HI,
I purchased one lenovo smart phone (model no. A536, WHITE, IMEI NO. [protected]) on dated 30/9/2014 which is under warranty period.
The phone was operating properly after purchasing, but suddenly the MIC sound of the phone was not working properly.
I went to service centre(HCL TOUCH-PARK STREET, KOLKATA) & handover the same to service centre on 7/3/2015.( JOB SHEET NO..SRIN[protected].
On same day from service centre I received a call that "the MIC is with the mother board, therefore I will have to pay 7500rs for changing the mother board"!!!
I lodge a complain by phone to customer care on same day, somebody mr anupam told me that I don't have to pay for the same as it is under warranty period...complain Ref No.[protected].
After that I went several times to service centre but the service centre people telling me that we have not received any mail from the company therefore you have to take back the phone on non repairable basis.
I contact several times to customer care but they are unable to give proper answer.
The phone is still lying at service centre as I have not taken it back & I am feeling harrashed by the company as well as service centre both.
Kindly suggest me what to do now.
