Respected Sir/Madam,

I'm Purchased My Lenovo G570 laptop ( Serial No:-CB[protected] in June 21st 2012 and i have 1st problem after purchasing 1 months.I'm really feel bad that time.
First time i'm Lock Complaint about my laptop body then that time enginner come and only is doing screw tight but that time my problem not solve properly.

Once Again i'm lock 2nd complaint after 15 days about laptop body that time engg. change my top case and bottom case.

Once Again body Issue created then that time my 3rd complent is locked.engg. change my laptop top case and bottom case.

After Purchasing lapi i have problem in 4 month about Battery. battery is not give me proper backup its give only 30 min backup,i have so many problem for replacing the battery this is my 4th complaint.i'm use 5-6 month laptop only on 30 min. backup.then after 5-6 month replace the battery.

Once again problem about body its my 5th complaint.engg. change my top case and bottom case.

in same month problem about my lapi flap it's working very easy that time i'm lock 6th complaint.engg. change my laptop Hings.

In Same month problem about LCD Bezel when change Hings that time LCD Bezel's lock is not properly fit some gap between screen and Bezel it's very loose.Its my 7th complaint.

Affter 10 days i have getting problem my machine was not charging then that time change DC Cable my 8th complaint.

In same month 9th complaint i'm locked about my keyboard,some keys are not working.then engg change keyboard.

Once again problem in same month about body its my 10th complaint.engg. change my top case and bottom case.


Once Again problem after few days mouse pad is not working(Right Button) this is my 11th complaint.engg come and change Top case.

In 12 month i'm face 11th problem so i'm very herited about My laptop i'm not satisfied your lenovo Laptop.

No. of parts are changed in June Month but its not working fine Bezzel is changed but now it's not properly fit. Body also getting some sound is not fit properly.Flap also not Tight is moving very slow compare than other G570 model

IN 12 MONTH FIVE TIMES CHANGE MY LAPTOP'S TOP CASE AND BOTTOM CASE I'M NOT SATISFIED LENOVO SERVICES.

SO I'M VERY VERY HERITED FOR U'R LENOVO LAPTOP SO I'M KINDLY REQUEST TO YOU PLEASE I WANT TO REFUND MY LAPTOP MONEY.

    my laptop keypad is not working properly i have all ready lodge a complain at service center and subsequently your services engineer has been change my laptop keypad but the problem persist till now.This is my humble request you to resolve the problem as early has possible.

    Lenovo Laptop — regarding not proper working of keypad

    a few days ago i purchased my G 560-890 laptop but it's very said that Key board is not functioning and i m very shocked even before the problem solved one more problem occured that as i open my laptop it shows the lenovo logo and makes long beep sound with blank display. is this the way of lenovo quality control. veeeery disappointing to see service center just after the purchase. will u kindly tell me that have i invested my hard income in right place. please tell me i[censored] have sympathy with your costmer

      I bought Lenovo laptop on 9th september 2012.First issue come like Battery plugged in not charging.Apart from this sometimes touch pad also not work properly.So I asked Lenovo customer care services and they told me to install something.I installed it and it was solved temporarily.Again the problem come within 3 months.I told again and they provide me the same solution.I tried it once again.After that,multiple issues come.Like Battery plugged in not chrging,Touch pad is not working properly,alt tab is not working.One morning display was not coming.So I went to Lenovo service center on 20 th of July 2013.It is in santacruz.Again on 10 th August I went there for my Laptop.They started formatting the OS.After formatted it one time there are some issues not resolved like battery problem.In fact Function switch is also not working for brightness increase procedure.So again they formatted the laptop OS.But the same problem came.Battery problem was still there.I was frustrated of their services.I just told them to give me my laptop and I return back to home.Here again some problem come.Touch pad is not working properly.It is not possible for me to go there again and again.I am totally frustrated with lenovo services.Whenever I called them about the status of my laptop,they told me that they will call me within 15 minutes.But they didn't do that.It happens 3 to 4 times.I am a Software Engineer and Laptop is really very much needful for me.Its hampering my office work.I am totally frustrated with their services.I have their Phn number also.It is

      Right now I dont need this laptop.I just want to my money back so that I can buy another one.It should not be Lenovo.
      Please help me.

