Sir,

I am Sudhansu Sekhar Sahu. I have taken a Lenevo Cellron Laptop from Ashirbad Computer and Services, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa on 07th August 2007 with finance from bajaj finance in a two year EMI payment scheme . Since more than one year I am paying EMI of Rs. 1082/- through ECS on my account [protected]. I have submitted all the required documents along with 5 Blank Cheques to the agent named Mr. Saroj from Bhubaneswar Branch to avail the loan. But the agent who was dealing my case has not given any documents regarding the reciept of my cheques or any other relevant documents. Even if I dont have any loan number from the Finance. I have asked him to give me but saying no time today will give you tomorrow. In this way I came to know that the person named Mr. Saroj left the Organisation and unfortunately I alos sifted from Bhubaneswar to Faridkot, Punjab in a job. I tried a lot to get the documents but because of busy schedule could not pay visit to local Baja Finance Centre in Bhubaneswar. Can you please help me in getting all those documents now. I have few more months to pay your finance. In between if I wish to close my account by paying rest of amount then what procedures will I follow and how many Ruppes I need to give back. Please clarify the issue. Also please provide me the contact details of your Bhubaneswar, Orissa Centre. My mobile number at present is 0/[protected]. Earlier I have lodged a complaint here on 19/10/2008 but there is no reply. Kindly reply me and help me in informing the way to revive all those documents or kindly give the phone number of the Bhubaneswar Office.

    Dear sir,
    i am neha from NIT, Patna, I went to Sona infotech Service centre regarding my laptop problem, there is motherboard, keyboard, and flap problem(loose from laft side and gap) on 11-10-08 Service centre consider my flap problem as physical damage and fact is that my laptop is not physically damage and till i can't get my laptop insisted of solving my problem they broke my laptop. can u tell me the solution of that.

    HP notebook DV6703TX — BAD service & product support

    I have purchased my notebook in feb 2008 and since then my laptop has gone to the service centre 5 times as its HARDDISK has a problem. The HP service centre at A-200 phase-1 Okhla New Delhi has not provided a solution till date neither they have the skilled staff to rectify the problem. I would suggest all the people not to buy HP products as they have very poor customer support centres.

    Lenovo Note Book Y.510 — Webcam is not working.

    Sir,
    I have purchased Lenovo Y510 from E-mall situated at Super Plaza, Sandesh Press Road, 380 054 on 2.4.2008 at the cost of Rs.46, 180.95 ps.

    Thereafter, on operating the system, I found the Webcam is not working when I intend to chat with my relative at America. It is found that "webcam is not connected".

    Therefore, I had tried to get it solved the problem through E-mall, and I had given them yesterday on 5.5.2008, but they are not giving me satisfactory reply.

    Since I have purchased a notebook worth thousands of rupees, and if the same is not working, it really fees that the said piece must be a defective piece. Kindly do something. I want to see that the webacm may operate in my Yahoo. Hope that my problem may be solved at the earliest by the Company.

    I had visited to your service station which is located at Ankleswar, Bharuch, Gujarat, India named xcort systems
    Sinces last four month the day when note book mainboard get infected & had been changed by your side from that day to till today my notebook recovery drive has been deleted which came to know me & then after when I contact to your service center yr representative told me that I need to talk to customer care, from their I came to know that I need to install recovery drive again for that, I need recovery disk they told me
    it will delivered to my residence address within 10 days till that my notebook was like scrap for me I was eagerly awaited for disk so when ten days got over &
    I call again to customer care a representative told me that its despacth to your address it will delivered to memtioned address with 5 to 6 days again after this period I call to customer care than a represtative told me that main board not contain any serial no. so first you need to visit our nearest service center so again I go back to ankleswar which is 30 kilo meter far from my residence after going their & updation for serial no got done than again I call to customer care & than after again same process has to be followed by me to customer care & finally got disk but it cant help me than after again same process with your service center, person their finally replied that this DISK is not solving this problem so need another disk than after I again called to customer care & followed again same process & they send me disk again after 15 to 20 days I need to be awaited for same time this all things are going on since last four months I think em a foot ball your customer care & service center persons kicking from this goal post other goal post. Em unable to use my notebook & also need to go cyber cafe for small works which is effecting lot to me & my business Till today your service center person has tried new recovery disk which was deliver to me again from your side but still my problem is not solve and now when today again I call to customer care representative took your service center person he also told that this disk is not able to create recovery drive he also told to customer care representative that their might be problem in main board So now em fade up by your this kind of exercise also my notebook is not working my warranty is also running up n near to finished

