    I have bought yoga tablet B 6000 on 26th Jan, 2014. Within 6 days, its display starts flickering and I have to return it to the service center. Again after 7 months, the device started to reboot again and again. So, I have to again give it to service center. They have kept the Tablet around 30-40 days and give it back to me with replacement of part. Now, again two days it started rebooting. So, Lenovo has given me a faulty piece and they just wanted me to suffer. I havn't got satisfaction after buying the Tablet as it goes to service center several times.So, I want to have reimbursement for the Tablet or good working condition tablet.

      I have my lenovo mobile S660 before 7 months but i used this mobile only for 2 months for 5 months it was in service centre i was mentally torchored by the service centre. Then one day i took a decision and i have launched a complain in grahak surakhsha kendra Rajkot and they helped me alot and they filed a legal complain on lenovo company and told me for the waitng of replay and aftr 15 days they got the rply letter and i have taken it as a legal prof and after few days later a person from Lenovo called me and told me whts the matter about the complain i told every thing and he told me we will solve it and we will provide you a new branded piece of lenovo not the old one aftr many arguments i told okay m ready bt i havent got any response till nw when ever i call that guy he tells me we will update u soon today its 2 month over i havent used my mobile now if i havent got any response from company i will go to consumer forum Rajkot and will give all prof to media and will launch a complain grahak surakhsha kendra had charged 5000 rs. Compensation charge and i will take it now

        sir, i have purchased a mobile phone lenovo a6000 plus through flipkart. mobile has over heat problem i.e battery temperature reaches to 47.2°c. I have requested for replacement to customer care. she given some suggestions through SmartChk but my mobile has still same heat up problem.Till date mobile is not replace by flipkart.           I had bought a lenovo a600e phone on 15th Dec. For the first mont it worked properly but form Feb. onwards the phone was working very slowly and was getting heated up. It was hanging constantly. Though I had formatted the phone it gave me the same problem.

            First I would like to say that I never dropped my computer or mishandled it, and I am a high school student who can not afford not to have a computer. I bought a Lenovo Flex laptop because I thought that I would get a good enough quality for the price. After 2 months it did not charge so I replaced it with a new one because it was under guarantee however it took them almost 2 months to give me a replacement computer. However after 4 more months the screen of the laptop overheated and caused the screen to move out of the frame of the laptop thus causing the side of the frame went in between the back frame and the screen causing cracks on my screen diagonally... Afterwards, I realized that the screws that hold the motherboard and the keyboard together on the laptop fell off even after I re-screwed them in they kept on falling out.I gave up on this brand it is a total waste of money in my opinion. The only thing that I liked in the whole laptop and the experience is that it has a long range for WiFi access.I gave up and just decided to buy a new laptop because I can not wait for it to be replaced.

                Dear sir or mam, I bought my lenovo y500 laptop 1and half year ago.few days back I did battery gauge reset from lenovo energy management app given by lenovo.from then my laptop is not charging and the customer care people are not responding properly.Then I showed in laptop service shop and they are saying we have to change the motherboard and it cost around 10k.The service center people are saying that they can do nothing as my machine is out of warranty.For the same problem in us the lenovo responded and solved the issue when the consumer service involved in u.s please help me with the issue sir.

                    I've purchased Lenovo A6000+, Major issues are tremendous heating and battery. I can't even hold the phone, that much heat is produced, and battery doesn't last even for an hour. I did Factory Rest as well as Hard rest as per, CS advices, still problem not solved, really disappointed with Lenovo, I don't know to whom I have blame, Lenovo or Flipkart? I called up Flipkart, waiting for the return. GUYS PLEASE DONT BUY LENOVO A6000 OR A6000+. Thank you

The battery back is not lasting more than two hours and BIG C people have done something and told that the battery will work but the result is same. 3. When the call is received double lock alert will come and two times pressing only the same will be vanished. 4. The service center people i.e Suntek computers, shop no.12, Loyal arcade, Hanamkonda, Warangal dist Telangana is non cooperative and every time, forced to contact your help line. The mobile is in service center vide receipt no.1475 from 25.02.2015. Every time I have to contact and they say that the problem will be resolved. 5. They have informed that the backup I have to take but my attempts from outside are futile. However the service center people have asked me to come today to help in this regard. 6. It is informed that the problem may be with the mother board and same has to be replaced. Battery is also problem right from the day one. 7. This mobile is presented to me by my wife on birthday. I worked in IOB as Chief Manager and now staying at Hanamkonda Hope for early solution i.e replacing the mobile and fresh one without any problems. The facts have been appraised thrice over mobile to your service center from 23.02.2015 onwards. An early reply in this regard is very much appreciated to avoid unnecessary corresponding and issues.                       i purchased lenovo a 526 mobile on 14.01.2015 and it is having mother board problem, battery problem and suddenly stopping mobile. the peace was delivered with out checking primary problems by lenovo mobile group.                       I had purchased JODI LENOVO MOBILE A 526 – IMEI NO.[protected] from BIG C, WARANGAL ON 14.01.2015. VIDE THEIR INVOICE NO.SI/WGL/25156 DATED 14.01.2015. The relative copy of the cash bill is enclosed . Right from day one the problems faced by me are as under.

