Sir,
I have purchased lenove laptop 7757-88Q, S NO.MAA64TP, but I have not provided the window vista basic recovery CD, where as my friend who has purchased some months ago provided this CD along with other CDs. I have contacted the dealer and he says that it has already there in you computer, you need to press the NOVO button to restore the intial company setting.

Please provide me the window vista recovery basic cd . So I request you to send this CD and also antivirus K7 to my mail address;

    Lenovo Services(LCD Problem)

    Dear Sir,

    Below is the trail of mails.

    Hi,

    I was facing some problem with my LCD and i got below reply from lenovo service center .
    I am using this laptop from past 11 months and suddenly facing such issue.Their is no pressure has been given on the Top Cover or anywhere else in laplop as that can be proof by not getting any damages outside the body

    lenovo y500 is the worst series started..
    lenovo provides cd/dvd rom with that notepad which has no life...
    i already repair that 2 times in warenty period and it get useless..
    even the customer service provider tells that there is no way we can protect our cd/dvd drive from being uselss..

    i know many friends suffering from same problem...
    there is no proper solution for this provided by them the change the drive and it again get useless

    and touch they provide is worst from all other in comparision technically...

    i want proper solution or new laptob from them

      Sir, I have purchased above said product on date 05.05.09. And only after One month Display Card of Laptop get damaged without any reason. I went to service center and concern over there told me that Display card needs to replace & it will be replaced freely. I kept my Laptop there for 4 days but nothing had done. Now today again they called me for replacement of display card. It seems as if your company has not assured quality product. So I request u to replace my whole machine i.e, Laptop. Otherwise I need to file petition against ur company in consumer forum unwillfully.

        I bought Lenovo Lap some 7 months back and now im in the warranty period.. i have faced 4 times problem in DVD-ROM and 2 times in Battery...I would kindly request you to change the whole Lap some how... I just bought it only for the brand name but everything is in sane and i would request my friends to try for some other brands and i would like you to take some initiative in my case

        same problem right from the bigining.I thought sound was just like that in all laptops. Moreover I was a biginer, doesnt know much about computers.But the DVD stops functioning recently.It was ok before.

              I am student of JAIPURIA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT and college has provided us lenovo laptops after 8 months the battery backup of my laptop was getting pathetic and even after several complains to the service center there is no action taken by the service center.This pathetic after sale service has given a very bad impact on the image of your company which will never let us to use any further lenovo products.If you want to not happen this then please take some action against it and this problem not only persist with me it also persist with other students of the institute.

                Hi,

                I am also using Lenovo Y510 laptop and facing the same problem. CD Drive does not read anyhing and shows blank. As I faced this problem earlier aswell so at that time i get CD Drive changed from Lenovo Service Centre in Nehru Place and now its agin creating problem. It shows blank and says insert disk even if the disk is in the drive.

                I am also a Y510 user and is really fed up with the CD drive. It causes a lot of trouble in reading CD's and shows the annoying "no disk error" very often. Moreover the service centre of Lenovo is hard to find.

                      i am a lenevo laptop customer.i have extended my warranty period for the next two years in the year of 2008.at that time they provided me one offering and one authorization no 12x6240 and 12x2401tyu respectively. after that they have provided me service on that extended warranty period twice but now they are asking me to send a scan copy of that purchasing copy of that extended warranty period.now i am out of my place. i dont have that copy with me.i will not be able go my place for next few month.in this situation thay are not providing me their services.they did not inform me any thing before & after their police change so that i can carry my warranty copy with me. insprite of being a genuine customer i am just getting their warranty service.i am suffering a serious problem in my laptop but i am not getting any support from them with out making any mistake from my side.i want either they provide me support or help me to get that warranty copy in this place where i am staying now.my laptop model & serial no is-7761-3AQ, MA-5YC17respectively.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had purchased a lenovo laptop (MODEL TYPE MODEL : IDEA PAD S10 N270W01024160XW1b423123Q MACHINE SERIAL NO. EB[protected] from (Shivam Infosolutions 41, IInd Floor Ch. Balbir Singh Complex Jwala Heri Market Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110063 Ph. [protected]) dated 18 April 2009. My laptop and chargers is working fine for two three days. Suddenly one day my charger is not working. I lodge a complaint to lenovo customer care they give me a complaint number (L95C00JT) and asked me to go to the lenovo service centre at Nehru Place. When i reach their i come to know that the charger which is given by the dealer is not matching with the laptop model and its voltage is 19V and output 3.2 Amp it will destroy the mother board of the laptop if we use this again they also said better buy another charger voltage 20 V and output 2.0 Amp. I called up to the dealer he initially refused for the replacement but after so many calls he convince for the replacement but he replaced the charger with some local charger showing serial no. (A[protected] LI SHIN INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRICE CORP. FZ0N57LF-C502) but he saying that it is a original one and asking Rs. 1500 for that replacement.
                        Please help for the above problem.