    Finally would request you take a interest in my notebook, resolve my problem of notebook recover as I have lost my many important data mine


    When I was about to purchase my notebook their are my company who deals in same product but i took your product only with a confidence in quality & service of your with such giant name so request you prove my confidence in you rather to wave me

    Hi,

    First check your integrated web cam installed properly on your laptop if everything is fine means use the key to switch on the web cam.(Fn+Esc) Function+Escap key press together..
    Just try this option..let me know ur try..
    Dear sir, I am mukesh kumar, sir i am sending my leptop bill page in your ID, and my leptop complained no.is L8CM00X1, sir i have wrote my complaint 22 dec.2008. but now not meet me some response, because sir next month going to my leptop warranty period expire. and sir two times i have gone lenovo service center in jaipur. sir my leptop in Alt key & Dvd Rider are not working at this time.

    I am from durgapur, I had a lenovo laptop, I purchased it from Durgapur Computer World but few months ago I found there was a problem in my DVD writter and my laptop was in warranty period so I gave it to my delear. After 3 weeks I asked for the status of my laptop to the Burdwan Service centre and they told me that I will get it after couple of days. Now suddenly they are saying my laptop is missing. I had some important documents on my laptop and I also facing huge problems without my laptop. I dont know what can I do? Please help me to get back my LENOVO LAPTOP.     bt uptill yet i did'nt get ne reply from the company. even number of service center are not responding now.

    When we had bought this laptop we had a offer for a gift of Sony Z555i phone
    For which we had made a demand draft of Rs1499 in the favour of OFFBIT Marketing Services on 28/2/09. Payble at service branch, kolkata.As it was said we handed over the draft and recquired documents to suppllier NS computer for onward dispatch.
    We were asked to wait for a month for the gift.then when we called back he says you will get it in 15 days.and this continued till last month.then we asked for the draft to be returned.
    Is this the service you provide to your customers.

    The OS windows vista home premium that was being instaled in my computer was a pirated one.once while I was doing some work in the net it disabled my OS and says there is problem in the activation key.
    If this is the service provided by your company for your products then I feel sorry for myself to opt for the product and will try and if possible will inform my friends and relatives not to buy this product.and this is one of the main reason why also we didn’t obtain for renwal of warranty.
    Hoping to get back some reply.

    Lenovo — problem in keyboard,display,motherboard,hard disk

    I bought my LENOVA LAPTOP ideapad before 1 yr...after 3 months of buying the laptop keypad space bar damaged,there were no proper guidance for repairing.i gave 3000rs for replacing the old keypad.after 6 months battery and mother board got some pblm...i bought it for my studies but whole year it was in shop for repair only...i didnt meant that all lenova products are bad but the people who are selling it as are not responsing during our pblms...i bought from VBK computers TRICHY...please dont go to that shop for buying the products.......please do some help for replacing my laptop...

    Lenovo — LAN port/socket not working

    the port/socket where we would connect a LAN wire isn't working. even though i connect the LAN wire it is showing as disconnected. What to do now?

