    My mobile Lenovo k8 note restart frequently .and I gave to the authorised service centre they told that your phone boot ic problem so change that ic .. suddenly I said change that boot ic they told that no stock then I said it's kk no problem take 15 days time and if the phone is working properly then you can call me and gave back they agreed .today the service centre owner said that sir I have searched the parts that particular part is not available.i have shocked this is the way the Lenovo company treat the customer ..and i have noticed that most of Lenovo k8 note users have the same boot ic problem ...the company has to answer ihave paid money for the produt not a stone ...thank you

      This is my 4th complain that has been raised in 2yr span of purchase. It seems lenovo product and service is pathetic. Even after multiple follow-up and escalation on service no satisfying response. I asked for replacement they said it's not making up with the doa guidelines. Even my product is covered under warranty max of the time i am not able to use the laptop as it is in servicing. Once i am out from warrenty i won't be able to work with that laptop as i would be scared to user because it will get damage and i won't be able to fix as too costly parts. Never purchase lenovo laptop.

        I bought laptop(Legion) on 25-Dec-2019 and that time an offer going on (if you bought any laptop you get an extra +2yr extented warranty @Rs.999)whose price without offer is approx Rs.10, 000.Due to this offer I bought Lenovo Legion but to get this offer there is an condition that is you have to extend your warrant within 7day of purchase. But when we go for extension of warranty through online on 5th day of purchase I am totally shocked when I see that my warranty has about to expire within 106 days and showing that warranty start date 20/04/2019 and End on 19/04/2020 so I contact lenovo customer support and he said to drop a mail on [protected]@lenovo.com, So i drop a mail a mail to update the purchase date with my bill. but on next day (6th Day from puchase) when I go for to extend my warranty I found my purchase date are not update so I again contact to customercare executive and they said "you should have to wait 7days to process and this time told me to drop a mail on [protected]@lenovo.com, so i do the same i drop mail, they update my purchase date but on (8th days from purchase).

        So due to poor service and lack of support to your customer from lenovo, I didn't have to claim my offer.

        I contact many depatment of lenovo to extent my laptop warranty @999 offer they always refer one-another within her department to contact and refuse to provide service because this issue not come under his service like police department.

        I also drop mail on various lenevo department on regarding this warranty extension like:-

        3.[protected]@ndslindia.com
        4.[protected]@ndcommerce.in
        5.[protected]@lenovo.com

        I also get reply from these department but none of them try to solve my problem some of them refer to contact other department, some of them reply i am not able to solve problem regarding this, and some of them also said that next time when this offer come you contact me i extent your warranty but when i contact at offer time there answer is also same I didn't help in this issue and give me an email to drop a message regarding this.

        I am tired of playing email-email, live chat, whatsapp-whatsapp.I also wasted 7 month(it's JULY) in the hope of my problem will we fix.
        they didn't even try to contact me and personally to explain why they didn't able to extent my warranty? and where is my fault?And now due lockdown I also not able to contact through call.

        I only want to extend my warranty if you not able to extend my warranty then I want full REFUND.

          Hello

          I have purchased lenovo legion y540 gaming laptop bearing serial number:pf1rs3j1 0n 25-aug-2019. Since the 30days of purchase. It started having issues like
          1. Sudden battery discharge from 40% to 6%. It was my first laptop purchase. So i learned to contact lenovo by googling it. They replaced the battery when the engineer came to replace the battery i have seen finger prints on the panel i asked him they said that it doesn't affect the laptop.
          2. Then i got touchpad issue after contacting them for months they have arranged an engineer to check.
          He said that it could have caused because of the battery. Since the battery got replaced there will be no issue
          3. After having that issue for months i started facing issue on graphic card like sudden freezing, crashing and flickering while playing games
          4. Despite having touchpad issue they asked me to wait until motherboard is replaced. They have replaced motherboard on 15-july-2020. The engineer who visited to replace the motherboard is inefficient he removed and replaced five times after replacing motherboard. I switched on the laptop sudden when i checked on system information the serial/model name of motherboard is different from my model. It belongs to lenovo legion y7000 series.
          5. Even after replacing motherboard it started having same issues. The motherboard which came with the laptop is better than the motherboard they have sent me. See the service of the company
          I bought laptop for 70k to get decent gaming and work experience. I have contacted company for replacement they said that they will not provide. Since issues started i am searching for solution. I want it to be replaced/refunded. I hope that you help me regarding this issue.

            I purchased IdeaPad S145 39.6cms - Grey colored. I've been using this new laptop for the last 8 days and I'm feeling very uncomfortable while I use it. The main reason is its brightness is very low for the picture and video and volume is very low and video quality is not good.

            I connected to the customer care team and they asked me to connect the premium customer care team. Rajeev from the premium customer care team took the remote session and he has gone through all system diagnoses and found no issue with hardware or software.

            At this point, I am not happy with this laptop and it is not as per my expectations. I want to return it and want a refund.

            They are diverting me to the different teams and not responding me and wasting my time.

            Their technical team denied to return it and told me that there is no such policy. I have to show them their policy mentioned on the Lenovo India website.

            Please do the needful.

                My newly purchased laptop is not working problem and started creating typing problem automatically. It starts printing nonstop * like this automatically.
                Everytime i have to use backspace just to type even a word also.

                I wish to add that my laptop is in warranty and was purchased few months ago only. It is used always with proper care.

                  It has been 16 days before i purchased a lenovo product from its exclusive store,

                  The purchased product came as defective i have a complaint about it but they are not giving service according to i paid them.

                  They just wasting my time checking the issue for hours and also not giving any feedback after it,

                  I have tried chat support, call support, email support but they not responding to me,

                  Please assist me what should i do now?

