Dear Sir,
I bought a Lenovo Ideapad A2107 on Feb 8th, 2013. On Mar 12, 2013, I was not being able to switch it on. I immediately callled up Lenovo support and got a complaint number and took the tablet to the service center. The service center is Hi-Tech Informatics, Near Manipal Hospital, Old Airport Road. There, one of the technicians checked the tablet and told me that they will diagnose and inform me on the same day regarding the problem. But they did not call me. On calling them the nest day, they said that the motherboard had crashed and they needed 3 days to replace it. On calling on Saturday, they informed that they had not yet received the motherboard. On calling Lenovo support again, they said they are taking up the case and had escalted it and I will receive it by Wednesday. On wednesday, they said they will call me at 12 noon. But they did not. Then, I called again at 1:30 pm and they said, they will call me back at 4 pm, which again they didnt. On callling them at 5:30 pm, they said they will call me tomorrow. Today(21 Mar, 2013), they called me up and said that their stores are out or motherboards and they will replace it by April 12th, 2013. On askin them to do something about it, all they say is, "Sir, you escalate".
How long does it take to ship a motherboard ? And if such is the case, why dont I get a replacement when it has been just one month that I bought it. And the service center people's behaviour is totally unethical. They promise to call and then they do not.
Please look into this case and help me out.

Lenovo — about my laptop
sir my name is amit kumar upadhyay i purchase a laptop of the company lenovo model y550 with seriol no CBQ0953763 after some month my laptop is not starting and this from 6th july 2010 after that i came to service center but till now my laptop is not working
