To, The CEO of Lenovo Company, Mobile Division Subject:- Mother Board of Lenovo Mobile P-780 got defected twice from the date of purchase 14th Aug’14, need assistance. Dear Sir/ Madam, I purchased Lenovo P-780 (IMEI1 No:[protected]) in the month of August’14 with very much of excitement and reading lots of reviews regarding the model from flipkart (Order ID: -OD[protected]). In the month of October’14, I was getting the network problem issue with this mobile, when I walked to the service center of Lenovo on 30th of October, they said it is a mother board problem and it got defected and needs to be replaced and will take around 10 working days to fix the same. Then I left the phone on the service center with ID Number (SRIN[protected] and was without mobile for more than 10 days. Now this happen again on 15th December, I am not getting the network on this mobile set. This is totally harassment/ punishment for the person whose 80 percent of work dependent on it and you are losing your business and clients which are important for you. Also your service center guys provide the follow up number[protected] which they never bothered to answer the phone calls. Now, I want replacement with brand new hand set. I have also sent the complaint on the email address "[protected]@lenovo.com", which is still not addressed by any body. Let me know the procedure for the same. Regards, V A [protected]

    I have taken a lenovo G510 laptop in June this year. Today on 20th December I am facing this BSOD problem at startup. It shows DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and restarts whenever we start and this keeps continuing. I have tried to refresh the system from general settings but it didn't help.

      Dear Sir, I have purchased a Lenovo P780 mobile on 24th July'14 and from day one the mobile is giving problems and in the month of November'14 it has become very severe and automatically shutting down by showing high temperature. I have been handed over the mobile @ service centre on 24th Nov'14 but even after 25 days I haven't received my mobile. I request you to solve my problem by issuing a new mobile ASAP.         Dear Team, Now its the heights !!! Such a pathetic services from a big brand like LENEVO!!! UNEXPECTED...!!! I had bought Lenevo P780.Other relevant details are: Model: P780 P/N: P0A9003DIN Date of Purchase:10 May 2014 Service Request No: S No: SRIN[protected] IMEI/SN NO.: [protected] Issue I: The NETWORK coverage problem in the handset was right from the first day but anyhow i managed to continue . Issue II: But in the month of July along with the NETWORK ISSUE my handset used to get HANG.This software issue was creating a lot of problem to me as a result i visited your service centre" Krishna Electronics, Thane, Maharashtra"It was their commitment to resolve the issue within 5-7 days...but after continuous follow up they managed to give the handset after approx 15 days.Problem for the delay was : "Motherboard was replaced", so it took time...okay accepted Issue III: BUT Now again...The LENEVO P780!!!... On 19th november 2014 ...one fine day their was "NO NETWORK"at all, on both my Sims(The same Sims continue to work perfectly well on other handset).I rushed immediately to Krishna services.Again they took the handset & again was given commitment that i will get my handset within 10 days. I visited on 30th November 2014 with a positive note of getting my handset.But as usual...they denied & said me to come on 6th December 2014...looking on the poor services i gave 2 days grace period & visited on 8th December 2014...Nowwwwww...checking my patience ...Handset was not repaired than also...Againnnnn was asked to come on 15th December 2014... But what?????????...I (re-re-re) visited on 16th December 2014 ...but now it was heightssssssssss!!! Now forget about giving the handset back they bluntly said "We are unable to let you know when can we give back your handset".As per them motherboard/Parts were sent for replacement which has not yet came from the company & moreover their was some parts which needs to be replaced has not reached at their service center. I am also working for a corporate in service sector & such a pathetic customer service in customer centric scenario is highly unbelievable. I hope this above mentioned description is enough for you to understand my issue.This time it almost a month that i had given my handset to the service center..           i have bought lenovo s 850 at date 6.10.14. this work doesn't work with dual Sim. when 2 Sims inserted both won't work.for this complaint, i give it to your authorized service center at tirupur(tamilnadu). they told me that was board complaint and it would take 10 days . i had received the phone after 15 days .they told it was ready and the imei is also changed. but now both the sims are not working and now they told me it was antenna problem.better you can stop selling your products. thank u for your worst phone and worst service. i had also attached bill and your service record.

