I bought a Lenovo C440 desktop in November 2013. I started facing Auto Restart issue in December 2013. I called Lenovo several times. They sent their engineer 4 times and they replaced the motherboard, the hard disk (twice) and the hard disk cable. But the problem still remained. I have asked for the PC to be replaced several times but they refuse. I have invested more than a lakh of rupees in terms of my time and working efforts. This machine has cost me Rs. 52, 000. It is a total loss. I am not being able to reach any senior contact person in Lenovo as all their numbers lead to only service centres. I am frustrated. Please help me My complaint number is : [protected] They are hopeless.

    My name is Marissa Cornelius. i'm from Hyderabad A.P. I work for Dell International. Hi-Tech city, Madhapur.

    We have purchased a Lenovo G505s Laptop from Reliance Digital at Suchitra Junction branch, Hyderabad . In the month of November 05, 2013. I had my first problem in the same month of purchase.

    1) My laptop use to get very hot, which was very abnormal.For the same i have logged a complaint, one of the agent over the chat she suggest me to go for a replace of the product. Which i thought was appropriate, As i already logged a complaint previously for over heating issue. I requested the agent to drop the old complaint and log my new complaint for replacement of the product. She took the complaint and she told me that a site engineer and inspect the product and raise a request for re placement with the Lenovo. Site engineer visited my place instead for replacement, he changed the heat sync fan. And told me that he not aware of product replacement. His visit was for over heating problem. Simultaneously the site engineer had found another problem, the case was split open, and the hinges where loose. He asked me to log a complaint for replacement of the product again. as it was still in the warranty. I was told my Lenovo agents bluntly, that my products was not in the replacement warranty period. Ultimately will not be replaced at any cost? i was challenged.

    2) I Have logged another complaint with the Lenovo for resolving the Power port and the slit case both the issues where at the same side of the laptop. And I requested them to replace my product they refused to do so and released my calls, when I tried to talk the escalating manager. He refused to talk to me. After numerous calls, requests and pleads to replace my damage part. Site engineer found it was the upper case not the Lower case. The issue was with the hinges which where broken. The site engineer told that he will request for the part and it will take 2 to 3 working days. But after several calls they have responded after 2-3 weeks later.

    2.1)The second site engineer refused to replace that part as it was not under warranty( purchase date 05/11/2013). After few negotiations they replaced the part.

    3) Simultaneously, after the replacing the part, same day I found that the sound port is not working. When I connect my headphones to the laptop, I cannot hear sound in the headphones, instead it come from the laptop speakers. I tried all my available headphones.but the result ware same.

    My heart burns when we spend so much money to buy a product, and it give so many trouble in few months time. Every time i get hear a new story on my logged complaints from the customer care agents. They talk to me in a rude manner. They don't provide proper service. They release my calls. What is the purpose of having Customer care center.I quest you to help me with the issue and take necessary action on the responsible.

      I had purchased a lenovo mobile model A269i on 26th Jan 2014 on the very next day its ear phone has stop working I would not able to here the voice. I logged my problem in lenovo service center on 30th Jan 2014 saying replacement of mobile set because its a new set and I dont want to use a mobile which is repaired with the very next day. So they had loged my complaint having Job no C-1904. IM-Serial no of my moblile is [protected]. Since from 30th Jan 2014 I am waiting for the approval of replacement certificate and follow up but the service center is responding a answer that your approval is awaited. Kindly do the needful to get the approval at the earliest because I had purchased the moblile for my job purpose and due to the delay my work is effected. R. Girish Kumar

        Dear Sir/Madam I bought a lenovo laptop on 3rd November, 2013. With which It had a Lenovo Diwali Offer as per which I am eligible to get a coupon of Rs.2000/- So, I registered for it on lenovodiwali.com and they asked me to send the invoice copy, ID proof & Serial No. on the laptop. Redemption Request #CB26316029 Ticket No.-#OSZ[protected] After this procedure they said that I will get a reply on it within 5-6 days but however, they afterwards delayed the procedure saying that due to heavy redemption your coupon request is delayed. And when I mailed them a very no. times asking about coupon they asked me to send a readable copy of invoice with dealer stamp after a month. Even after sending the scanned READABLE copy of invoice I got a warning message that my documentation is incomplete and if I dont send them before 15th Dec my redemption request will be closed. So, I sent them the documents again but today as on 20th Dec they mailed me saying that your redemption is declined due to incomplete documentation even after sending the the invoice for 3-4 times. And now it has been 3 months but still i have not received any coupon code. I request please take a sever action against such cheating and disappointing service and also help me to get me justice.

