Lenovo AI0 C[protected]/[protected] Purchase from Croma T.Nagar Chennai @ 08.05.2014 System Display and Booting Problem Message showing Automatic Repair page after using restart or Advanced options the system goes blank window. Need service.

I have brought a new lenovo laptop model-g5070 on 10 june 2015.After somedays i observed a white bright line at the bottom of the screen.Lenovo is a company having a great name and fame and these type of incidences could bring a slur in the name of the company.I want my laptop to be checked early and repaired or changed.

I bought my mobile Lenovo S-850 in March 2015.Following problems were faced in April & again in May 2015:(a)phone gets "switched off" by its own & not gets "ON" by On/Off switch or otherwise (b)gets heated up within 3-4 min. of talking. It was kept in HCL touch service center for about a week each time & returned rectified. Again on 25th June, problems faced: (a)Showing full network indication but neither receiving nor sending any communication (b) I have observed that its reception is week compared to another set of my colleague, at the same location by the same service provider (c)gets heated up within 3-4 min. of talking (d) Ringer not working.The issue appeared around 20/6/2015 for 4-5 hours but got rectified on its own after switching the device ON & OFF repeatedly. It is a severe harassment to make rounds of HCL service center repeatedly. I met one person having similar "On/Off" problem in his S-850 & another for his A-7000 models, who visited NOIDA service center on 25/6/2015. My mobile job cards no. is SRIN[protected] dated 26.06.2015. Above all, HCL service center personnel are rude in customer dealing & casual in writing all problems in job card, stating space constraint . I will be compelled to approach suitable forum if Lenovo doesn't replace it with a new phone & provide a fresh two year warranty.

Have bought Lenovo A7000 last month. From the day i started using it i found it has lot of technical problems. Service center of Lenovo is like lenovo phone i.e. Lowest standards of quality of services. Till date they are not fixing the problem nor any communication.

I am a Lenovo brand wisher and has mobile and Laptop of Lenovo brand. the above said mobile has two sim slot where i can use 2 sim at a time. once i wanted to take out 1 sim from the top slot, which was not coiming out. since it was very urgent for me to get the sim from mobile slot, i went to the service center. they told me that they will try to take this out but if something happen to the slot, they will not be responsible. finally i myself took this out and they said the slot no 1 has got damaged. they also said because of the sim adapter it happened. i would like to bring in to your notice that, the sim was given by vodafone and they are supplying this multi purpose sim only to its customers. then i started inquiring about this issue with my friends, local mobile sellers, local mobile service center etc...It was a shocking feedback that all that the Lenovo mobile has this issue on going. many customers have this kind of problem earlier also. Being a well wisher of Lenvo brand, it was not digesting for me. but i had to forcefully believe that the great Lenovo has this problem in the market. I would like to bring in to your notice that, kindly take it up this issue and resolve for all your product. day by day the complaints are increasing and the brand name will get affected. two of my colleagues also have brought lenovo mobile based on my feedback and noe they started blaming me. Iam sure a barand like Lenovo will not mar the feeling of its customers. This is pandu from rajahmundry i had purchased lenovo a 6000 model mobile at online. That mobile came software problem but not received the servicing center not clear my problem.
Why because purchased only stores mobiles repairs accepted.But not accepted in online shopping mobiles(Lenovo a 6000 model). Immediately clear this problem in few days. Other you cannot solve this problem we will meet in consumer court.

I bought my new Lenovo laptop G50-70 intel 4th gen i3 processor with 4 GB RAM, 1 TB Hard disk and free DOS on June 27, 2015 from a multi branded outlet.It is having back to college offer where I can avail the below offers. 1. Lenovo 1 TB external Hard disk Drive or Lenovo BT speaker @ Rs.499. 2. 2 years additional warranty @ rs.1499 For availing above 2 offers I need to visit www.lenovopromo.net and register by filling the back to college offer form in the website. When I have keyed in the data for filling the form, to my surpise I found that only the second offer is displayed but not the first offer. I purchased lenovo inspite of other laptop brands just because of the offer to buy external hard disk @ 499 Rs. This is extremely disappointing . i just bought my laptop 4 hours ago and the promo offer is expiring on June 30, 2015. I request a immediate resolution as well as I don't want to be denied with the above 2 offers.Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I bought a Lenovo s850 from UAE last year. after 8 months o[censored]se, the touchscreen is damaged. Local warranty is not available and the service center authorities told me that for replacing with original would cost more than 8000 rupees.I'm totally disappointed now. My friend has also same experience with another model. So my association with lenovo is finished.

