Lenovo flex 10 THE PROBLEM THAT I HAVE BEEN FACING FOR LAST FOUR MONTHS 01. The Operating System Got Corrupted With In 3 Days From The Date Of Purchase Of Flex 10 Laptop. The Engineer Somehow Fixed The Problem. Date : 30 August 2014. Engineer Visited : 04 September 2014. Days In Delay : 4 Days ( 92 Hours From The Date Of Complaint) 02. Second Time The Laptop Was In Dead State, Noting Was Working In It. We Again Lodge A Complaint Regarding The Issue, After General Checkup From Their Side The Finally Told There Is A Issue Regarding Motherboard. The Laptop Motherboard Was Found Faulty And Though The Laptop Was Not Starting Up. Date Of Complaint : 05 November 2014. Engineer Visited Date : 22 November 2014. Days In Delay : 17 Days ( 408 Hours From The Date Of Complaint) 03. Finally The Engineer Came With A Motherboard And Installed That In Front Of Me. Then When He Push The Power Button There Is A Issue Regarding Operating System. He Told You I.E. Me Have To Bring The Disk From Customer Care I.E. Talking From Lenovo Support Team They Will Send You Your Computer Disk With No Amount. The Engineer Name Is Mr. Lenovo Bharat And His Contact No Is. [protected] After Informing That To Me He Went Away Giving Me The Job Sheet Copy And Have Taken The Signature. When I Again Talked To Lenovo Support Team [protected] They Given Me A New Shock Telling That They Will Not Provide Me Such Disk. 04. Finally There Is A Call In The Evening From Lenovo Asking Me That Weather My Case Is Resolved Or Not. I Told The Full Matter To Them. They Told Me To Install Windows And After That They Will Take My Laptop On Remote Connection. I somehow manage to installed the operating system. This Remote Connection Has Been Taken for The First Day He Have Done All The Necessary Steps To Resolve My Problem. Second Day Again He Have Taken The Laptop On Remote And After Many Hours Of Checking And Troubleshooting Finally He Concluded That My Touch Screen Is Faulty. They will change the touch screen, and after placing a new touch screen i will be able to use the touch. After placing a new touch, after doing all necessary steps its still the same. Date Of Complaint : December 1 2014 5:28 PM Engineer Visited : December 26 2014 04:08 PM Days In Delay : 26 Days ( 624 Hours From The Date Of Complaint) 05. And Now Finally After Putting A New Touch Screen, Doing All Necessary Steps To Make The Laptop Working In A Fine Condition, The Touch Is Still Not Working. THIS TIME I AM VERY MUCH SERIOUS ABOUT THE MATTER, I WANT A NEW DOA . totally not satisfied from the type of services provided to me all the time, after giving me commitment of days and time again and again there is a no such service.  I have called several time on 24th December 2014. talked to Mr. Sameer Kale ([protected]), Mr. Vishnu, and Same time To Raipur team at that day I got a response from their side that the on 26th December 2014. Up to 11 or 11.30 am Engineer will be on my place. I had a call from Miss. Neelam in the evening that same day, She committed that our engineer will be on your place in the Morning 11 or by 11.60 and will fix the issue.  Today after calling again and again from morning to evening, waiting for the engineer to come on my place, I finally met an engineer who came at evening late at 04:08 PM. Still no solution i got from him too. Last time motherboard was replaced in my laptop, This time Display has been replaced, There is a remaining two item left please don't give me new excuse this time that "Sir, this time We going to Change your Hard drive May be your Touch will work, "After that, Oh! sir finally Ram, you have to again lodge a complaint regarding your "Ram", This process will continue again and again and I have to waste my time again and again resolving the issue.. Since from the day of purchase most probably 15 to 20 days I have worked on it, rest all the day It Is Suffering From Some Or The Other Problem And Still It's A Scrap For Me With No Use. Sir try to understand the problem, My laptop has been opened again and again all the screws and the scratches will take place on opening again and again my laptop. This time, I only need is new laptop from your side and I don't want any excuse regarding the issue.