      Lenovo — laptop

      I have bought lenovo y510 0n 23 june 2008.
      In this model there was some damage problem .I have submitted my laptop to company for interchanging after D.O.A from service centre (Nehru PLace).
      I have submitted it on 28 sep 2008 to the showroom at Nehru Place from which i bought this laptop.


      My problem is that company members are saying that i cannot get this model bcoz it has been discontinue and any other is not liked by me due to configuration.

      I am only asking that company should provide one that piece for me or not, while it has been discontinue.

I had booked complain with the company regading the touch pad not working properly . and the company forward the complain to the above said company . when we visit the company for repairs . when the engineer of the said company inspect the laptop and said this is physical demage and can not repair under warranty . then we have again approach the company then they said another accused and denied to repair under warranty . The dealer did not explain warranty clause while selling . in this way we have been cheated by the company .the laptop touch pad is still working but touch pad button which is left and write side loose and did not give desired result .

          Hi,

          I had purchased the laptop in 2007 & since then I faced many problems in it. I had extended the warranty too. Now after so many years, i came to know the shocking story that my laptop is not there in the database of Lenovo. Its nearly a month now since I've been mailing the customer-care to update my system in the database so that I can proceed with the servicing of my system, but no solution has come till date.

              DESK COMPUTER — HOORIBLE SALES SERVICE

              I am Col A C BASSI, bought a Desk PC on 28 Dec 2009 and i was told that demo and computer will be set up at my residence.
              To my horror computer was in my car to residence to save cartage charges and manipulate from company. Secondly carrier was was delivery boy who was sent to set up the computer at my resisence. he could not do any thing for set up since was not very knowledgeable except that he could recogonise the machine parts.
              He handed to telephone call to Floor manager Mr LAXMAN who was findind some or other excuse that it is not their job except to connect the varios part in elecrtric boardand show yellow lights on LEDs.

              On request to provide their Operation Manager Telephone numbe which he refused to provide He handed over the telephone to Mr SENGUPTA Store incharge, who also gave total impression of NON _ TECHNICAL man on It is horrifyng state that i went through ask them to show if athis computer can print when connected to a printer which already there and working . He started finding faults and using terms that he needs drivers and for HP printer. My problem could not be solved exceptbthat CROMA AUNDH wanted to sell BOXES only as delivered without proving contents inside BOX
              He also wanted keep telephone number of their GENERAL MANANGER as secret and did not divulge , so that i can contact him on pHONE/ CELL a PETHETIC SITUATION AND WASTE OF 4 FOURS IN THE BRAGAIN. WITHOUT ANY YIELD OF FRUITFUL RESULT.
              I recommend not to buy any thing from CROMA STORE which has any sort of WARRANTY or need there help. ONLy Tissue can be bought from there i[censored] NEED VERY URGENTLY FOR USE AND THROWGOD ONLY WILL LOOK AFTER SUCH STORE WHO do not have any "MYBAP" to check them

                There is no proper support from Lenova guys... I bought laptop in the month of october by paying 45k but with in less than 6 months the upper case and lower case and display has gone completely. And frankly speaking the lenova support the worse that i had ever. They will mention that they will be calling us by end of the day. But again after 2 even we will not get any call from them and we need to request as it is our own laptop. Damn Worse laptop i ever had.

                Lenovo — worst performance laptops

                The Saif ali Khan advertizement na? is that all you can do for announcing that you have the worst of all, the fake Dolby Home Theater speakers.My words are insufficient for mentioning the defects in the lenovo y410 3000, 54Q, laptops. Did you ever had a shame of cheating all your customers of such a thing . What is the benifit if a person cannot hear the sound sitting next to it. I am just crying since I have purchased it.The DVD writer was corrupted within 6 months without muchh use. The windows installation could not be updated and i[censored]pdated it could not be logged on. The LAN driver in the cd does not function. The main problem was the sound which I think was just a significance of the bribes which may have been offered to Dolby to allow them to make use of their logos on the notebooks. Now I am in such a position that if somebody even tinks to purchase a Lenovo product, I try my level best to prevent them do such a mistake Which I had done unknowingly. However Dear lenovo manufacturers, I have an offer for you.You can easily open a retail shop in CHOR BAZAAR for you are the greatest cheaters I have ever seen.Lastly thanks for cheating all your consumers and just think about my offer.

