The wi fi system of my lenovo laptop 3000 G 430 is not working .There is no proper customer care numbers available,more ever the numbers which are available are not responding.This is indeed a very poor service from lenovo.I think I have made a mistake in selecting this product.though my lapi is under warranty period the company after reading my complaint should itself make a call on my numbers otherwise it is just like bhaji market.
I agree there service in 2010 has degraded to a great extend... All toll free numbers are not responding ...Its a shame...

    my Lenovo laptop (4152-B3Q , SL No :R3DWTMY) is currently not working.
    laptop is in warranty period. i've tried several times to the customer care no ,but noone is responding.
    i just want to register a complain in lenovo customer service and get a case ID,so that i can move to nearest service center.as i'm new in uttarakhand ,i need to know the address of service centers or being reffered to there.
    with this i'm sending the copy of purchase reciept of the laptop.

    Lenovo Model No-4152 B3Q — NO RESPONSE FROM LENOVO SERVICE CENTER

    DEAR SIR,
    I bought lenovo laptop model no.- 4152 B3Q.at 26th AUG 2009. The laptop is creating the problem of LCD Display problem & Sound problem. I submitted my laptop to service center through Royal Infoys,Bankura, West Bengal(local lenovo distributor) at 9th SEP 2009. But till date, I didn't receive my laptop due to unavailable of defective parts. It's not possible to me wait any more. I want laptop to be exchanged .Please take necessary action.

      Firstly i am very disappointed from the Lenovo Service....If we call the toll free number of lenovo service(i.e..[protected],[protected],[protected]) it will take more than 1hours to receive a call from the lenovo engineers....everyday it takes more than 1hour to recieved the call by any network providers like Idea Bsnl Airtel Mtnl Vodafone......the service of this company is very very bad...
      I am hardly requested you please take an action about the above mentioned disappointed service...and i hope you will punish the errant or agency..

      Sir,
      I have purchase a laptop on July 16th. With is one mounth note book motherboard got damage. I have submitted my laptop to the service center on 16th August but they are not giving any response, when I can get my net book. So I am request all o[censored] who wants to purchase laptop or net book please don’t go for Lenovo, go for some other company. Another news I want tell you all if I don’t get my net book with in 27th August then I lost my job…………………..

        Dear sir,

        As you can go through the attached mails...
        but I will explain you the issue in detail.

        I purchased a Lenovo 9QQ having serial no.1-MAB89RW & serial no.1-EB09134816
        In not more than 6 months my Keypad button is not working, And adapter is also not working .I got it replaced from the new Delhi service centre

        Case Id-L03F00MD

        It again got down in 2 months and i again registered a complaint against case id-L03F00MD.



        My warranty is ending on 28th December 2010 and i am thinking what will happen once warranty is over.

        Because I cant invest more on the keypad& adapter now...

        Kindly calculate the cost i will insure if this the trend with the keypad .

        One more issue I have with your Service Center is that the guys who are giving service there are even not technical sound they even do not know the meaning of Why " Dolby digital " is written on the laptop.

        Now what I demand Is the warranty extension without any cost for my keypad.

            That time they are giving one year additional onsite warranty by paying Rs. 499/- through draft. I sent all documents and got confirmation for the same. After that i didn't get any mail or document from their side.

            I am getting some problem in laptop since Friday and when i called support center , they are saying this laptop is out of warranty. They are saying to produce the additional warranty paper which i never recived. When i contacted Offbit marketing services, they are saying they sent paper through courier in May 2009 but i didn't recieved.

              1. I am writing to inform you that I had purchased a laptop ‘LENOVA’ from Big Bazar, Fatima Nagar, Pune on 11 October 2009 vide their memo No T71/8508. Details of laptop as under:-

              2. When I reached at my residence, I find a very thin stain on the screen of laptop. Next day i.e. on 12 Oct 09, I reported the matter to the representative of Big Bazar, Pune, who had supplied the laptop to me. He called me there and have a detailed search and told me that this is not a major problem and it will be resolved easily. He gave me an address of ‘Lenova’ service centre on Law College road at Pune.

