hello i have purchased lenovo g530 on 13 march 2009 from pune my complain is i have not received my free subscription of k7 antivirus yet i tried so many times open ur websit but not able 2 open it 1 more problem is i already registered my machine with lenovowarranty.co.in but yet i didnt receive any mails from them my subscription of norton is getting over in 18 days i need dat k7 antivirus urgently is it true or u r just fooling ur customers by fake offers and 1 more thing there r so many serial no written on the box of maching which shud i submit while i register plz do mail n let me no how 2 claim my free gift

Hello user I had d same problem earlier... actually u r supposed talk to the cust crae of lenovo and ask for the toll free no. of K7 support systems. they 'll give u an url wherein u can get urself registered for K7 antivirus. and for the time being as ur norton is going to be expired u can go for K7 i month free download, and by the time u'll get K7 facility.

hey i bought lenovo g550 and i can't get the k7 antivirus.man m getting serious coz i dont want any trouble with my system so could you please let me know what to do..
The complaint is 100% true. I'm experiencing the same issue of Kaspersky and issue related to registering my laptop. Are they really gonna cover the warranty without registration is still not clear to me.
I am user of K7 security antivirus and my serial no. KB71V-EF3F-A79C-6E46-EC81 and Vendor Id. 3D508630 and my mail Id is [protected]@yahoo.co.uk, this software is installed in my system but it is not activate so please help me for activation.

    i am a lenevo laptop customer.i have extended my warranty period for the next two years in the year of 2008.at that time they provided me one offering and one authorization no 12x6240 and 12x2401tyu respectively. after that they have provided me service on that extended warranty period twice but now they are asking me to send a scan copy of that purchasing copy of that extended warranty period.now i am out of my place. i dont have that copy with me.i will not be able go my place for next few month.in this situation thay are not providing me their services.they did not inform me any thing before & after their police change so that i can carry my warranty copy with me. insprite of being a genuine customer i am just getting their warranty service.i am suffering a serious problem in my laptop but i am not getting any support from them with out making any mistake from my side.i want either they provide me support or help me to get that warranty copy in this place where i am staying now.my laptop model & serial no is-7761-3AQ, MA-5YC17respectively.

      Dear Sir,

      I had purchased a lenovo laptop (MODEL TYPE MODEL : IDEA PAD S10 N270W01024160XW1b423123Q MACHINE SERIAL NO. EB[protected] from (Shivam Infosolutions 41, IInd Floor Ch. Balbir Singh Complex Jwala Heri Market Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110063 Ph. [protected]) dated 18 April 2009. My laptop and chargers is working fine for two three days. Suddenly one day my charger is not working. I lodge a complaint to lenovo customer care they give me a complaint number (L95C00JT) and asked me to go to the lenovo service centre at Nehru Place. When i reach their i come to know that the charger which is given by the dealer is not matching with the laptop model and its voltage is 19V and output 3.2 Amp it will destroy the mother board of the laptop if we use this again they also said better buy another charger voltage 20 V and output 2.0 Amp. I called up to the dealer he initially refused for the replacement but after so many calls he convince for the replacement but he replaced the charger with some local charger showing serial no. (A[protected] LI SHIN INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRICE CORP. FZ0N57LF-C502) but he saying that it is a original one and asking Rs. 1500 for that replacement.
      Please help for the above problem.

        hi dear my name is neeraj kumar & i purchased a laptop on 9, march, 09.model no is y430, at that time there was a scheme pay simply 2999 Rs.as a DD.& after clearance of that.i'll recieve a BLACKBERRY MOBILE model no. 8700 V.within 45 day's...on 30 march, 09, has been cleared..& recieved 3 mail, s reguading DD clearance..bt still people r telling me that they don, t have stoke of that model..& no dody telling me when will i get my gift.

          WHY CHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES DELAY MY GIFT?????

          • The date of Purchase of my Laptop is 31st December’2008
          • My reference code number was RED[protected] in order to redeem a gift Printer + 1 year Lenovo Care Pack for Rs.500 only.
          • Channel Technologies have confirmed the approval for the Gift(Printer + 1 year Lenovo Care Pack) under the Lenovo Double Deal Scheme on 18th Feb’ 2009
          • Channel Technologies have confirmed to send the gift in two weeks from 18th Feb’ 2009 (i.e. within 1st week of March)
          • When I followed up on 12th March’2009, I got a reply to wait for another two weeks (i.e. within 26th March’2009), as they have not received the same from Lenovo

          * Only the Care pack Recieved from that gift pack on 3rd April 2009 after so many frequent mail & call to the channel technologies Pvt. Ltd & Lenovo.
          • Today is 12th May 2009, i.e. 18 weeks have elapsed from the date of my purchase and 10 weeks have elapsed from the date of your written approval for the same

          * Always channel technologies extend the period 2 weeks.
          • HOPE ALL OF YOU UNDERSTAND THE GRAVITY OF THE SITUATION.

