Hello sir/madam I have already complained in service center "Avon Business" Jabalpur for my lenovo a690 on 09 June 2014, they are telling that come after some days. many times i have gone through the service center now i am frustrated about that & now i want to request for replace or refund for my product. My service complaint is on the name of Akanaksha Goyal. Please Tell me what to do for my refund or replacement or else i will go to the consumer forum.this phone is now become is a big headache for me. Reply me soon.     I have purchased Lenovo P770 handset IMEI no. [protected] approx. a year back. Post usage of handset for 6 months the screen got quite good amount of yellow patches at the bottom. On 03rd May 14, I deposited my handset at your Chandigarh local service centre for service and it was been informed by service centre that there’s an issue in display hardware. As per them the hardware isn’t in the stock and needs to be sourced from outside Chandigarh which will take max of 7-10 days. Unfortunately I got the handset back after 24 days i.e. on 27th May’14. Further unfortunate of me when I reached home, I realized that the ear piece isnt working at all. Again the handset was been submitted at Lenovo Chandigarh service centre for a day long. The service centre executive confirmed that they missed to connect some internal wiring of ear piece while resolving the previous complaint of patches on screen. (Really surprising!!!) The issues doesn’t ends here, as, the moment I started using it, the handset started heating up badly even on idle mode. It was getting heated to an extent of explode during the call. Resultantly I have to start using handfree for my safety. The same was also informed to Gurdeep (service centre executive) telephonically after 2 days of receipt of handset. Unfortune continues:- In Mid of July again noticed yellow patches at the bottom of screen. The handset was again been submitted at your Chandigarh Service Centre on 02nd Aug. During my visit to service centre, while using the handset to transfer data from internal memory to external memory the handset got heated up to an extent. The same was been checked by executive Gurdeep. On 04th Aug, received call from Mr. Gurdeep that there’s again an issue in display hardware which needs to be replaced along with mother board due to which the handset is getting heated up. Now, lenovo is badly pushing me to take back the repaired handset which now has been repaired for three times and not ready to replace it. Gaurav. [protected]

    You should not spare the dealer and get it replaced with the new handset only. for this you can approach the local Consumer awareness groups for the help.

      Don't Buy Any Lenovo Products. As their representative were not taking seriously to retail clients. So I have to take harsh decision... went to consumer court India. Respected Sir, Greetings for the day! I am using your system since last 9 month I have faced the problem in my system I have called up at your care several times but I got only 1 reply that is do OKR. I have used it 7 to 8 times in last 9 month it means in every 1.5 month I have to used OKR. Since last 2 month I was facing too much problem with the system, on 8th August 2014 your engineer has visited my place and change the mother board and re install my OS by bringing recovery media, after that my OS was not get activated. He took the system with him and saying I need it for 1 day. He was going to return my system on 9th August 2014, but till date I haven't received my system or any feedback from his side, though I have contact on your care I.E[protected] dated 13th August 2014, I was land on Mr. Pasha. He was very rude with me. He was addressing me with the following words "TU" "TUM", etc. Then also I was quite and not arguing with him. He told me that I will personally take care of this case and I will give you a call back by EOD, I have counter question that what if I don't received the call from you, he replied "JO TUM KAHO", I said I need new system he said yes, I had thank you him and disconnected the call. But till date I have not received any call from him or from the service center.. On Saturday I called up again my call was transfer to Mr. Sanish and informed him all the problem he has mailed to Mr. Selvam Raja and told me that I have marked you a CC as well, he also told that mail was delivered at 11.01 AM which is also a wrong time because I have called at 11:15 AM so how it is possible for him to send me a mail without having word with him. He has also inform me that on Monday dated 18th August 2014 Mr. Selvam Raja will give you a call and with him our service head will be in conference I.E was also a wrong information passed to me because this information was not pass on to Selvam Raja, I was in touch with Mr. Selvam Raja from the begining. though I have not received any mail from him on 16th so I have called up again at your care in noon you will come to know what type of answer I have got from your Mr. Sanish. This is not the first time problem which I have facing in this problem previously Mr. Shiva & Vasudev have also given me wrong information... He told me that I will get the OS CD, But that was also a wrong commitment. Now this is high time for me to tolarate you guys.

        i have lenovo G500 laptop. sir every time a new problem create in machine i all ready call with lenovo customer care but they are not perfect solution and they are says you install drivers and other they are many time chat and my laptop on remote conection but no solution and many time my call was end .

          I had submitted my phone for repair from on 1st of August. I had submitted my purchase bill too. Today is 18th of August and still they are telling that the phone is not repaired. I had sent mail to Lenovo "Services_ed". Even from them I did not get any positive response. Finally I have come here for help. I am not asking for technical support. I want my phone back repaired.             It has not even been a year since i got this Lenovo laptop G400s. 1. It is extra slow. 2. The speakers don't work. 3. The wifi connection to this laptop is very slow or does not connect at all. (When it connects to other gadgets in the same parameter) 4. It hangs a lot. I need an exchange for this laptop since facing so many problems within a few months of purchase is unjustifiable.