Lenovo laptop FLEX 10. case status after 24th of december 2014 to 01st Jaunary 2015  On 24th of December 2014, an enginner came from sysnet team named Mr. Pandit, He done the replacement of LCD with a new ldc and told he will definitely fix the problem, when he put the new scren on and fixing the display in its right place, The problem wasn’t solve then also. I asked how long will it take to be alright he replied the display driver he will install and after that it will be fixed. For that I have given him the broadband connection, he downloaded the driver and after installing the driver the touch was not yet working.  I asked mr. Amit Pandit, what is the issue, He told Iam expalining the matter to my office and asking them what to do. Further he has given the laptop on remote control (remote login from lenovo or sysnet team I don’t know excalty) the remote team look at the laptop, they have done various settings and have done installation of software etc….but then also the touch screen on my laptop is not working. Finally in the end after doing all the needful steps he talked to his senior and informed me.  Mr. Rajesh Baghel he is the senior most employee of our organization (sysnet team), he will come tommorow regarding this issue, he told this is an urjent case so he will come tommorow, i.e, on the occasion of Christmas (25-12-2014). And his decision will be the final decision, He informed me that He is an expert in our team, and he will definalty fixed the issue.  Since morining I was little excited(25.12.2014), and was thinking that today Mr. Baghel will definitely fix the issue. Since morning 9 AM I was waiting for the enginer to arrive. But from morning to evening no phone call came to me, Not even a single call from “Mr. Rajesh Baghel nor Mr. Amit pandit Informing that we wont be coming today” On 26.12.2014 (Last time when Engineer Visited and Still no needful done) Only Excuses has been received from Lenovo Side. Finally the enginner came on 26th december 2014, Mr. Rajesh Baghel, He unscrewed the laptop, he opened it, checked all the hardware components weather its fixed properly or not, he have seen the touch screen cable and have checked the touch weather its fixed properly or not. Then after assembleing all the components, and have power on the laptop. After that also the touch screen is still not working. He told he need a broadband connection to check and install all the software part and drivers again. I have given him a net connection and from his side have done all various checkups of hardwadre and software. After checking my laptop by Mr. Rajesh baghel who is the head of sysnet team, the senior most employee, Mr. Expert, he gave me a shocking reply that, sir now your some of the keys from keypad is not woking, you need to replace keypad too. The reason for not woking of touch is there is a problem in your motherboard and the touch screen. Now finally My laptop suffers from three problem 01. Flex 10 motherboard. 02. Flex 10 Touch screen. 03. Flex 10 keypad. Then after that Mr. Rajesh Baghel Talked to Mr. Darmesh or Mr. Vishnu (Lenovo team) and informed him the whole matters that the customer’s laptop suffers from the above three problem. 01. Flex 10 motherboard. 02. Flex 10 Touch screen. 03. Flex 10 keypad. All the three items on my laptop are not working. Both Mr. Dharmesh and Mr. Rajesh baghel have communitation regarding my laptop and have given me a new excuse that sir, there is a problem in my operating system. I don’t know instead of telling me the right thing that there is a hardware problem, in the end telling me my operating system is not fine. I don’t know what to say them. I have been demaing a DOA regarding this issue again and again, but instead of provideing me a new laptop they will again and again telling me we will do something, on asking them which date. Which time, they again give me excuse that sir we will do after few days. I don’t know this few days is still going from last four months. And still the case is pending i.e. on 01st Jaunary 2015. Sir, I don’t want any further repairing in my new laptop, Lenovo team has opened it several times again and again for checking and trouble shooting. All the screws region and the side panel has gone loose by doning so. Now I only want is a New laptop.       Dear Sir, My complain about to Atlantis, Lenovo Service Centre, Vadodara, Gujarat-390007. My complains are following below, 1. There no given any delivery time for mobile given for service/repair. 2. Misbehavior with customers. ( for reference if possible then view CCTV record on 14/11/2014, 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm) 3. After delivery of repaired mobile not check the problem describe by customer . 4. Only mobile call communication accepted, not accepted with other communication facility like E-mail, Massages. 5. After repairing problems increases in mobile.( for ref. please find complain no. SRIN[protected] & SRIN[protected].) 6. Service provider behave like they are customer and we are service provider. 7. They say “ I am not manufacturer of your mobile(lenovo) so how can I solve your problem?” & “ please find another service centre, we can’t provide service of your mobile”. 8.       I have recently buy a lenovo a6000 plus through flipkart. after 2 months phone touch screen not working properly. so i am going to service center. he told me that touch screen of phone is replace by new touch screen.
