I have a Lenovo A7000 mobile brought only last month. Whenever I try to install any auto updates, Firm ware update or any application (even for a 5MB one), I get an error for insufficient space. I cleared the cache and even in storage i can see still 500+ MB available. Still not able to install any app. Please provide a resolution for it.

    I bought Nov 2014 s660. At the itself mobile heating like hell while charging. I submitted 3 times to the service center and mailed as a complain so many times but still problem not solved.. I hate the response of the Lenovo.. I need replacement or it should be repaired properly

      Dear Sir/Madam, This is Eesha Jamsandekar residing from Goa .I had purchased Lenovo S-850 Mobile from online shopping site Snap deal. Following are the details of purchase. INVOICE NUMBER-28E682/14-15/31582 INVOICE DATE 25.SEPTEMBER.2014 ORDER NUMBER-[protected] IMEI/SERIAL NUMBER-[protected]. I am facing various problems since the time I have purchased the phone. 1. My phone shows full range but in reality it is off i.e. if anyone is trying to contact me the caller gets a message as my phone is switched off. So I normally have to switch my phone three to four times a day remove sim and start again by changing settings. This becomes stress. 2. My phone gets hang.And display just goes off. 3. My phone sim slots don’t work properly. 4. Several times when i wish to click photos i get a message as camera doesn't support. So again I have to spend time in switch off and on. 5. When I am on telephonic conversation suddenly phone range gets disconnected and still phones shows full range. And hence I have to switch off and switch off. 6. Compass navigator doesn’t support while on the same other models it supports. 7. At times my phone doesn’t get connected to computer. 8. When someone calls on display it shows that I got a call but that touch sensor to receive call doesn’t work. For all above complains I had given my phone to service center and the had recommended me to replace Motherboard. But still my issues are not resolved. Service center concern person doesn’t pay much of attention. This all has become mental stress. As Mobile is mode of communication for business. it has messed it up. Kindly look up to this matter awaiting for a positive reply and justice.

        Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to inform you that I bought a Lenovo S 8 tablet from Flipkart on 12/01/15. It was not working from 26/05/15 and it was given on Kolkata service centre on 28/06/15. At that time they told me that it will take 1 week for repairing. After 1 week I called to Lenovo Customer care as well as service centre they told me the parts is not available it will be available by 15th of this month i.e today. However I called again both they again give me negative reply about the repairing and cannot tell any probable time. I want a concrete answer from your side when its parts will be available and when will I get my tab back. Otherwise please provide me a new tab as a goodwill of your company or any substitute or give my money back. So that I can use it. Please give me a positive answer. I bought it as I got a good service for my laptop, now a days your services deteriorated.           I have purchased a Lenovo S850 phone which cost 14, 750 on December 28.From day 1 it was giving network issue.I have registered complaints several times, each time they are saying like they have changed the motherboard, updated the software, Still i am facing the same issue.Attaching service reports and some snapshots with this.I need a new phone or I want my money back.

            Windows 8.1 is activated in my laptop.From 2 days onwards my audio device is not running i.e; I can't hear or listen songs.I also phoned to toll free number then acess my lapyop by remote control and downloaded Realtek audio driver and i installed and restarted my laptop.But still my audio device is not running.What to do?I hop you may solve this issue

                My name is Dr.S.Batabyal.I am one of your customers & I am hoping you may be able to help resolve my problem I am facing now. On 18th Oct, 2014 after weeks of browsing reviews, i purchased a Lenovo mobile A536-black.IMEI-[protected]. On 27th june, 2015, the system automatically got hanged up and restarted on its own repeatedly.On 28th june, 2015, I personally went to lenovo customer service centre-Sonali Infonet, Baguiati, Kolkata and showed them my handset.They kept the battery & set with them & said they would inform me about the problem on the next day. Next day, I called them up and they said that it was a hardware problem and that it would take 7 more days to resolve.On 2nd july, 2015, I rang them up again and they then informed that they have got mail from company regarding replacement of faulty A536 mobiles with new one.For this i need to deposit accessories of the whole set.I abided by them and deposited my accessories the next day only.On 8th july, I rang them up and a guy named Mr.Sujay Karmakar said that the set has not yet been sent because he did not knew where to send and how to send.When poked further, he gave the number of Mr.Sanjay Dutta (Service Manager-lenovo, Park Street, kolkata).On contacting this guy, he hung up the phone and gave a message asking to text him.I messaged him to talk to me about the problem but there was no response. Later, Mr.Kanchan Ghosh of Sonali infonet informed me over phone that my set would be repaired within four more days whereas previously they said that my set would be replaced by a new one.This discrepancy in talking have left me confused and is rousing my suspicion that something malicious is going on. To add on this your service centre staff have not been courteous to answer my phone and by giving false assurances, they have kept my set with them unresolved till now. As you can understand my frustration.I would appreciate any help that you and your team may be able to provide in this situation.

