I bought a Lenovo s850, just 3moths before. But unfortunately display got crack. when i visit to the serice station they asking of Rs9000, for service. Now the mobile price is Rs12, 500. is this type of service your company offer to customer. This is the new of Fraud or service to customer ??????????????

    I Brought Lenovo P780 before 11 months means my phone warranty is running I given in Lenovo service center atleast 7 time at Mazura gate, Surat but problems are not solve now my phone's warrenty will expire within 10 days and problems will comes regularly so what can I Do? I need a Replace that. Because now The phone is not starting as well as it's dead. within 12 months it's not good image for your BRANDED COMPANY.

      my Flipkart Order Number is OD[protected] Phone: Lenovo A6000 phone is getting very heat during charging and battery draining very fast even after full charging. full charging taking 4-5 hrs, charging is made by charger provided by flipkart at the time of phone delivery in the month of March 2015 please sort out the issue and either provide replacement

      Spoke to customer on "[protected]" and got to know that he is facing issue with his handset. He complains saying that the device does not get charged completely even after 4 hrs and the battery gets drained out soon. So informed customer to visit the nearest ASC as it is post replacement period. Customer agreed, So closing the case.

        Hi, I registered for an on-site repair as my laptop is still in warranty. I registered my request to fix my laptop on 15 April 2015, SO# [protected] and no one has come to fix it yet (as of 1 May 2015). I am beginning to loose my confidence in Lenovo service centres.

          I had purchased a tab S8-50 online through Flipcart on 02/01/15.and gone defective in the month on 15 april 2015.On 17/04/15 I handed over the Tab to your service center at Haldwani Distt Nainital in State Uttarakhand.Service center code W/121.But the Tab is not repaired yet.Kindly inform me about the scheduled time fixed for repairing of Tab. Will it repaired in this year.

            Intially lenevo A6000 display was blank. So, we have submitted to your service centre at Kalyan, Maharashtra. (Techno Lenevo service centre - Mr. Pratik - [protected]) but now one more problems of network is arised. Again he has delayed by 4 to 5 days. All the time he says spare parts coming from lenevo company, so it will delays. I think this type of excuses can't be tolerated with international company. It was really bad experience from A6000 mobile, it has manufacturing defect within 40 days of purchase. What type quality lenevo serves to customer. why service centre is so bad & delayed????? It hurts your genuine customer. I had lenevo laptop which worked fine, so due to good experience of laptop I had purchased lenevo A6000 mobile.               This is regarding my Lenovo yoga tab 2.0 I bought it online from flipkart. Within days the tab started malfunctioning. It gets switched off just like that and then refuse to restart. For several hours the tab do not recharge. I requested flipkart for a replacement. They replaced the tab with a new one which was as bad as the old one. This tab starting malfunctioning exactly the same way. Lenovo Yoga Tab 2.0 serial# HA059EAU I called the customer care and they asked me to give it for repair at their JanakPuri authorised service center called Sysnet Global Tech Pvt Ltd. I gave my tab for repair on 6th April 2015. Its more than 21 days and they have not repaired my tab. When I called them I was told that they have asked for a new mother board but they haven't received it from the warehouse. They asked me to get in touch with customer care again. I called a couple of times to customer care and all they have to say about it is that they have no idea when will they get the part. I called the Sysnet Global Tech executive again and he said I should take my Tab back in its current faulty state. The executive name is Mr. Nadeem Khan and his employee id is[protected] Its more than 3 weeks and I have no idea when will I get my tab back. I want Lenovo to take an immediate action. I want Lenovo to take this substandard product back and refund my money. More so I would like them to compensate me for the harassment I had to face.

                I have brought this phone on May 2014 and in 10 months its motherboard has been changed 2 times for the same reason. When we call the call center for a permanent solution to this problem, their reply was to use the phone until another problem occurs and then contact them.We asked them to either Replace the phone if there is defect in it or give us extended warrant or at least give us in writing that they will resolve the problem free of cost after the warranty is finished if the same problem occur. Then to they are replying saying that why are you thinking negative that after the warranty is over the mobile will give the same problem. Kindly help. Name: Sharad Sureka Ph.                   I had given my lenovo ideapad z510 for replacement of keyboard as there were issues with the keys. They have made a replacement which is not perfect and also when asked they said they cant offer 100% perfection in lenovo replacements. I am totally fed up going to the service centre and my warranty is over also, pls sort it out asap. I want a replacement with perfections. I have all the service centre complaint letters with me