          I Mrs. Laxmi Patel had purchased a lenovo laptop from Reliance Digital, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills on dated 07/06/2011, there was an offer with the lenovo laptop for TATA photon device with with one month free net facilities, so for availing the free offer i went to TATA photon center. from the TATA facilities i received the TATA Photon device by paying Rs. 750/-, the personnel told that the net shall be activated within 24hours. on non activation till 12/06/2011 i again went to TATA Photon agency they told that on scanning the bar code of the lenovo laptop, a message is appearing that "a separate order has already been placed against this product".
          I felt as if i have been cheated as after rigrous pursuasion no one is actually coming with the solution. kindly resolve the matter at the earliest.

            I have purchased lenovo laptop model no. 4107 23Q
            Sr. No. MABZ2NG
            worth Rs. 46000/- from 'New Wave Technologies, shop no. 329-A, Sector 35B, Chandigarh wide Bill no. 842 dt. 10/02/2009.
            It has got some serious network problem and I had approched the dealer but no good response has come yet. The laptop is still lying with the dealer. If the laptop is unrepairable why don't you replace it.
            You are therefore advised to resolve the matter before it is too late to
            Hello! I bought 2 months ago a n500 lenovo and when I turn it on it blocks itself in windows(after the welcome logo, there are all the shurtcuts and when I try to refresh or anything else, it blocks--sometimes I'm waiting even an half an hour, thinking that the laptop is slower, but it doesn't work ). The only thing I can do is press the turn off button for 5 seconds and it turns off. When I turn it on the second time, it works :)) really!
            This problem caused the malfunctioning of my hdd, which I changed it because when I turned the computer of[censored]sing the button, the laptop was stopping after bios with a problem.
            I'm afraid that my new hdd not to be crashed again beacuse of this.
            What can I do?
            Please, I need help!

              In September I purchased a Lenovo SL 500. Cost, ZAR 12 000. This unit has been in for repairs more times then I can remember. Now the thing is once again been at the Lenovo workshop for the past week and after 3 days the workers their had to break the covers off to gain access as the screws, that were previously destroyed, with the bad tools they were using last time, helped to achieve this damage. The mother board, screen, back light and who knows what else was replaced to find that the unit still doesn't work. I would actually like my money back, as I need proper computer and would like to buy some other make of machine.

                i brought lenovo y 510 laptop which is 7 months old one day iwas shocked to see the hinge to be brokrn it was making a cracking sound two days before i saw it to be broken .What should i do now

                i ran around those guys to replace it but they dont even care to do it got hecked of these ppl

                7 months old means, must be within warranty. Call to the lenovo support. If you don't know this is under warranty then find the serials key of your laptop and find out from www.lenovo.com website. They will assist you what to do?
                Yes even my laptop's hinge was broken all of a sudden. I feel the panel is not designed strongly.I approched lenovo guys but it was helpless. this is a common problem which most of my colleagues have also faced.
                I faced the similar problem.
                Lenovo india disagrees on giving free repair. It is kind of design flaw. wht hav u decided about it dis u get an replacement ?
                I have also facing same problem. I have purchased the same model with 1+2 yrs warranty but hinge of the said laptop suddenly broken. They decleared it physical damage and repaired after taking an amount of Rs.7000/-. Within a weak it again creating problem. At present I just work with my laptop like desk top bcz I am not closing it it may broken any time due to hardness. I need replacment of the model which is clearly desgining problem.
                my hinges of y510 are broken .can u tell mw the prices of new one i have to repair it but not getting the acctual price . now also the laptop is not switching on.
                my lenovo laptop hinges also broke and on right side even body broke but i got it repaired will full satisfaction and hinges replaced all in just rs 2500 from sector20 c Chandigarh market...if anyone feeling the same problem then write to me at [protected]@gmail.com

                    Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                    I am Amit Gadbil from Nasik.

