started collapsing. Finding a Lenovo service centre was the beginning of discovering Lenovo disservice. Most Lenovo service centres are closed and inoperative. Those that are open do not undertake after-sales service. I was directed to "HCL Systems", a service centre at Marol, Andheri (East) after a round of email communication with Flipkart and Lenovo. I surrendered the defective phone to the service centre on the 25th June 2015. I was told to wait for ten (10) days. The ten days without the phone have been gruelling enough. Yesterday, after 10 days elapse, when I called up the service centre to enquire whether I could collect the phone I was told that the touch panel has not arrived and I would have to wait eight days or more further.

        This is bloody intolerable that I cannot take.I have demanded either a new phone or my full money back. Writing to Lenovo and Flipkart on this issue has resulted in a reply from Lenovo that they are responsible only for technical issues and that I will have to take up directly with the service centre for status issues.

        Lenovo is a sub-standard brand with sub-standard service. No wonder standard retail service providers such as Walmart is prevented entry from doing business in India so that sub-standard charlatans like Flipkart and Lenovo can flourish vending sub-standard goods and services.

        A legal notice of civil liability for unfair trade practice and deficient services is now in order.

          I Purchase laptop in the month of November'2014. Given a complaint to LENOVO regarding defective screen. As advised by Lenovo customer care, i have sent the snap shots to their mail-id against my complaint No:[protected] & Service Request No:[protected], related to defective LED screen. I am encountering the problem for long time and request you to rectify this problem immediately. Got below reply from LENOVO which is very irresponsible about customer problem. Dear customer, This is with regards to the snapshot we received. This is to inform you that we have validated the snapshot sent and confirmed that there is a damage on Display. You may not find any scratch or visibility of damage even when the screen is off as the damage is internal. We regret to inform you that this will not be covered under Lenovo Limited Hardware warranty. To get this repaired, request you to take the system to nearest Lenovo Service center to get it replaced with nominal charges for part and labor. Regards, SO Support Team Lenovo India Pvt. Ltd. we have not did any damage to laptop. the line has started very slowly and its increased day by day. By seeing the screen shots itself, lenovo people decided that, its a internal damage and will not cover under warranty. This is a planned escaping plan from lenovo people to cheat customers for not replacing the part. I will not buy /recommend to buy/use any type of lenovo product in future. I didn't expected this type of replies from a reputed company like LENOVO.

            I have Lenovo G570 laptop, which screw is automatically fall down, and body has been cracked. I have extended warranty for 3 years but they told me that I have to pay 4500 rs. for body even if it was in extended warranty. Dont buy lenovo.. They uses cheap material

              Hi, order OD[protected] My Lenovo A6000+ is getting very very ……..very much hot just after 15-20 min call conversation or watching video just 15-20 min. It is also occurred during charging and 100 % charge is not staying not more than 10-11 Hr (during that Ph uses minimal, not using any 3G net connection, all unassay apps are closed and no video watching ). It is horrible and it is not possible to use long time.

                I had a Lenovo A7000 through Flipkart by 18th Jun '15, from today morning, my phone does not charge proper, after adopting the charger adopter, It just charges for maximum 2 or 3 minutes after that it gets disconnect automatically...                   Hello, I have the problem of over heating and battery draining within every hour with my Lenovo A 6000 phone. Within few days o[censored]sage, once I charge the Phone, the battery is getting drained very fast, even within one hour o[censored]sage, Also the phone gets heated so that I cannot bring anywhere near my ear to attend a call. I want my phone to be replaced immediately since my phone is in warranty period. The Flipkart customer care is not responding to my calls. I shall try reaching them for the next 3 days sincerely.                       I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad S510p Batch no WB13938608 from Digital Zone, Gandhi Nagar Jammu[protected]/[protected]on 29.07.2014. The laptop developed a defect regarding charging. We approached the dealer on 15.06.2015. We were told that its Charging Port is not working & is to be replaced. Next day we were told that the port is not available, we are trying to get the same. Another day when we enquired, we were told that the Laptop will be ready by the evening as they have replaced the charging port. Again on enquiring, we were told a different story, i.e., The Mother Board is not working & they are trying to sort out the issue. Finally on 20.05.2015, we were told that they will be placing the order with the Company for a new Mother Board, which will take about 15 days to reach them & we will be receiving a call from the Company. But today when I enquired about whether the order has been placed, I was told that an order has been placed for Charging Port & Mother Board will be taken care of afterwards, I fail to understand what kind of service centre is this?. Every time we approach them the problem is new. It seems that the centre/dealer is not willing to resolve the issue and may not even seen the real problem of the laptop & is just harrasing us by changing the statements every day.

