CD/DVD RW

Dear Sir
We have purchase a Lenovo Laptop Y500 in july 2007. I have a problem in my CD/DVD RW.The CD/DVD Rw read only original CD/DVD like Windows Vista, Lens Cleaner. I try to Clean that lens and contact to the dealer of Lenovo in Sikar(Rajasthan).But No Response.

hardware problem

Dear sir,
I had purchase a lenovo pc on diwali from "DEEPAK SALES 1st C ROAD SARDARPURA, JODHPUR"
Our cabinet make too much noise when we boot (start) the computer. But It should not make noise. Non delivery of Diwali Double Deal offers

The Lenovo laptop has been purchased under the offer declared by company but the offers have not been sent even after four months have passed.
This is a betrayal of the company and the private agency i.e.Channel Technologies A-74, Sector : 2 Noida (UP) has not been able to provide services to the customer.

visited service centre more than five times in 1st year itself

I have been facing serious issues in my laptop(lenovo 7757 82Q). Earlier it was the speakers stopped working, then the DVD drive dint work. i have got this DVD drive replaced three to fou times. i cant even make a backup of my data. my laptop serial number is MA91N4T. today is the last day before my warranty expires. iam going again to the service centre with the same issue of DVD drive not working....

Poor Help

I have this Lenovo Laptop and in the manual it shows me how to do a recovery action. The manual says to Press the Lenovo Care Button. No where in the manual does it say where this button is. Is this button a key on the keyboard. I seek help from Lenovo but that is a loss as there is no help. Seek help on forums but no where does it say which button is the Lenovo Care Button. battery and ac adapter both are not working

Problem : 1. I had purchased the laptop on 24th August, 2007 and few days back laptop battery suddenly stopped working. It does not charge when connected to the system with the AC adapter. The system used to function only with the AC adapter attached. The system was not function on battery alone.
