Myself Mr. Chintan H. Thakkar from Rajkot. I have bought Lenovo S860 smartphone ( IMEI NUMBER – [protected]) on August-2014 from Umiya mobile, Rajkot, Gujarat. After just 3 months, suddenly mobile was unable to charge due to some technical reasons. Though I have been used only Lenovo original charger to charge mobile. I went to authorized Lenovo service center in my place to repair my mobile on 19th Nov. . - Anil Services, 33, Silver Chamber, Tagore Road, Rajkot-360002. I have submitted my mobile there to check the issue. In Job sheet, they have mentioned that my mobile is in warranty period so service is free of charge. They told me that they will inform about issue from my alternate contact number but there is no call from there for 2 days. So, I have to go there again to ask them about status of my mobile. They told me My mobile’s charging socket was damaged but There is no any damage detected in charging socket. Even then, I agreed and continue to replace the damage part. Then I have called Lenovo smartphone helpline and asked about my issue. They told me one part inquiry is detected in warranty period means they bring new part at no cost from Lenovo as it was not damaged but not worked. I have asked them about estimate for damage part on 21th Nov. 2014. They said that we have mailed in Lenovo about cost of damage part but there is no replay about it. Still my mobile is at service center and I don’t know when it will be repaired. They also deny me to give me invoice for my new part which is replaced and return me old part which is damaged. It means they want to take charge from me for no reason. I don’t understand why this ridicules service is provided by Lenovo. If my mobile’s charging socket was really damaged then why they didn’t inform me previously when I have went there first time to check the issue? I am really frustrated about this third class service. My mobile is in warranty period then also why I have to pay for service.

    I use a laptop model number G500 which i bought 1 months back. Now one of my speakers is not working properly. Its producing low sound even if its volume is kept high. I require an immediate assistance inorder to correct the malfunctioning of the speakers of my laptop.

      1) Bought Lenovo smartphone K900 in Aug 2013. 2) Under warranty (and one week time taken), replaced screen due to some manufacturing defect. 3) Immediately, after that in July, the wireless was not working so the mother board itself was changed with new IMEI No:[protected]earlier IMEI No:[protected] 4) In August 2014, warranty expired. 5) On Nov 12 phone given to Bangalore service centre (Touch, Double Road, Indiranagar) because phone was not charging. 6) After waiting for 9 days, I paid Rs. 2, 100 for a new battery and collected phone yesterday. 7) Came home and found that phone again not charging using Lenovo charger. It starts to charge and goes up to maximum 36% then stops & starts to discharge. 8) Returning phone again to Touch service centre. 9) Who do I turn to next to make my phone work? I need either a replacement with a new phone or I want my money back. 10) Only other alternate I will have if I don't get both options is to take up the issue with the Consumer Court and make public the issues I have faced with a Rs. 24, 000 smartphone from Lenovo. I need someone at the highest level to call me on[protected] for a solution because this is a defective product and I cannot keep running to your service centres all the time as I have a business to run.

        I purchase a high end system from Lenovo for work. I reported an issue on Aug 31st that the system has stopped working. 1. I was denied support by the retailer and was asked to call Lenovo Support. 2. Lenovo Support number disconnected my call every time from the registered phone. 3. Called using another phone and registered a complaint. 4. Explained to the in-home tech to bring battery and mother-board so it can be fixed as I used it for work. 5. Lenovo sent a Mother-board but the Tech made the system work without a replacement. 6. Explained it will work till the battery dies and won't turn on, Tech assured it won't happen but it did 7. On the II visit, they replaced the Mother-board but didn't wait till the battery was discharged and same problem occurred. 8. III Visit, replaced Mother-board again but as told by me, the computer didn't work after the battery discharged. 9. IV Visit, changed battery but the same problem persisted. 10. I lost my job and asked for a replacement or refund as it had been 3 months without a computer. 11. Denied and asked to take the computer to the service station for a day. 12. Has been more than a week and there is no news of the Computer. Have already tweeted and spoken to Managers who failed to even document the notes about the compensation promises made. Customer Service Reps are adamant and proved me a liar by saying I never spoke to a Manager as there are no notes. I regret purchasing a Lenovo when I could've purchased an Apple for the same amount. BUT NOW I GUESS UM STUCK WITH IT TILL I TAKE A LEGAL ACTION.