                          hi dear my name is neeraj kumar & i purchased a laptop on 9, march, 09.model no is y430, at that time there was a scheme pay simply 2999 Rs.as a DD.& after clearance of that.i'll recieve a BLACKBERRY MOBILE model no. 8700 V.within 45 day's...on 30 march, 09, has been cleared..& recieved 3 mail, s reguading DD clearance..bt still people r telling me that they don, t have stoke of that model..& no dody telling me when will i get my gift.

                            WHY CHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES DELAY MY GIFT?????

                            • The date of Purchase of my Laptop is 31st December’2008
                            • My reference code number was RED[protected] in order to redeem a gift Printer + 1 year Lenovo Care Pack for Rs.500 only.
                            • Channel Technologies have confirmed the approval for the Gift(Printer + 1 year Lenovo Care Pack) under the Lenovo Double Deal Scheme on 18th Feb’ 2009
                            • Channel Technologies have confirmed to send the gift in two weeks from 18th Feb’ 2009 (i.e. within 1st week of March)
                            • When I followed up on 12th March’2009, I got a reply to wait for another two weeks (i.e. within 26th March’2009), as they have not received the same from Lenovo

                            * Only the Care pack Recieved from that gift pack on 3rd April 2009 after so many frequent mail & call to the channel technologies Pvt. Ltd & Lenovo.
                            • Today is 12th May 2009, i.e. 18 weeks have elapsed from the date of my purchase and 10 weeks have elapsed from the date of your written approval for the same

                            * Always channel technologies extend the period 2 weeks.

                            I Mrs. Laxmi Patel had purchased a lenovo laptop from Reliance Digital, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills on dated 07/06/2011, there was an offer with the lenovo laptop for TATA photon device with with one month free net facilities, so for availing the free offer i went to TATA photon center. from the TATA facilities i received the TATA Photon device by paying Rs. 750/-, the personnel told that the net shall be activated within 24hours. on non activation till 12/06/2011 i again went to TATA Photon agency they told that on scanning the bar code of the lenovo laptop, a message is appearing that "a separate order has already been placed against this product".
                            I felt as if i have been cheated as after rigrous pursuasion no one is actually coming with the solution. kindly resolve the matter at the earliest.

                              I have purchased lenovo laptop model no. 4107 23Q
                              Sr. No. MABZ2NG
                              worth Rs. 46000/- from 'New Wave Technologies, shop no. 329-A, Sector 35B, Chandigarh wide Bill no. 842 dt. 10/02/2009.
                              It has got some serious network problem and I had approched the dealer but no good response has come yet. The laptop is still lying with the dealer. If the laptop is unrepairable why don't you replace it.

                              Hello! I bought 2 months ago a n500 lenovo and when I turn it on it blocks itself in windows(after the welcome logo, there are all the shurtcuts and when I try to refresh or anything else, it blocks--sometimes I'm waiting even an half an hour, thinking that the laptop is slower, but it doesn't work ). The only thing I can do is press the turn off button for 5 seconds and it turns off. When I turn it on the second time, it works :)) really!
                              This problem caused the malfunctioning of my hdd, which I changed it because when I turned the computer of[censored]sing the button, the laptop was stopping after bios with a problem.
                              I'm afraid that my new hdd not to be crashed again beacuse of this.
                              What can I do?

                                In September I purchased a Lenovo SL 500. Cost, ZAR 12 000. This unit has been in for repairs more times then I can remember. Now the thing is once again been at the Lenovo workshop for the past week and after 3 days the workers their had to break the covers off to gain access as the screws, that were previously destroyed, with the bad tools they were using last time, helped to achieve this damage. The mother board, screen, back light and who knows what else was replaced to find that the unit still doesn't work. I would actually like my money back, as I need proper computer and would like to buy some other make of machine.