              3. I went to Lenova service centre two times to resolve my problem but they did not offering positive response and directed me to report another service centre of ‘Lenova’ at Swar Gate, Pune. I went to the ibid service centre, they told me that it looks like a physical damage and due to a crack on the screen a type of liquid is being spread inside on the LCD. He made my complaint to Bangalore, where I spoke to Madam Chhavi. She suggested me to refer the case with you.

              4. As per the best of my knowledge, the ibid laptop is being operated by me only and nobody is allowed to operate the laptop and it is kept in my safe custody. Thus the problem created in laptop, due to physical force is not agreed to and does not serve for the purpose. It may be at the time of purchase, which was not observed by me due to being a minor problem.

              5. Keeping in view of the above, may I request you to look into the matter personally and issue necessary instructions to your staff for necessary repair/replacement of the laptop, which is under warranty period to avoid any loss to me. It is also requested that your official address may please be communicated to me through my e-mail ID No to make the facilities good service from you at the time of need.

                  hi, i have purchased a lenovo y430 laptop on 6 may 2009 from gorakhpur under april offer of blackberry 8700v for Rs. 3999only but till date i did not get any phone. instead i got a mail from that whether i can choose the change model of the phone or cash back which i have paid for the processing of the redemption.
                  i replied for cash back on 31 dec 2009. but still i did not get my cash back. my redemption code is REDAO[protected]. now when i called to OMS bangalore, they insist me to take the phone and sent mail to some people for the acception of the model. when sent the acception mail to them and called after few days they replied that a refund cheque has been dispatched to me from OMS kolkata. and after a week i still did not get anything from them.
                  are they playing with me?

                  lenovo Y430 — not receiving blackberry

                  I've purchased a lenovoY430 at March, 23, 2009. My redemption no-REDMO[protected]
                  Till today I've not received any blackberry which was promised, though I've already sent all the required papers and particulars along with a DD of 2999/- within March, 28, repeated mail and phone generating no response, moreover they give me a false commitment and now cant attain the phone properly.                     I had purchased a lenovo laptop under 3yrs warranty from Mac It solution. After using 1year there has been short serkit in the mother board. when i lodge the complaint I came to know from the customer care of lenovo that according to their data the product warranty is of only 1yr so charges will be applied to repair. To clarify this I sended them the invoice in which it is clearly mention- 3yrs warranty by lenovo but they are trying to avoid. It proves that its either distributors fault or the companys fault. I am tired of calling lenovo customer care and waiting for the response.

                    here lenovo people i purchased the laptop worth of 27000 on 22nd 2011 the laptop heating problem is very high whenever i put charging it is generating fan sound very loudly i contact the vendor he told me contact to the consumer court i cant help u nd he told me this id not our problem so pls suggest to whom i contact this issue sa soon as possible pls give me response.the vendor told me the problem is causel by BIOS so pls tel me as soon as possible this problem dnt go for lenovo nd dnt visit that shop

As i asked to them they replied that part of this machine is not received yet.                       Lenovo — case id

                      i am called on before the warranty but not respond properly, he told to me send a mail to lenovo customer care with your laptop serial no and purchased copy details, then i froward mail that mail "[protected]@in.ibm.com" on 12th july2011. i got a reference no also from the company
                      I had sent many mails to you but you are not responding me.
                      You are not providing feedback and not taking action over my complaint.
                      I have called many times to the lenovo customer care and talk to senior manager also they assure me to call back within 24 hours with feedback and will resolve my complaint soon. But they did not call back even after 6 days.
                      They told me to send full complaint to [protected]@lenovo.com and I had send 3 times but no response.
                      I am frustrated of Lenevo.
                      This is last time I am sending you mail. if you will not take action over my complaint then next notice of consumer court will come to you.