                        I had bought a Lenovo G50-45 (80E30142IN) from Galaxy Computers at 6, Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata-700072.It had an AMD-A8 6410 processor.It also had an extra 4GB RAM attached to it.It started showing problems one month after use.The laptop would not turn on inspite of being powered on.I contacted lenovo support online and they told me to go to their support center at 6, Chittaranjan Avenue.I went there on 08.06.2015.I told them repeatedly that i wanted them to check the system but the person in charge told me that he would put down the problem as "No Display" since he could not see a display.I was also informed that the repairs could take 2-4 days.I repeatedly asked them if any one of my bill of sale would be needed or any signature necessary on the parts.I was assured that all of it was unnecessary and i would be informed as soon as servicing was done.I went back on 15.06.2015.They told the repairs was done.I asked the person who returned my laptop what was wrong.He avoided telling me and at the end told me my LCD screen was listed(As was stated in the bill of service).I checked my laptop accordingly but did not see the processor as i did not think it was necessary.I came home and the performance of the laptop was degraded beyond my expectation and after a week o[censored]se i was at a loss to explain the change.When i checked on 21.06.2015 i was surprised to find that my laptop had a E1-6010 processor.I paid for the laptop and i swindled by their support center.I wan't a solution where i get my processor back as fast as possible or pay me the price of the laptop as soon as possible in exchange for taking back their laptop.This record of theft and misinformed servicing should be present and action should be taken against the service center as soon as possible.When i stepped out of the service center i had marked them as good.Never in my wildest dreams did i think that they would steal like petty thieves.They could have even pointed it out instead they chose to lie.I want this to be settled as fast as possible since it hampers my work in a very poor way.

                              I am N.baskaran from trichy my mobile number is [protected].i had got LENOVO P780 in trichy on 12/07/2014, last 2weeks my mobile was not getting tower properly so went service station ans asked for service they said it is Network IC FAULT so bring your bill that you can claim warranty so after 1 week i went bill and asked to service they again checked and said IC had a shot circuit because of water lakking and they said they cant service if you need to service it will cost 80% of the mobile cost.so i said them i didnt make any water in it and asked warranty but they refused to respond me and not answering me.so i need to service my mobile warranty and make faster or otherwise i will make another action claim it.

                                I have a lenovo vibex, it is 5 months old. The motherboard had crashed after 3 months o[censored]sage. Lenovo replaced the motherboard. It was ok for a month. Again the motherboard is giving problems and also it crashes anytime. I gave it to the service center. After following up with lenovo care since almost 15 days, they are still ignoring, saying somebody will comeback to us. No one is taking any responsibility or any action to resolve the issue. I need refund from lenovo for cheating me on this and wasting so much time and money.

                                  I have a Lenovo A7000 mobile brought only last month. Whenever I try to install any auto updates, Firm ware update or any application (even for a 5MB one), I get an error for insufficient space. I cleared the cache and even in storage i can see still 500+ MB available. Still not able to install any app. Please provide a resolution for it.

I submitted 3 times to the service center and mailed as a complain so many times but still problem not solved.. I hate the response of the Lenovo..                                       Dear Sir/Madam, This is Eesha Jamsandekar residing from Goa .I had purchased Lenovo S-850 Mobile from online shopping site Snap deal. Following are the details of purchase. INVOICE NUMBER-28E682/14-15/31582 INVOICE DATE 25.SEPTEMBER.2014 ORDER NUMBER-[protected] IMEI/SERIAL NUMBER-[protected]. I am facing various problems since the time I have purchased the phone. 1. My phone shows full range but in reality it is off i.e. if anyone is trying to contact me the caller gets a message as my phone is switched off. So I normally have to switch my phone three to four times a day remove sim and start again by changing settings. This becomes stress. 2. My phone gets hang.And display just goes off. 3. My phone sim slots don’t work properly. 4. Several times when i wish to click photos i get a message as camera doesn't support. So again I have to spend time in switch off and on. 5. When I am on telephonic conversation suddenly phone range gets disconnected and still phones shows full range. And hence I have to switch off and switch off. 6. Compass navigator doesn’t support while on the same other models it supports. 7. At times my phone doesn’t get connected to computer. 8. When someone calls on display it shows that I got a call but that touch sensor to receive call doesn’t work. For all above complains I had given my phone to service center and the had recommended me to replace Motherboard. But still my issues are not resolved. Service center concern person doesn’t pay much of attention. This all has become mental stress. As Mobile is mode of communication for business. it has messed it up. Kindly look up to this matter awaiting for a positive reply and justice.

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to inform you that I bought a Lenovo S 8 tablet from Flipkart on 12/01/15. It was not working from 26/05/15 and it was given on Kolkata service centre on 28/06/15. At that time they told me that it will take 1 week for repairing. After 1 week I called to Lenovo Customer care as well as service centre they told me the parts is not available it will be available by 15th of this month i.e today. However I called again both they again give me negative reply about the repairing and cannot tell any probable time. I want a concrete answer from your side when its parts will be available and when will I get my tab back. Otherwise please provide me a new tab as a goodwill of your company or any substitute or give my money back. So that I can use it. Please give me a positive answer. I bought it as I got a good service for my laptop, now a days your services deteriorated.
