I am Subaraj from Madurai, Tamilnadu, I am using lenovo G430 laptop, I had dull display problem so I called lenovo tollfree number they gave an authorised service centre address near by my location (Hi Tech Informatics Pvt Ltd., Room No:216, No:20, Friends Mahal, Koodalazhagar Perumal Kovil Street, Madurai - 625001), today morning i went there told about my display problem, they said you go now we will check and inform you about how long it will take to solve and how much cost, also they didn't gave me any acknowledgement bill copy, then evening i received a call from them they told display problem solved come and collect it and pay service charge Rs.800, when i go there they solved my display problem but now they make a keyboard problem, when i asked about it they are not accepting their fault cheating me and only blaming me, I am very much hurt because of this poor service, such a great company has a very worst service centre, they are not giving a fair response treating me very bad, their disrespectful way of speech and words pains me lot. They are not serving me for free then why they using such a rubbish words, I need a solution for this, I believe someone will hear and help me. I am sorry to say this I will never buy and never advice my friends to buy any lenovo products.