      I had bought the warranty upgrade package from Lenovo through a dealer on 16th April, 2008 paying a total of 6600 rupees.I got a sealed kit sent by Lenovo to my dealer which consisted of a form that was to be duly filled with my personal and PC details and to be sent to the address mentioned on the form.Also the form mentioned that the acknowledgement will be sent to me within 14 days and if I don't receive the acknowledgement I can mail them or call them on the email id and the phone number mentioned on the form.I tried to call on the number mentioned but the number does not exist.I mailed them on the email id mentioned on the form but there was no response from the company.I mailed them again after a gap of few days but still no response.This is really wrong on the part of lenovo that they provide no aknowledgement and then give wrong phone number and email id.so that we cannot contact even.Then to my surprise, I got a call from lenovo customer care that my pc is out of warranty and I should upgrade my warranty which means that they have not register my package in their database.I then told the complete scenario as to I have already sent the form but the acknowledgement is pending.He told me he will enquire and let me know.But as expected nothing moved further till date.

      I want to log a serious complain against lenovo.Can you please help me with this.Please let me know if any more information is required.

      i bought lenovo3000 Y410 from ABC infotechs in dharamsala in july 2008 still in warranty and im facing prolem with windows vista programm, it is producing a but sounds when CD is loaded, some times shoch(current) if direct cotact on metalli part while connected to electiricity.and at present i m in delhi(south) where i can show my laptop for correction.do reply soon

      Hello Sir,

      I have log a serious complaint against Lenovo. I have brough a Lenovo Y series laptop with face regnition. My system was affected and have loged a compaint and the technical team it was under warranty and only one month was there to lasp the warranty but they have not took any action from their and refused to help. they have contacted back after the warranty period and ready to do the serive in return of money.

      I have given the laptop to the service centre but they have not workred on it and have return back to me without servicing. from then my laptop once started gets switched off after every half and hour.

      could you please let me know the lenovo service center in bangalore.

        i think the offers are fake.past 2 and above month i didn't receive any offer.even also subscribing it and paying money too by draft.
        I purchased on 28th October, 2008. As per their instruction, I have already sent all the required documents(as mentioned below) by registry post for availing the free gifts.         please tell me the way to get my laptop g510 battery replaced.
        actually i purchase it in august 2008 and earlier the backup was about 3 hour but just within 2-3 month it reduced to 2 hrs and now it is about 1-1/2 hrs it shows only this backup but it is even less than that

        Within one year after buying lenovo g series laptop my display is not working properly and i am also not getting any support from the dealer also. Please look into the matter.

          Sir,

           I went to Sona infotech Service centre regarding my laptop problem, there is motherboard, keyboard, and flap problem(loose from laft side and gap).
           Service centre consider my flap problem as physical damage and fact is that my laptop is not physically damage.
           Mrs. Vandana write down my flap problem as physical damage without examine my laptop and they said that when motherboard, keyboard will not come we can’t open the laptop.
           After 25 days they change my keyboard after that they damage my laptop.
           I have some photographs in which shows my flap problem is not physically damage and there is no crack on the body of the laptop. Service centre damage my laptop body from the lower side at both hinge.
          When i said this in service centre then
          Mr. Devendra reply- this damage from the starting.
          Mr. Pandey reply- on the right side there is crack from the starting and on the left side it is not the crack and said Mrs. Vandana write this on the paper physical damage.
          I ask from mrs. Vandana- when you receive my laptop you write physical damage on my job card, why you write this.
          Mrs Vandana said- i write because of only flap problem.
          I ask- you saw the two crack on both sides at same position below the hinge of the flap.
          Mrs. Vandana said- there is no crack when i received the laptop.
          On 11th November customer care gave time to Mr.Pandey to give updates of my laptop before 2p.m., but he didn’t gave updates regarding the problem.Later on when i tried to contact him by phone then he gave several excuses regarding his busy schedule.
          At last i want you to consider my problem and my requests that I mentioned before in this letter.

I had opted for 2years additional guarantee and PHILIPS MP3 player as free gifts for which, as advised, On 19.10.08 by speed post I had forwarded the print out of the mail forwarding my redemption no, RED[protected], the xerox copy of the purchase invoice and the original bar code serial number.                 Two weeks back i purchsed Lenovo Y430 27813CQ Ideapad model from Lenovo Authorized Showroom at Elgin Road, Kolkata.