                    I had purchased a laptop from Babal Computers, Pune Road, Nasik. They save that they are the exclusive dealer for Lenovo products in nasik. I had purchased a Lenovo G[protected]Q Model (Invoice no.april/09-10/0217, Ref no. 0217, dated[protected]

                    My comlpaint is against the dealer and his staff for misguiding/ giving wrong information about the product which I purchased.

                    Once I visited the showroom on[protected] and got the information on various products. I was then attented by the owner hinself. Then again I visited the showroom on[protected]. This time I was attented by the owner and later one of his staff. They gave me the information of the above mentioned product. I repeatedly asked them about the features in which I also asked them about having an in-bulit Bluetooth in this particular model. And they confirmed me of having Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in the same. Although it was not displayed in the product's features display card (dealer's self made).

                    However I purchased the product on[protected]. When after using the same I thought there is some problem with Bluetooth and is not working. I went to the dealer on[protected] for getting his feedback. Then to my surprise I came to know that this model doen not have an in-built Bluetooth. The dealer (owner) wasn't saying a word but was just showing me the product features display card. Though he was saying that this model has Bluetooth when I visited for inquiry which he obviously refused at that time.

                    When once checking with the dealer staff (the other person who attented me on[protected] he agreed that he had attented me and told me about the features of the product, WHICH HE CONFESSED IN FRONT OF THE OWNER THAT HE DID NOT KNEW ABOUT THE FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT. THE OWNER SAID THAT THIS GUY IS JUST THERE FOR SET UP OF COMPUTER SYSYTEM WHICH THEY SELL. THEN MY QUESTION IS THAT WHY HE ATTENDED ME AND GAVE ME THE WRONG INFORMATION? JUST TO SELL AT ANY COST. Not to any once surprise, the attendent also refused that he said that this model has Bluetooth in it.

                    The dealer first gave me an (unwanted) advice of buying a Bluetooth device and then refused to listen to my complaint. Is it that simple???

                    I would suggest a company like Lenevo to come down to the market and take a feedback from customers about their dealers and their services.

                    At the same time I would request you to provide me some solution or atleast some sort of feedback over my complaint.

                    I am sure this compliant of mine will not get unread.

                    Lenovo — Not responding and wrong information

                    I have had a loan sanction for laptoop from Lenovo shoroom in Nehru place and they took pDC which is illegal and also they insist me to give my birthday two year older than oroginal and legally i ma not outhorised to have loan though i am only 20...and they are suppose to present the chgeque in my bank between 1 to 1o but they [resented on 23 which was totally wrong coz an emergency i took out money after keepiung so lpong due to an emergency and also threatend me to present me to collections..
                    I also Purchased same laptop with invoice no. 10255 on 18/03/09, customer no. CU11436 from UNIQUE INFOWAYS(P)LTD, regd office 308, 3rd floor, skylark building, 60, nehru place, NEW DELHI-110019

                    they also say me all this about blutooth anf wifi. Even this they gave duplicate CDs of drivers also and not proper drivers. I face so many problems regarding this.

                    I requst company manager to take serous action regarding this help customer. this will effect your future customers also.

                      I am working in Regent Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi as a IT-Head, for last
                      7 years. After joining this organisation I am discontioue all assembled pc
                      and replace them with IBM machine. Last 7 years i am purchase more then 200
                      desktop and 2 servers form you for my organisation.

                      Last 2 or 3 month back. I am purchase a lenovo laptop for my brother who is
                      working in Uttranchal as a medical representative. After purchase this
                      laptop i am contiously facing problem with this laptop and most of time
                      discuss my problem with your customercare dipartment they suggest me update
                      drivers, replace operating system and suggest me to bring laptop at service
                      centre at nehru place they replace several thing even they replace
                      motherboard but the problem is continoue.

                      I am get several ref. no. several case id but all is vain. I am handling 6
                      unit work in delhi/NCR. and i have no time to sit always in your service
                      centre, because they are unable to resolve the issue.

                      I requested to you kinly replace this faulty laptop on urgent basis. Because
                      due to this my brother face lot of problems.

                      I had lodged a complaint regarding damage of the outer cover of my screen.My case Id is L97R0173 .The outer cover of the screen has not been replaced as it has been thought to be a case of physical damage . This is to inform you that screen has been damaged on account of defect in plastic casing of the system and not because of any accident or any intended physical damage caused by me.The lower case of my laptop was also damaged for which I had lodged a complaint, it's complaint Id was L92G012X.It was taken care of and my lower case was replaced.This time too the problem has been caused because of the plastic casing .So please take heed of my case and replace the damaged part of my system.