          I ANUP KUMAR SINHA HAD BOUGHT A LENOVO A1000 TABLET IN AUGUST 2014 AND SEND IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER FOR OTG UPDATE ON OCTOBER 17. THEY TOOK THE DEVICE AND PROMISED THE JOB TO BE DONE BY OCTOBER 19. ON 19TH I WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEY TOOK AWAY THE RECIEPT AND TOLD THAT THE JOB WAS DONE BUT NOTHING WAS DONE AND I WAS BADLY CHEATED.             My name is DIPINLAL.P, D. I am an M.E student.I have bought lenovo laptop on 11th november 2013.It have one year warranty.but last month it had some boot up problem(while switching on the laptop, only the black screen will shown not boot the operating system .This problem occured intermediately.Serial no.of my laptop was CB24908724 and model is G500.so i went to official service centre of lenovo at kozhikode(Hi Tech informatics Pvt Ltd) and complaint a register(SO No.[protected]). they identified as the problem was ODD driver.They replaced the hardware on this Tuesday (18/11/14).but today onwards the same problem exist.(just one and half day after replacement) I again called the lenovo service centre but they replied that your warranty has expired, and for further service i should pay. when i complaint the problem, it have the warranty period, now it is not.but the problem still exist.Which means they failed identify the problem or not properly serviced.so i request them consider my problem as it was my warranty period.but officials replied that my warranty period expired

I don't think this mail is delivered to the right person and i will get answer of this mail but if authorized people are active, this kind of complaints may control by giving better products and better service. Moreover, you can understand, it is difficult to wait for a mobile phone for long time (when you purchased new one) given to service center. Do you think everybody has to keep a extra phone to avoid any inconvenience due to delay in service. Request you to look into this matter and get my mobile replaced with new one.                   I am using T440p laptop from last 3 months. I started realizing that the great amount of irritation in my left hand while using and after using laptop. I thought its the problem with the fan. So, fan was replaced as its under warranty. But, the problem still exists. I believe that its not a simple heating, but, its generating great amount of radiation, which is resulting the irritation throughtout the day. These days, I am not even touching the keyboard with my left hand, using a glove for timebeing. Please let me know what to do?
                  Same here. Its 4th generation laptop. But it gets very hot on left side. The Customer support is terrible.

                    I bought a new Lenovo S850, IMEI no- [protected]. It becomes dead with in one week o[censored]sing. I submitted the handset in lenovo care, they took more than 15 days to repair it. Now again it is dead with in one day. It is ridiculous to use lenovo mobiles. The service centers are D grade. I will never buy a lenovo mobile set. Disgusting

                      I bought one Lenovo mobile (S850) during last week from Sharjah E.Max, facing problem in signal coverage and frequently lose coverage where ordinary mobiles shows sufficient signal. Most of the time the caller gets a message that my mobile is switched off.

                          Dear sir/mam.this is sayad sabir ali bought a lenevo flex10 on june.2014.after 1month my flex hang n i took my laptop to my nearest servicepoint..supreme system bhubaneswar.sahidnagar.they said that harddisk of laptop replace it tooks 2months after that supreme system again said that operating system of flex10.not load it will take 5days but after that more than 3months i had contact with his engineer and also custommer care of lenevo all comited to do within a week but un furtunately till today its not resolve.i am totally fedd up. itz a punished for me why m purchasing lenevo product. plzz do the needfull.                               This is Ishwari Dighe, was a proud lenovo user.It is my painful dis-satisfactory feedback and complaint about lenovo service centers and their repairs.I have Lenovo S820 Row mobile phone of 12 MP front camera which is in warranty and was working very much properly when it was new then it started becoming blur and even i found range problems.I went to lenovo service center in Pune at Shivaji Nagar named as Fourtech Computers.On 27th September 2014, IMEI No-[protected], which they assured me of giving it on 4th October 2014, I went on 6th October to collect my phone which I was told that is still not repaired.After this they again assured me of giving my phone repaired till 10th October, I purposely gave them time to repair and provide my phone totally repaired and i went again to the service center which is 20 km.s away from my house to pick my REPAIRED phone.On 13th October I was made to sit for an hour or two because the phone was still not repaired and after they gave me my repaired phone as they say, I checked the phone and I was dissatisfied.They changed the camera 3 times finally the problem was solved for the time being, after 2 to 3 days I am still facing the same problem.I went again to complaint on 5th November 2014, I asked them to repair my phone in front of me but as they denied to do so I asked them to order the parts required and as the manager was not in position I was left unanswered. IMEI NO-[protected].On 8th November 2014, when I went back to get my phone repaired and ask the reason of what they did last time when the phone was submitted I was abused and answered abruptly by Mr. More, the manager of the service center.I am totally dissatisfied and insulted by this person.He totally denies his responsibility and blames the Lenovo company every time.The engineer who repaired my phone the last time that is on 13th October, did not tighten the screws well of the handset after changing the camera and PCB.When I opened my phone in the service center the cover was removed but the screw fell and the PCB cover was opened.The manager blamed me for physical damage which was not actually physical damage but irresponsibility of the engineer.On 8th November 2014, I have submitted my phone again for repairing to the same service center, same IMEI No. which they have assured me of giving it on this Saturday that is 15th November 2014.I am totally frustrated by the behavior and response of the Manager and I claim this as mental harassment.Please give me my phone totally repaired or please give me my cash back that i invested on this phone or if the phone is not repairable please provide me a non-defective newly packed piece...!!I want some solution for this issue.Please resolve my problem.