                      1. BIG C people have supplied the flip craft cover only after 40 days from the date of purchase in the meanwhile the mobile has to be used by me.
                      2. The battery back is not lasting more than two hours and BIG C people have done something and told that the battery will work but the result is same.
                      3. When the call is received double lock alert will come and two times pressing only the same will be vanished.
                      4. The service center people i.e Suntek computers, shop no.12, Loyal arcade, Hanamkonda, Warangal dist Telangana is non cooperative and every time, forced to contact your help line. The mobile is in service center vide receipt no.1475 from 25.02.2015. Every time I have to contact and they say that the problem will be resolved.
                      5. They have informed that the backup I have to take but my attempts from outside are futile. However the service center people have asked me to come today to help in this regard.
                      6. It is informed that the problem may be with the mother board and same has to be replaced. Battery is also problem right from the day one.
                      7. This mobile is presented to me by my wife on birthday. I worked in IOB as Chief Manager and now staying at Hanamkonda
                      Hope for early solution i.e replacing the mobile and fresh one without any problems. The facts have been appraised thrice over mobile to your service center from 23.02.2015 onwards.

Lenovo company is not giving charity nor begging or gift to me and it is emphasized that it is my genuine and justified demand . The amount is out of hard earned money. Your people version of collecting from service center after two months without any reason is construed as negligence of service and unsatisfactory replies besides testing the patience. Now I decide to ask you for refund of the amount plus compensations for the damages .                         i purchased lenovo a 526 mobile on 14.01.2015 and it is having mother board problem, battery problem and suddenly stopping mobile. the peace was delivered with out checking primary problems by lenovo mobile group. The mobile was delivered to service center on 23.02.2015 and they took nearly one month to get repairing. the company people say that the replacement is not possible and wants to give repaired one only.                         I had purchased JODI LENOVO MOBILE A 526 – IMEI NO.[protected] from BIG C, WARANGAL ON 14.01.2015. VIDE THEIR INVOICE NO.SI/WGL/25156 DATED 14.01.2015. The relative copy of the cash bill is enclosed . Right from day one the problems faced by me are as under.

                        1. BIG C people have supplied the flip craft cover only after 40 days from the date of purchase in the meanwhile the mobile has to be used by me.
                        2. The battery back is not lasting more than two hours and BIG C people have done something and told that the battery will work but the result is same.
                        3. When the call is received double lock alert will come and two times pressing only the same will be vanished.
                        4. The service center people i.e Suntek computers, shop no.12, Loyal arcade, Hanamkonda, Warangal dist Telangana is non cooperative and every time, forced to contact your help line. The mobile is in service center vide receipt no.1475 from 25.02.2015. Every time I have to contact and they say that the problem will be resolved.
                        5. They have informed that the backup I have to take but my attempts from outside are futile. However the service center people have asked me to come today to help in this regard.
                        6. It is informed that the problem may be with the mother board and same has to be replaced. Battery is also problem right from the day one.
                        7. This mobile is presented to me by my wife on birthday. I worked in IOB as Chief Manager and now staying at Hanamkonda
                        Hope for early solution i.e replacing the mobile and fresh one without any problems. The facts have been appraised thrice over mobile to your service center from 23.02.2015 onwards.

                        They told me your problem will solve in 5 to 6 working days. I called them so many times but they at told me that the parts is not available. they always answered that the parts is not available. I told him today already 15 days passed still the my problem is not solved.

                        They give me very bad answer that you may took your phone. Whenever the parts come you may called for replace the. This is not a good services for your service centre.

