I had submitted my Lenovo P-780 smartphone to the Lenovo Pune service center (HCL) on 21st January 2014. The touch screen of the phone had cracked. Its more than 2 months (21st March 2014) and I have yet to receive my phone back. Each time I call them, I am told that I would be getting it in 3/4 days, however no action is taken after that. I have a lenovo ideapad Z500 which i bought last june from Dubai with an international warranty of one year. My Operating system crashed multiple times and is not getting installed at all now. I gave my laptop for repair on feb 14th and have still not received it back.
