i bought a lenovo tablet B6000 in January, its cost was 23000rs. by my mistake the screen got break but touch screen is working smooth without hanging.I want to change the glass. when i went to service centre, they told it will cost 19000rs for glass because glass comes with display.Tell me if i bought any thing with cost 23000rs and for repair it will cost 19000rs then how will we manage the money. This is not fair with the customer.

    My Laptop is dead from last of July 2014. I called the service centre at that time and I called them continuously and on 19th of september they give me Complaint no. [protected].. On this complaint they send me Motherboard of my laptop without checking what the error is. In this period I called them much time. Their engineer Kundan reached me in mid of November.He told that there is no problem with motherboard and the problem is actually in Hard Disk. Then they took another complaint no. [protected] on 11/11. Again Hard disk reached me and then same Engineer Kundan along with Uday came me and told me that new hard disk is not working. After this no action is taken regarding my problem. I am calling again and again and still no one is ready to solve my problem... I purchased Laptop and used it only a month and my laptop is dead from 5 months and my Warrant is also going to end. I think their plan is to not listen my problem till the day my Warranty gets Expired and then they will say my Warranty is no more.       Sir, My Laptop Sl No QB05390640, Model Z580 and is under warranty period. Most of the time Youcam remains unserviceable. In recent past Camera replaced twice. On 28.11.2014 Laptop was deposited at Bhubaneswar Service centre and collected on 29.11.2014 after repair/replacement of Camera vide SO No. [protected]. On 01 Dec 14 I found camera light is flickering and intermittent glowing. Now camera is totally not working. I do not know what type of repair is undertaken by Supreme System Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Tel[protected]. Frequent approaching Service centre for same fault is not understood. Either the service provider not able to detecting the fault not taking interest. Mere without detecting fault replacing camera will not service Laptop. Please approach service centre for necessary action please.

      Sir, Approaching frequently to service centre for a common fault is time consuming. Fault detection of Service centre is poor.

        I bought a new Lenovo Ideapad U 410 Ultrabook in March last year.History of last one year: Topcover (`A' cover) broken at hinge within TWO months of buying.Very correctly Lenovo replaced the cover under warranty.After EIGHTEEN months-motherboard and keyboard gone bad AND Topcover (`A' cover) broken at hinge AGAIN.Laptop is under valid extended Warranty, Lenovo Support refused to replace the topcover saying it was `accidental damage`????? Laptop is still under warranty ! It's the same hinge which failed last year ! It's the same laptop ! It's the very same case !!! Lenovo's own forum on their site has many similar cases of hinge failure faced by the users. Very poor quality products and worse service.

            I have bought a Lenovo Idea Pad Z580(QB05327978 with 3 Years Warranty) on 7th Jan 2013, since then I am facing issues with the system, every 2 months I have been visiting the Service Center for getting the same resolved, in past 1 year I have visited the service center multiple times for problems related to touch pad, Screen, Battery, Charger, DVD Drive, Key Pad and recently on 25th Nov again I had to Visit the Service Center as ODD, Touch Sensible Buttons and Right Side USB was not working, after the diagnose for 4 days they told me yesterday on 28th Nov that my Mother Board & Hard Disk need to be changed, and they also claimed that my touch sensible chip is missing from the system, as per then as my last visit to service center was in Mar/April'14 so they are not liable for the missing part, since the same has been serviced at the service center only from the day of Purchase so who else will be liable for the missing part. After all this , my they say that we will not entertain any claim for missing chip and on the other hand post replacement of Hard disk they are not going to provide me the Operating system, that means I am loosing the Important Data in my Hard Drive, plus I will not be provided the basic requirment to operate the system. If i need that then I need to pay Rs. 1250/- which is the sole responsibility of Lenovo. In past 1 and half year I have visited the same service Center with Address: Reliable Technology 104, Jyoti Building 66, Nehru Place New Delhi-110019 [protected]@reliabletechnology.in [protected]@reliabletechnology.in I have been both Mentally and Physical Harassed in this period, as being the student i cant afford to pay so much of money in traveling every time to the service center, nor for the OS. If the model had so many flaus then why was it sold. Due to this harassment I am going through massive stress, if any thing happens to me due to this then Lenovo will be solely responsible for this. I am forwarding the same issue to Consumer Court as well for prompt action on the same. Request your immediate action on the same.               I have purchased a Lenovo P780 mobile on 8th July 2014 from Sri Balaji Mobile at Lucknow. It was having reception issue from the day one but the salesperson convinced me that with change of sim card it would be resolved. After replacing the sim card when the problem consist I again contacted the vendor and he tried to convince me that it is a matter of software which I updated but problem persists. It was ultimately deposited with the authorised service centre at Lucknow on 8th November 2014 and till now I have been making rounds of the same as twice they have failed to deliver the set on committed dates. Finally they have given a commitment of 3rd December 2014 failing which I will be compelled to move to consumer forum. Also the service centre have denied to provide any stand by set and I have to suffer without a set for more than 3 weeks which is effecting my work to a great deal. Expected some better service and commitment level from such a reputed company.

