I bought a Lenovo G580 on 20th of March, Serial Number:WB091992xx, Initially it was loaded with dos. After reaching home I loaded with windows 7 and windows xp dual boot. It was having a touchpad issue since it started. Next day itself registered complaint in Lenovo technical support- docket number: [protected].I took the laptop to Caddons Service centre next to Caddons from where I bought this laptop. The worst customer service I've experienced ever. The Asst. Mgr-Service Rahul said laptop will get replaced within a weeks time. But its been over 2 weeks since I bought my laptop, and coz of this issue am still not willing to load my office programs into it. I need a complete replacement for this manufacturing defect. I called up Lenovo Technical Support, Lencare and Lenovo Customer Care, for more than 17 times, and all were diverting calls to each other, without a resolution, even tried contacting [protected]@lenovo.com (promised reply in ad in Lenovo Website, but a bogus id in reality, where no response so far). . Each time I contact Customer Care or Technical Support or Service Centre they are redirecting to each other, Last week when I called Technical Support, that executive was telling that part which is failing is not available in India and need to be imported. Actually it was an Unopened box item and it was a faulty piece and why should I wait almost a month to solve this. I definitely don't want this serviced, I need either replacement or money back, I'll go for some other brand laptop with at least better service and support other than LENOVO .I had a call from Lenovo Warranty department, stating replacement is done from pop department only. I ve been behind this for over 2 weeks, lost of money, energy and work.I have been re-routing to all toll-free numbers since 22nd March .Is this Lenovo's worldwide support service for providing a customer with a defective laptop and making the process lag for over 2 weeks time? I Seek Justice, if this is the value they give to customers they should definitely stop operations in India.

Lenovo Laptop — regarding not proper working of keypad
a few days ago i purchased my G 560-890 laptop but it's very said that Key board is not functioning and i m very shocked even before the problem solved one more problem occured that as i open my laptop it shows the lenovo logo and makes long beep sound with blank display. is this the way of lenovo quality control. veeeery disappointing to see service center just after the purchase. will u kindly tell me that have i invested my hard income in right place. please tell me i[censored] have sympathy with your costmer