                I ordered the Model after looking at Configuration on Lenovo Website.. It had DDR3 RAM and option for Svideo..

                But when the laptop was shipped to my house, i found that it has DDR2 Ram and no s-video port..

                I called customer support and they tell we can not do any thing about that. The configuration written on website is wrong and has no relation with actual product..

                This is clearly bluffing with customers.. now you have purchase and paid.. you have no option just to live with that.

                Also the support is not willing to give any solution.

                  there are so many dedalers in pune ..why don't u take a look in "small classifieds" in times/dna/i.e/sakal..
                  u may definately find one good dealer than him..
                  I also have a same exp for Sony Vaio. I think they are not forwarding the money to the company and keeping it into their pockets. One should never buy their laptop form these cheaters. They are just making us chu*** and nothing else. Thanks to sucking Indian law system that these can openly loot you and roam freely without any fear.

                    hi i bought a lenovo y410, last year which is still under warranty, but have had no end to problems with it.The system is running very slow, also is showing many dvds balnk which arent blank, but the major issue is the keypad...the letter T of the laptop came off on its own one fine day.i took it to the lenovo service centre at nehru place from where i purchased it, and was told it was a customer induced damage so they wont do anything about it...however its not a customer induced damage..and depsite explaining it to them again and again they remained adamant...I work for Dell india and am regretting the decision of not purchasing the product from them...i really want to bring this to the notice of the lenovo management group, that customer service and after sale support they are offering to their customers isnot upto the mark...and it doesnt always serve to question the customer's word, for though a single consumer maynot matter to you..but business also spreads through word of mouth and they should aim at higher level customer satisfaction ..

                            I had applied for loan against a lenovo laptop and submitted papers at Croma to Bajaj Finance representative on 16.10.08.

                            The person (Yadvendra) told me that he will inform the status on next day by 3pm.
                            But at 4pm I made a call and get to know that my loan has not been granted and what I was told that it got rejected by CIVIL.

                            I want to know the exact reason and nothing could be exactly explained to me. What a funny thing???/

                              Battery Life

                              i brought my laptop on july 2007 .My battery suddenly started reduced its backup after a few months.It reduced directly from 65% to 0%...thus turning it off without a warning.Yesterday, my battery has stoppped charging.It now works only on AC power. Wat to do ???...

                              my web cam is not working.when i click to the lenovo easy capture it seems thats camera "initialitzaion faild, lenovo easy capture closed".i'm sure it is a hardware problem.becuse after seeing this problem i installed my camera driver it was installed smoothly, then i uninstall the camera softwre and reinstall it.but there was no change into that problem.my product model is 7757-42Q and the serial no is MA-7WYB7.pleas submit this coplain and give me my case id as soon as possible.

                              lenovo y410 — free gift

                              Dear sir,
                              This mail is to inform you that I have applied for lenovo back pack in march maniya.
                              In that you have asked to submit 250 rs draft for guranteed gift delevery.(redemption code A9A3677E556B )
                              so i submitted all the document(bar code & bill & invoice etc) & draft of rs 250 at the given address by hand.
                              I have called them up again and again regarding this.
                              but even after passing this six month i havent got the back pack.
                              by calling them i am getting the same reply again & again that we havent received the back pack yet.
                              as i am got tired off calling them now. i dont hhave any other option then making a complain.
                              so please look into the matter.
                              and send your reply as soon as possible.

                              When I updated K7 Antivirous, Changed CD-ROM and Updated driver.that time they want also Model no?

                              i had bought a y410 laptop in october 2008 and there was a diwali double deal offer that time. i was supposed to recieve items by 2nd week of january but then i got a phone call asyng the items will be dispatched by the end of january. the items have still not been recieved. please tell us the status and one final date by which we will get the items. or otherwise just tell us from where we can collect it and when. just tell us SOMETHING!!!