                      WORST EVER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE COME ACROSS. I think it is worst possible care anyone can provide what Lenovo is providing. I have ideapad Y530, purchased a year ago. It developed a mother board problem (as detected by authorized service center), wondering what was the quality that i got motherboard problem just after 1 year that too in normal usage. Service center ordered a motherboard which they received after 4days but it was a mismatch (how can Lenovo not understand the requirement?). Service center again ordered motherboard on 12/08/2009 but they have still not received that part even after 3 Weeks. All in all my laptop is in service center for more than a month now, dont know what they think that i purchased laptop to Hang on wall for decoration and I am not losing anything. I am not getting any clear status from anyone (customer care or service center). Specially customer care is a total waste. Then to escalate this issue I shot a mail to lencare but didnt hear from them. After 4 mails i got a call that my case will be resovled on priority basis and I need not call anybody because lencare people will give me all the status. I am waiting a call or mail from them for more than one week. I have already sent 8 mails without any reply from lenovo.



                      After all these incidents I do not even feel like keeping this laptop, recommending to anyone is totally out of question.

                        I have purchased this laptop from House of laptops, Tilak road, pune on 28th Aug '08. I faced one display problem last week. When i went to service center, they called Delhi service center. They asked my serial number and said the laptop is registered on some other's name and not responded to me. Then the dealer logged complaint in service center and got mu laptop serviced on that other name. But the laptop is still not registered in my name. The repair receipt has Mangesh Kumbhar as owner of laptop. I think the dealer had sold this laptop to him and sold it again to me b'coz it may be having some problem. On the invoice which i'm having, the serial number is of motherboard and not of laptop. Should i file case on dealer? Please help. The laptop still in warranty period.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had purchased a Lenovo system (model No.53131BQ) during the last
                          Dewali offer period from your dealer at PALA, (Kottayam, Kerala). After my
                          purchase i had registered my options for the gifts (two year warranty & a Canon
                          colour printer) through the dealer (Fast Pace Systems (P) Ltd, Pala), because i
                          hadn’t got an Internet connection or an E-Mail ID at that time. You had accepted
                          the registration and gave a reference code (RED [protected]) for further
                          communication

                          But two month later you have informed the dealer that you are
                          rejected my request for the gifts simply because you haven’t got the original
                          bar code slip. This was intimated by you on 31-DEC-2008, that is two months
                          after the registration. Then immediately the dealer contacted your Manager at
                          ERNAKULAM and as per his direction they send a scanned copy of the bar code to
                          you by E-Mail & the original bar code slip by post without any delay . All these
                          correspondences are done by your dealer right from the beginning, on my request.
                          After all these you haven’t respond positively until now

                          My grievance is that, if you are a genuine customer caring
                          company you must inform your customer about his fault and give him some time to
                          clear it. But unfortunately after you attracted the customers by Offers and when
                          the purchase is maid, you only think about how to reject the gifts. In my case
                          your dealer himself made the mistake and you know clearly that i am a genuine
                          customer who purchased the system during the offer period

                          After all it is clear that i had maid the purchase on the last
                          day of the offer period on 31-Oct-2008 (by borrowing some money) only because of
                          your DEWALI OFFER attraction. So i am once again kindly requesting you to stop
                          troubling your customers like this, and please make sure that your promises to
                          them are executing without fail., Hopping that you will consider my grievance and looking
                          forward for a favorable action and replay

                                I purchased a lenovo laptop on[protected] under double deal offer, model no-415227q, s/no-eb09628471, mo no-r3py38913919, &claim for gift but th company still not ready to give it to me. I try several time&also talk with company but still no result.

                                Lenovo/laptop — Software/Model fraud

                                I had contacted Lenovo, through one of their web. advertisements, intending to buy a lenovo laptop, with Windows Vista preinstalled model.Lenovo sales advised me to buy From Halycon Technologies, Model Y410, which had the confogurations i had required.I went to Haly con, they took an advance from, me and asked to come next day as the laptop has to come from elsewhere.Next day I had been called, and laptop with windows vista, delivered, only thing the model was 3000 G410.The system worked beautifully for sometime, and I had started getting notices from Microsoft,
                                That the copy of Visata is not genuine.I had approached Microsoft help and support, but the retailer denied selling me any software with the computer.I had complained to Lenovo, but so far no response.In short I had been, cheated for the value of Original Windows Vista, as well as dumping a lower priced model of Lenovo on me.I am ready to return the Laptop back, to the retailer if he is ready to refund me fully.The laptop bought on 23/4/08.
                                I have a problem for my laptop when battery is connected for laptop some sparking in the adapter's pin and when we separate the battery from laptop no any sparking are their what is problem actually?