                I am Prateek Jain. I had purchased one lenovo laptop from Asia, India on 12/09/2007. My lenovo laptop S/N is EB06458375 and Model Name is 7761-47Q. This laptop has some technical problem and was not proprerly working due to some problem.when i switch own my laptop after the logo of lenovo there is error which occur firstly it show the status os all my hardware then at the end it show fixed disk faliure zero. I had raised one complaint in INDIA with case ID [protected]. I am not getting positive response from service center situated in Dehradun India. When contacted they told me that due to some virud or due to some setting this problem is occuring. more over i have contacted to them more than 8 times and every time i could get the same response. More over when I contacted the call center at their toll free number i.e. [protected].

                  This is in regard with the complain against lenovo company. The complain no is: [protected], [protected]. The solution is not provided till yet. The executive came day before yesterday and was not able to resolve the problem. He has not enough knowledge and reboot the system and started to install window 8. After several tries the installation failed and he told to us that the system was not compatible with windows 8. Instead windows 7 was working fine. We ask him to make sure to Lenovo care about that. After talking to the care he came to know that the system was ok and compatible with windows 8. But the installation could not be completed due to some error in between.

                  Then we ask the executive what to do in this situation. He told us that the motherboard has to be changed once again. Also he said that the motherboard might not be available in stock at the center. So it will take some time to replace the hardware. It may take a week also, he said.

                  But we are so frustrated with the service now. First thing is that the executive came without any equipment except windows 8 cds. If the complain was generated and the person does not have enough detail about the problem then how could he or you Lenovo has rights to spoil our time in such kind of things and situations. When I talk to the executive about the same that he should have bring the hardware along with him as the problem was described by mails also.

                  I asked to the executive to replace the laptop as it is in warranty. Due to much problems we have rights to make it replace. I want the laptop to replace anyhow.

                  I have tried to call on your customer care so many times regarding this but all is vain. I have three more Lenovo laptops in my family. But all three are working fine since last 3-4 years. But this time I am unable to get out of this one.

                    AGAIN I START FACING PROBLEM WITH CELL PHONE WITHIN 15DAYS AGAIN I RUSH TO YOUR SERVICE STATION ON 30/07/20013 WITH COMPLAIN NO SRIN[protected] WITH FAULT CODE M0101 AND I WAS INFORMED THAT PCB REPLACED NOW THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE CELL PHONE.AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME I START FACING SAME PROBLEM OF PHONE GET HANG AND THIS IS WITHIN 5DAYS WITH JOB CARD No.126 TO MTECK HARDWARE PVT LTD ON 03/08/2013.                       I had purchased a Lenovo desktop of serial no. VS80034635 from Croma Retail store Sion Mumbai on 27-January 2013. Within 3.5 months of its purchase the desktop has encountered multiple problems of hard disk crashing, operating system not functioning and mother board not working. Even after sending the machine to Lenovo workshop and after return it is still not working. The engineer has given his report dated 06-June-2013 wherein it is mentioned clearly about the problem. This has not been resolved till date 27-June-2013. I have requested for replacement of the machine as it has developed multiple issues but Lenovo is not agreeing for that. The price of the machine is Rs. 43,000/- and if they cannot replace the machine then they should give me a full report.
                      I would request for your support and assistance here please as I feel cheated by Lenovo and croma in giving me faulty product.
                      Please help as soon as possible.

                        We have purchased 4 nos of LENOVO from SILICON BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD in the month of August 28 2012 , One of the PC suddenly shut down completly and from there we are trying to contact the lenovo team. All the mails sent to them but no response from the team.

                        Can somebody belive that the pcs were purchased on 28.08.2012 which were not updated in their records and the warranty alos not updated in their records till date.

                        Further more we are giving calls to them daily basis from 21.05.2013 and today is 04.06.2013 for which they requires 48 hrs more.

                        from that 21.04.2013 to till date they may not count the hrs.and today also they advise me to wait for 48 hrs more.

                          I have purchased a lenovo leptop from Reliance Digital Shop from City mall Kota. when i used it i found that it have hanging problems continually after 30 minutes. then after i complained i lenovo india pvt ltd and Reliance digital also . in very difficulties i give my leptop to customer service and after 2 days the customer service of lenovo give me that it is ok and no problem is found. i surprise that they could not find problems. then i come to my house and i log on my leptop i found that problem is not solve and not diagnosed . now sir i expend 25000 on it. and my leptop is not working proper. so plz help me to solve this problem.

