Dear Sir, I am using a lenovo desktop since nine month which I have purchased from computer professional. I am having a line in the desktop screen. The sales man told that it has on site warranty. That within one working day the service person will come to repair my desktop. I too have called your customer care they said to give a complain in online.     Hi, I'm going crazy with the charger send by lenovo with my K900. I found in the box a power supply with a Micro USB cable type B but the input of the phone is type A. This causes problems of charging the phone. Why lenovo sends cables of type micro usb B if the phone requires cables tipe A? What kind of cable should I buy exactly to charge the battery correctly? Micro USB type A? Micro USB type OTG? Or what? Lenovo can provide the correct cable? Or where I can find it? Waiting for positive response from lenovo...

      Facing signal issue with my LENOVO S660, handset given in Local lenovo support service center Sri sai technologies on[protected], after a week confirmed main board failure & same was replaced but issue not rectified & cam also stopped working, finally service center team told me that it will take more time to get resolved, there is no timeline given by service center.suggest the resolution for the sae M.Ch.Prasad [protected]

        I bought power bank from Flipkart and after two days it stopped working. I went to all the service center of lenevo but everybody is just refusing to Repair it and passing buck to one another. One says go there other says go there. I am helpless.

            My tab Lenovo S8 was damaged accidentaly damaging the PDA + LCD screen. i gave that tab immediately to an authorised service center kolkata on 3rd april 2015. when giving for submission the collector assured that the tab wont take 3-4 days to get fixed, if not that at tha max 7 days. todays its 14th april and whenever i am calling them the only response i am getting is its not done and they will be doing it soon.I am an working woman and i work in noida. i am home for a couple of days only. is this the service expected from them.still now i have not received the tab nor any information. i would like to request lenovo to check there service centers and the work. only 4 authorised service center are there in kol.this service center is at Chadni e mall. i would like my tab to be fixed soon and lenovo being being less ignorant. if this is the approach the carry towards customer. never wont they gain the trust nor place in their hearts that other leading companies attained. do so else you will fade away

              Hello dear, I purchased Lenovo A6000 on 14 March but its launcher had stopped within 24 hrs. I opted all options to fix this problem like factory reset, clear data and cache but I didn't. I replaced my phone by a newly A6000. Unfortunately I faced same problem again, this time I installed another launcher. After 6 or 7days my phone was started to hang and showed apps stopped one be one. I had used lenovo laptop and my experience was great but this time I really suffered. Gagan
              Hope you fix this type of problem so that no one will suffer like me.

                I bought Lenovo yog2 11 on August in US at the best buy shop at Pentagon City. Last week the laptop indicated battery is weak and needed a replacement. I did not take it seriously as i rarely use the laptop and use it only for personal matters. Is this normal? was there a problem with the battery? i expected the laptop to serve me for at least three years before the battery life ends. Kindly advice.

                  This is to bring in Your notice that I had purchased Lenovo Vibe X2 from Flipkart on 14th November 2014. At that time the phone was good. But after using for only 3 months its Touch Pad does n’t work. Then I deposited my handset at your authorized service centre OA Infotech, Cuttack, Odisha on 9th Feb 2015 for servicing. They returned me the handset on 4th Mar 2015. But while receiving there was spot on the LCD and the front camera not working. When I complained for it they told me now you use the set for just 10 – 15 days and it will replaced by new LCD and they will check the camera. Again I deposited my set on 28th Mar 2015 for LCD replacement and they returned me on 31th Mar 2015. After receiving I found that its rear camera not working properly. So again I deposited it on 3rd Apr 2015 to OA Infotech. To brief & precise, it’s been months together I been dragged from pillar to post without any productive outcome. What I been witnessing, there is a huge gap between the commitment & final realization. Kindly treat this mail with utmost priority & help me get this nuisance resolved. If this sorry state of affairs is the level of services, I will be left with no choice rather than knocking door of other regulators or need to highlight on this via social media.                       I had bought a lenovo laptop in July 2014. Order number :[protected] Since I have bought the laptop I have faced tremoendous issues which stand unresolved till date. I had an issue with my laptop restarting abnormally. I had raised several incidents for the same with your tech support team which were not proprely addressed and my incidents were closed with my validation. Also, to top it all the issue persisted. All these days I was struggling to use the LENOVO laptop untill todays catastrophe. The Laptop has completely crashed and refused to start up. It has crashed with the same error which was reported earlier. I was in touch with the TATA EXLIR team to resolve the issue but this team very rudely and unprofessionally stopped assisting me. I am left a laptop that I am unable to use. This is a new laptop and under warranty. I seek your generous assistance to resolve this issue I am unable to use my laptop at all. It has completely crashed.

