i have bought one lenovo P780 on 06-Feb-2014 from Net Distribution Services pvt Ltd ., within 4 weeks o[censored]sing the product it started developing network issues, like most of the time there is no network in the phone, but the same sim when tried with other phone working fine. after complaining the service provider, few weeks, i found that there is problem with the phone, and called the customer support where in they had redirected to a service center. at service center, as it was a common service centre for all phone suppliers, their response was so bad and time taking. waited for 4 hours, they formated my phone, and after which they told that the network I/C is damaged and has to be replaced. given me a service request no SRIN[protected], and promised me that the part will be received in a week and will be replaced within 10 days. after 10 days, i called customer support, they said that the part is being imported and take another week. today April 7 2014, i called customer support, again they say that the part is in transit and will take another week. There is no escalation, there is no service there is no support. Am without a phone for all these time and being forced to buy an another phone for Rs.20000 which is waste of money. Still todate there is no response and no clear solution attained. Also i am unable to escalate this issue since only contact no is toll free, where ever you call they ask to call Toll free, at toll free they say wait.

    I purchased a new laptop from a authorized service center in Chennai and after two days when i changed the background wallpaper I noticed a tiny scratch inside the led screen. I couldn't notice this before because it kind of camouflaged with the previous wallpaper ( don't know it was a trick to sell).

    I spoke to one of the lenovo support executive and they strictly said they cannot do anything from their side and it is me who should have checked the product in the showroom itself. This is very rude behavior from a company like lenovo and they offer no solution to customer who have invested almost 40k of their hard earned income.

    I request through this forum to help me with this problem. Exact product details below,

      Hi Friends, Lenovo is Big Cheating Company ...Never Trust lenovo... I had Good Trust on Lenovo and good Beloved Customer of it from Many Years, But Really Lenovo is giving Big Worst Service to it Smart Mobile phone Customers... I am Gyanadeep from Guntur, Andhrapradesh .I Purchased Lenovo P780 Mobile for 18500/- on[protected], From then Onwards i am facing Data Connection Problem .IMEI No : [protected]Model No : Lenovo P780 8 GB On[protected]as My cellphone not working Properly, So I visited "Surya technologies" ( Guntur Lenovo Service Centre), they updated the SOFTWARE---But Problem Not Resolved... Again from[protected] Again I Started Visiting Guntur Service center Multiple time with the Same Problem and Asking them to provide Solution to me...On[protected], I Submitted the Mobile Guntur Lenovo Service Center, They told me they will Issue DO (for Replacement of Mobile ), But finally after 15 days they Replaced Some Part in my mobile without my consent, Even though Mobile is not working...They also Damaged my Mobile by doing repair with the staff who is not authorised and not have any training by lenovo...Surya who is the Authorised service person will Never be Available in Service Center, This person is allowing Un-authorised people to Servicing in the mobile centre causing damage to my Mobile...As on today it is 2 Months, Even My mobile is Not returned by the Service centre people...The said Cell phone is not working properly and caused much inconvenience to Met day to day its operation for the last two months as it is not functioning properlyI invested on My Lenovo Mobile of 18500/- and 3 months of warrenty is wasted as on today... What Should I do Now...????I Need New Mobile with New Warranty, as the Guntur Service center People Damaged My mobile and wasted 2 months of my warranty period... Please Solve my Problem at the Earliest... I called and Mailed lenovo Several times, But they gave no solution to me... I lost 18500/- by trusting LENOVO...

        I had submitted my Lenovo P-780 smartphone to the Lenovo Pune service center (HCL) on 21st January 2014. The touch screen of the phone had cracked. Its more than 2 months (21st March 2014) and I have yet to receive my phone back. Each time I call them, I am told that I would be getting it in 3/4 days, however no action is taken after that. What do I do now?

          I have a lenovo ideapad Z500 which i bought last june from Dubai with an international warranty of one year. My Operating system crashed multiple times and is not getting installed at all now. I gave my laptop for repair on feb 14th and have still not received it back. They several times told me that they tried withg many different Windows DVD's but were unable to install but now they tell me they would not install any Operating Systems. I am fed up and have already wasted a good amount of money on travelling to and fro to service center but am not getting my laptop back. Any help is appreciated

            I have purchased a tablet on 14.02.14 i.e. Friday evening and started facing some operational problem in the same but as I am working I could not visit there service center on week days than I visited there service center on 22.02.14 Saturday where the service engineer told me that there is problem with the motherboard and it is a faulty peice.

              I had purchased Lenovo Ideapad K1 tab last march. I have started mulfunctioning 3-4 month after purchase. Each time I had repaired it from service station a new issue arises within 4-5 days of repair... It has been in service station for about 6-7 month for repairing( multiple times repaired with a gap of 8-10 days). Almost all of its parts has been replaced more than once but then also it is not working properly.. i have asked for replacement from company but comply refuse it by saying that acoording to policy I have to got it replaced within 90 days of purchase... So please help me with this...