                            I have a Lenovo E430 Laptop under warranty till 2nd August 2013. While cleaning the laptop with cleaning liquid ( colloin) an ddry cloth I got a spot on the right hand corner of the screen. I approached Lenovo Servie Centre in Banjara Hills and thy told me that you have to purchase the New LCD costing Rs 13,000 / - and it can be replaced even though the laptop is under warranty . I tired to explain them that I an used to clean this ever since I purchsed it and this is a issue with the poor built in quality of laptops so they should replace the screen free of cost. but they are forcing me to take the laptop from there offcie and purchase LCD screen.

                                  Lenovo — The laptop is not working as it should.

                                  I bought Lenovo Y500 in NOV 2008.
                                  There are plenty of problems with it.
                                  1) The DVD Writer stopped working in JAN 2010
                                  2) The battery backup is like for just 15 mins.
                                  3) The Right Speaker isn't working.
                                  4) The Bass speaker stopped working too.

                                  Is there any solution to all this? other than buying a new laptop.

                                      I bought a Lenovo G580 on 20th of March, Serial Number:WB091992​xx, Initially it was loaded with dos. After reaching home I loaded with windows 7 and windows xp dual boot. It was having a touchpad issue since it started. Next day itself registered complaint in Lenovo technical support- docket number: [protected].I took the laptop to Caddons Service centre next to Caddons from where I bought this laptop. The worst customer service I've experienced ever. The Asst. Mgr-Service Rahul said laptop will get replaced within a weeks time. But its been over 2 weeks since I bought my laptop, and coz of this issue am still not willing to load my office programs into it. I need a complete replacement for this manufacturing defect. I called up Lenovo Technical Support, Lencare and Lenovo Customer Care, for more than 17 times, and all were diverting calls to each other, without a resolution, even tried contacting [protected]@lenovo.com (promised reply in ad in Lenovo Website, but a bogus id in reality, where no response so far). . Each time I contact Customer Care or Technical Support or Service Centre they are redirecting to each other, Last week when I called Technical Support, that executive was telling that part which is failing is not available in India and need to be imported. Actually it was an Unopened box item and it was a faulty piece and why should I wait almost a month to solve this. I definitely don't want this serviced, I need either replacement or money back, I'll go for some other brand laptop with at least better service and support other than LENOVO .I had a call from Lenovo Warranty department, stating replacement is done from pop department only. I ve been behind this for over 2 weeks, lost of money, energy and work.I have been re-routing to all toll-free numbers since 22nd March .Is this Lenovo's worldwide support service for providing a customer with a defective laptop and making​ the process​ lag for over 2 weeks time? I Seek Justice, if this is the value they give to customers they should definitely stop operations in India.

                                      We have purchased a loptop from lenovo showroom – galaxy it lenovo (chembur Mumbai) bill dated no. 21-january-2008.

                                      With in 2 days we started getting a problem in the laptop, there is some major problem with the laptop and till date we have no utility for product. We have given it for the 4 time to service centre and still they not able to detect the problem nor they are providing us any proper statement and they are not even ready to replace it.

                                      I asked them for the replacement for the product and service centre is saying “we don’t have authority to replace the product”
                                      Even our dialer is saying “ till I get instructions from service centre that laptop can’t be repared I can’t replace the laptop”

                                      The point is Sir, even after 3 months if they are not able to detect the problem in the laptop (that why it is hanging)then I think they should replace it.
                                      Even yesterday 27 –march-2008 I have sent it for the 5 th time to service centre.i am still facing the same (hanging problem)

                                      But the problem here is, on one is helping us . every one is giving excuses.and pointing other person.

                                      I don’t know what to do now, I am fadeup of running behind everyone and asking for replacement.

                                      The only solution is to tell whosoever you meet about the bad quality of the product. I have made it a point to dissuade every prospective purchaser laptops to desist buying lenovo laptops. Now we know how bad these Chinese products can be.

                                      I have purchased a Lenovo Y510 69Q on 10th September 2008 from ITJ Panipat, (Mittals Mega Mall, Plot No. SM 3&4, Sector- 25(II) Shop No. 4-5-6, Ground floor, Panipat)
                                      Now I have facing a problem with Hinges of Note book they are broken, I Have contact with your service centre at Karnal they said this is a manufacturing defect in this particular lot of note book.
                                      So kindly issue DOA for this.