                  I purchased the product on 24.07.2014. After six months mobile stopped detecting sim cards, your authorized service center said the mother board problem then he replaced. After 10 months the mobile is getting heated while taking and lost touch. We have been using so many smart phones of different brands, but this is testing my patience. Replace my product or refund my amount. Otherwise I will be complled to approach consumer court against you.

                    Dear Sir, I had purchased lenovo mobile S820 Red+freebies inside item bar code 05149572. IMEI [protected].Order No.[protected], vide invoice No.DFC57D/13-14/8062 dated 12.12.2013 from Air Coomunications Associates, Rajgouri Garden, New Delhi for Rs.16126.00 It started malfunctioning (automatically switch off while using the phone) immediately after a month of purchase. This mobile was given to your authorised service centre M/s Space Computers, Osmanpura Aurangabad Mob.[protected] sometime in January 2014 for this purpose and they have reinstalled the software under warranty. Till February 2015 it was functioning somewhat ok but again started malfunctioning as briefed above. I had sent to the your above cerive centre once again the they informed me that they are not dealing with your products anymore and as such I had to take to M/s Infinity Computers, Mitra Nagar, Aurangabad. They had once again reinstalled the software but my problem was persisiting and second time they had sent my handset to their main servicing centre in Pune or Mumbai. After 35 days of follow up they now inform me that motherboard of my mobile is faulty and the the cost would have been 6400.00 if the motherboard is available, but they say mother board is not available and they cannot do anything in my case and they returned my mobile. I have not expected this from a reputed company like LENOVO. Ihave spent 16126 for this mobile and just used it for 18 months and I had experienced problem from 1st month of purchase itself. I am a middle class slaried person and I cannot buy another mobile with such a big amount. I would therefore request you to get my mobile totally repaired at your cost. Please note that if I do not hear anything from you in next 15 days time. I will be filing a suit against your company in Consumer Court, Aurangabad and also I will be calling a press conference giving my tragedy with your company and quality of your customer care.                       sir, i have purchased lenovo A6000 plus smart phone through flipkart on 28/4/2015 . unfortunately product showing some problem auto shutdown and again go for switch on its not works, than remove the battery and insert battery than start . i have followed all pre use procedure for the product. and also visit your service center but problem same as before. replace the product with quality product or return the money as early as possible product details as below.                         Last week Lenovo Vibe X2-AP was upgraded to Lolly Pop (Android version 5.0) from KitKat, after upgrading that the camera option SNAP it is not working totally useless now, we cannot use the camera at all. This is absolute backlogging bug with the OS updation.

                          i bought the lenovo G[protected] laptop 9 months ago..i am facing the keyboard problem, some keys are not working at all and also i am facing the display problem, so many thin dots and lines show on desktop most of the times and also mouse pad not working properly... i have 12 months warranty ...plz solve this problem as early as possible.

                            I have brought a new smart mobile S660 (worth Rs 9100) on 13th April'2015. One year warranty is there. suddenly from 31st May net connecting SIM was not connecting with net and from 7th June that SIM was not detecting. When I went to service center they told that SIM slotting one pin got crack. And now he charged for Rs 5000 to replace the same in spite of it is in warranty period. It is not fair to spent another Rs 5000 for Rs 9100 mobile. Please resolve my issue earlier.

                              My lenovo p70a mobile have some side volume button complain .this not work properly .when the video or music playing the volume button not work properly .when pressing the button volume not incress or decrease that will seeing calling ringing volume .after I want switch off the mobile after that volume key is working.you have any reason for this.I can solve the problem

                                    I purchased a power bank from flipkart . After one week it was not going to work properly and after few days i went to service center of lenovo to repair it but they refused to repair . I paid 600 rs. to flipkart to buy this product of lenovo . I'm a poor man and haven't more money to repair it and to purchase another power bank . The blue light which you can see in below picture that is not goes off if we once charge it .Please help me to justice with my earned money . Please ...                                       My phone is Lenovo A369i after four month it started switching off automatically. When i took it a Authorized service center Mobile Lab C/o HCL Care they kept my phone for two days and said the problem is with the battery and they have requested for the battery it will take 10 working days to replace the battery. Its been 20 days my battery is not been replaced till date. whenever i call the service center they make an excuse that they have not received the stock. I am not able use my phone as it gets switched off. i have also requested them to buy the battery locally and change it as i need my phone at work but they rejected it out right. Its one of my worst experience of the after sale service and advice all not to buy Lenovo mobile phone.

                                        I got some issue with Lenovo Mobile, which is under warranty. but since last 3 months i got very bad service from their kalyan service center. they repaired my mobile thrice but still not able to diagnose the problem. Since 1 month they had taken my mobile for replacement with new mobile but till now they keep on postponing for the same. Kindly do the needful