                Hi Lenovo, I am ashamed to say that i am a customer of such a pathetic company like Lenovo who doesnt care for their customers and their supervisors dont have guts to speak to their consumers. My name is Vishal Panwar and i have a faulty Lenovo P780 handset which was submitted for repair/ replacement since the handset went bizzare and dead after 6 months of purchase. The handset is still under warranty. It was submitted at the service center on Nov 06th 2014 and i was assured within one week the handset will be repaired and returned. i was informed it was charging point which was not working later i got to know that the entire motherboard is faulty and need to be replaced. whenever i call lenovo their supervisors are either in Meeting or out of office as informed by all the agents. God only knows how this office is running. i guess i need to check with the consumer court since i am not getting any update on my handset and they are just sitting my hard earned money. I am very much reachable on my phone number given below and have all the recorded calls as proof for the consumer court. i dont believe in giving the IMEI numbers on the open forum so please call me to take that information.                   This is very shameful act from one of the giants Lenovo, my 2x lenovo p780 handsets have got same defect and are lying in their Vashi, Navi Mumbai service centre from last one month, their representatives are always misguiding and arrogantly answering that we do not have part with please wait, its been a one month and yet there is no resolution to the problem, they are also not providing replacement, truly third class service by Lenovo. Arrogant representatives, bakwaas company, really frustrated.

                    My name is Dilkash Raza and I have purchased a Lenovo laptop Serial number :- QB07911294 may be 4 months ago and now i have a problem with an abnormal sound on the fan of the laptop.
                    I have been calling Lenovo since Nov 06th 2014 and lodged many complaints regarding this and nobody has come and even nobody has called me regarding this. I sent 2 emails to [protected]@lenovo.com and i have not received any kind of services from them till date which is Nov 25th 2014. Its been 20 days i have not received any services from them which is not good and which was not supposed to be done by Lenovo.
                    I called on their toll free number many times and they disconnect my call most of the time because they can not do anything because they might not get any solution or reply of any complaint from higher department so they never ever could able to provided me any solution.

                      Myself Mr. Chintan H. Thakkar from Rajkot. I have bought Lenovo S860 smartphone ( IMEI NUMBER – [protected]) on August-2014 from Umiya mobile, Rajkot, Gujarat. After just 3 months, suddenly mobile was unable to charge due to some technical reasons. Though I have been used only Lenovo original charger to charge mobile. I went to authorized Lenovo service center in my place to repair my mobile on 19th Nov. . - Anil Services, 33, Silver Chamber, Tagore Road, Rajkot-360002. I have submitted my mobile there to check the issue. In Job sheet, they have mentioned that my mobile is in warranty period so service is free of charge. They told me that they will inform about issue from my alternate contact number but there is no call from there for 2 days. So, I have to go there again to ask them about status of my mobile. They told me My mobile’s charging socket was damaged but There is no any damage detected in charging socket. Even then, I agreed and continue to replace the damage part. Then I have called Lenovo smartphone helpline and asked about my issue. They told me one part inquiry is detected in warranty period means they bring new part at no cost from Lenovo as it was not damaged but not worked. I have asked them about estimate for damage part on 21th Nov. 2014. They said that we have mailed in Lenovo about cost of damage part but there is no replay about it. Still my mobile is at service center and I don’t know when it will be repaired. They also deny me to give me invoice for my new part which is replaced and return me old part which is damaged. It means they want to take charge from me for no reason. I don’t understand why this ridicules service is provided by Lenovo. If my mobile’s charging socket was really damaged then why they didn’t inform me previously when I have went there first time to check the issue? I am really frustrated about this third class service. My mobile is in warranty period then also why I have to pay for service.

                          1) Bought Lenovo smartphone K900 in Aug 2013. 2) Under warranty (and one week time taken), replaced screen due to some manufacturing defect. 3) Immediately, after that in July, the wireless was not working so the mother board itself was changed with new IMEI No:[protected]earlier IMEI No:[protected] 4) In August 2014, warranty expired. 5) On Nov 12 phone given to Bangalore service centre (Touch, Double Road, Indiranagar) because phone was not charging. 6) After waiting for 9 days, I paid Rs. 2, 100 for a new battery and collected phone yesterday. 7) Came home and found that phone again not charging using Lenovo charger. It starts to charge and goes up to maximum 36% then stops & starts to discharge. 8) Returning phone again to Touch service centre. 9) Who do I turn to next to make my phone work? I need either a replacement with a new phone or I want my money back. 10) Only other alternate I will have if I don't get both options is to take up the issue with the Consumer Court and make public the issues I have faced with a Rs. 24, 000 smartphone from Lenovo. I need someone at the highest level to call me on[protected] for a solution because this is a defective product and I cannot keep running to your service centres all the time as I have a business to run.

