      Hi, I am very upset with your mobile. I purchased lenovo a7000 last month. Within a month touch stopped working. Not able to operate the phone. Searched your website for service center in bangalore but no information in the site. Customer care number given in the website does not work. The last resort was the email i found in your website. But that also bounced. I made a big mistake by switching from Samsung Mobile to lenovo. I just feel cheated and trapped. Please let me know how to get my mobile serviced or get back my money. Else i will be left with no option except going to the consumer court.

        I bought a mobile in Feb, 15, I got some problem in music player and batter, then I visited the Bathinda service center ( Punjab), they solved the battery problem and when I asked about the music player, the service center person said, the company is denying to solve the issue. I had to get two working leaves visit this center and it did not solve. Then I filed an online complaint and the company representative called me and asked about the issue, I explained it and then He gave me the reference a new service center which is about 90km from my city( ludhiana) i went and got installed new software and the service center representative told me if i would have any problem then I just had to make a call then they will order a part and the part would be replaced( the motherboard) so after few days I got the same problem, then I called and they said, i had to submit my handset, i told them what they said before, they said, the policy has changed, now i have to submit my hadset. I had to send someone for submitting my mobile in the service center which cost me extra money too. :( they I emailed the service representative and Gave them four days, and the service representative replied that they have received the part but when I called the service center they denied that they had not received any part. now it has been two week, I yet not received my mobile. I dont' know what to do. If any Lenovo representative reading it, then I want to say, i never expect such bad service from you. you products are good but you dealing with customers is very very bad.           2nd may I purchase lenovo mobile A6000 after 15 day Mobile had some display problem .. for that reason i went to nearest Lenovo mobile centre, they told me Mobile has LCD problem, they told me please leave it to us, we will resolved that issue .. My mobile is laying in warranty period. But now the issue is when i call to Service centre no body pick up me phone .. i want to know the current status of my mobile phone..I want to back my mobile as soon as possible..               I have purchased Lenovo S920 mobile last august[protected] and it has had so many problems. I have at least gone 6-7 times to the service center because of mother board problems. The service is so poor and i don't expect this from a well known established company.Please find me a permanent solution to this problem.

                    Dear, I am vamshi krishna reddy I purchased a laptop on 15th january 2015, at Reliance retail limited located at Kakatiya university cross road, hanumakonda, dist;warangal, pin code 506001.And my laptop details are S.NO:PF01NQPL.After four months micro phone is not working, so I just consulted lenovo service center and there address is (suntex computers, sales &service, shop no.12, loyal arcade, near adalath circle, hanamkonda, dist:warangal) .they replaced the microphone with a new one, after two days when I pluged in for charging the laptop, some undesirable noise is coming from laptop, again I just consulted them, they had fixed it .After one day the same thing repeats again this is the 4th time I am consulting the service center and my problem is not fixed yet. what you're gonna do, will you replace it for another, or what the solution for this, I am looking forward for your response.

                        My mobile vibe x 2 is has hang from last 4 days. It has got 100 issues from day 1, and I have asked them to replace but they did not. I did not have time to visit the service center. I came to the service centre on Saturday and came to know that it closes by 5pm and will be closed on Sunday. Today I left my office just to get my mobile repaired from the only service center in Vyapar kendra, Nehru Place, New Delhi. They say that they will keep the moblie with them for 2 days and if there is a problem in hardware then they will keep for 7 days. Nowadays in very brand of mobile they give another mobile to the customer for time being to use it. But your company will keep my mobile for may be 2 or may be 7 days and will not give me any another mobile to use for the time being. Mobile is the basic need now. I stay alone is a city of Delhi and usually return from office late at nights. May I know, what will I do without a mobile till then?? How will I survive in case of any emergencies occurs. I don't need to explain how much important a mobile is in todays life that too for a girl staying alone. When I purchased this mobile after reading its features online I bought it immediately. My friends laughed at me for buying this brand. Now I know, not only the brand, but your service to your customer is also that very poor. You should replace the mobile as its just1 month and if you keep it for repairing, you should give me another mobile. Who will be responsible for all the delays and loss in my work that I have suffered without these days along with my mental harassment?? What will I do without a mobile for 7 days. I need an answer to this immediately. I'am sitting in a cyber cafe, have sent a text on Facebook to my friend from whose account I purchased this mobile so that he will forward me the bill of the Lenovo vibe x 2. I'am waiting for his reply on Facebook that when he or any other friend of mine will login to face book and inform my that friend to send me the mail so that I can take to your service center. Just see how good are your employees, I asked them to give me their mobile so that I can insert my sim and call my friend to forward me the mail, but your employees did not co-operate with me saying they cannot give theior personal mobile. Are you going to bear the expenses of this cyber cafe now? I did not go to office, my work is pending, my boss may fire me tomorrow as today is the deadline of a work and he is unable to call me. Just this mobile is not hang, but it also gives another mental pressures as today's world survives on mobile. I will soon visit your service center after I get the bill. Either you ask them to replace the mobile immediately, or refund it, or give me another mobile till the time they keep my mobile for repairing. I'am too much harrased in this hot weather and you will lose not jut one customer, but I will never ever suggest anyone to buy any product of lenovo ever in future. I'am that frustrated now.

                              I have bought yoga tablet B 6000 on 26th Jan, 2014. Within 6 days, its display starts flickering and I have to return it to the service center. Again after 7 months, the device started to reboot again and again. So, I have to again give it to service center. They have kept the Tablet around 30-40 days and give it back to me with replacement of part. Now, again two days it started rebooting. So, Lenovo has given me a faulty piece and they just wanted me to suffer. I havn't got satisfaction after buying the Tablet as it goes to service center several times.So, I want to have reimbursement for the Tablet or good working condition tablet.

                                I have my lenovo mobile S660 before 7 months but i used this mobile only for 2 months for 5 months it was in service centre i was mentally torchored by the service centre. Then one day i took a decision and i have launched a complain in grahak surakhsha kendra Rajkot and they helped me alot and they filed a legal complain on lenovo company and told me for the waitng of replay and aftr 15 days they got the rply letter and i have taken it as a legal prof and after few days later a person from Lenovo called me and told me whts the matter about the complain i told every thing and he told me we will solve it and we will provide you a new branded piece of lenovo not the old one aftr many arguments i told okay m ready bt i havent got any response till nw when ever i call that guy he tells me we will update u soon today its 2 month over i havent used my mobile now if i havent got any response from company i will go to consumer forum Rajkot and will give all prof to media and will launch a complain grahak surakhsha kendra had charged 5000 rs. Compensation charge and i will take it now

                                    I had bought a lenovo a600e phone on 15th Dec. For the first mont it worked properly but form Feb. onwards the phone was working very slowly and was getting heated up. It was hanging constantly. Though I had formatted the phone it gave me the same problem.

                                      First I would like to say that I never dropped my computer or mishandled it, and I am a high school student who can not afford not to have a computer. I bought a Lenovo Flex laptop because I thought that I would get a good enough quality for the price. After 2 months it did not charge so I replaced it with a new one because it was under guarantee however it took them almost 2 months to give me a replacement computer. However after 4 more months the screen of the laptop overheated and caused the screen to move out of the frame of the laptop thus causing the side of the frame went in between the back frame and the screen causing cracks on my screen diagonally... Afterwards, I realized that the screws that hold the motherboard and the keyboard together on the laptop fell off even after I re-screwed them in they kept on falling out.I gave up on this brand it is a total waste of money in my opinion. The only thing that I liked in the whole laptop and the experience is that it has a long range for WiFi access.I gave up and just decided to buy a new laptop because I can not wait for it to be replaced.