                      ""Hello,

                      This is Saurabh Chaudhary.
                      I brought lenovo G505 for my brother as his birthday gift in the month of June.
                      The laptop was good but just for 14 days. On 15th day it does not start so after 1 week I had sent that to lenovo service centre (Aligarh, U.P.).
                      Today, After about 3 months later I still did not get back my laptop from service centre. Every time when I ask for feedback the Service centre's employee ask me to come, they ask me to sit for few minutes and then after 1 or 1.5 and even 2 hours they get back to me and say I will require more 7 to 8 days to be repaired. One day I called them and ask for feedback rudely due to frustration, they told me that they had put my complaint in replacement/return and after 15 days I will get either new laptop or the refund amount but its still same. They are not giving me anything and every time call me to come and waste my time. They even did not give me any receipt of submission for service.
                      When I ask for that they say you did not require that.
                      I am frustrated of the service provided by you.
                      I am giving you time of 1 week if you will not pay attention on my complaint and will not give me refund I will go to fire a complaint against lenovo.
                      Remember, Satisfied Customer is the Best Advertisement and unsatisfied customer... you better understand.
                      It's the mark on the reputation of your company.
                      I will never purchase any product of lenovo and will not advice anyone to do so.
                      I will post on social networking like Facebook, Twitter, whats app, google+ and everywhere where I can and request everyone I know not to purchase any product of Lenovo.

                        we purchased lenovo laptop on 9th june 2008 from ESSEL ENTERPRISES 90/64A Malviya Nagar New Delhi vide receipt no 1844 book no 37 alongwith a scheme of 16 GB pendrive free with the same.
                        After a few days the pendrive stopped working and as i was in jaipur studying, we could give the defective pendrive after a month only. But till date the same has not been given back to me. Please look into the matter and let me have the same.

                          I bought a LENOVO IDEAPAD Y330 laptop from ATLANTIC TECHNOLOGIES CHANDIGARH on 24/12/08 for Rs 49,500 and paid Rs 1,700 few days later on RAM upgrade. My machine's Model no is 2269-25Q and serial number EB09724727. After 4-5 months of buying the machine developed a Blue Screen Error which caused the machine to shutdown abruptly and was required to start forcibly from power button again.

                          I reported to LENOVO, they diagnosed the reason as machine heating and cleaned the FAN vents.
                          But after around 15 days the problem resurfaced, I reported to LENOVO again, this time they diagnosed the problem as the system FAN wasnt working fine, and they fixed the Fan.

                          After a month i started getting the same problem again, On reporting to LENOVO they now diagnosed the faulty DVD ROM as the cause, and replaced it. After a month i started getting the same problem again, On reporting to LENOVO they now diagnosed the faulty RAM as the cause, and removed it. Then after few days the problem resurfaced , LENOVO people termed the DVD ROM as the cause again, and DVD ROM was changed for the 2nd time now.

                          After 20-25 days the Blue Screen Error started coming again, this time They diagnosed the HARD DISK to be faulty and changed it.

                          Even today i keep getting the same error again, with DVD rom again gone out of order.
                          So the same error caused Them to change

                          RAM once
                          DVD ROM twice
                          System Fan once
                          HARD DISK once

                          And problem stands it is. I am sitting 95Kms away from their service center. Whenever the problem comes in it takes my 2 trips to get the machine serviced, once for Submitting the machine to them for service and second to take delivery of the machine. In last 14 months i have made 8-9 visits to their service center. That has caused me to spend 5-7 thousand Rs for mere getting the machine serviced and that too has come to nothing as the problem stands as it is.

                          The problem fixing causes me to loose data, time and mental harassment for keep the tensions running for getting the problem fixed. When i asked LENOVO people to replace the machine they said that they cant do this as the issue is repairable. If it was indeed repairable then why didnt they repair it till now for last 6-8 months and made my last 8-9 visits to their service centers come to nothing.

                          I hope at least consumer forum people listen to my claims. I have receipts for my every visit to their service centers and all the mails from the first day till now.

                            Dear Sir,
                            This is to inform you that My laptop charger is not working and also problem with CD drive,I am contacting many times to Kanpur service centre but they said come with your password and company has not confirm my laptop password till the time.I am mailing to co. from 24th june 2009 but no one is intrested to solve my problem,I am working with multinational co.and due to out of order my laptop, business has suffered a lot.