            I Addressed the below email to Director Services, he writes back to his team stating to act promptly but there is no response from Lenovo (Team) in spite of my constant follow-up. i understand Lenovo has a practise to dispatch malfunctioning phones(parts) and let the consumers suffer through. I need the compensation as well as a new phone, as i suffered badly through all these days (more than 3 months) in spite of investing for a smart phone. This settlement part can be compromised to an extent if provided "Lenovo accepting that it can not stand up to the customer's expectation and investing /buying their products is a wrong decision". I am Sunitha from Hyderabad. i have bought my lenovo P 780 in June 2014; since Sep 2014, i had issue with its functioning. submitted in local Lenovo Service Center (Hyderabad) ; To my surprise i heard that the mother board has to be replaced. they retained the phone for almost 25 days for doing the same and handing it over to me. after receiving it with new mother board, within a week's time again it got stuck and i submitted in same service center to diagnose & fix the problem . they confirmed it as the operating system is not supported and hence they changed it to the earlier version of Ginger Bread(i guess). they retained the phone for almost 10 days and handed it over to me. after receiving it, again the phone got switched off and failed to get on again. so submitted for the third time in same service center. to my surprise i heard it is again the mother board issue. they have to replace. the new mother board was supposed to reach them 2 days back but it did not reach. they respond rude stating "check with Customer Care". please understand your products stand upto the utter dissatisfaction with repeated complaints on same issue; Need your spontaneous & complete attention for replacing the mobile with a new one as i have lost interest to use the same phone with repeated complaints.

              I procured my product (Lenovo S660) through amazon on 12.06.2014 its still in warranty. It was really very disappointing to see such unprofessional response from a reputed organization like Lenovo. Within a few months the device has performance issue. It hangs very frequently, signals received are very week or there is no signal & device needs to reboot again & again. After submitting the product at service center TOUCH in Faridabad Sec 16. they claimed that motherboard needs to be replaced & they claim that they had replaced it & returned my handset after a weeks time. THey returned my handset badly tempered from inside. Now again the device is in same condition. If technically Lenovo can not design compatible handsets then please stop manufacturing Mobiles & focus only on laptops so that you dont loose credibility in the market. Please give me some solution i can not approach your service station again & again . Its 20 kms away from my house & also the response is very very disappointing.                 Dear Mr. Sudipto Ghosh & Team Lenovo Its my froth mail within last 3 months, but with painful heart I have to say that your after sales service is pathetic… I am owning your lenovo brand cell phone i.e. K-900 with IMEI number [protected] when I bought this I love it but now I hate it just because of your cheap product. I bought it from flipkart at a cost of 29000. There are so many problems in my phone which is actually produced and dumped by you guys.. Problems I am facing - I have to keep phone always in charging… in a day its in charge almost for 16 hours… - After this much of charge battery never goes beyond 21% -27 % - Within a 5 minutes o[censored]sage battery drains and handheld switch off - Once the battery totally exhausted charging become hectic process for me. - Sometimes its never start charging for 2-3 days - Flipkart’s saying they are not responsible and ask me to visit your service center - Your service center at my home town Rajkot says .. its company fault for this particular handset & they cannot do anything - Not getting any feedback from your customer care department and call center My humble request to you guys for wind up your business and start selling peanuts…. And your service staff is useless and throw them in any dump yard. And if you also cant do on this issue u also must go with them … Stop bluffing customer…… Expecting some replay on my issue…..                   To Lenovo, IS THIS THE VALUE OF YOUR BRAND IS THIS YOUR BRAND CAPABLE OFF, YOUR SYSTEMS ARE NOT EVEN FIT FOR 30 DAYS? I purchased my first Lenovo system on Nov 8th 2014, with in 20hrs there was an error in the system( almost dead ) and I got the system replaced by Croma on 9th Nov. And the 2nd system(replacement) was only good until 27 days on 27th day an error pops up and i cant use the system ( ERROR 1962 ), so what it means is this model is a defective model, not worth buying I don’t want to use this defective model LENOVO SAYS - “we strongly suggest you to opt for part replacement” when would these brands understand that A replacement is a replacement, it can never give you the flour of a fresh one I spent money and bought a new system, I do not want my new computer to be Disassembled, the moment your technician does that, it kills my feeling that it’s no more a new system. I have a Dell I3 laptop, have been using this laptop for the last 4 years, till date there is absolutely no problem with it and that’s I call it a perfect system, perfect value for money. I have been working on Dell computer at my work place for the last 9 years and its one of the BEST system with ZERO ERROR, Now I understand why most of employers prefer Dell over Lenovo. Sasi