                        My lenovo Y510 (YB[protected] is dead for a week, And no service is providing from the lenovo service provider.After two days an Engineer from lenovo has visited my site to check the laptop, He said my motherboard, battery and one more parts has to be replace.Its been two weeks they are not sending the parts..When I called them they says within two days we are going to send the product.They are just postpond it, , , This is the worst serviices I have ever seen.. Plese help me...

                            Mobile hand set given to service centre on 27 Mar for replacing the board for Model number A 850 . Till this date not received the parts and the service centre not giving any guarantee for the job completion. Mobile handset still under warranty period. And this is the third complaint within the warranty period.

                              HI, I purchased one lenovo smart phone (model no. A536, WHITE, IMEI NO. [protected]) on dated 30/9/2014 which is under warranty period. The phone was operating properly after purchasing, but suddenly the MIC sound of the phone was not working properly. I went to service centre(HCL TOUCH-PARK STREET, KOLKATA) & handover the same to service centre on 7/3/2015.( JOB SHEET NO..SRIN[protected]. On same day from service centre I received a call that "the MIC is with the mother board, therefore I will have to pay 7500rs for changing the mother board"!!! I lodge a complain by phone to customer care on same day, somebody mr anupam told me that I don't have to pay for the same as it is under warranty period...complain Ref No.[protected]. After that I went several times to service centre but the service centre people telling me that we have not received any mail from the company therefore you have to take back the phone on non repairable basis. I contact several times to customer care but they are unable to give proper answer. The phone is still lying at service centre as I have not taken it back & I am feeling harrashed by the company as well as service centre both. Kindly suggest me what to do now.                                 I have purchased the laptop of the model Lenovo G 50/45 it has an manufacturing defect ie. flickering issue i have submitted the laptop in the service center on 4th of March 2015 and today is 9thApril 2015 still they are not able to solve that issue i am giving the call to the lenovo customer care every day but they are also giving the post dates. the service of lenovo is very puthetic, if i am asking for the refund then also they are not giving any reply.

                                    We lost our patience we have handed over our Lenovo Flex laptop(1519, I5-4210/4/8SSH) complaint number- <<#[protected]#>>to delhi service centre(Reliable), Its since December 2014 I am following up for my lenovo flex laptop and the concerned person are not only wasting time they are just not acting on the complaint, after 4 months and several reminder mails the service executive director(Sudipto Ghosh) used to send me forwarded mail that he will assign my case to special team, I kept on waiting for the so called SPECIAL TEAM, finally after several reminders the team lead (Mir zahed Ulla) has referred the case to UAE team yesterday, he called and told me to support them, it took 4 months for lenovo to take up the issue to next level, I don't know what kind of support they need from a customer who is waiting since 4 months, I don't know when will they repair my laptop, it was a wrong decision to buy the product from Dubai, its a misselling case, I would like to highlight the case to my friends not to buy lenovo laptop from dubai coz thr service team and customer care team is worse..service Ed gave us a service status number[protected]which has no record in lenovo service status website. We bought Flex Lenovo laptop from Dubai, Jumbo Electronics (Mirdiff Citi Center) dated 29th July 2014, while purchasing the first question we asked the sales person was regarding the international warranty and service as I am an Indian, I mentioned him twice that I stay in India and will use it in India, incase I face any problem can I visit lenovo store in India for any sort of repair and maintenance, coz I dont stay here in dubai, the sales person confirmed with a big smile and confidence that YES, MADAM, LENOVO has service centre WORLDWIDE, any queries will be solved, you can be at ease and buy the product, got convinced and I finally decided to purchase Flex2 lenovo.                                         Hello, I gave an order to replace my speakers and lcd of Z570 ideapad Laptop in Vijayawada Hi-Tech Services on December 2014 and they gave reply after 3months i.e. March 2015 and even after that it took them 2more weeks to get the product to them and they didn't even done there work properly and even after repair also I am getting problem with my display. And now I am feeling very dissatisfied with your services. Very Poor response from your side.