          This is the mail i wrote to the lenovo and last 6-7 month they are not listening to me... My name is Jitendra Bhakhda. I am one of your customers and I am hoping you may be able to help resolve a challenge I am facing. On June 12, 20012 I locked a complaint about my Lenovo Think Pad, because on Power button Failure Before that I already submitted this for some other problems. They asked me to bill submit to get repaired in warranty. I took off from office to submit the ThinkPad in service center they kept it for around 4 month for part repair and always saying to me that Lenovo is sending the part after that I called to customer care and they said we ll take care of your problem . Within 2 weeks, I got the call from Lenovo that we are sending the part but for some days again I didn’t get any response . After waiting for so long On December 04, 2013. I raised my Complaint as refund my money after that engineer came to my home and he checked the ThinkPad and he founded dead . Now I sent my all invoice Service report and complaint to Lencare.Sir, I am very sad to telling you that none of the Lenovo guy listening to me or replying to me . You ll be shocked to see the screen shot of my phone call to lenovo I was hanging on call for more then 1 hour and no one replied. Please note the following: :- It’s been 6 month my ThinkPad is Dead :- Service Center harassed me a lot :- Lenovo Care is not up to the mark :- I have wasted my Money and more important is time :- I have attached the call hold time screen shot Although your service center staff have been very polite and courteous, I hope you can understand why I am frustrated. I spent Money on it that has not functioned properly for 6 month it’s been in Service Center possession till 3 month . I would appreciate any help or assistance that you and your team may be able to Refund my money and resolving this situation. Thank you for your time.               I am very disappointed with lenovo's service.My phone was not detecting sim so i submitted it in rohini service center. As Per rule they are alloted 15 days time so as to repair the phone .               The product is under warranty. it has been deposited at Rohini service center under job sheet no SRIN[protected] dated 21 december. The customer care executives doesnt give a proper response, neither they transfer the call to a senior executive when asked to do so

                  I have bought a new All-in-One PC (Model C240) from your business partner- Sharda Computers & Peripherals Gurgaon on 20th Dec (Friday) late evening that was a gift to my Son's birthday.
                  During checking the PC at home on Saturday, 21st Dec, we realized that this is not a new machine and has been used earlier. We called up the engineer of Sharda Computers on Saturday and mentioned to him about it. He told that this is not true and may be; we have some illusion.
                  After going into more depth; we had find evidence of the usage by someone during Nov month.
                  I called up on Sunday to the owner of Sharda Computers and complained to him. He deny such thing constantly and told that he will send someone to your home on Monday to check and replace the piece. Nobody has turned up as yet till 9 pm (23rd Dec 13).
                  Now I need your help to file a complaint / case against them.

                    I purchased a lenovo desk top computer, H430 Model, on 3/08/2013. Within 3 months of purchase the computer crashed because of faulty mother-board. I presume, since Lenovo became a Chinese company quality of their products have also crashed to the bottom. From my experience with the company regarding service of their product I have to say they are not at all enthusiastic about giving immediate service to their customers. They took more than a week to replace the faulty part.
                    Please provide as much information as possible...