                      I would like to bring my case in your notice that I have recently(3 hours back from the cancellation request call) ordered a lenovo tablet (Order Number is [protected]) by mistake and I wanted to cancel the order and for the same I tried calling the lenovo support and wrote a mail also for the same requesting them to cancel my order asap, in the reply of which I am getting the link to track my order from Pearl A and was told that it is dispatched also. I am really disappointed with this kind of behaviour from Lenovo support that they are treating my cancellation request as Delivery related type as mentioned in the trailing mails. Please look into the matter asap and treat it as urgent.

                      Again, I would like to CANCEL the order and I am not asking for faster delivery as is assumed by the team. Hope I would be getting the constructive reply soon and the estimate of when can I get my refund.

                      Now i would like to complaint against them as in their policies also its clearly mentioned that you can cancel the order if its not dispatched and if its dispatched you can get the refund once the product is back to its origin with 2.5 charges deducted and also after deducting their courier charges from it.

                      Now ill tell u the trick that they have played with me and also many customers placing the order and tries to return.

                      I have raised the cancellation request to them on 5:44pm and they gave the product to delivery person at 6:10pm as fetched from records so that they can say that they have already dispatched the product. So a person who ignores these details will assume that they have followed their policies. but any person with some basic common sense can tell what they have done and rejected the request of cancellation even they have not dispatched the product then.

                      Please treat this matter as urgent and help me in getting the refund for the product.

                        On 19-june-2020 i purchased lenovo laptop from reliance digital store and after using it for 2 days i found out that laptop is not able to work for atleast 1hr and bluetooth gets uninstalled automatically and laptop gets lagging sometimes, so i contacted lenovo and reliance digital customer care team for replacement of laptop but they didn't gave me any kind of replacement or solution of this problem. And now i'am not able to work properly on laptop.

                          I bought the lenovo k8 note on january 2019 from buy my mobile it is very heavy heating gave to service center they said that mother board issue, cant do anything with the mobile. It has been only one year the mobile i used, very disappointed with the lenovo mobile. Please refund the amount or provide me new handset for this issue.

                            I need to get my laptop fixed at the earliest. I would not have bought lenovo laptop, if i would have know about the pathetic product. Not working within 20 days of purchase.

                            I installed the same os after this laptop was delivered it to me and it ran successfully for 20 days. During this time of installing, the entire installation was complete within 45 mins.

                            Besides, i am using the same os, in other laptops and it is working like a charm.

                            Its is lenovo's product, which is freaking faulty. I was working on it, and then it suddenly froze, and restarted by itself, to do a automatic repair. The automatic repair failed. The laptop, did not start, and gave message -

                            "an operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system. Press ctrl+alt+del to restart "

                            I tried to do system restore, it failed with an error.
                            I tried to install windows 10 using usb drive, it was stuck at second stage for an hour.
                            I tried to re-install it again, the windows set-up din't start, and kept loading for 2 hrs approx.
                            I went to safe mode with networking with windows 7 disc, and formatted the drives using diskpart.
                            I called a local tech, he tried to install windows using usb drive, it was stuck on the same screen for an hour. He clearly concluded that there is a problem with a hard drive.
                            I tried to install windows and it was stuck on the screen, where is asks to select the partition for an hour.
                            I tried to re-install it, now it is stuck, as shared in the screenshot for 3 hrs now.

                            Then lenovo's idiotic technician will say that, they cannot support me as it is a dos system. It is a problem with lenovo's # hdd. I have warranty and premium care, and i need this to be fixed. I don't want to know lenovo's # policies, rs 42000 is not less, it a huge amount and i will need to get this fixed.
                            I still have 340 days of warranty remaining as on today.

                            I have purchased premium care as well. This is not my fault. It is clearly lenovo's fault, there is a problem with your hdd.

                                I purchased lenova laptop model 81vd002pin for rs 37264/ on[protected] purchased at reliance retail limited 9512 reliance retail digital rajahumundry. Paid the same through card. Submit that ism a student using the same for digital class purpose. With in one month from the date of purchase the lap top is not functioning and screen was damaged by splitting and liquid damage. There is no physical damage except manufacturing defect. I inform the same to reliance customer care and lenova customer care but in vain. I pray for replacement of system. Since iam a poor student.

                                  I have placed the order for lenovo tab on 17th may 2020 from their website. I am trying to track my order status, but i am unable to get any information since,

                                  I have ordered it online since lenovo committed to deliver it within 8 to 10 days.

                                  1. The number they provided to track the order is getting disconnected while waiting for a service representative. Tried more than 20 times, no luck.

                                  2. The email id provided in the website is bouncing.

                                  3. Tried the alternative email id but no response.

                                  4. There is a view order status option in the website but that doesn’t work either
                                  5. Not able to contact post sales lenovo team
                                  6. Pre sales team have no idea.. When it will be delivered.
                                  7. I have asked them for cancellation of my order.. But they didnt responded.

                                  I am completely lost since i have no clue on what is happening with my order and when can i expect the laptop!

                                    We have purchased a lenovo think book on 20th january 2020 with sr. No. Lr0blr6n. Now, the screen has some issues which can be seen in the attachments. As the customer care is not working much on call. We have coordinated with them for the repair with request no. [protected]. This is an internal issue with the screen so it has to be replaced in warranty without any charges because it's not damaged. Lenovo india is asking for charges now but it has not fallen or damaged by us.

                                      I recently bought one legion laptop 2 months ago and it's now not charging. I have complained about this and it's been 2 weeks. They are showing very irresponsible behaviour, and I have called multiple times. I was supposed to give my exam on June 15th for my online test and had all my submition files in laptop and I wasn't able to access it. You call it premium care, but doesn't do anything which shows premium. It's more than 2 weeks now and I still don't know that when will I get my parts and laptop will start working.