                Hi, I am Rahul Sharma from Delhi bought a Lenovo touch screen laptop worth Rs. 50000 in the month of august. since i bought this am not able to use this at all. Within 4 days of buying the touch screen stopped working after 3 month they changed and just after changing it the heatsync stopped working and laptop started getting restart. now they changed it one month back after which the laptop is not switching on. according to a lenovo engineer the mother board of this laptop need to be changed.                   Hello, I would like to post here my experience with Lenovo, the bad quality provided by them and on top of it even worse services provided by them. I bought a G580 laptop ast year and in past one year it has crashed thrice which clearly states the bad quality provided by them. On top of that after lodging a complaint they do not act on it and take months even after highest escalations in their system. When asked for replacement they did not take any action on it and ignored completely the customer's complaints and now have left me with a defective piece to deal with. Please get me money back and I am stuck with a defective piece here which might crash anytime and then i will have to run to lenovo customer care centers when their service is so bad, attitude is rude and its not even my mistake. Why should I suffer for the bad quality provided by them. I need my money back and do not want to deal with these people any more and also want them to pay for the harrasment levied on me

                    Hi, I made a purchase of lenovo yoga tablet online, on the official website of lenovo in December 28th 2013. I bought it on an offer made on their website with additional accessories and 1+1 warranty. When i received the parcel, the head set was missing and the details of warranty are not present. I have sent 4 emails from jan 4-Jan 10 to "[protected]@thedostore.com" with complaint number :EFM[protected] with no response. I have made 8 calls to their toll free number[protected] where i was said they are not the concerned department. Later i called the head office in Bangalore where they gave me the email of their support manager rkulkarni for further communication. But their is no response from her either. I later got the issue resolved by communicating on the facebook page of lenovo. They dispatched my head set and said they will send the warranty confirmation in 15-21 days. Its already been a month and they have not sent my warranty documents. I tried to communicate again on the lenovo fb page but with little response now. I also tried emailing to [protected]@lencare.co.in but they are not responding from past 1 week. Please help me get my1+1 warranty

                      I bought a Lenovo C440 desktop in November 2013. I started facing Auto Restart issue in December 2013. I called Lenovo several times. They sent their engineer 4 times and they replaced the motherboard, the hard disk (twice) and the hard disk cable. But the problem still remained. I have asked for the PC to be replaced several times but they refuse. I have invested more than a lakh of rupees in terms of my time and working efforts. This machine has cost me Rs. 52, 000. It is a total loss. I am not being able to reach any senior contact person in Lenovo as all their numbers lead to only service centres. I am frustrated.                         My name is Marissa Cornelius. i'm from Hyderabad A.P. I work for Dell International. Hi-Tech city, Madhapur.

                        We have purchased a Lenovo G505s Laptop from Reliance Digital at Suchitra Junction branch, Hyderabad . In the month of November 05, 2013. I had my first problem in the same month of purchase.

                        1) My laptop use to get very hot, which was very abnormal.For the same i have logged a complaint, one of the agent over the chat she suggest me to go for a replace of the product. Which i thought was appropriate, As i already logged a complaint previously for over heating issue. I requested the agent to drop the old complaint and log my new complaint for replacement of the product. She took the complaint and she told me that a site engineer and inspect the product and raise a request for re placement with the Lenovo. Site engineer visited my place instead for replacement, he changed the heat sync fan. And told me that he not aware of product replacement. His visit was for over heating problem. Simultaneously the site engineer had found another problem, the case was split open, and the hinges where loose. He asked me to log a complaint for replacement of the product again. as it was still in the warranty. I was told my Lenovo agents bluntly, that my products was not in the replacement warranty period. Ultimately will not be replaced at any cost? i was challenged.

                        2) I Have logged another complaint with the Lenovo for resolving the Power port and the slit case both the issues where at the same side of the laptop. And I requested them to replace my product they refused to do so and released my calls, when I tried to talk the escalating manager. He refused to talk to me. After numerous calls, requests and pleads to replace my damage part. Site engineer found it was the upper case not the Lower case. The issue was with the hinges which where broken. The site engineer told that he will request for the part and it will take 2 to 3 working days. But after several calls they have responded after 2-3 weeks later.

                        2.1)The second site engineer refused to replace that part as it was not under warranty( purchase date 05/11/2013). After few negotiations they replaced the part.

                        3) Simultaneously, after the replacing the part, same day I found that the sound port is not working. When I connect my headphones to the laptop, I cannot hear sound in the headphones, instead it come from the laptop speakers. I tried all my available headphones.but the result ware same.

                        My heart burns when we spend so much money to buy a product, and it give so many trouble in few months time. Every time i get hear a new story on my logged complaints from the customer care agents. They talk to me in a rude manner. They don't provide proper service. They release my calls. What is the purpose of having Customer care center.I quest you to help me with the issue and take necessary action on the responsible.