                    I am ankur jain, I have submitted my lenovo p780 to the company's service centre as there is problem of phone going not reachable. I have submitted my phone on 15/11/2014, IMEI N.O- [protected] and till date I.e. 11/12/2014 I haven't received my phone. When ever I have contacted there service centre they give me the same answer that there is shortage of parts. Know I have demanded the new handset from the company as it has been almost one month .                         Sir/Madam I had given my smartphone Lenovo P780 (IMEI:[protected]) for servicing in your given authorized service center in Andheri (HCL Tower) on 15/11/14. Its been 25 days now (10/12/14) and my phone is still not repaired. All I get is that the parts have not yet come and we can't do anything cause we have no confirmation from the Lenovo office.I had emailed on this email address before.And now I m doing it again cause I haven't received an update yet. Please refund my money cause I am fed-up with your services. I don't have a phone to use and its causing me a lot of inconvenience. Refund my money cause i have seen in the service center other customers with same issues with lenovo P780 model, some of them had given their phones in October haven't received their repaired phone nor they have received a replacement. Now how am I going to wait this long? Your services are so poor.One entire month from my phone warranty is gone to your service center only.Why is your company not delivering the required parts to the service centers.And by saying "please allow us few days time in order to get back to you with an update." How many days does that count ? or should I say how many months do I have to wait for the parts of my phone to arrive at your service centers?. I need a reply from you ASAP.

                          Dear sir I bought lenevo P780 in august 2014 from mobile store sec 14 gurgaon . First within a month of purchase my phone speakers were not working and i filed a complaint to the customer service center in gurgaon and got the phone repaired after one week. And now again in November its speakers are not working properly again and now i have registered 2nd time and phone has been given to service center but still phone is not working properely I am really frustrated to have a smartphone which doesn't rings.I am really disappointed from the service given by lenovo service center.I am having a very bad experience by investing 15000 rupees in lenovo phone.either replace my phone or i want my money back.other wise i will submit FIR against you thanks

                            I bought lenovo g50-70 ideapad on july 4th..I had battery backup problem.i went to service center on novenber 11th 2014 in malakshmipuram layout, bangalore..the service center guy told me that your laptop has 3 problems..like ram is not working, wifi card is not working and battery backup issue...I asked him how long it will take to repair my laptop, the service center guy told me that it will take at most 3 days.so I gave my laptop to him and came back. after 3 days i called him.he told me it will take 2 more days...from NOV 11th he is postponing till now(dec 9th) even now also he is telling like i did not receive the parts from lenovo once i receive i will repair your laptop... almost one month completed even now also waiting for my laptop... SO what a wonderful service they are providing ...PLEASE DON't EVER BUY LENOVO PRODUCTS

                              I purchased lenovo laptop from the authorized dealer Reliance Digital from Chromepet branch. My Laptop was got strucked and not able to open the starting screen in the lap top. I went to reliance digital, the executives of reliance digital said that its hard disk issue and it should be replaced so, called to toll free no[protected] and lodged a request to replace the Harddisk. There is no backup provided from lenovo for OS. Service executive called and said that they will do only the hard disk replacement and the older data files will not be copied into other system or other external hard disk and this the chargeable. This made more intervention on my own personal files from the data is important and if not transferred to other disk or other mode its waste of replacing the hard disk My concerns are the below to go with legal on the lenovo laptops. Data is personal in the lap tops it should not be shared DATA needs to be recovered without charging in the warranty period When hard disk replaced the data needs to be recovered along with the hard disk replacement. I am not that much proficient in the hardware. i know to utilize the laptop. Money is asking for their own product and for personal data files back up its punishable. Kindly do the needful

                                I, Mr.Tushar Patel, purchased Lenovo Mobile IMEI/RSN1 : RLVHSC[protected] on 30/03/2014 from Times Moblity, Surat. Since than, there is a regular complaints in my above said mobile as the Batter not charged regularly, at the time of talking as well as charging the battery temperature went so high. I approached your company's service station at Center Point, Ring Road, Surat they told me to change the battery which costs mr Rs.1750/- as I found the same on so higher side I approched the local market to purchase the same by Rs.500/- only. Than after it is not possible for me to got the batter charged when it is into the mobile instrument and I have to charged the same in some separate instrument. Pls. advise me what to do?

