I had bought lenovo laptop around 9-10 months back. Since then I am facing problem with touchpad, pendrive ports, LAN ports and connection of screen with keypad. I have given my laptop for repair in a customer service center where the hard disk of 1TB started showing only 700 MB space.Dont know what was replaced when it was given for service.No port isn't working properly.Only one port among 4 USB ports for pendrive is working properly.Even the LAN port isn't working properly. Really... I could not expect such service from a global brand.

      Hi Team, This is to inform you that i have purchased a smart phone K900 model from Lenovo 6 months back. On 4th April 2014 i had an issue and my mobile wouldnt charge. So i took to Lenovo service center where i was informed that the motherboard of the phone was fried and need to be replaced. It will take 10-15 days to order the replacement from Lenovo to get deliver which was quite unreasonable specially when there are courier's who can deliver products next day. But still i agreed and gave them all the required details and left the service center. I called them after 10th day and they told that the delivery has not yet reached service center. I called almost every week just to be informed that the item is not delivered. The product finally arrived on 4th May 2014 which is more than a month later. So they replaced the motherboard and still the mobile had issue powering-up. They said that now another part needed replacement and that will take another 10-15 days to get the delivery from Lenovo. I have spent such a big amount on this mobile just to keep it in service center. There is no satisfactory reply from customer care, every time i call they just say that the service center will get the part shortly.

        I got a lenovo tab inin june2013, but there is a problem in my tab since feb2014, initially when iI visited a service centre here I was told that they need to format it for which I need to pay rs1250, inspite of being in the warranty period. I lodged an online complaint on lenovo support wherein I was given a service call num [protected] n I was told that my problem wud b fixed free of cost.since then I hv been running to this service centre n everytime I visit I hv been updated with a new problem, first they said it needs formatting, the problem remains, then they said the mother board needs to b changed, the problem still persist, then they said ur tab is not switchingon, then they said there is a virus, my tab isn't working properly since then and now a new problem, it gets sswitched off itself every now n then and the volume is very very very low inspite of keeping it on maximum, ...what do I do?pls pls pls help

          D/S I hv purchased lenovo leptop in nov 2013 and placed an order in diwali offer scheme but Lenovo diwali offer order no[protected] not completed till now and ordered items not received, i hv called on given no [protected] but they told that product is out of stock and after that they are not attending any call on this no i hd also called on the do store and custmer care no but they told that this is the case of diwali offer and gave the same no for call but no answer on this no.

            this is asha preethi, I bought lenova lapto from store name - laptop store, gandhi puram coimbatore, tamil nadu ph[protected] /[protected].we purchased on 26/4/2014.invoice number BLS/RC/14-15/0016 on (next day)27/4/2014 it was not booting up.we informed to lenova customer care(COMPLAIN NUMBER- [protected]).they sent service engineer on 1/5/2014.he written the complaint on led screen, then we scanned the invoice along with complain letter issued by service engineer and requested for replacement but no response from lenovo care.they asking for postponding by sayin some reason.the laptop worth is rs41.000. please help us to get the laptop replacement or to the refund the money my contact number-[protected]/[protected]

              My k900 just stopped working one fine day, it refused to display anything on the screen. Hence I took the phone for professional handling and care @ the lenovo service station in Navi Mumbai, India. I handed over the phone to Growmore Computer Service on the 14th of April 2014 and still the phone is un-repaired. I followed-up twice during these days and have got the answer that parts are not available. I am really annoyed with the services provided by Lenovo here, not sure what made me buy this phone. I request you to please assit me in getting refund for the entire phone amount that I paid i.e. Rs.25900. The phone is with the service centre since the last 10 days un-repaired, this is totally unacceptable. When I contacted Lenovo customer complaints website they repaired saying phone would be repaired by next Wednesday i.e. 7th May 2014, which means total of 18 working days the phone is in the service station, this is highly disappointing.                 Hi. This is Satish from Bangalore Mobile #[protected]. I purchased P780 on 3rd of march 2014 from the day one i had problem with 3G network dropping, on 16th i went to service centre @ Rajajinagar he told to come on 18th march, on 18th i went to near my office In Indiranagar service centre and i lodge a complaint they taken phone for repair and they told call in the evening, I called in the evening they old we request some spares it takes min 1 week and in future don't cal this no call toll free no he told. Today i called that toll free no customer service exe is telling mother board has to be changing it takes another 10 days he is telling, Tell me for whom should i believe one is telling 7days another 10 days Min.after investing Rs 18, 500/- i can wait for 1 or 2days why i should wait.i need new phone with 3 days otherwise i ll large one more complaint if you are not genuine company. Dear friends I'm advising pls don't purchase lenovo any products.