ON TELEPHONIC ENQUIRY ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE PHONE, THE HCL REPRESENTATIVE GAVE A REPLY THAT MOBILE'S FAULT HAS NOT YET BEEN IDENTIFIED AND AFTER HE SAID THE MOBILE'S MOTHER BOARD IS FAULTY AND SAID IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS FOR RECTIFICATION. NO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER IN DELHI AREA TAKE THIS MUCH TIME TO RECTIFY AND THE DEALING OF REPRESENTATIVE TO A CUSTOMER IS ALSO VERY POOR.                         We bought 2 laptops under Diwali offers which has 4000 + 2000 INR cash back cum coupon offer. They told that there are some documents [serial no scan/invoice/Id proof]. We submitted both on dates: a. Submitted on 27 October 2013 Ticket: #UES[protected] & Redemption Request #BC25517386 b. Submitted on 10 November 2013 Ticket: #OKT[protected] & Redemption Request #CB24296107 For case a). [For Cash back of 2000 INR] There is no reply at all. Even though we asked them 3-4 times on their Diwali offer site. For case b). [For Cash back of 4000 INR] They send me one mail on 30 November 2013 that my invoice is wrong, True, Lennovo store person gave wrong invoice, so corrected and submitted them with in 4 days. But now, At sudden they SMS me today on 13 Dec, 2013 that "Your Lennovo Diwali regn status is incomplete and your final chance to send readble docs(serial no scan/invoice/Id proof) expries on 15/12/2013" As i already submitted all the documents, and they are taking time and didn't tell me which document is wrong. I bought a laptop in diwali, I submitted all the documents which are eligible for lenovo diwali offer, but they didnt provide me coupon code. Lenovo customer care executive were not responding to any calls, I spend lot of money by calling customer care of lenovo.is lenovo a fraud company..? I am going to file the case against them in consumer court
                          I bought Lenovo Y510p on 6th Nov 2013 with Rs 5000 Diwali Coupon Offera registered and uploaded all the documents on their site. I made so many calls and sent emails querying about the coupon offer. There was no response.
                          Dear Lenovo you maybe saving some money by not redeeming the coupons but you lost customers trust.
                          I have same issue. Did u receive any mail from Lenovo in last three days regarding the offer. I got a mail requesting me to upload documents. When I uploaded documents I got reply that My product serial no was not registered during offer period which is false. I registered and uploaded all the documents of my Lenovo Y510p on 8th Nov 13. It was purchased on 6th Nov 13. Too bad Lenovo.

                            The following are the details of the complaint lodged with Lenovo customer care, against which no action has been taken by them: Ticket ID: XPC[protected] Department: Lenovo Diwali Offer The following was the product purchased: 1)Serial No CB24322739 2)Serial No CS00743757 and the required documents as listed below were sent multiple times, 1) Invoice copy with retailer stamp and signature 2) ID Proof (Pan Card/Aadhaar Card/Voter Id/Driving License/ Any Govt. identity proof) 3) Bar code serial no. Image - Serial no. mentioned on reverse side of the Laptop e-coupons worth Rs 2500/- and Rs 2000/- were to be given for the items listed, the product was registered at the lenovo Diwali offers website as required in Oct last week/ Nov 1st week. But no one responds to this. Also the phone number[protected] given does not work/or is unreachable.. The customer care of lenovo also was contacted several times on phone, they only gave the phone number and did not help otherwise. It has been a fraud promise never to be completed. Pl HELP.

                              Hi Pahredar, I bought a Lenovo laptop on 27th October, 2013 from Mega IT Store in Koramangala, Bangalore -560095. The model number of the laptop is Lenovo G505S. The Serial number is CB24117048. Please read the summary of events now: 1) My laptop was getting overheated and could not even complete a single movie. I was shocked when the laptop was switched off automatically and I could relate to the over heating. 2) Then came the shocker- I turned the laptop upside down to check what is wrong and I discover that one of the screws near the fan area is missing and it immediately rang a bell. I am pretty sure that the dealer had fiddled with the system and that has led to the missing screw. I am of the view that a used or very less used laptop has been sold to me instead of so called brand new one. I thereby supply the proof in the form of a photograph alongside this email of mine to support my claim regarding the same. 3) Now I found that the battery charge is draining out so fast. Lenovo had sent an executive to repair the laptop and I did not allow him to repair and logged the same complaint with him and the Issue logged is SR [protected]. The executive also took snap of the missing screw. Now Lenovo is denying to replace this system. But I don't understand one point why should I bear this faulty product after paying the money.                                 As per the Lenovo’s advertisement I accordingly purchased online from their "The DoStore" where I had opted to avail of "Myntra.com" Gift Voucher worth Rs.4000/-agaist my Purchase of their "G400s" Laptop, But despite several phone calls, E-Mails I have still not received the Voucher and the offer deadline to trade in the Voucher expires in the Next 5 DAYS (30/11/2013). Finally today when they did send me the "Coupon Code" it was for a purchase from Lenovo's "The DoStore" although I had opted for a "Myntra.com" Voucher. Despite several Phone calls after this and apprising them of their wrong Voucher nobody from Lenovo has bothered to rectify this nor called me back hitherto. From my various phone calls it seemed to me that the Lenovo staff were all giving conflicting statements and misguiding. On searching the net for "Lenovo DiwaliOffer" Gift Vouchers not received as promised by Lenovo, I have come across similar numerous such Plaintive Outcries from many others from various other Indian States. Lenovo should immediately submit a Public Apology and clarify and resolve the matter and make good on their Promised Deal.

