Lenovo :One of the worst and pathetic server : assures quick support but, on reality service is absolutely rubbish. Think 10 times before you purchase lenovo product. Here is the story. I bought Lenovo G90 Just 2 months back (May 14). It has been giving some or other issue, which i fixed myself. In July 25 my screen went off and I could not start my system. I had raised a case with Support on 26th, and since called 10-12 times. But no response yet. Finally an engineer visited on 6Aug, but again another Hick-up: wrong part was shipped (LCD of some other model). Now again the entire process starts. On top of this, technical engineer can't be sure, if it is a DISPLAY issue or a mother-board issue, which they would come to know only after they try the correct LCD. GOD help me and other LENOVO customers. SO NO : [protected]

    Smartphone business is not Lenovo’s cup of tea, i have purchased Lenovo s660 from Paplion Digitek thane on 14/04/2014 within 3 months time today its lying dead with Lenovo service center –Krishna Electronics - Thane for cellular network detection problem, low audio level problem from 16/07/2014, till date for last 17 days the service center promising that they will give my handset next day, two working days or come on Monday, come on Tuesday and its goes on and on.
    me and my wife has used Lenovo laptop for many years so we thought Lenovo Mobiles will be the same ‘problem free’-‘long lasting device’, but it's not true. It' biggest products, they have ever made. when I first complained to dealer about heating of phone, he said its due to metallic body, when I I pointed out that earphone sound output is low, they said its Smartphone not music phone so sound is moderate. The worst part is when I supposed to receive a business call, phone network connector stopped functioning, I came to know about the problem only when I noticed apart from phone calls, I haven’t received any social media updates in last 4 hours. It’s total , no guarantee that this phone will help you in emergency.
    Service center is the biggest disappointment cream on top of all this, it’s center for lava, Lenovo. maxx, so huge crowd, no explanations to customer an d finally huge delay in servicing. Even after 17 days I am unable to understand what’s the repair status of my mobile phone, even the Landline phone number provided by service center never gets connected, you have to spend your time and money to reach physically @ service center. Purchasing Lenovo phone is, real mental torcher.
    I request you to plz plz don’t purchase such substandard products with zero service support!!

    I totally agree with you same network issue with my Lenovo s660 Smartphone its been more than 17days still the phone is at service center such a waste phone poor customer service by lenovo DONT BUY THIS PHONE...
    i am also bakra of thirdclass lenovo, i have also same problem of s660 $ facing same problem from last one month. submeted mobile 4 time in pune at fortech computers, they update softaware 3 times and changed mother board on 9/4/15 but still problem not solve. is there any mai ka lal who can solve with final solution for him here is no of lenovo service record - SRN[protected]. freinds, in future dont purchase lenovo go with micromax, jiska total income india me hi re use hota hai.
    network problem in lenovis660 true iam also trapped...no signal even though other phones with same network have rande..
    I am also using lenovo s660 network is not coming it disabling both the sim again and again because of network fluctuations battery is also not remain stable, means it is also affecting the battery hardly.
    i already tried to change OS, but no change i can see after it. Can some body help me! if it is hardware problem then please let me know the kind of repair.

    We all are cheated by lenovo mobiles I have lenovo phone s660 same network problem my phone is out of warranty.. service center technicians told me that motherboard is dead and need to replace.. costing of motherboard above 4000/- its worst phone dont buy again any lenovo product..

      I had purchased an mobile handset of Lenovo brand which was having network issue from day one . I thought it is because of Monsoon. when i went to service center for replacement i was told it will not be replaced & also it will take 10 working days. I want the handset to be replaced

          It takes 30 to 45 minutes minimum to start. A sound is coming out at regular interval. One USB port is not working other is not working properly. Some times it closed automatically. Right & Left click option on key board is not working.

            Dear sir/madam I had bought 'Lenovo A-526' on 24th June. But, I am regret to tell you that I it's not working as expected. My problem is that sometime mostly apps shows that 'unfortunately, that app has stopped'. Like when I try to open play store it shows 'unfortunately, google play store has stopped'. Even, I am not able to open play store. As it shows 'Connection timed out'. I try again and again but it shows same keywords. I am not able to operate my phone. I would like to tell you that I am not even able to contact Lenovo customer care no. [protected]. So, I hardly request you to solve my problem. It's serious for me. I hope, you will help me.               i had purchased lenovo lap top on july 7th, from this day on i have been trying to do, on line registaration, calling people in Bangalore, no body has been taking any interest, i have purchased the lap top from goa lenovo show room, I never expected such a service. and the Bangalore office is just denying they have not received any off my emails, when they have already been corresponding with me on email. anyway i regret buying because the service is zero