                    I had purchased a Lenovo P780 phone in Mangalore on 24.08.2014. The unit is under warranty and had problems in functioning. I gave the unit to your Mangalore authorised service centre M/s Nagashree Communications on 06.04.2015. They said the motherboard is faulty and will be replaced free of cost as the unit is under warranty. It is nearly 21 days, and I could not get the unit repaired yet. I have repeatedly contacted the Mangalore office and your customer care centre and they are not bothered about the customer service. "As per the information from the service centre reference number GEC/LO/15/00035 is on process and the part ordered by the service IS AVAILABLE now and it will be delivered to the service centre soon." This was the reply I got from your service centre and Customer care 10 days ago..."SOON" means how many days ???? It is nearly 21 days now...Don't you think that it is your duty and obligation on your part to mention the date of delivery ??? It is highly regretted to note that despite repeated calls and e mail, I have not received my mobile set so far. It is deplorable that this type of service that we get from a reputed company like yours. I am a Doctor by profession and you can imagine the problems faced by me during these days. I request you to intervene in this matter and advise the concerned centre to ensure that the unit is delivered/repaired immediately without further delay.

                        1 I had purchase a lenovo laptop G 500 against Invoice no. 69802( Soft copy Attached) on 17 Aug 2013. From Well Win computer & Electronic C-1 Jayanti Bazar, M.I Road, Jaipur. 2. At time of purchase 1 + 2 yrs warranty was offered and the ticket no. was 15173 was allotted. The documents including Xerox copy of invoice was sent to Lenovo ADP Offer Program manager, Kestone IMS Pvt Ltd. 12/1, palace cross road, Bangalore-560020 by Reg. post. 3. All this exercise goes in ditch, when I come to know the warranty was updated for one year only, then I send a Email for updating of warranty to POP registration team, Mr. Kiran.s forwarded my request to team for updation of warranty on15 Apr 15. But still the warranty is not updated. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                          Dear Sir, I purchased a lenovo Z50-70 laptop that I bought from amazon.in about three months ago. But soon after the purchase the laptop keyboard started to cause problems. The keyboard's 'M key' does not work properly which causes great inconvenience . Also whenever the lid is opened the laptop creates a sound and it the lid id hard to open. I called your customer care and asked me to register a online complaint. So kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.                             My case ID: [protected] My laptop hinges have come off and the keyboard impression can be found on screen. Also, the DVD drive is not functioning properly. On raising the request with the lenovo support team they have outright denied to render any service. Even though the laptop is under warranty they are now including a new clause by stating that such services are not a part of warranty under which my laptop is covered. Also, they are asking me to pay charges if I need any service resolution from their end. I even requested them to send this kind of denial of service in writing which they out rightly denied. I would even like to highlight that under the same warranty this issued arised in 2014 and was resolved by their team but at this instance they are shunning all liabilities.

                                My new phone got some screen issue. for that i have given for repairing they changed without knowing me..because of that my IMEI got changed. i had buy Insurance for my phone. but just because that IMEI got changed that Insurance got waste and Lenovo company is not repairing my phone .                                     warranty period all nut - bolt of back panel are came out due to

                                      I have S660 smart phone under guaranty warranty period, from last month I am facing problem " SD card removed safely" once i admit my cell in Lenovo care but till again i face same problem after software reinstalling. I lost my valuable data because of that.
                                      in future dont purchase thirdclass companies mobile like lenovo, just go with micromax, becauase i have also s660, facing problem sim not detected since last one month . They doing only central govt style work only received & issued your device, TARIKH PE TARIKH, AND ONE MORE THINK micromax ka jo bhi income hoga usmese maximum india me reuse hone wala hai .so go with micromax.

                                        This is to bring in Your notice that I had purchased Lenovo Vibe X2 from Flipkart on 14th November 2014. At that time the phone was good. But after using for only 3 months its Touch Pad does n’t work. Then I deposited my handset at your authorized service centre OA Infotech, Cuttack, Odisha on 9th Feb 2015 for servicing. They returned me the handset on 4th Mar 2015. But while receiving there was spot on the LCD and the front camera not working. When I complained for it they told me now you use the set for just 10 – 15 days and it will replaced by new LCD and they will check the camera. Again I deposited my set on 28th Mar 2015 for LCD replacement and they returned me on 31th Mar 2015. After receiving I found that its rear camera not working properly. So again I deposited it on 3rd Apr 2015 to OA Infotech. To brief & precise, it’s been months together I been dragged from pillar to post without any productive outcome. What I been witnessing, there is a huge gap between the commitment & final realization. Kindly treat this mail with utmost priority & help me get this nuisance resolved. If this sorry state of affairs is the level of services, I will be left with no choice rather than knocking door of other regulators or need to highlight on this via social media.