I request you to take a strict action against the companies who manu[censored]ture fake Lenovo mobile and sell in the market and doing fraud business. Customers know Lenovo as a leading brand and trust on it, but in Lenovo's name we are being cheated . If you want details of my purchase, I can provide you with it .                                 We had bought Lenovo Yoga 13 Ultra notebook last year from lenovo. Notebook cost was Rs.92, 000. Within year we have found the screen flickering issue and reported to lenovo. They sent engineer after 15 days and replaced the cable stating it will fix the issue and just reload the Operating system and case was under observation. We had reloaded the OS and after it the situation was same. We reported the case next to next day and they said the complaint is closed and need to generate new Complaint number. We agreed after many discussion and then they replaced the screen after 15-20 days and after so many follow-ups. After replacing the screen, orientation problem started and started showing the false battery indication. As per engineer once we will charge it will be OK. We had charged the notebook and during that found screen started flickering again. We reported the concern again and till now there is no response from lenovo. We had shared the video etc as they were require it for proof. Even the body color is faded and they are stating it is not under warranty. Whereas our notebook is still under warranty and have validity for next 2 years. We are feeling cheated as we had spent a good amount of money for this notebook as had many good features but doesnt worth as it is not upto the mark. Product Quality and service is really bad. it is very difficult to take the service from lenovo. Ideally lenovo must replace the entire unit as the product was under ADP cover. But they even could not provided the basic support as well.

                                    This is to bring to your notice about the lenovo phone I have purchased on 29.12.2014 .Attached is the bill details. The phone is having major network issues in 3G from the time I started using the phone.For others who are calling me I will be out of range or switched off.Since i was working in Goa and I have purchased the same from Kerala i was not able to give the phone back to the shop.After one month I have given the phone for repair to shop I have purchased and they asked me to come back after 2 days.After 2 days when I went back they asked me to collect the phone after one month.After one and half month I have collected the phone on date and was still found not working in 3G network.As per my conversation with the shop people they have told the motherboard has gone bad and they have changed the same.I checked with shop people how much I will get for the phone if I go for an exchange for which they replied 4000. This mail is for you to notice Lenovo about the issue I am facing in network and I want it either to be replaced or the money should be refunded as it is clearly under the warranty term.I have hardly used the phone for one and half month. I have been calling the shop for complaining about the phone service for past 1 week they were not co-operating as in they stopped receiving the call initially and they finally picked the call just to say we will get back to you.Till now I have not received any call which forced me to get in touch with you directly If you are not going to consider any of the above mentioned things within 15 days I will be forced to go for legal actions.

                                        I want to bring to your notice a poor service experience I am currently undergoing. I have an issue with my LCD Cable with my laptop (see complete details below). My company (based in San Mateo, CA USA) has issued me this high end laptop as we use Lenovo PC company wide. I called Lenovo helpline which helped me with my local Ahmedabad contact Mr. Neel Modi at the authorized service center(Truvision Bodakdev Sales & Service). I am working almost 6 days a week and working remotely from Ahmedabad means laptop is the only way I can work. Mr. Neel that if this is a LCD Cable issue it will be taken care promptly at the Care In service center. On Wednesday 6th May before going down I called in the morning and Mr. Jasmine answered the call. I had called to ask if I can get an appointment and I will make sure to show up at that time – reason being me working on the laptop is very crucial for my business. My problems with the service quality stemmed once I reached your service center around 3 pm on Wednesday 6th May. Mr. Jasmine was on the front desk and he asked me to be seated. After about 10 mins, I requested if someone can look at my issue and I had explained the time criticality of the issue to both Mr. Neel and Mr. Jasmine. He did talk to me and look at the serial number and still had to call someone and ask the following question: “The laptop is under global warranty but does it mean India is covered?” I would not mind as he wasn’t asking this to me, but it took him 10 mins on the call to even get this answer. I would not know what kindof systems does he have to confirm this. I could quickly figure out my warranty on the Lenovo website with the below details. After that he saw the issue and he was confident that it an issue with LCD Cable. I was like great, that’s what the Lenovo agent told me too so can you replace it? He said that I will have to wait for an hour before his technician can replace it and it will take them 45 mins only to open the laptop. On my insistence that I don’t have that much time and that’s the reason I called so many times in advance. I find his scheduling and the estimates of 45 mins ridiculous. For a laptop as expensive as this the service quality has been ridiculous. He absolutely refused to help me or give me any solution. I later quizzed him if this could be a simple issue as fixing the LCD Cable or needs to be replaced, he said it could be fixed but as it takes only 45 mins to open, he said I would need to wait almost 2 hours. For a laptop 3 times the price of an iPhone, I don’t expect the service quality of an apple store but I do expect someone even opening one screw and checking on the problem especially when I called and travelled quite a while to reach your service center. It was obvious that I am from California and here for a short while so would need the issue addressed ASAP, however all Mr. Jasmine tried to do is push off and not assist. Finally Mr. Jasmine took down my details and he said someone would call me. I was given no proof of whatever request he took, no emails or sms also after that. Today its 11th May and 3 complete working days have passed and still no phone call and I am still struggling with the issue. I am frustrated with your service and the lethargic attitude of Mr. Jasmine which was everything but customer service or customer centric. I am hoping you could look into my complaint about the service experience.