                              Some times back my Lenovo 7761 / 4EQ. SR NO. MA -8V14A did not open at all. It happened when I came back from my 15 days trip in Dec.2008.I had complained at C.Care (# [protected]) in Jan.2009. They advised me to use NOVO BUTTON -the onekey recovery key.My laptop opened but all files except a few were gone.I have to download every thing from MS office to adobe, media player to DVD player, One care to Norton etc.But still I'm unable to retrieve WEB CAMERA.Once I've downloaded Easy Capture but it only captured screen items i.e.icons on desktop. please help me.                               I bought a Lenovo Laptop Y410 in the month of June 2008. I rarely play disc. However, very recently a problem croped up with my DVD drive.It makes lot of cracking sound whenever I insert a disc. But then I can play a CD but cannot open and play DVD disc.                               Lenevo Y410 model integrated webcam not working. It is always showing Webcam busy when you open easy capture.

But from one month ago I am facing a problem of a lwhite line is appeared on the screen. Here dealer is not at all listening to us. So we now bought new laptop of Dell from Ranchi.                                 My husband had bought a lenovo Y serise laptop with original Microsoft Vista as OS from S.A Infotech, Bhubaneswar about 1 years ago.Within one month of purches we found IE appchrase issue, we had lodge lots of complaints against it but they didnot respond to my complains.
                                Today when i open my laptop its screen doesn't show anything. so We take laptop to the lenevo showroom they told us that we charge RS. 1600 to look into this and it may required Rs.8000 to Rs.9000 to fix the problem, so you first decide and collect the money then contact us. Is this the way the Lenevo treat their customer.Its only one year of buying a product worth Rs.45000 is like this .
                                i am just feed up with this type of service.I feel we were cheated for buying this brand.

                                I need you should think of it.Please help me in this regards.

                                I bought Lenevo Laptop in the year May 2007, when i switched on my laptop today, a white line appeared across the entire screen. When i started searching about this problem, i understood that this is the major problem in most of Lenevo laptop, the only solution is to replace the LCD monitor

                                Its hurting me lot, i bought a laptop for a Rs.63000, its still in new look, but it has not even served 3 years. when i contacted the lenevo service centre, they are asking Rs. 1600 for diagnosing + Replacement charges for the LCD. (= a new laptop cost)

                                I am cheated for buying the Laptop Lenevo

                                  We bought a Lenovo Y410 SNO EB 07996709/MA9W56Z from Madurai -Vetra, on July9, 2008, hardly 45 days passed we noticed rusting of external parts, taken up the matter with Lenovo Bangalore service centre they mentioned there is no claim eligibility for rusting of parts.
                                  Also to mention that BLR service centre opened the lap top and noticed the rusting of parts inside too, having spent Rs40, 000 with in 2 months we are in this situation.
                                  Iam using lap top of different make since 2000 i never had this problem earlier. pl assist us.

                                    I am Pallavi. My father had purchased one lenovo laptop from SOFTNET INFOSYS PVT. LTD, PATNA, BIHAR on 09/01/2008. My lenovo laptop S/N is MA-8N05T and Model Name is 7757-54Q. Now, this laptop has very big sound problem. I am very desperate of this. More over what i had heard about the sound quality of the LENOVO LAPTOP is not upto the mark.when I contacted the shopkeeper, They said me the reason of VISTA OPERATING SYSTEM.
                                    Finally, till today i am not satisfied with its sound quality

                                    Now my stand is what's the use of LENOVO in comparision to others.

                                      I am studying in NITIE, Mumbai at our Institute we have purchased near about 50 laptops of lenovo product.
                                      But many of them are defective we have been cheated by this company...
                                      Many o[censored]s facing lot of problem such as net connection, webcam is not working, somebodies touchpad is not working, speed of laptop is too low though having 3GB RAM and 1.83GHz, keyboards some keys not working, hard disk corrupted.
                                      We many times had made phone calls to dealer names Tushar... Every time he is giving assurance that his engineer is going to come and visit...but since 2months everyday many of them are calling but he is not giving service...Just now we have purchased 2 months ago and it is having 3years warranty...
                                      Plz do help us...