                I have an Idea pad A2107A. the serial no isXDO1359488.I purchased it on 25.08.13 under the name of Meetu Bajaj.Now it is not charging .It is showing loose connection and sometimes it takes charge and sometimes it is not.I went to service center but the company is telling that it cannot be covered within warranty period as this is considered to be external damage.But how is it possible there is no problem in the socket and the motherboard is not taking charge then how can it be external damage??????????? I gave my Lenovo phone for service center on 3rd of july and tech support person said you will get your phone on 8th of july, its hardware issue (Network IC needs to be replace) but still they are saying part is not dispatch from Gurgaon. Again they are saying it will take more than 5-6 days. Kindly if its not resolving then give me new phone. I called to Lenovo service center guy named Chetan so many times, now they are saying part is not available in the stock.                     My Name is Lok Pavan, I bought Lenovo K900 last year from flipkart, after using it for 6 months i found white bright pixels appearing on phone display. I contacted Lenovo Support center in Hyderabad and gave the mobile to change the display( In Warranty). After one month they replaced the display, after using it for not even one day again i found same problem on display. Again i approached them, again they raised a new request for display and gave a new Job Card. After 1 month i got a call from them to collect the replaced display mobile. i went there to collect my mobile but there again i found the same problem and shouted on them. requested lenovo midhcare and some of the higher officials in lenovo support for proper resolution for this but they delaying and dragging this for past two months. The Warranty of my mobile will be lapsed in coming month.

                      Dear Lenovo Team, I have invested in Lenovo tablet (Serial No : HB05T4GM) with impression that Lenovo having name having good and tested product. But After just after 5 month of moderate uses of Lenovo tab, it went off while it was changing full night. This tablet was working till 17th night and next day morning it was showing message as **meta mode ** and it was continuous rebooting. I remove it from charge and power off . But after that it never came up. Thereafter I have given that to Lenovo authorise service on 19th June below address in Bangalore . After 30 hours I received call from them that some of socket was burned and need to replace mother board but it not cover under warranty. I am having a very frustrating experience with Lenovo Warranty Support Team. I called to customer care about progress of case but i was very much unsatisfied to talk Lenovo customer care on 26 June (around 10AM) the way unprofressionally she talked . Without listing my view about case she told to take back your tablet since it does not covered under warranty as per there tech team and do what so ever i want to do. I have not brought Lenovo product to fight. It is not a matter of Rs. [protected] money . Itis not much big amount to customer but it is definitily matter to company . Is this the service lenovo is providing? My question was if it was working till 18th and it went off while charging in night, how can liquid mark inside. And there is no wet or liquid drop inside. It is totally unacceptable reason to void warranty. I am very much surprise to hear that your project which should be under 1 year warranty are not covered and I need to pay to rectify from my packet to make it work just after 5 month of buying product for reason I am not responsible. Please look into a issue and rectify it. I believe that Lenovo will take care about his product and make his customer satisfy.                         I had purchased lenovo yoga 8 tablet on 2nd april 2014. It is not even 2 months and the tablet has crashed. I have given the same to the service center on the 17th of june and till date they have not been able to resolve the issue. I being a businessman, need to be online 24x7. I have been facing huge issues with respect to coordination with my clients on immediate basis. Every time i have to switch my switch my laptop on and respond to mails making it absolutely inconvenient for me. I either want a replacement or full money back so that i can buy a better product.

                          I purchased Lenovo P-700i dual SIM mobile phone on 12.12.2012 vide Invoice No. C2I-240762-A dated 12.12.2012 with phone serial No.[protected] &amp; 1 year warranty. On 19.06.2014, phone suddenly started showing network problem and showing“invalid IMEI”. On the same day I called Lenovo online assistance and Customer Support No. [protected] and told them about the problem. They asked me to visit Lenovo authorized service centre at HCL/ T- TOUCH, 114, G.F., Veer Savarkar Block, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi and told that as phone is out of warranty, therefore, it will be repaired with charges. On 20.6.2016, I attended the same service centre and engineer told me that it’s a minor software related issue and will be rectified by 21.6.2014 and service engineer collected my phone with Job Card No. 901 dated 20.06.2014. On 21.6.2014, I again visited the service centre and service centre personnel told me that 'main board’ of the phone will have to be changed and it will cost Rs. 6500+ service charge extra. What is the style of cheating by Lenovo? At present, market price of same model is Rs. 6500/= and they are demanding me Rs. 6500/= +service charge extra for repair. Moreover all other functions of the phone like Wi-Fi and all other features except SIM reading are working fine. In view of above, I request that Lenovo top-officers to look in to the matter and direct concerned staff to attend my complaint at a genuine price. C. M.                           Dear Mr Sudipto
                          Ghosh,