                            I purchase a high end system from Lenovo for work. I reported an issue on Aug 31st that the system has stopped working. 1. I was denied support by the retailer and was asked to call Lenovo Support. 2. Lenovo Support number disconnected my call every time from the registered phone. 3. Called using another phone and registered a complaint. 4. Explained to the in-home tech to bring battery and mother-board so it can be fixed as I used it for work. 5. Lenovo sent a Mother-board but the Tech made the system work without a replacement. 6. Explained it will work till the battery dies and won't turn on, Tech assured it won't happen but it did 7. On the II visit, they replaced the Mother-board but didn't wait till the battery was discharged and same problem occurred. 8. III Visit, replaced Mother-board again but as told by me, the computer didn't work after the battery discharged. 9. IV Visit, changed battery but the same problem persisted. 10. I lost my job and asked for a replacement or refund as it had been 3 months without a computer. 11. Denied and asked to take the computer to the service station for a day. 12. Has been more than a week and there is no news of the Computer. Have already tweeted and spoken to Managers who failed to even document the notes about the compensation promises made. Customer Service Reps are adamant and proved me a liar by saying I never spoke to a Manager as there are no notes. I regret purchasing a Lenovo when I could've purchased an Apple for the same amount. BUT NOW I GUESS UM STUCK WITH IT TILL I TAKE A LEGAL ACTION.

                              I ANUP KUMAR SINHA HAD BOUGHT A LENOVO A1000 TABLET IN AUGUST 2014 AND SEND IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER FOR OTG UPDATE ON OCTOBER 17. THEY TOOK THE DEVICE AND PROMISED THE JOB TO BE DONE BY OCTOBER 19. ON 19TH I WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEY TOOK AWAY THE RECIEPT AND TOLD THAT THE JOB WAS DONE BUT NOTHING WAS DONE AND I WAS BADLY CHEATED.                                 My name is DIPINLAL.P, D. I am an M.E student.I have bought lenovo laptop on 11th november 2013.It have one year warranty.but last month it had some boot up problem(while switching on the laptop, only the black screen will shown not boot the operating system .This problem occured intermediately.Serial no.of my laptop was CB24908724 and model is G500.so i went to official service centre of lenovo at kozhikode(Hi Tech informatics Pvt Ltd) and complaint a register(SO No.[protected]). they identified as the problem was ODD driver.They replaced the hardware on this Tuesday (18/11/14).but today onwards the same problem exist.(just one and half day after replacement) I again called the lenovo service centre but they replied that your warranty has expired, and for further service i should pay. when i complaint the problem, it have the warranty period, now it is not.but the problem still exist.Which means they failed identify the problem or not properly serviced.so i request them consider my problem as it was my warranty period.but officials replied that my warranty period expired

I don't think this mail is delivered to the right person and i will get answer of this mail but if authorized people are active, this kind of complaints may control by giving better products and better service. Moreover, you can understand, it is difficult to wait for a mobile phone for long time (when you purchased new one) given to service center. Do you think everybody has to keep a extra phone to avoid any inconvenience due to delay in service. Request you to look into this matter and get my mobile replaced with new one. My problem is starts now, as i am not getting any final confirmation from above service center when exactly i get my mobile. If this is the performance standard of Lenovo products and service centers, i don't think people once purchased Lenovo may recommend your products to purchase any potential customer. I don't think this mail is delivered to the right person and i will get answer of this mail but if authorized people are active, this kind of complaints may control by giving better products and better service. Moreover, you can understand, it is difficult to wait for a mobile phone for long time (when you purchased new one) given to service center. Do you think everybody has to keep a extra phone to avoid any inconvenience due to delay in service. Request you to look into this matter and get my mobile replaced with new one.                                       I am using T440p laptop from last 3 months. I started realizing that the great amount of irritation in my left hand while using and after using laptop. I thought its the problem with the fan. So, fan was replaced as its under warranty. But, the problem still exists. I believe that its not a simple heating, but, its generating great amount of radiation, which is resulting the irritation throughtout the day. These days, I am not even touching the keyboard with my left hand, using a glove for timebeing. Please let me know what to do?
                                      Same here. Its 4th generation laptop. But it gets very hot on left side. The Customer support is terrible.

                                        I bought a new Lenovo S850, IMEI no- [protected]. It becomes dead with in one week o[censored]sing. I submitted the handset in lenovo care, they took more than 15 days to repair it. Now again it is dead with in one day. It is ridiculous to use lenovo mobiles. The service centers are D grade. I will never buy a lenovo mobile set. Disgusting