                            lenovo y 510 — delivery of gift item

                            i had purched lenovo y 510 notebook series and won gift item namely Tata sky in janurary 2008 but unfortunately i only received the receiver that is only one part of the gift some one month back and second part which is antena is still undelivered.Kindly send me the other part of the gift other wise i have to take some extream steps which can include complaint to consumer affairs court.i have already sent u complaint through the same but unfortunately there seems no response from ur side.

                              Sirs,
                              I have Purchased lenovo Y550 laptop on 21/12/09 From Binary systems Jamnagar, Gujarat. Since February 1, 2010, the laptop was not charging, I am not able to use it. I have taken it to sevice lenovo center, but they said that the part will come in 3-4 days, it has crossed 1 month, i have wasted my working hours for this travels 100 km to avail service. When i contacted the service head in delhi there is no proper reply. I am suffering a huge loss because of this and it affects my work.Kindly take necessary action.

                                Hi,
                                I purchased lenovo Y450 laptop in Dec 2009 and that time lenovo offering some accessories market price value 5000/INR but still after one and half month purchasing and i dont get any positive feedback from my vendor and from Lenovo customer care.
                                when i consulted from my vendor , he told me that lenovo customer care will send at your present address. i am not able to track status of accessories. Please help me in keep out from this situation.

                                    Lenovo complaint

                                    I have give my Lenovo idea pad S10, SN EB10020238, Model: 4231 to Lenovo Authorized service centre, Hitech informatics Pvt. ltd. # 6-3-1186/A/4,S Building, Hyderabad on dated 15/Jan/2010 with the case ID L01F00HD (ONE KEY RESCUE for RESTORE TO FACTORY DEFAULT, which comes under warranty). But, still the status is pending. And every time I getting a new date to collect the laptop forms your service centre. I had send email to lenvo ([protected]@lenovowarranty.co.in)...

                                      Why Lenovo does not come in top 3 brands of computer manufacturer in the world is actually it is very expensive as compared to other brands. I did many inquiries in different dealers and even in their showrooms. According to Gartner (world's leading information technology research and advisory company) currently HP, Acer & Dell are the most promising brand in every aspects of business and customer support.

                                      And Lenovo has a long way to go to reach in the sky.

                                      I noticed, with same to same configurations of Lenovo laptops in comparison with top 3 brands models the price is quiet high. For example if an Acer model with a particular configuration is priced to Rs.32,000, on the other hand Lenovo with exact or similar configurations will cost Rs. 35,000 - Rs.37,000. So a buyer with common sense will never opt for Lenovo while he can get with same value from Acer. Customers want to buy cheaper products with good quality and not costlier product with poor quality. Interesting features also attract large number of customers.

                                      So I would like to request to Lenovo manufacturers and marketing executives, please put a reasonable price in your products. Look at the top 3 brands and learn something from them. Their products are so uniquely rated and can be affordable in a good time.

                                      Unless you change your pricing policy, I bet, you will never improve your position. And ultimately your company has to be purchased by any other companies.

                                      Lastly, for example if any of your product costs Rs. 25,000 on the other side I can get a HP, Acer or Dell laptop for far better prices with interesting features and newer configurations.

                                      Lenovo — Poor quality of lenovo laptop product

                                      bought lenovo laptop 3000 series g430 last year July. Since the time I have bought it, I have replaced all it parts from mouse pad to keyboard, screen, Cd writer, battery and now mother board.
                                      The service station in pune and delhi have been contacted. I am so unhappy with the product as despite all this my laptop is not functioning and the service station in pune has been giving me a tough time by not able to resolve the problem. every time I take it there a new problem occurs and the people are blaming me. When the laptop is not working, how can I spoil. I gave them this time to replace the screen, in the process they have spoilt the battery and the mother board has been replaced and my laptop is yet not working. I am unsure of the services being provided and if they are using genuine parts. As i am a student it is highly inconvenient for me to visit the service station again n again and since 3 months I have not used my laptop 1 day as well.
                                      Hope u can get me some relief from Lennovo....I would like a refund on the laptop and the amount I have spent in getting this repaired.