                    It was biggest mistake of my life that I purchased ‪#‎Lenovo‬ Laptop. I bought Lenovo Ideapad 4th gen i3 s510p on 21-Mar-2014 and it started shutting down abruptly from 4th April ( within a month of purchase!!). Now I am facing issues and service center is not resolving it and nor replacing it. I reported the issue on 7th Apr. The Technical Support team asked me to run a remote diagnosis and they determined that the motherboard of the laptop is corrupted and needs a replacement. Now Lenovo sent me an email yesterday stating that part will be available by 28th Apr and that they will send an engineer only after that. So Now after spending around 40K on a defective product the company is asking me to wait for 20 days so they can repair the defective product rather than replacing the product right away. Is it my problem? Should I not use laptop till 28th-Apr, more than a month of my purchase date? And first of all why did the product went bad within a month. The thought of running out of warranty for this project just scares me now. I am pretty sure hence forth I am not going to buy anything from Lenovo and neither I am going to recommend it to anyone. I spoke to Naveen Saya - he is delivery technical supervisor- the only thing I heard from this gentleman was 28th April. That’s the key milestone date for Lenovo to get a solution if at all they can do anything. I advise everybody not to buy any #Lenovo product in future. They have horrible products and horrible service. ‪#‎badservice‬

                      i have bought one lenovo P780 on 06-Feb-2014 from Net Distribution Services pvt Ltd ., within 4 weeks o[censored]sing the product it started developing network issues, like most of the time there is no network in the phone, but the same sim when tried with other phone working fine. after complaining the service provider, few weeks, i found that there is problem with the phone, and called the customer support where in they had redirected to a service center. at service center, as it was a common service centre for all phone suppliers, their response was so bad and time taking. waited for 4 hours, they formated my phone, and after which they told that the network I/C is damaged and has to be replaced. given me a service request no SRIN[protected], and promised me that the part will be received in a week and will be replaced within 10 days. after 10 days, i called customer support, they said that the part is being imported and take another week. today April 7 2014, i called customer support, again they say that the part is in transit and will take another week. There is no escalation, there is no service there is no support. Am without a phone for all these time and being forced to buy an another phone for Rs.20000 which is waste of money. Still todate there is no response and no clear solution attained. Also i am unable to escalate this issue since only contact no is toll free, where ever you call they ask to call Toll free, at toll free they say wait.

                        I purchased a new laptop from a authorized service center in Chennai and after two days when i changed the background wallpaper I noticed a tiny scratch inside the led screen. I couldn't notice this before because it kind of camouflaged with the previous wallpaper ( don't know it was a trick to sell).

                        I spoke to one of the lenovo support executive and they strictly said they cannot do anything from their side and it is me who should have checked the product in the showroom itself. This is very rude behavior from a company like lenovo and they offer no solution to customer who have invested almost 40k of their hard earned income.

                        I request through this forum to help me with this problem. Exact product details below,

                          Hi Friends, Lenovo is Big Cheating Company ...Never Trust lenovo... I had Good Trust on Lenovo and good Beloved Customer of it from Many Years, But Really Lenovo is giving Big Worst Service to it Smart Mobile phone Customers... I am Gyanadeep from Guntur, Andhrapradesh .I Purchased Lenovo P780 Mobile for 18500/- on[protected], From then Onwards i am facing Data Connection Problem .IMEI No : [protected]Model No : Lenovo P780 8 GB On[protected]as My cellphone not working Properly, So I visited "Surya technologies" ( Guntur Lenovo Service Centre), they updated the SOFTWARE---But Problem Not Resolved... Again from[protected] Again I Started Visiting Guntur Service center Multiple time with the Same Problem and Asking them to provide Solution to me...On[protected], I Submitted the Mobile Guntur Lenovo Service Center, They told me they will Issue DO (for Replacement of Mobile ), But finally after 15 days they Replaced Some Part in my mobile without my consent, Even though Mobile is not working...They also Damaged my Mobile by doing repair with the staff who is not authorised and not have any training by lenovo...Surya who is the Authorised service person will Never be Available in Service Center, This person is allowing Un-authorised people to Servicing in the mobile centre causing damage to my Mobile...As on today it is 2 Months, Even My mobile is Not returned by the Service centre people...The said Cell phone is not working properly and caused much inconvenience to Met day to day its operation for the last two months as it is not functioning properlyI invested on My Lenovo Mobile of 18500/- and 3 months of warrenty is wasted as on today... What Should I do Now...????I Need New Mobile with New Warranty, as the Guntur Service center People Damaged My mobile and wasted 2 months of my warranty period... Please Solve my Problem at the Earliest... I called and Mailed lenovo Several times, But they gave no solution to me... I lost 18500/- by trusting LENOVO...