      firstly he said that he wants 7 days for repairing this but after 7 days he again said wait for 2-4 days but after these days he again touch screen is not provided by the company to service center. so what i can do
      please assist me that

        Sir / Madam, I have purchased a Lenevo Idea product on 22/10/2014. My Lenevo model number is[protected]G-50) and serial number is YB04394170. I have registered for warranty Up-gradation, I have received warranty certificate soft copy, but till date i do not get power bank. I called to call center of Lenevo and they provided a number, i.e, [protected]. I spoke to them couple of weeks back. They informed that, they already shipped the powerbank. I asked for docket details, but they were not ready to share, even i did not receive any mail confirmation from theme about shipment. Now, when i called to them on Monday(22nd Dec 2014), they informed, they did not ship that material due to short address, that reason is very much vague. I asked them to ship it in my bangalore addaress, they promised to ship, but still they have failed to keep their promise. I am very unhappy about their unprofessional service. It is my request, kindly take this matter seriously.

          Dear Sir, I regret to inform you that regarding the customer service performance at MADURAI, TAMILNADU Past one month before I have bought one LENOVAO mobile model is A269i thro SNAPDEAL as online mode. I have approached with your service franchise they asked lot of complaints about the Lenovo manufacturer. I can't believe it. Frequently, it may be happened by your service franchise you will lose your familiar product. Please take a suitable action and ensure the customer satisfaction at all time.

            Mobile Division Subject:- Mother Board of Lenovo Mobile P-780 got defected on 15th of dec’14, need assistance. Dear Sir/ Madam, I purchased Lenovo P-780 (IMEI1 No:[protected].) Few months back With very much of excitement and reading lots of reviews. Now I was getting the network problem issue with this mobile, when I walked to the service center of Lenovo on 15th of December, they said it is a mother board problem and it got defected and needs to be replaced and will take around 10 working days to fix the same. I have raised a complaint with ID Number (SRIN[protected] and Now I am without mobile for more than 10 days. This is totally harassment/ punishment for the person whose 80 percent of work dependent on it and you are losing your business and clients which are important for you. I think you are not bothering about customer satisfaction. I have also sent the complaint on the email address "[protected]@lenovo.com", which is still not addressed by any body.             I am having the very same problem and the company is making fool from december 2014 and now I am very much frustrated. i am having two other lenovo phones in my family with the same problem. We all are going to sue them in court for selling defaulty mobiles and even after repairing the problem exist. We have contacted to so may persons having same problem and they are joining us If you still have the same problem u can join us to drag these in court. They should be punished for this.                 I would like to inform you that on 12/02/2012 I bought a Lenovo Ideapad series (i.e U400) serial number : WB03561975 from Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd, Kolkata. Just 4 months from then I found out that my webcam wasn't working and I reported that problem to Lenovo Technical Support (Case Id: [protected]) after which I was contacted by Lenovo Authorized Service Centre (Digital Care Pvt. Ltd ( TE[protected] and they asked me to take my laptop to their Service Centre, after the servicing done by them I found out that few part of my laptop body was broken and was pasted by glue which I also reported in my feedback form and also to technical support but no action was taken regarding that. Now again in August’13 I faced issue with my touchpad which was not working and LCD screen was getting blank white when moved or tilted, I reported this problem to Lenovo technical support (SO No: [protected]), Around 4-5 different engineers visited me and it took almost 6 months for the engineers to resolve my issue then. Now again I was facing many issue’s with the machine, · The screen was showing a white blank line, which appears and disappears itself. · Touchpad was still not unresponsive sometimes. I took the machine back to the authorized Lenovo service Digital Care Pvt. Ltd( TE1303863 ) for the servicing but again they broke my laptop and pasted it with tape (SO : [protected] ) Now they are saying they can’t fix the body.                   I am manoj prasad, I have submitted my lenovo G585 Laptop bearing serial number CB22057432 to the company's service centre as there is problem of battery not charging. Since this service is pending from 4-5 months and till date I.e. 24/12/2014 I haven't received my laptop. When ever I have contacted there service centre they give me the same answer that the part has been ordered and till date there is no response.I have called customer support as well as nearest service centre in siliguri several times but they are not taking this matter seriously as well as they don't pickup the call every day I am getting harassed by your support team tell me how long should I wait it has already crossed warranty also without using it properly and now I would like to demand for the new laptop as it has crosssed my patient.                       To, The CEO of Lenovo Company, Mobile Division Subject:- Mother Board of Lenovo Mobile P-780 got defected twice from the date of purchase 14th Aug’14, need assistance. Dear Sir/ Madam, I purchased Lenovo P-780 (IMEI1 No:[protected]) in the month of August’14 with very much of excitement and reading lots of reviews regarding the model from flipkart (Order ID: -OD[protected]). In the month of October’14, I was getting the network problem issue with this mobile, when I walked to the service center of Lenovo on 30th of October, they said it is a mother board problem and it got defected and needs to be replaced and will take around 10 working days to fix the same. Then I left the phone on the service center with ID Number (SRIN[protected] and was without mobile for more than 10 days. Now this happen again on 15th December, I am not getting the network on this mobile set. This is totally harassment/ punishment for the person whose 80 percent of work dependent on it and you are losing your business and clients which are important for you. Also your service center guys provide the follow up number[protected] which they never bothered to answer the phone calls. Now, I want replacement with brand new hand set.                         I have taken a lenovo G510 laptop in June this year. Today on 20th December I am facing this BSOD problem at startup. It shows DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and restarts whenever we start and this keeps continuing. I have tried to refresh the system from general settings but it didn't help.

