Hi,

I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad 2 years back. Just after 3 months of purchase Its right hinge screen started breaking apart. It was under warranty then and got repaired. Customer guys told me that though this is not covered under warranty but company is doing it since its a manufacturing defect. And, whole base has been changed so that I wont face this problem in future. But now after 2 years I have got this problem again....

this is ankireddy.Ipurchased my laptop on 15-july-2010 my bill invoice number is HYD/380. My laptop model name G560 with serial number CBQ2567874. i got a problem in my laptop regarding inches issuee on the date of[protected] so i consulted my nearest Lenovo Service Center (HITECH INFORMATICS PVT Ltd. -Bangalore). on that time the was rectified by the service center after few days i faced another problem in my laptop NO POWER...

I have purchaed desk top of lenovo c300 series last year's. Time to time i have facing many problems. but I don't have recd. proper solution, now my pc right side usb poart and mouse are not working. pls confirm what i can do?

I would like to inform you that I purchased an a Lenovo laptop in Nov 2009 from South city , gurgaon. Primarily it was having 1 year warranty period which was provided by company itself. After the warranty period was yet to going over, I received a call from Aforeserve. Com Limited from NOIDA office in November "2010" and they informed me that they will extend my Laptop service warranty for 2 years if I pay Rs. 6500 to them then...

i have got lenovo s wind series model just two months back and its already creating hardware problems....lenovo is horrible company...it shud be shut down...please help me out...

I am pradeep C studying B.E., final year.Yesterday (4.4.2011) i left my laptop in my room at karumathampatti where i am staying.My friend was sleeping from 3.30pm on that day.I went to bakery for refreshment at 3.45.At that time i forget to lock my room.I just closed the doors only.When i returned to my room,the door was opened..Suddenly i went to see my laptop.I found that it was stolen.I asked my friends but i cannot able to find the laptop...

a black spot on the screen ,i went to lenovo sevice center with my laptop,they says its physical damage,but iam very sure this is not a physical damage..because after shutdown my laptop no damage shown on the screen..


the lenovo service is very poor as compare to other companys.......

I am facing lots of problem regarding laptop.My laptop hard disk has been replaced two times within 6 months of warranty period.Laptop is still in warranty .Company is not ready to give replacement.They not providing proper service .If such things are happening in warranty period then after the the warranty gets over it would create lots of problem.Please try for system replacement.LAPTOP is still in warranty.It is a defective piece.Laptop...

2) Within 2 days we faced the problem of windows getting corrupt. The engineer team o[censored]niversal computers installed fresh installation several times with genuine copy of windows 7 home basic but problem remained same

Aforeserve Pvt. Ltd. has collected a cheque of rs. 5500/- one and a half year before for on-site extended warranty for 2 yrs. for my Y510 Lenovo laptop. The engineer had given me a receipt then. Now Lenovo is refusing to give service because i do not hav a carepack which Aforeserve should have given me it seems. Aforeverve is now not dealing with Lenovo laptop service is the reply they gave me. Aforeserve has taken up all my money.I complainted...