                            I had submitted my Lenovo P-780 smartphone to the Lenovo Pune service center (HCL) on 21st January 2014. The touch screen of the phone had cracked. Its more than 2 months (21st March 2014) and I have yet to receive my phone back. Each time I call them, I am told that I would be getting it in 3/4 days, however no action is taken after that. What do I do now?

                              I have a lenovo ideapad Z500 which i bought last june from Dubai with an international warranty of one year. My Operating system crashed multiple times and is not getting installed at all now. I gave my laptop for repair on feb 14th and have still not received it back. They several times told me that they tried withg many different Windows DVD's but were unable to install but now they tell me they would not install any Operating Systems. I am fed up and have already wasted a good amount of money on travelling to and fro to service center but am not getting my laptop back. Any help is appreciated

                                I have purchased a tablet on 14.02.14 i.e. Friday evening and started facing some operational problem in the same but as I am working I could not visit there service center on week days than I visited there service center on 22.02.14 Saturday where the service engineer told me that there is problem with the motherboard and it is a faulty peice.

                                  I had purchased Lenovo Ideapad K1 tab last march. I have started mulfunctioning 3-4 month after purchase. Each time I had repaired it from service station a new issue arises within 4-5 days of repair... It has been in service station for about 6-7 month for repairing( multiple times repaired with a gap of 8-10 days). Almost all of its parts has been replaced more than once but then also it is not working properly.. i have asked for replacement from company but comply refuse it by saying that acoording to policy I have to got it replaced within 90 days of purchase... So please help me with this...

                                    Hi, I am Rahul Sharma from Delhi bought a Lenovo touch screen laptop worth Rs. 50000 in the month of august. since i bought this am not able to use this at all. Within 4 days of buying the touch screen stopped working after 3 month they changed and just after changing it the heatsync stopped working and laptop started getting restart. now they changed it one month back after which the laptop is not switching on. according to a lenovo engineer the mother board of this laptop need to be changed.                                       Hello, I would like to post here my experience with Lenovo, the bad quality provided by them and on top of it even worse services provided by them. I bought a G580 laptop ast year and in past one year it has crashed thrice which clearly states the bad quality provided by them. On top of that after lodging a complaint they do not act on it and take months even after highest escalations in their system. When asked for replacement they did not take any action on it and ignored completely the customer's complaints and now have left me with a defective piece to deal with. Please get me money back and I am stuck with a defective piece here which might crash anytime and then i will have to run to lenovo customer care centers when their service is so bad, attitude is rude and its not even my mistake. Why should I suffer for the bad quality provided by them. I need my money back and do not want to deal with these people any more and also want them to pay for the harrasment levied on me

                                        Hi, I made a purchase of lenovo yoga tablet online, on the official website of lenovo in December 28th 2013. I bought it on an offer made on their website with additional accessories and 1+1 warranty. When i received the parcel, the head set was missing and the details of warranty are not present. I have sent 4 emails from jan 4-Jan 10 to "[protected]@thedostore.com" with complaint number :EFM[protected] with no response. I have made 8 calls to their toll free number[protected] where i was said they are not the concerned department. Later i called the head office in Bangalore where they gave me the email of their support manager rkulkarni for further communication. But their is no response from her either. I later got the issue resolved by communicating on the facebook page of lenovo. They dispatched my head set and said they will send the warranty confirmation in 15-21 days. Its already been a month and they have not sent my warranty documents. I tried to communicate again on the lenovo fb page but with little response now. I also tried emailing to [protected]@lencare.co.in but they are not responding from past 1 week. Please help me get my1+1 warranty