                          I had purchased a lenovo mobile model A269i on 26th Jan 2014 on the very next day its ear phone has stop working I would not able to here the voice. I logged my problem in lenovo service center on 30th Jan 2014 saying replacement of mobile set because its a new set and I dont want to use a mobile which is repaired with the very next day. So they had loged my complaint having Job no C-1904. IM-Serial no of my moblile is [protected]. Since from 30th Jan 2014 I am waiting for the approval of replacement certificate and follow up but the service center is responding a answer that your approval is awaited. Kindly do the needful to get the approval at the earliest because I had purchased the moblile for my job purpose and due to the delay my work is effected. R. Girish Kumar

                            Dear Sir/Madam I bought a lenovo laptop on 3rd November, 2013. With which It had a Lenovo Diwali Offer as per which I am eligible to get a coupon of Rs.2000/- So, I registered for it on lenovodiwali.com and they asked me to send the invoice copy, ID proof & Serial No. on the laptop. Redemption Request #CB26316029 Ticket No.-#OSZ[protected] After this procedure they said that I will get a reply on it within 5-6 days but however, they afterwards delayed the procedure saying that due to heavy redemption your coupon request is delayed. And when I mailed them a very no. times asking about coupon they asked me to send a readable copy of invoice with dealer stamp after a month. Even after sending the scanned READABLE copy of invoice I got a warning message that my documentation is incomplete and if I dont send them before 15th Dec my redemption request will be closed. So, I sent them the documents again but today as on 20th Dec they mailed me saying that your redemption is declined due to incomplete documentation even after sending the the invoice for 3-4 times. And now it has been 3 months but still i have not received any coupon code. I request please take a sever action against such cheating and disappointing service and also help me to get me justice.

                              This is the mail i wrote to the lenovo and last 6-7 month they are not listening to me... My name is Jitendra Bhakhda. I am one of your customers and I am hoping you may be able to help resolve a challenge I am facing. On June 12, 20012 I locked a complaint about my Lenovo Think Pad, because on Power button Failure Before that I already submitted this for some other problems. They asked me to bill submit to get repaired in warranty. I took off from office to submit the ThinkPad in service center they kept it for around 4 month for part repair and always saying to me that Lenovo is sending the part after that I called to customer care and they said we ll take care of your problem . Within 2 weeks, I got the call from Lenovo that we are sending the part but for some days again I didn’t get any response . After waiting for so long On December 04, 2013. I raised my Complaint as refund my money after that engineer came to my home and he checked the ThinkPad and he founded dead . Now I sent my all invoice Service report and complaint to Lencare.Sir, I am very sad to telling you that none of the Lenovo guy listening to me or replying to me . You ll be shocked to see the screen shot of my phone call to lenovo I was hanging on call for more then 1 hour and no one replied. Please note the following: :- It’s been 6 month my ThinkPad is Dead :- Service Center harassed me a lot :- Lenovo Care is not up to the mark :- I have wasted my Money and more important is time :- I have attached the call hold time screen shot Although your service center staff have been very polite and courteous, I hope you can understand why I am frustrated. I spent Money on it that has not functioned properly for 6 month it’s been in Service Center possession till 3 month . I would appreciate any help or assistance that you and your team may be able to Refund my money and resolving this situation. Thank you for your time.                                 i have bought a laptop from jumbo electronics at z square (lenovo g505) at 27th oct 2013.i have received a coupon code worth 2000 rs for redeemtion of diwali offer but it shows invalid when i try.i have already made a complaint against this essue but i have received same coupon code three time and it shows invalid.i am attaching screen schot of showing invalid coupon..

                                  I am very disappointed with lenovo's service.My phone was not detecting sim so i submitted it in rohini service center. As Per rule they are alloted 15 days time so as to repair the phone . The alloted has ended and they are repeating the lines it would one more week or so. i am a student & this phone is needed for keeping upadated regarding my studies, for internet and all that stuff . i am feeling helpless now, How irresponsible they are, so i want them sued Lenovo a390 IMEI [protected] CONTACT NO [protected] Ankit Jindal

                                  The product is under warranty. it has been deposited at Rohini service center under job sheet no SRIN[protected] dated 21 december. The customer care executives doesnt give a proper response, neither they transfer the call to a senior executive when asked to do so

                                    hello sir, my name is vikky from mullana ambala(HR) sir recently purchased a lenovo laptop model G500s serial no of product(CB[protected] this product is just 1 month old and it is in warranty date july 2014 from last 20 days my laptop is not in working condition i complaint to lenovo care, they given me a complaint no [protected] and they also said that engg from lenovo replace the faulty part in next 3 working days but still they are not giving me any response i call lenovo care so many time also get in touch with service center but they both are not giving any response sir its a big problem plz do something in this matter its a new product, and i facing so much problem thanks vikky anand

                                      I have bought a new All-in-One PC (Model C240) from your business partner- Sharda Computers & Peripherals Gurgaon on 20th Dec (Friday) late evening that was a gift to my Son's birthday.
                                      During checking the PC at home on Saturday, 21st Dec, we realized that this is not a new machine and has been used earlier. We called up the engineer of Sharda Computers on Saturday and mentioned to him about it. He told that this is not true and may be; we have some illusion.
                                      After going into more depth; we had find evidence of the usage by someone during Nov month.
                                      I called up on Sunday to the owner of Sharda Computers and complained to him. He deny such thing constantly and told that he will send someone to your home on Monday to check and replace the piece. Nobody has turned up as yet till 9 pm (23rd Dec 13).
                                      Now I need your help to file a complaint / case against them.
