I purchased a Mobil of Lenovo which is model A6000 through online from "snap deal", my Mobil display found worst and have informed to customer care and register complaint [i.e. 18384311 on dated 27 march 2015] regarding the same, as per executive told that your Mobil would be changed within 1 weeks but didn't get something. I disappointed that the chitting being proceeded with me.     Sir actully I have lenovo s850 smartphone.buying date 2 march 2015.while using my phone touchpad was working off.than m restarted the phone but problem was not solve. Than i give the phone in service center.but they were return the phone n some lier claim like ur phone is drop anywere...i asked them whts prblm in my phone but did'nt give answer...!!than take my phone and return back to home.         I have purchased a lenovo smartphone A7000 from flipcart on 16/04/2015 but with in a week there is some Sound problem with it's speaker today on 09/05/2015 I went to the service centre S.S.Mobile situated at Chunniganj Kanpur.           Dear Sir/Madam Bought Lenovo P780 Mobile in June 2013. Mobile got hung on fine morning in October & got to know mother board needs replacement, it took 35 days & after replacing mother board mobile is not catching signal & rested with service center for 27 days. This was the first encounter which took almost 2 months. Authorised service center for Lenovo in Hyderabad is Sri Vinayaka Electronics, they make you run around their service center atleast 6-10 times & they doesn't have a contact No to make an status enquiry, which means you need to travel all the way 25 KMs in city traffic in sun. Finally i got the mobile in hand & on 11th april while i was travelling mobile got hung once again & submitted in service center once again on 21st April and till date i have no clue of my hand set. In this journey i have roped in all the customer service guys & even the executive director of Lenovo Mr Sudipto to sort out the issue. They were explaining me the policies of the company, so i request you to show the power on customer & make my voice heard there & to compensate the mental agony which i have gone thru in penalty of buying a sub-standard product.

            I have purchased one mobile S720 on 9th june2014. i found lineing on set and raise a complaint in authorise service center in varanasi. with invoice. cervice center has taken my set for resolving problems. yesterday i had called from service center mobile no-[protected]. they told me liquid damage found in my set. they also said that thatswhy warranty is void. i want to clear my words that there is no chance of liquid damage. because set was in working condition. its a clear cut example of lackness of company and service center. they dont want to give service to me under warranty. they are asking for charges to repair this set. pl. resolve this issue. i want to get back my phone and resolve under warranty enclosing herewith invoice copy and lenovo service record
            no solution till today
            service center told me that liquid damage in the set so that warranty void.

            repairing charge 2750/-

              i send my laptop to the local service provider here, told me that hardisc spoilt and need to wait until[protected]. The laptop was send to shop on[protected], service provider told me no stock for this hardisc as this is a new model. I was wandering, new model is keep on running now and hardisc is no stock ???

                I wanted to highlight the level of mismanagement and shoddy services at lenovo service center, Mysore. The lenovo K900 purchased by me was purchased on 4th of April 2014 (and delivered on 8th April 2014). Since last two weeks the mobile was continually having sparks while charging and finally blacked out totally. On my earlier visit to the service station, the technician was unable to pull up the information as systems were under downtime and told me to come again later. Didn't I pay the full price towards a fully functional device/mobile? Why should I visit again when he could have checked the details of IMEI[protected] later once the system are functional again and called me back on the status. I guess I committed some serious crime buying lenovo phone wherein I'm made to keep visiting the service center to repair the phone in the very first year of purchase. Today I visited again and was told that the guarantee is no longer valid on the phone. Now, the phone is not functional for more than a couple of weeks and I visited well within the 1 year guarantee period (basis my earlier visit when the systems were down at the service center), still because of your own methods of deciding and cheating customers, I will need to bear pay again for the service. Its not about paying but this is a corrupt and a unfair practice by lenovo and I strongly disapprove of such malafide, unprofessional and shoddy service standards. I instruct immediate servicing of the device failing which I will be forced to initiate legal action through appropriate means.                     Dear Sir, I am Govind Modi from Surat. I bought Lenovo S90-A Mobile from M/s Digital World Surat. on 28/03/2015. But unfortunately my above mobile was Hang on 24/04/2015. ( Less then one Month) . I enquire at Digital World n they recommend to visit Lenovo Service Center, Majuragate, Surat-395002.My Complain ID is SRIN[protected]. They kept my mobile n assured me to solve my problem within 1 week. But after one week I enquire at Service center, But Service center staff says me that Parts are not available and Company is not providing to them Parts. They don't ready to give me approximate date to solve my problem. Then I can at Lenovo Customer care Toll Free no[protected]. My Conversation id with office is[protected]. She also not in position to give date when parts will available. She gave me approximate 1 Month time. Now I don't want Lenovo Phone. I want my money back. Pl Help me what to do.                       I bought a Lenovo s850, just 3moths before. But unfortunately display got crack. when i visit to the serice station they asking of Rs9000, for service. Now the mobile price is Rs12, 500. is this type of service your company offer to customer. This is the new of Fraud or service to customer ??????????????