I emailed their support team many times but no coupon and no response till now.                                   I purchased a Lenovo IDEA PAD S210T on 2-November-2013 which came with a Diwali Offer.

                                  To redeem the Diwali offer, I visited http://www.lenovodiwali.com/ and registered with all the required documents on 7-November-2013 but got an error post registration reading &quot;E-Mail Failed&quot;.

                                  To ensure that I don&#039;t miss out on this scheme, I tried to re-register my product on the same site but the form never accepted my serial number saying that &quot;Serial Number is already registered&quot;.

                                  After receiving this message, I was half sure of the successful registration and so I sent a mail to &quot;[protected]@lenovodiwali.com&quot; on 8-November-2013 stating my problem and requesting further action.
                                  The Ticket ID generated was - WYS[protected]

                                  I waited for response for a day but as my wait went in vain, i tried calling up on the number given on your site[protected] but the same was answered by none on 11-November-2013

                                  I kept on trying different numbers and was glad to hear back from one of the Lenovo&#039;s executive who asked me to call [protected] which according to him was the Sales Dept Number. I received no response from this number and called back on[protected]. The executive on this number informed me that &quot;It will take 15 days for my voucher code to generate and will be sent to my mail&quot;.

                                  I patiently waited for 15 days but in vain. I received nothing and got to hear nothing from Lenovo&#039;s end. Infuriated, I called up[protected], who told me that now nothing could be done as the dates to register are over.

                                  It is highly irresponsible on the part of a company like Lenovo which promises to deliver best to their consumers. I am repenting on my decision of buying a product from a company which is a fraud and thugs its customers.
                                  I have been wasting my time over this issue and has now decided to approach the consumer court for my rights.

                                  i have registered to avail diwali offer of 2 years of additional warranty and a 10, 000 mAh powerbank by paying rs.1099, it was due to be delivered within 12 days of registration but stilll no news from them. i have included their mail.

                                    Hi, I purchased a new Lenovo smartphone P770 through Tradus, I was not able to switch on the mobile initially, then I charged the mobile for several hours though it was not completely charged and battery discharged with in an hour or two. When I called customer care they asked me to upload my invoice to get "ANY" information. After I uploaded it i got only service center address and not any information about my problem. This process wasted 2 days for me. Then, I went to service center and informed about the issue they asked me to give 2 working days to tell what the problem is. Now, service center people are telling that need to replace "MOTHERBOARD", to do that they need another 2 days. I asked them to replace the set since this is new and I have not used it for a single day, but they are telling that is not possible to replace set and only thing is they can replace Motherboard. As this is new set and not even used single day I need replacement and don't want to get it repaired and use the same. Please advice how to move further.                                       Sir, I have brought a Lenovo Tab A 3000 on the 23rd October 2013, from a shop in Cochin for Rs.14800.00. It stopped working on the 7th November 2013. Since Lenovo have only service centers in Cochin and the don't have any customer support in Kerala ( they have it only through call centers in Bangalore ), I had to take it to a service center. I've given it to one of their service Center called Hi Tech Info Service, Cochin and Registered the SO.No.[protected], on 8th November. According to the service engineer the Mother board has to be replaced and Lenovo do not replace the tab. Since it is brand new and my work is totally dependent on this i am incurring financial loss since the tab is with the service center and they are waiting for the mother board to arrive.                                       I too have purchased lenovo a3000 tab for rs.15700/- which hangs and switch off 10 to15 times daily . worst tablet.
                                      In continuation to my earlier comment, I would like to update that its been more than a month since I've given the new Lenovo tab in service center...still it is there...no parts is available...please spread this news so that many can save their money by buying reliable products!
