We lost our patience we have handed over our Lenovo Flex laptop(1519, I5-4210/4/8SSH) complaint number- <<#[protected]#>>to delhi service centre(Reliable), Its since December 2014 I am following up for my lenovo flex laptop and the concerned person are not only wasting time they are just not acting on the complaint, after 4 months and several reminder mails the service executive director(Sudipto Ghosh) used to send me forwarded mail that he will assign my case to special team, I kept on waiting for the so called SPECIAL TEAM, finally after several reminders the team lead (Mir zahed Ulla) has referred the case to UAE team yesterday, he called and told me to support them, it took 4 months for lenovo to take up the issue to next level, I don't know what kind of support they need from a customer who is waiting since 4 months, I don't know when will they repair my laptop, it was a wrong decision to buy the product from Dubai, its a misselling case, I would like to highlight the case to my friends not to buy lenovo laptop from dubai coz thr service team and customer care team is worse..service Ed gave us a service status number[protected]which has no record in lenovo service status website.
We bought Flex Lenovo laptop from Dubai, Jumbo Electronics (Mirdiff Citi Center) dated 29th July 2014, while purchasing the first question we asked the sales person was regarding the international warranty and service as I am an Indian, I mentioned him twice that I stay in India and will use it in India, incase I face any problem can I visit lenovo store in India for any sort of repair and maintenance, coz I dont stay here in dubai, the sales person confirmed with a big smile and confidence that YES, MADAM, LENOVO has service centre WORLDWIDE, any queries will be solved, you can be at ease and buy the product, got convinced and I finally decided to purchase Flex2 lenovo. I am suffering, so I thought to highlight the case as caution for my friends, family and lenovo as well.. .Activity Date Location

I have purchased my Lenovo laptop (G50-30 Series) having serial No. PF019XWX (Bill Copy attached).
Sir from Starting itself there is lot of problems generated in my laptop.
Its HDD drive had corrupted Many times and I replaced it from the service centre of
Lenovo and still now it is not working properly. Laptop already repaired for its restarting problem,
or took time to get start, Hanging problems etc.
Finally after these problems when I ask them for replacement of Laptop because its problems
not remove again &amp; again and its still in warrantyperiod, they refused to replace it .
Due to these types of problems of my laptop Ifaced many type of financial losses
and mentally harassment done by their customer care.
Relief against my complaint: If company ever think to give me the relief agains my grievance.
Then kindly inspect this case and kindly Replace my Laptop/Notebook, as I had purchased the latest model
Notebook at that time so I want either the same model or latest model of this time. And a punishment to Lenovo
that such a big brand should not behave like this to the customer. They should respect the customer and customer’s emotions.
As they have to ultimately sell the products to the customers.
I am so frustrated that i have decided that i will never ever get associated with any other Lenovo product never ever again
in future and neither would i recommend any of my friends of do so.
Now I want complete replacement of my laptop or my money back.