                        I Brought Lenovo P780 before 11 months means my phone warranty is running I given in Lenovo service center atleast 7 time at Mazura gate, Surat but problems are not solve now my phone's warrenty will expire within 10 days and problems will comes regularly so what can I Do? I need a Replace that. Because now The phone is not starting as well as it's dead. within 12 months it's not good image for your BRANDED COMPANY.

                          my Flipkart Order Number is OD[protected] Phone: Lenovo A6000 phone is getting very heat during charging and battery draining very fast even after full charging. full charging taking 4-5 hrs, charging is made by charger provided by flipkart at the time of phone delivery in the month of March 2015 please sort out the issue and either provide replacement

                          Spoke to customer on "[protected]" and got to know that he is facing issue with his handset. He complains saying that the device does not get charged completely even after 4 hrs and the battery gets drained out soon. So informed customer to visit the nearest ASC as it is post replacement period. Customer agreed, So closing the case.

                            Hi, I registered for an on-site repair as my laptop is still in warranty. I registered my request to fix my laptop on 15 April 2015, SO# [protected] and no one has come to fix it yet (as of 1 May 2015). I am beginning to loose my confidence in Lenovo service centres.

                              I had purchased a tab S8-50 online through Flipcart on 02/01/15.and gone defective in the month on 15 april 2015.On 17/04/15 I handed over the Tab to your service center at Haldwani Distt Nainital in State Uttarakhand.Service center code W/121.But the Tab is not repaired yet.Kindly inform me about the scheduled time fixed for repairing of Tab. Will it repaired in this year.

                                Intially lenevo A6000 display was blank. So, we have submitted to your service centre at Kalyan, Maharashtra. (Techno Lenevo service centre - Mr. Pratik - [protected]) but now one more problems of network is arised. Again he has delayed by 4 to 5 days. All the time he says spare parts coming from lenevo company, so it will delays. I think this type of excuses can't be tolerated with international company. It was really bad experience from A6000 mobile, it has manufacturing defect within 40 days of purchase. What type quality lenevo serves to customer. why service centre is so bad & delayed????? It hurts your genuine customer. I had lenevo laptop which worked fine, so due to good experience of laptop I had purchased lenevo A6000 mobile.                                   This is regarding my Lenovo yoga tab 2.0 I bought it online from flipkart. Within days the tab started malfunctioning. It gets switched off just like that and then refuse to restart. For several hours the tab do not recharge. I requested flipkart for a replacement. They replaced the tab with a new one which was as bad as the old one. This tab starting malfunctioning exactly the same way. Lenovo Yoga Tab 2.0 serial# HA059EAU I called the customer care and they asked me to give it for repair at their JanakPuri authorised service center called Sysnet Global Tech Pvt Ltd. I gave my tab for repair on 6th April 2015. Its more than 21 days and they have not repaired my tab. When I called them I was told that they have asked for a new mother board but they haven't received it from the warehouse. They asked me to get in touch with customer care again. I called a couple of times to customer care and all they have to say about it is that they have no idea when will they get the part. I called the Sysnet Global Tech executive again and he said I should take my Tab back in its current faulty state. The executive name is Mr. Nadeem Khan and his employee id is[protected] Its more than 3 weeks and I have no idea when will I get my tab back. I want Lenovo to take an immediate action. I want Lenovo to take this substandard product back and refund my money. More so I would like them to compensate me for the harassment I had to face.

                                    I have brought this phone on May 2014 and in 10 months its motherboard has been changed 2 times for the same reason. When we call the call center for a permanent solution to this problem, their reply was to use the phone until another problem occurs and then contact them.We asked them to either Replace the phone if there is defect in it or give us extended warrant or at least give us in writing that they will resolve the problem free of cost after the warranty is finished if the same problem occur.                                       I had given my lenovo ideapad z510 for replacement of keyboard as there were issues with the keys. They have made a replacement which is not perfect and also when asked they said they cant offer 100% perfection in lenovo replacements. I am totally fed up going to the service centre and my warranty is over also, pls sort it out asap. I want a replacement with perfections. I have all the service centre complaint letters with me

                                        I had purchased a Lenovo P780 phone in Mangalore on 24.08.2014. The unit is under warranty and had problems in functioning. I gave the unit to your Mangalore authorised service centre M/s Nagashree Communications on 06.04.2015. They said the motherboard is faulty and will be replaced free of cost as the unit is under warranty. It is nearly 21 days, and I could not get the unit repaired yet. I have repeatedly contacted the Mangalore office and your customer care centre and they are not bothered about the customer service. "As per the information from the service centre reference number GEC/LO/15/00035 is on process and the part ordered by the service IS AVAILABLE now and it will be delivered to the service centre soon." This was the reply I got from your service centre and Customer care 10 days ago..."SOON" means how many days ???? It is nearly 21 days now...Don't you think that it is your duty and obligation on your part to mention the date of delivery ??? It is highly regretted to note that despite repeated calls and e mail, I have not received my mobile set so far. It is deplorable that this type of service that we get from a reputed company like yours. I am a Doctor by profession and you can imagine the problems faced by me during these days. I request you to intervene in this matter and advise the concerned centre to ensure that the unit is delivered/repaired immediately without further delay.