                          It is very unfortunate that you are heading a Company Lenovo
                          which is security threat for our nation India. Your service centre returned my
                          phone with out repairing and advised me to purchase a new phone. They also told
                          me that after repairing the phone at such a heavy cost you will get new IMEI
                          numbers in mobile phone. As all other features are working fine, therefore, this
                          matter should not be covered under “repair”
                          of phone and “warranty period”. A phone may be damaged and may have multiple
                          problems but IMEI number should not be disappeared. The disappearing of IMEI number, that to without any reason, is a
                          matter of great security concern for the India. Earlier this was happening in “pure
                          local” Chinese phones in India and Indian Government has banned them. An IMEI
                          number can not be given twice in a handset and also should not disappear. It
                          clearly indicates that my IMEI numbers may be used by bad elements working against
                          our nation and you are also part of them and onus lies on you for any mis-happening.
                          You are trying to escape from your responsibility just by acting as a price
                          negotiator for service centre of Lenovo.


                          I am going to inform the Security Department of Ministry of Home
                          Affairs, PMO and other agencies for this act of Lenovo Company and neglected
                          attitude of Officers of Lenovo in dealing with matter of disappearing of IMEI
                          number which is a security concern for India.


                          In
                          view of above, I request the Management of “www.consumercomplaints.in” to take
                          up the matter with Security Department of Ministry
                          of Home Affairs, PMO and other agencies
                          for this act of Lenovo Company and neglected attitude of Officers of Lenovo in
                          dealing with matter of disappearing of IMEI number which is a security concern

                            Don't Buy Lenovo Mobiles,
                            I bought a Lenovo A269i New mobile, after 20 days my mobile display is damaged by fell down,
                            i contact with universal shop they said to me that problem not covered in warranty then i decide given money for mobile service then they(Lenovo-service center) ask 5200 Rupees for change display, but i bought new mobile for 4100 Rupees only at universal.

                              The battery is not working, and I bought the laptop just 6 months back. In order to get the laptop to work, I have to disconnect the battery and then connect the power cable which then acts as the primary charge source. Please send someone to replace the battery.

                                Hello Sir/Madam I bought the lenovo laptop on 11 march 2014 and from the first day it started giving me hell lot of problem and i asked the lenovo people to replace the machine and they keep on replacing the hardware and not this machine is not responding good and these people are not willing to do anything and this is hampering my studies and what these people are telling that they can replace the part and if they order the part i have to wait for 10-15 days and than only the faulty part get replaced this is pathetic when every single hardware has be changed why cant they change complete unit directly. Please Help me with this