                                  1. i bought my laptop on 14th Jan 08 and since day one i had faced few problems, since i was out of india i could not get it rectify now when i came back to india the warranty period already got expired. No problems i still went to the service center with a hope that i will get some good quality service and my parts/ all problems will be rectified.

                                  2. I went to the following service center
                                  Mr Varun Singhal
                                  32 cannaught place
                                  chakrata road
                                  dehradun [protected]
                                  and launched the following complaints
                                  (a) Hard Drive slot/ hard drive not functioning properly. CDs never used to go in and laptop had to be tilted and hit with soft hand (like bajaj scooter true indian way)

                                  (b) MMC SD slot not working either the driver is missing or some hardware problem
                                  (c) laptop had got very sluggish
                                  (d) web cam was problematic with yahoo msngr

                                  3. when i gave the laptop to Mr Singhal he said i will rectify all the problems and return after two days
                                  but to my surprise
                                  (a) he took seven days for changing the hard drive and formatting the laptop and forgot the rest of the problems quoted by me and also overcharged me
                                  (b) he took money from me saying service charges and also didn`t give me any bill receipt.
                                  (c) He didn`t even check my laptop till the time i blasted him on the mobile and was very clumsy in response.

                                  4. i have a very bad experience of LENOVO and i request if some one looks into it and improves the services and response. else all the laptops and the products are the same the difference is to the services provided

                                  Lenovo Y500 laptop — SERVICE CENTRE OFFERING POOR SERVICES

                                  I have given my laptop for servicing ( my ODD was creating a problem ) to Hitech Informatics Pvt Ltd on 28th Nov.I contacted the toll free customer care number and even the service centre and they assured that I would get it back by 5th Dec.On 4th Dec I made a call to the service centre telling them that tomorrow I am dropping by to collect my laptop.They confirmed on that.Today morning ( 5th Dec ) when I went to the service centre, they told me that its not yet done.And I would get the same on Tuesday.They had my number.They did not even bother to let me know that its not done.I had to travel so much as well take leave from office to collect it.All in vain.LENOVO SERVICE CENTRE SUCKS !!!

                                      i have purchased my lenovo 300 g400 laptop at 24-03-08.
                                      i have some battery problem. it isnt working ne more. i am using power code constantly to turn on my laptop. person at local service center says that my bettry is over. and my laptop was under warranty period so i made a complain to banglore service center. and followed all the procedure. i send my bill through mail and they told me that we will reply you by mail very soon. my complain number is L93N008R

                                        I have purchased a Lenevo Desktop computer from Akshar Computers at Noida on 31-Dec-2008 vide invoice no. AC/SI692 Book No.-14 (Reference code number RED[protected]). As per the policy by Lenevo, I have opted for two free gift item for which I am supposed to submit some documents as specified. The said documents have been submitted to M/s Channel Technologies on 20-Jan-09 in person at the Office at Noida. Several follow up have been done and with reference to their email dated 18-Feb-09 they have promised to despatch the free gift with next 2-3 weeks time. Again, upon follow up, they have issed an email confirming to despatch the items with 2 weeks time. Now it s already two weeks have gone and I have not yet received the items not enev their feedback in this regards.

                                        Kind Attn.:- Ms. Anisha,

                                        We thankfully acknowledge the receipt of our gift Printer yesterday but we haven't received the watch yet so I kindly request you to do the needful since we have already lost all our patience.

                                        Now if your first week of January comes on 27-01-09 then tell me when would I receive thewatch. kindly follow the indian calender date.

                                        Your early reply would be highly appreciated & hope that you would reply me before my casulty.

                                        Please Ms. Anisha dont take it personally i m just irritated by the service of Lenovo Desk.

                                        I HAVE PURCHASED A LENOVO DESKTOP. AS PER LENOVO DOUBLE DEAL OFFER I HAVE NOT GET THE FREE GIFTS TILL DATE, WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN FOUR WEEKS ie. IN JAN.