i bought a lenovo G50-70( serial number is YB[protected] lap last month...with in two days the OS windows 8.1 was getting corrupted.. i am working i a leading MNC..i bought this laptop for office purpose only... it was getting corrupted on monday so didnt have the time to contact lenovo at the same day so i have planned to contact lenovo on weekends and at the same time i cant simply sitting without working until weekends that's y i installed a crack version of windows 7. after that i went to lenovo on the same weekend.. they told it is not possible to recover the original OS for recovering they are asking 2000rs.. Y i need to pay? i went to service centre on the same week where i bought this lap..they told we never provide OS cd's like other products laptop like dell, hp.. that is whose fault? that is lenovo's mistake...lenovo have to provide proper cd's for OS ...how can the customers knows to enable recovery options on booting? i m highly disappionted by lenovo...Money is not a problem for me.. But it is not a good support by lenovo..for past two weekends i was roaming like anything with the lap to lenovo service centre...in my company all are using DELL and HP laptop only..i m the first customer for lenovo from my company... I bought a laptop in February 2015, and according to scheme I paid rs.1000/- for mobile phone. I haven't received any mobile phone yet. There customer care contact number is available but nobody picks up. Now they sent me mail which says that I have received the mobile phone and warranty card is attached. What should I do now? Its been more than 4 months now, and they are not replying at all

I bought this piece from the US last August(2014) and now after 8 months it started giving me problems. Now the piece is not bootable at all. One key recovery also failed. I requested Lenovo service center at Belpaur, Navi Mumbai to help, but they said this cannot be serviced in India. I cannot incur extra cost now by sending it to China/ US/ anywhere else plus the hassles of followup without even knowing if there will be an outcome of this ordeal. We cutomers are taken for a ride by these cheap Chinese manufacturing and the company does not have any infrastructure in place to help. Sir, I am reposting my review in public interest because it was removed by Flipkart for obvious reasons. Perhaps they are much too interested in making money than see to the welfare of customers. The below imputations are statements of fact that are verifiable and I am reaching Lenovo and Flipkart simultaneously for their action. Lenovo A6000 Plus is a lousy phone according to my experience with it. I bought the Lenovo A6000 Plus for Rs 7589/- vide Order no. OD[protected] on 19th May 2015. Invoice copy attached. It reached my hands on 20th June 2015. A cheap phone, after all, is indeed cheap. It turns out costly in the short run as I am now experiencing.One month o[censored]se and I am fed up. Since last 10 days, the phone is behaving erratic. The dual SIM notification was showing Vodafone 3G Null instead of Vodafone 3G Reliance 2G. I have seen the battery drain faster while taking longer time to recharge fully.After the screen sleeps, the power button failed many a times to wake up the phone. From yesterday the touch screen has gone crazy. Weird posts and nonsense get posted on Whatsapp. Messaging misbehaves with gibberish messages getting typed. The phone behaves as if it is possessed by a ghost. Apps flip on from one screen shot to another. I cannot make calls because calls get connected to people I do not wish to call. The digits 4, 5 and 6 on the dialer screen do not operate. I am at my wits end. My time is being wasted and I cannot be productive. Now progress to the second stage. I Purchase laptop in the month of November'2014. Given a complaint to LENOVO regarding defective screen. As advised by Lenovo customer care, i have sent the snap shots to their mail-id against my complaint No:[protected] & Service Request No:[protected], related to defective LED screen. I am encountering the problem for long time and request you to rectify this problem immediately. Got below reply from LENOVO which is very irresponsible about customer problem. Dear customer, This is with regards to the snapshot we received. This is to inform you that we have validated the snapshot sent and confirmed that there is a damage on Display. You may not find any scratch or visibility of damage even when the screen is off as the damage is internal. We regret to inform you that this will not be covered under Lenovo Limited Hardware warranty. By seeing the screen shots itself, lenovo people decided that, its a internal damage and will not cover under warranty. This is a planned escaping plan from lenovo people to cheat customers for not replacing the part. I will not buy /recommend to buy/use any type of lenovo product in future. I have Lenovo G570 laptop, which screw is automatically fall down, and body has been cracked. I have extended warranty for 3 years but they told me that I have to pay 4500 rs. for body even if it was in extended warranty. Dont buy lenovo.. They uses cheap material

Hi, order OD[protected] My Lenovo A6000+ is getting very very ……..very much hot just after 15-20 min call conversation or watching video just 15-20 min. It is also occurred during charging and 100 % charge is not staying not more than 10-11 Hr (during that Ph uses minimal, not using any 3G net connection, all unassay apps are closed and no video watching ). It is horrible and it is not possible to use long time.

I had a Lenovo A7000 through Flipkart by 18th Jun '15, from today morning, my phone does not charge proper, after adopting the charger adopter, It just charges for maximum 2 or 3 minutes after that it gets disconnect automatically... Hello, I have the problem of over heating and battery draining within every hour with my Lenovo A 6000 phone. Within few days o[censored]sage, once I charge the Phone, the battery is getting drained very fast, even within one hour o[censored]sage, Also the phone gets heated so that I cannot bring anywhere near my ear to attend a call. I want my phone to be replaced immediately since my phone is in warranty period. The Flipkart customer care is not responding to my calls. I shall try reaching them for the next 3 days sincerely.