                          Dear Sir, I have purchased a Lenovo P780 mobile on 24th July'14 and from day one the mobile is giving problems and in the month of November'14 it has become very severe and automatically shutting down by showing high temperature. I have been handed over the mobile @ service centre on 24th Nov'14 but even after 25 days I haven't received my mobile. I request you to solve my problem by issuing a new mobile ASAP.                             Dear Team, Now its the heights !!! Such a pathetic services from a big brand like LENEVO!!! UNEXPECTED...!!! I had bought Lenevo P780.Other relevant details are: Model: P780 P/N: P0A9003DIN Date of Purchase:10 May 2014 Service Request No: S No: SRIN[protected] IMEI/SN NO.: [protected] Issue I: The NETWORK coverage problem in the handset was right from the first day but anyhow i managed to continue . Issue II: But in the month of July along with the NETWORK ISSUE my handset used to get HANG.This software issue was creating a lot of problem to me as a result i visited your service centre" Krishna Electronics, Thane, Maharashtra"It was their commitment to resolve the issue within 5-7 days...but after continuous follow up they managed to give the handset after approx 15 days.Problem for the delay was : "Motherboard was replaced", so it took time...okay accepted Issue III: BUT Now again...The LENEVO P780!!!... On 19th november 2014 ...one fine day their was "NO NETWORK"at all, on both my Sims(The same Sims continue to work perfectly well on other handset).I rushed immediately to Krishna services.Again they took the handset & again was given commitment that i will get my handset within 10 days. I visited on 30th November 2014 with a positive note of getting my handset.But as usual...they denied & said me to come on 6th December 2014...looking on the poor services i gave 2 days grace period & visited on 8th December 2014...Nowwwwww...checking my patience ...Handset was not repaired than also...Againnnnn was asked to come on 15th December 2014... But what?????????...I (re-re-re) visited on 16th December 2014 ...but now it was heightssssssssss!!! Now forget about giving the handset back they bluntly said "We are unable to let you know when can we give back your handset".As per them motherboard/Parts were sent for replacement which has not yet came from the company & moreover their was some parts which needs to be replaced has not reached at their service center. I am also working for a corporate in service sector & such a pathetic customer service in customer centric scenario is highly unbelievable. I hope this above mentioned description is enough for you to understand my issue.This time it almost a month that i had given my handset to the service center..                               i have bought lenovo s 850 at date 6.10.14. this work doesn't work with dual Sim. when 2 Sims inserted both won't work.for this complaint, i give it to your authorized service center at tirupur(tamilnadu). they told me that was board complaint and it would take 10 days . i had received the phone after 15 days .they told it was ready and the imei is also changed. but now both the sims are not working and now they told me it was antenna problem.better you can stop selling your products. thank u for your worst phone and worst service. i had also attached bill and your service record.

