lenovo k900 smartphone

I brought the lenovo k900 smartphone costing rs26400 and it got damaged under warranty. When i approached their service centre. They Provide me with DOA certificate and assured me that phone will be replaced. It is 5 months now, and nothing has been done since. I contacted many of their executives, but still nothing is done. Stay away from this company

I had purchased lenovo laptop flex 14 in december 2013. Since march 2014, it started having a problem in hard disk and it always used to get restarted stating "driver_power_state_failure". I lodged a complain in lenovo service and till date i.E. Septeber 2014 there is no resolution to it. Everytime i call, they just advise me to do recovery of the system and then use. I have done the same thing 7-8 times and till problem is persistent....