                                I have Lenovo S820 ROW handset,
                                I am facing problem of blur images, hanging of phone, network problems.I have logged complaints in the authorised service centre of Pune (Fourtech computers).I am very very much dissapointed with the service of the service centre.i had given my ph for repair on 27/09/14 which they assured me of giving back in 7days.I got my phone repaired as per they say on 13/10/14 which when i checked was not repaired still after that I was made to sit for an hour or two then they gave me some what repaired phone which was not actually repaired then i was told that this is only the clarity which i will get not more than that.After checking the same i am still facing the same problem which is not solved yet.they gave me the cell phone unrepaired plus they did not tighten the screws from which PCB is changed n after the screw fell n the portion was opened they are blaming me for physical damage .This is mental harassment as i claim because i live 20kms away from the service centre and i had almost unnecessary visits to the same service centre for almost about 8times.i am very much frustrated totally by Mr. More's response and behaviour with me .He is the manager of this service centre and he blames the company totally for its faulty parts n repairs and doesnt take any responsibilty about it. i am very much concerned about my money invested in this phone but i am not at all getting proper benefits please let me know to whome should i speak to or what shall i do?please give me replacement for my phone or my moneyback i have total of 3 complaits logged to which i am unanswered and dissatisfied

                                  Dear Sir/MadamI have purchased a lenovo mobile model no. A706 from lenovo retail counter situated at Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi.Some time used this mobile. One day, the mobile has been hanged and i have checked its memory and found that the memory of the mobile is 756 MB RAM instead 1 GB RAM. I have shocked to see this and contact lenovo customer care but not response to me after then i visited to the retailer shop. The shopkeeper has been not resolved the matter. Then i have many time to contact customer care but not resolved the matter.so i request to you please resolve the aforesaid matter.If you not clear aforesaid matter i can reach consumer court and step to file a compliant against you.

                                    I have purchased Lenovo notebook g50-70 on 12 oct 2014. I have also registered on website lenovopromo.net to get 2 yrsadditional warranty+power bank, by uploading all the required documents there. I also had received confirmation mail on 24/10/2014. In that mail they mentioned clearly that they will send notification mail after receiving DD within 48 hours. I have despatched DD of Rs.1099 through Professional courier on 29/10/2014. So far I have not received any notification email. I have been asking them about it through email id provided by them, but no response. The mentioned phone number is also not reachable. Please let me know the position. Kindly help. --Manjiri

                                        I am Subaraj from Madurai, Tamilnadu, I am using lenovo G430 laptop, I had dull display problem so I called lenovo tollfree number they gave an authorised service centre address near by my location (Hi Tech Informatics Pvt Ltd., Room No:216, No:20, Friends Mahal, Koodalazhagar Perumal Kovil Street, Madurai - 625001), today morning i went there told about my display problem, they said you go now we will check and inform you about how long it will take to solve and how much cost, also they didn't gave me any acknowledgement bill copy, then evening i received a call from them they told display problem solved come and collect it and pay service charge Rs.800, when i go there they solved my display problem but now they make a keyboard problem, when i asked about it they are not accepting their fault cheating me and only blaming me, I am very much hurt because of this poor service, such a great company has a very worst service centre, they are not giving a fair response treating me very bad, their disrespectful way of speech and words pains me lot. They are not serving me for free then why they using such a rubbish words, I need a solution for this, I believe someone will hear and help me. I am sorry to say this I will never buy and never advice my friends to buy any lenovo products.
                                        My Complaint has been resolved.