                                I Addressed the below email to Director Services, he writes back to his team stating to act promptly but there is no response from Lenovo (Team) in spite of my constant follow-up. i understand Lenovo has a practise to dispatch malfunctioning phones(parts) and let the consumers suffer through. I need the compensation as well as a new phone, as i suffered badly through all these days (more than 3 months) in spite of investing for a smart phone. This settlement part can be compromised to an extent if provided "Lenovo accepting that it can not stand up to the customer's expectation and investing /buying their products is a wrong decision". I am Sunitha from Hyderabad. i have bought my lenovo P 780 in June 2014; since Sep 2014, i had issue with its functioning. submitted in local Lenovo Service Center (Hyderabad) ; To my surprise i heard that the mother board has to be replaced. they retained the phone for almost 25 days for doing the same and handing it over to me. after receiving it with new mother board, within a week's time again it got stuck and i submitted in same service center to diagnose & fix the problem . they confirmed it as the operating system is not supported and hence they changed it to the earlier version of Ginger Bread(i guess). they retained the phone for almost 10 days and handed it over to me. after receiving it, again the phone got switched off and failed to get on again. so submitted for the third time in same service center. to my surprise i heard it is again the mother board issue. they have to replace. the new mother board was supposed to reach them 2 days back but it did not reach. they respond rude stating "check with Customer Care". please understand your products stand upto the utter dissatisfaction with repeated complaints on same issue; Need your spontaneous & complete attention for replacing the mobile with a new one as i have lost interest to use the same phone with repeated complaints.

                                  I procured my product (Lenovo S660) through amazon on 12.06.2014 its still in warranty. It was really very disappointing to see such unprofessional response from a reputed organization like Lenovo. Within a few months the device has performance issue. It hangs very frequently, signals received are very week or there is no signal & device needs to reboot again & again. After submitting the product at service center TOUCH in Faridabad Sec 16. they claimed that motherboard needs to be replaced & they claim that they had replaced it & returned my handset after a weeks time. THey returned my handset badly tempered from inside. Now again the device is in same condition. If technically Lenovo can not design compatible handsets then please stop manufacturing Mobiles & focus only on laptops so that you dont loose credibility in the market. Please give me some solution i can not approach your service station again & again . Its 20 kms away from my house & also the response is very very disappointing.                                     Dear Mr. Sudipto Ghosh & Team Lenovo Its my froth mail within last 3 months, but with painful heart I have to say that your after sales service is pathetic… I am owning your lenovo brand cell phone i.e. K-900 with IMEI number [protected] when I bought this I love it but now I hate it just because of your cheap product. I bought it from flipkart at a cost of 29000. There are so many problems in my phone which is actually produced and dumped by you guys.. Problems I am facing - I have to keep phone always in charging… in a day its in charge almost for 16 hours… - After this much of charge battery never goes beyond 21% -27 % - Within a 5 minutes o[censored]sage battery drains and handheld switch off - Once the battery totally exhausted charging become hectic process for me. - Sometimes its never start charging for 2-3 days - Flipkart’s saying they are not responsible and ask me to visit your service center - Your service center at my home town Rajkot says .. its company fault for this particular handset & they cannot do anything - Not getting any feedback from your customer care department and call center My humble request to you guys for wind up your business and start selling peanuts…. And your service staff is useless and throw them in any dump yard. And if you also cant do on this issue u also must go with them … Stop bluffing customer…… Expecting some replay on my issue…..                                       To Lenovo, IS THIS THE VALUE OF YOUR BRAND IS THIS YOUR BRAND CAPABLE OFF, YOUR SYSTEMS ARE NOT EVEN FIT FOR 30 DAYS? I purchased my first Lenovo system on Nov 8th 2014, with in 20hrs there was an error in the system( almost dead ) and I got the system replaced by Croma on 9th Nov. And the 2nd system(replacement) was only good until 27 days on 27th day an error pops up and i cant use the system ( ERROR 1962 ), so what it means is this model is a defective model, not worth buying I don’t want to use this defective model LENOVO SAYS - “we strongly suggest you to opt for part replacement” when would these brands understand that A replacement is a replacement, it can never give you the flour of a fresh one I spent money and bought a new system, I do not want my new computer to be Disassembled, the moment your technician does that, it kills my feeling that it’s no more a new system. I have a Dell I3 laptop, have been using this laptop for the last 4 years, till date there is absolutely no problem with it and that’s I call it a perfect system, perfect value for money. I have been working on Dell computer at my work place for the last 9 years and its one of the BEST system with ZERO ERROR, Now I understand why most of employers prefer Dell over Lenovo. Sasi

I have submitted my phone on 15/11/2014, IMEI N.O- [protected] and till date I.e. 11/12/2014 I haven't received my phone. When ever I have contacted there service centre they give me the same answer that there is shortage of parts. Know I have demanded the new handset from the company as it has been almost one month .