                                    Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing this mail with reference to my Lenovo S660 bought on 27 April 2014 from Flipkart vide order id OD[protected]. The phone was having an issue of intermediately it is not able to access the SIM, first I thought its an issue of network and I complained to operator and as I am from telecom profession. I requested concern NW team to look in the issue, which they did and confirm to me by putting SIM in another phone and putting different SIMs in my phone. As the problem was intermittent I did not bring it to service center, but lately it completely stopped accessing the Network and I brought the set to your partner HCL Mumbai and I have been given an estimate of Rs 7000/- stating sim slot issue sim connector stuck inside. I tried to explain that set has this consistent issue of not accessing the NW and repeated SIM was tried. Lenovo Service Record vied No SRIN[protected] I am sharing this background as I was accepting a more mature understanding of the issue by your esteem organization and some understanding of the issue by service center people. They were more than keen to make the bill and enforce cost of poor quality of product on me. This I resisted and as responsible consumer thought of at least bring this in knowledge of yours. While I am sharing my pain with you, I have another concern when I went to repair center first time, I was told it will not be considered in warranty without the bill, my submission is when phone has IMEI no then why copy of bill is desired. Any way since its company policy I complied and visited again. I am looking here intervention of parent company to maintain the company reputation and instruct service center team to be more sensitive on known product issue and not unnecessary try to attribute core issue to other trivial issues.                                       I purchased Lenovo G 510 but during first year, the laptop started giving problems frequently and finally the service dept. diagnosed the issue with LCD and which was replaced under warranty but my agony does not stop here. Again the machine started giving issues just one month after replacement. We were also forced to pay inspection charges by the service center. After inspection they informed that the LCD and its cable (same parts) is again not working which was replaced only one month before. The customer care team informs that they are not responsible for LCD which failed within one month of replacement since first year warranty ended three days before. Are Lenovo laptops meant to function for one year only? We feel cheated. Also we have been waiting to get the LCD replaced for more than one month now but the required part is not available at any lenovo service center. So even if we want to get it replaced by paying from our own pocket, we can't because of shortage of parts. We highly suspect the quality of Lenovo, its service and parts.We have suffered enough mental pressure and went through trauma due to your poor product quality and service during warranty period, let alone the non-warranty period. PS- The estimated cost is about 12, 500 rupees for a 45, 000/- rupee laptop. Which is also outrageous. I would strongly suggest that nobody buy laptops from lenovo.

                                        I have bought Lenovo Z580 model, model name 20135 with serial number QB05247350 ideapad on 13/08/2012 from System Needs, Saraswathipuram, Mysore. As per the invoice the company has offered three years of warranty. From 2nd of Nov. 2014, the keyboard of the laptop is not functioning. As per the instruction of the Lenovo servicing centre in Mysore a complaint was registered with the company over phone through toll-free number and a copy of the invoice was sent to the company to proof of purchase department of lenovo for warranty verification on[protected]. Unfortunately the company refused to take the responsibility to repair the keyboard stating that the warranty period was over as there is only one year warranty. It is very clear from the invoice that the warranty is for a period of three years – warranty from 13-08-12 to[protected]. It is very evident that the warranty is refused on flimsy grounds. I have sent 9 e-mails to the company regarding this problem. The company has been repeatedly asking for extended warranty documents irrespective of the fact that the invoice clearly indicates that the warranty is for a period of three years (when I can produce the evidence of the correspondence). It is evident from the invoice that the problem has aroused during the warranty period. Therefore it seems that the company is trying to prolong the process and evade from the responsibility. Now it is more than one month that I couldn’t use the instrument which has caused me enormous trouble and unnecessary expense.