              I bought a Lenovo G580 laptop from lenovo. I had a problem in motherboard. I already updated my warranty for one more year, Rs.5000 paid. They didn't rectify my laptop. I complaint my times in lenovo service centre, but there is no use. They keep telling to contact me after 10days. It's near by 3moths after register my complaint. I request you to take action against the lenovo service centre. i attached the photo copy of Warranty slip and invoice slip and Booking Form.                 Hi,
                actually, 10 days before i was registered a complaint regarding no display in my lenovo G510 laptop.
                your lenovo engineer came to my location and solve that problem but i will cause another problem that is" wifi is not connecting " that means the wifi is totally disabled it is unable to enable.
                It showing cross red mark in the signal place in the start bar.
                I already tried with different service center for installilng drivers and i also installed the drivers with which is available in the mobilesupport.lenovo.com


                please help me to get recover from that problem...

                    I had purchased LENOVO Z580 (Ideapad) laptop on Sept, 2012 and the same is came with the “3 years Warranty & 1 year Accidental Damage Protection”. I had chosen LENOVO, as I had already used Thinkpad Series earlier when I was working in a company in Mumbai. So, I was pretty confident about the quality & efficiency of the company’s product and chosen the same for personal use. But, recently 15-20 days ago, I found that my Laptop is having gap between the bottom frames with broking sound, when I was opening it with the screen. So, I get to the nearer service station of LENOVO (Sysnet Technologies, M.P. Nagar, Bhopal) for the resolution of the same, but the fellow had called the problem of Hinges and as per him that may cost around Rs.12000/- to Rs.14000/-. He also took my Laptop Serial No. & contact details for providing the extact information, but he has not called yet. Due to this I am not able to use my Laptop freely and my professional work got affected due to the same. After sparing 7-8 days, one of my friends (a Hardware Engineering) had opened the frames and found that 5 nuts (affixed in the frame) are broken. As per him, if this Laptop is not yet open and no accident had been happened, then it is a case of bad quality plastic used for manufacturing these frames. As, I use my laptop so carefully and keep it safely it could not be broken due to usage and it is being used by me only from the date of purchase. Afterwards, I called LENOVO customer care for assistance of this sort of a problem, but they had told me that the same will be dealt at local service station only. I am afraid of purchasing the LENOVO Laptop, as it is not of that quality materials which I had assumed according to my earlier usage. I am also afraid of after sales services of LENOVO and their customer care. Also, if the quality of the product is so bad, then why should I bear the expenses for repairing & deterioration of my professional work. If the company is so huge and having such wide range of products, it must have that quality and after sales services which reflects the goodwill of the brand. Thanks, Awadhesh Bais [protected]

                      i have purchased my laptop y510p on 1 june 2014 with 2 year warranty extension (as a offer) but i dont have any details about my warranty extension so i asked to customer care exutive and they denied that there was not any offer at that time. there are some following problems which are not resoled yet . i had called more than 200 times but no reply came to there side. ->2 year extension (not solved ) ->wify strength problem(not solved) ->performance problem(60% corrected afet replacement of motherboard) ->mousepad problem(80%corrected) battery problem(not solved) ->performance is not upto the mark when i purchased your laptop i think your services are good but here i am telling you that you are not deliver what you say.

                        My name is Varun Singh. My mobile IMEI No.[protected]. I have purchased lenovo mobibel model A516 Grey. In warranty period mobile's touch screen did not worked. I submitted mobile sector-2 noida-20130 service centre on 3rd July 2014. After repair i got mobile and i reached at home (Noida to My home is 15 kms from 1 side) than i saw touch not working. Lenovo engineers have changed touch screen panel 3 times and changed mother board but i am facing same problem. I have submitted 6 times for same problem. I am writing the e-mail again and again and got reply on 4th Aug 2014. I am saying for refunding my money but company not refunding my money. Please help me for refunding my money. I am attaching job sheet.

My phone is getting heated up to the level of explosion & does also have display prob of having yellow patches on half of the screen which has occurred twice in last 6 months. On 03May14, I deposited my handset at Chandigarh service centre and it was been informed by them that there’s an issue in display hardware.As per them the hardware isn’t in the stock & will be sourced from outside which will take max of 7-10 days. Unfortunately I got it back aftr 24 days on 27th May’14 Further unfortunately when I reached home, I realized that the earpiece isnt working at all. Again the handset was been given to service centre for a day. The service centre executive confirmed tht they missed to connect some internal wiring of ear piece while resolving previous complaint of patches on screen.(Really surprising) The issues doesn’t ends here, as, the moment I started using it, the handset started heating up badly even on idle mode. It was getting heated to an extent of explode during the call. Resultantly I have to start using hands free device for my safety. The same was also informed to Service Executive Gurdeep telephonically aftr 2 days of receipt of handset In Mid July again noticed yellow patches at the bottom of screen.The handset was again been submitted at Chandigarh Service Centre on 02nd Aug. During my visit to service centre, while using the handset to transfer data from internal memory to external memory the handset got heated very much. The same was been checked by executive Gurdeep. On 04th Aug, received call from Gurdeep that there’s again an issue in display hardware which needs to be replaced along with mother board due to which the handset is getting heated up. Now Chandigarh Service Centre is asking me to take back repaired mobile and is ready to replace it even though as per my understanding, its having manufacturing defect. Request you to pls help