Please read the mails from the bottom As you can see, nobody seems to be interested in looking into your complaints and they just give you false assurances, buy time by asking you to call later and never call back Attention : Mr. Sudipto Ghosh Dear Sir, As I excpected, I have not recieved any response whatsoever from Lenovo. Mr. Deepak (+[protected] was not reachable since morning. He once picked up the call at 11.58 p.m. and said hes travelling and would call back on reaching office. But he never called and his phone is constantly busy. Finally after 13-14 attempts he picked up the call and gave me a stereotyped answer that the technical team is still studying the matter. It was clear that this matter has been taken quite casually and overall nobody seems keen to look into the complaints of customers seriously . The way your representatives talk to the customers is a test of patience and good example of how to avoid customers and fool them around for days with no intention to help My address is given below. Please send your person to collect your handset defective or otherwise and give me my money back. The invoice for the same is already attached in my first complaint. The kind of mental harassment meted out to me in the last one month (I purchased the handset on 10th May) I would neither buy any Lenovo product for the rest of my life or recommend anybody to buy it but also inform about the pathetic after sales service of Lenovo. First of all I called the helpline number on 3rd June 2014 in Mumbai and was asked to visit the Service Centre to resolve my issue. When I requested for online technical support, I was given reference of one number for technical assistance. I called that number but was unable to reach it. It was [protected]. I again called the helpline number and informed that their number is not reachable on which I was given the number of one Mr. Zulfi.[protected]. On talking to Mr. Zulfi, he gave me number of Mr. Deepak for technical assistance which turned out to be the same number ([protected]) as above which was not reachable. Finally I somehow managed to get in touch with Mr. Deepak. On talking to Deepak, I was further disappointed. He also asked me to visit the Service Centre. When I asked him for online assistance he gave me the number of Mr. Irshad. [protected]. I haven't been able to reach that number till today. On 5th June I tried to call Mr. Zulfi to follow-up the matter and I was assured thrice that my problem would be sorted out by 11 a.m. Finally I waited till 2 p.m. and called Mr. Zulfi myself. I am attaching the audio recordings of the calls for your reference. . Finally I was put online for technical support. It would be better if you hear the technical assistance audio yourself. That shows that your customer care has a stereotyped reply of asking customers to visits the service centres without understanding the nature of the problem or even trying to listen to it. I wonder how my problem would have been dealt with at the service centres when the technicians don't even know the inbuilt featues of the handsets I am surprised how poor customer service a multinational brand like Lenovo is providing to its customers by just fooling them around and taking them for a ride. I consider it to be a big mistake having trusted a brand like Lenovo which is just a new entrant in smartphone market when I actually had the budget to go for Samsung Note or an I-phone. I definitely want to take this compliant to higher levels. My next mail would have all your international managers in loop. Its high time everybody knows how badly customers in India (which is one of the biggest prospective market at international level) are treated and how their indian counterpart is bringing disrepute to " Brand Lenovo" Please note that I had been to your service centre in Thane even before i.e. on 17th of May with the compliant that my internet works terribly slow on the new Lenovo phone. After upgrading the software and doing a couple of trials to make it work, the person there informed that the phone is not compatible to provide good speed with a 2G Connection and I was advised to go for a 3G connection. If this fact is made known to the customers before they buy the product, they would think a couple of times before buying it. Kindly note that if I use the same 2G connection which works slow on my Lenovo Handset on my two year old phone i.e. Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus, it works perfectly ok Also the long battery power as shown in your commercial is absolutely sham and has nothing to do with reality. I wonder if all the S820 handsets are facing the same issues or its only me who is suffering because of defective handset. I want my problem to be dealt with as follows: 1. Kindly send your technician to my office or residence to address the above two issues OR 2. Kindly provide me a replacement of handset or my money back. Because the kind of problems I am facing in the first month o[censored]sing the product, I cannot imagine what problems will come through in future. Also please note that I dont want any phone calls asking me to go to your service centres firstly because the technical staff is ill-informed if the technical issues ( as you can hear the audio recording above) and secondly I am not interested in pursuing the compliant at your service centres because after all the mental agony I have gone through for the last one month while using your handset, its your duty to get my problem sorted out at my door step. I am attaching invoice for the same. I am facing problem using WLAN direct in this phone. When I try to send or receive files using WLAN direct, my phone gets paired with other device. But the files cannot be transferred. When I try to recieve files from other phones using WLAN Direct, the other phone shows a message "waiting to send" for sending files to my phone. But the files are not transferred. I do not know if its a problem with the lenovo handset. But I need to get this problem sorted out at the earliest. I request you not to advise me to visit your service centre for this issue and solve my problem with online assistance or provide me the number of some dealer in Dombivli (Thane District) Maharashtra who can look into the matter. Because the Lenovo service centres in Mumbai are so less in number that is is difficult for Lenovo users like me to spend hours to travel from one end of the city to another to sort out our problems.                                     I purchased new p780 from rajshree mobiles raipur but set was unable to read memory card and there was sound problem too with set too but when i told them they refused to exchange with new set they told it will be repaired within 7-8 days now its 15 days and till not resolved as they are demanding more 4-5 days.

                                    My qustion is that i reached a day later to exchange period as i was out of station and they refused to exchange and when they are not providing service in their period so i am finding myself helpless today as i have no option rather to accept.

                                    Kindly help and give them a lesson

                                      i purchased a laptop of lenovo last year in august.recently both the hinges broke out.as my laptop is within warranty period i called to their service center to lodge my complaint and take immediate remedial action.in return they told me to mail the invoice and snap shot of serial number which is found at the bottom of the laptop.i did as i was told.but now they are telling me to mail a clear pic of the serial number.have send several snapshots to them but still they dont seem to be satisfied.if a person is not having a good quality camera what is his fault in this case.and moreover the sticker at the bottom on which serial number is printed is of very light ink .

                                        with in 10 days from date of bought the joint between display and keyboad panel get damaged on one side due to manufacturing fault(in service center also accept as manufacturing fault). customer support is too bad. but they are not ready to replace it. even though i register many complaints and escalate the complaint, they ask the amount of 3000 rupees for the replacing. so please dont buy lenovo products.
                                        Recently I have purchased a brand new lenovo laptop worth 60 thousand from lenovo showroombut the product is defective, its fan making noise and laptop getting heated, I have used it just half an hour for 3 days. I haven&#039;t even used laptop charger too.
                                        After buying a new product, it was a defective.
                                        Dealer has not replaced.
