Firstly i am very disappointed from the Lenovo Service....If we call the toll free number of lenovo service(i.e..[protected],[protected],[protected]) it will take more than 1hours to receive a call from the lenovo engineers....everyday it takes more than 1hour to recieved the call by any network providers like Idea Bsnl Airtel Mtnl Vodafone......the service of this company is very very bad...

I bought a LENOVO IDEAPAD Y330 laptop from ATLANTIC TECHNOLOGIES CHANDIGARH on 24/12/08 for Rs 49,500 and paid Rs 1,700 few days later on RAM upgrade. Why Lenovo does not come in top 3 brands of computer manufacturer in the world is actually it is very expensive as compared to other brands. I did many inquiries in different dealers and even in their showrooms. According to Gartner (world's leading information technology research and advisory company) currently HP, Acer & Dell are the most promising brand in every aspects of business and customer support.

I had a problem with my g550 sl no CBQ0319531. I am not able to do the one key recovery as it is showing available space is not enough, maybe due to increased size of hard disk after each defragmentation.

I had purchased Lenovo thinkpad R61i from Megahertz System pvt ltd lamington road Mumbai on 19 feb 2009.