                              Lenovo :One of the worst and pathetic server : assures quick support but, on reality service is absolutely rubbish. Think 10 times before you purchase lenovo product. Here is the story. I bought Lenovo G90 Just 2 months back (May 14). It has been giving some or other issue, which i fixed myself. In July 25 my screen went off and I could not start my system. I had raised a case with Support on 26th, and since called 10-12 times. But no response yet. Finally an engineer visited on 6Aug, but again another Hick-up: wrong part was shipped (LCD of some other model). Now again the entire process starts. On top of this, technical engineer can't be sure, if it is a DISPLAY issue or a mother-board issue, which they would come to know only after they try the correct LCD. GOD help me and other LENOVO customers. SO NO : [protected]

                                Smartphone business is not Lenovo’s cup of tea, i have purchased Lenovo s660 from Paplion Digitek thane on 14/04/2014 within 3 months time today its lying dead with Lenovo service center –Krishna Electronics - Thane for cellular network detection problem, low audio level problem from 16/07/2014, till date for last 17 days the service center promising that they will give my handset next day, two working days or come on Monday, come on Tuesday and its goes on and on.
                                me and my wife has used Lenovo laptop for many years so we thought Lenovo Mobiles will be the same ‘problem free’-‘long lasting device’, but it's not true. It' biggest products, they have ever made. when I first complained to dealer about heating of phone, he said its due to metallic body, when I I pointed out that earphone sound output is low, they said its Smartphone not music phone so sound is moderate. The worst part is when I supposed to receive a business call, phone network connector stopped functioning, I came to know about the problem only when I noticed apart from phone calls, I haven’t received any social media updates in last 4 hours. It’s total , no guarantee that this phone will help you in emergency.
                                Service center is the biggest disappointment cream on top of all this, it’s center for lava, Lenovo. maxx, so huge crowd, no explanations to customer an d finally huge delay in servicing. Even after 17 days I am unable to understand what’s the repair status of my mobile phone, even the Landline phone number provided by service center never gets connected, you have to spend your time and money to reach physically @ service center. Purchasing Lenovo phone is, real mental torcher.
                                I request you to plz plz don’t purchase such substandard products with zero service support!!

                                I totally agree with you same network issue with my Lenovo s660 Smartphone its been more than 17days still the phone is at service center such a waste phone poor customer service by lenovo DONT BUY THIS PHONE...
                                i am also bakra of thirdclass lenovo, i have also same problem of s660 $ facing same problem from last one month. submeted mobile 4 time in pune at fortech computers, they update softaware 3 times and changed mother board on 9/4/15 but still problem not solve. is there any mai ka lal who can solve with final solution for him here is no of lenovo service record - SRN[protected]. freinds, in future dont purchase lenovo go with micromax, jiska total income india me hi re use hota hai.
                                network problem in lenovis660 true iam also trapped...no signal even though other phones with same network have rande..
                                I am also using lenovo s660 network is not coming it disabling both the sim again and again because of network fluctuations battery is also not remain stable, means it is also affecting the battery hardly.
                                i already tried to change OS, but no change i can see after it. Can some body help me! if it is hardware problem then please let me know the kind of repair.
                                I am facing the same problem from past 2 weeks. pls anyone help me with solution...!
                                We all are cheated by lenovo mobiles I have lenovo phone s660 same network problem my phone is out of warranty.. service center technicians told me that motherboard is dead and need to replace.. costing of motherboard above 4000/- its worst phone dont buy again any lenovo product..

                                  I had purchased an mobile handset of Lenovo brand which was having network issue from day one . I thought it is because of Monsoon. when i went to service center for replacement i was told it will not be replaced & also it will take 10 working days. I want the handset to be replaced

                                      It takes 30 to 45 minutes minimum to start. A sound is coming out at regular interval. One USB port is not working other is not working properly. Some times it closed automatically. Right & Left click option on key board is not working.

                                        Dear sir/madam I had bought 'Lenovo A-526' on 24th June. But, I am regret to tell you that I it's not working as expected. My problem is that sometime mostly apps shows that 'unfortunately, that app has stopped'. Like when I try to open play store it shows 'unfortunately, google play store has stopped'. Even, I am not able to open play store. As it shows 'Connection timed out'. I try again and again but it shows same keywords. I am not able to operate my phone. I would like to tell you that I am not even able to contact Lenovo customer care no. [protected]. So, I hardly request you to solve my problem. It's serious for me. I hope, you will help me.