                                  i brought lenovo y 510 laptop which is 7 months old one day iwas shocked to see the hinge to be brokrn it was making a cracking sound two days before i saw it to be broken .What should i do now

                                  i ran around those guys to replace it but they dont even care to do it got hecked of these ppl

                                  7 months old means, must be within warranty. Call to the lenovo support. If you don't know this is under warranty then find the serials key of your laptop and find out from www.lenovo.com website. They will assist you what to do?
                                  Yes even my laptop's hinge was broken all of a sudden. I feel the panel is not designed strongly.I approched lenovo guys but it was helpless. this is a common problem which most of my colleagues have also faced.
                                  I faced the similar problem.
                                  Lenovo india disagrees on giving free repair. It is kind of design flaw. wht hav u decided about it dis u get an replacement ?
                                  I have also facing same problem. I have purchased the same model with 1+2 yrs warranty but hinge of the said laptop suddenly broken. They decleared it physical damage and repaired after taking an amount of Rs.7000/-. Within a weak it again creating problem. At present I just work with my laptop like desk top bcz I am not closing it it may broken any time due to hardness. I need replacment of the model which is clearly desgining problem.
                                  my hinges of y510 are broken .can u tell mw the prices of new one i have to repair it but not getting the acctual price . now also the laptop is not switching on.

S .City Jharkhand 827004, an authorised dealer of your company .The gift item opted by me viz(1) a printer (2)Extended two years waranty have not been supplied to me as promised. I made several quarries with my dealer as well as costomer care of Lenovo Service on different dates but by now I have not received any communication to this effect May I expect earliest responsefrom your part orshould I have to proceed further for the redressal of my grievance?

                                      Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                                      I am Amit Gadbil from Nasik.

                                      I had purchased a laptop from Babal Computers, Pune Road, Nasik. They save that they are the exclusive dealer for Lenovo products in nasik. I had purchased a Lenovo G[protected]Q Model (Invoice no.april/09-10/0217, Ref no. 0217, dated[protected]

                                      My comlpaint is against the dealer and his staff for misguiding/ giving wrong information about the product which I purchased.

                                      Once I visited the showroom on[protected] and got the information on various products. I was then attented by the owner hinself. Then again I visited the showroom on[protected]. This time I was attented by the owner and later one of his staff. They gave me the information of the above mentioned product. I repeatedly asked them about the features in which I also asked them about having an in-bulit Bluetooth in this particular model. And they confirmed me of having Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in the same. Although it was not displayed in the product's features display card (dealer's self made).

                                      However I purchased the product on[protected]. When after using the same I thought there is some problem with Bluetooth and is not working. I went to the dealer on[protected] for getting his feedback. Then to my surprise I came to know that this model doen not have an in-built Bluetooth. The dealer (owner) wasn't saying a word but was just showing me the product features display card. Though he was saying that this model has Bluetooth when I visited for inquiry which he obviously refused at that time.

                                      When once checking with the dealer staff (the other person who attented me on[protected] he agreed that he had attented me and told me about the features of the product, WHICH HE CONFESSED IN FRONT OF THE OWNER THAT HE DID NOT KNEW ABOUT THE FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT. THE OWNER SAID THAT THIS GUY IS JUST THERE FOR SET UP OF COMPUTER SYSYTEM WHICH THEY SELL. THEN MY QUESTION IS THAT WHY HE ATTENDED ME AND GAVE ME THE WRONG INFORMATION? JUST TO SELL AT ANY COST. Not to any once surprise, the attendent also refused that he said that this model has Bluetooth in it.

                                      The dealer first gave me an (unwanted) advice of buying a Bluetooth device and then refused to listen to my complaint. Is it that simple???

                                      I would suggest a company like Lenevo to come down to the market and take a feedback from customers about their dealers and their services.

                                      At the same time I would request you to provide me some solution or atleast some sort of feedback over my complaint.

                                      I am sure this compliant of mine will not get unread.

                                      Lenovo — Not responding and wrong information

                                      I have had a loan sanction for laptoop from Lenovo shoroom in Nehru place and they took pDC which is illegal and also they insist me to give my birthday two year older than oroginal and legally i ma not outhorised to have loan though i am only 20...and they are suppose to present the chgeque in my bank between 1 to 1o but they [resented on 23 which was totally wrong coz an emergency i took out money after keepiung so lpong due to an emergency and also threatend me to present me to collections..
                                      I also Purchased same laptop with invoice no. 10255 on 18/03/09, customer no. CU11436 from UNIQUE INFOWAYS(P)LTD, regd office 308, 3rd floor, skylark building, 60, nehru place, NEW DELHI-110019

                                      they also say me all this about blutooth anf wifi. Even this they gave duplicate CDs of drivers also and not proper drivers. I face so many problems regarding this.

                                      I requst company manager to take serous action regarding this help customer. this will effect your future customers also.

                                      When i uses the laptop at home i find that blutooth is not working,then i go back to the shop,when i asked the dealer about the problem,he can't say any thing.Although, at the purchasing time he says blutooth is available in this laptop.
                                      My complain is against the dealer giving the wrong information about the product which i purchase.