                                      Lenovo Laptop — bad response from the service center

                                      SIR/MADAM,
                                      I AM VIVEK SUMAN FROM KOLHAPUR , MAHARASHTRA. I HAD PURCHASED A LENOVO WARRANTY PACK OF ONE YEAR FOR MY LAPTOP. ONE DAY WHEN I OPENED THE LID OF MY LAPTOP ONE OF THE HINGES BROKE OFF. WHEN I WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTER I WAS TOLD THAT THE HINGE COULD NOT BE REPLACED BECAUSE ITS PHYSICAL DAMAGE.
                                      BUT ITS NOT SO I HAD JUST OPENED THE LID AND THAT'S IT.
                                      PLEASE HELP ME.

                                      Lenovo Laptop — misleading the customer

                                      I purchased Lenovo laptop for my daughter in the month of Jan. 09, immidiatly after purchase I found that it was giving problem while charging, the problem was informed to the customercare and they advise us to load the new driver & it was done, after that the laptop was taken by daughter to USA for her studies in the month of Jun. 09. She found the same problem at USA. She approached Lenovo service station at her place and was told that the particular model was not having warranty/service backup at USA.I approached Lenovo at India and asked where rhey have mentioned that the partcular model is not servicable at some of the countries & the answer was quite funny one should go to the website of Lenovo before purchasing the product. The company has not mention these norms neither in their advertisement nor in their warrenty book. Due to this unfair trade practice I have suffered a lot financially and mentally, and I have brought back the said laptop from USA. My daughter is forced to purchase a new laptop at her place.Kindly advice me for my next step.

                                      LENOVO Computer — defective piece of laptop

                                      i have purchased lenovo Y510 53Q model laptop. even i recommend my friend & he also bought same & after we realised as this laptop is having very heavy LCD which damage the hinge and bottom body. Even i came across many guys having same problem with this model. So, i am seeking for the help for action against the company.

                                      Lenovo — DEFECTIVE FROM VERY FIRST DAY

                                      DEAR SIR,
                                      I BOUGHT A LAPTOP OF LENEVO THAT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE.I HAVE NOT USED THE SAME FOR A SINGLE DAY DUE TO ITS MANUFACTURING DEFECT Y-510 IN 2008 BUT AFTER THAT I HAVE WRITTEN SO MANY MAILS AND LETTERS TO COMPANY BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING CARE LATER I ARRANGED TO GIVE THE LEGAL NOTICE TO THE COMPANY BUT LATER SOMANY OFFICIALS ARE CALLING ME AND SAYING PL. DON'T FILE CASE BUT WE WILL SETTLE THE CASE OUT OF THE COURT AND THEY ARE WASTING MY TIME AND ALSO NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM EITHER TO GIVE ME THE COMPENSATION AND INTEREST ON THE AMOUNT AND FEES OF ADVOCATE ETC.

                                      sir today i bought a lenovo laptop model no.169669 they offered me free gifts with it headphone optical mouse andcleasing kit but later they charged for it while its price is 24902 and they charged 26000 what should i do now.thanks

                                        I bought a Z series ideapad Lenovo Laptop on 1st April 2013 through cash payment of 44,500 Rs from Lenovo store (Udbhav Info solutions Pvt Ltd.) at Mahagun Metro Mall Vaishali.Sale person at store provided me a acknowledement reciept on the day but didnot gave me the original puchase bill at that time ,he said that tomorrow he will send me bill via email due to some server (technical billing issue). But I didn't recieved any bill from their side on the next day i.e on 2nd april.
                                        So called on 2 nd april and he said that he will give it next day.
                                        On 5th of april I called again in the morning he said that he will send it today ...but didnt recieved it till afternoon. called again at store and another person recieved the call and said that guy is busy with some customer. Called to their headoffice on number [protected] and the lady said that there is some year end closing issue and some issue with their billing system and told me that at this time they can provide me bill for date 31 March 2013. I refused to take that. further she said that they can avail me the bill on monday 8th april.

                                        Called to Lenovo customer care at toll free number[protected]/90 and let them know the issue.but they also not gave me the complaint number and the guys said that they will escalate it to their supervisor and supervisor will talk to their business partner..No proper response from Lenovo India customer care and gave me the Lenovo Registered office number [protected] at Bangalore, called at bangalore RO and they route me to the technical tollfree number. They all are confusing customer and not giving the resolution...

                                        Consumer Care please help me to get the bill
