My lenovo k8 note, after oreo update keeps on turning on and of[censored]ntil the battery is completely drained. If charged it starts the on off loop again. I searched many forums and this is the problem with all the lenovo k8 note users. How can the same problem be seen in each phone if it is not a software glitch. The customer care tries to teach some methods of resetting and disabling moto app launcher but those can be done if the phone is starting. The phone is not even going beyond the lenovo logo. The phone has become completely useless ever since and no steps have been taken by lenovo for the same. Every k8 note user is facing the issue. And lenovo is sleeping. Lenovo should call the users to the service center and solve this problem urgently.

    Ive been to the service center multiple times for the repair and everytime they say it's fine and i still need to go again i even tried online customer support nothing works sometimes the laptop is with service center for more than 2weeks insipite of doing everything they said and lots of troubles and irritation i'm still having problem with lenovo! Online ppl says that they can only provide limited software support and there is no issue with hardware and for software they can oy install is! Which is not solving the issue! Offline service says that hardware have a prblm and is rectified and it also not and issue still exists i'm fed up with lenovo service is really bad i can't take anymore either replace my lap or need a solution immediately

    My mobile model Lenovo k6 battery change they said that pic your mobile after 1hour but after i hour that said phone start nahi ho reha, next day they give mobile, it not charging, volte mod not work, his new battery so week, care response is very poor
    I have purchase a Lenovo laptop i3 7th Gen on dated 20.12.2019, from starting it shows a fault that back up is not enough for 1 hour. inspite of 2 times complain there is no attempt for solve a customer s problem behalf of company.

      I have raised complain for laptop keyboar issue before that my laptop worked previously very well without any os issue.
      After the engineer did something in laptop, laptop got hanged and showing problem now.

      Now my issue not resolved and vendor also badly misbehaved and they told me that they will not resolve my issue. Laptop is only 10 months and comes in under warranty.

      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible as high priority basis as its impacting office work.
      I launched a complain in lenovo team (Compln no-[protected]
      ) but they are also not responding my issue.
      Please solve my and issue and take some strict action against them

        Lenovo customer care and laptop are irritating me from 3/12/19.
        3/12/19 - flickering issue on screen.
        6/12/19 - engineer visits (Looses one nut at the back panel and creates a additional problem in closing back panel my laptop)
        8/12/19 - new complaint registered for engineer re-visit
        8/12/19 - 14/12/19 (Continuous calls for engineer visit but no one comes (It feels like fooling customers)
        15/12/19 - laptop display flickering started again.
        16/12/19 - engineer comes at home without nut for back panel and argues for non-availaibility of same nut. Another nut added but flickering problem was not considered as lenovo wants proof that customer is facing problem.
        Engineer says to make video along with another device connected to check the core problem.
        23/12/19 - finally at 1:48 a. M. I was able to make a video as asked by engineer as a proof. I asked for re-visit.
        (Flicker occur between 31 and 32 sec.)
        Screen flickers in laptop but not on televsion when attached with hdmi cable.
        Here are proof of my actual problem (Other than created by lenovo premium care engineers).
        24/12/19 -
        The engineer was supposed to come as per talk with support system but today support system says for no re-visit was planned.
        I have to leave for college and my projects are pending as i lenovo engineers and laptop wasted my vacations.

          Dear sir,
          My name is sanjeev saini. I wanted to purchase a laptop for my wife dr. Poonam saini, assistant professor, punjab engineering college, chandigarh, through gem portal. Regarding this matter, more than a month, i was dealing with mr. Jagdeep singh, sales manager public business-north of lenovo (E-mail: [protected]@lenovo.com mobile: +91 [protected], office: +[protected]. After receiving the email confirmation of the required model and specifications, the product was successfully uploaded on gem portal by mr. Jagdeep singh. Following which, my wife took all necessary approvals from concerned department and placed the order on gem portal. To this, further mr. Jagdeep singh gave acceptance of the same on gem portal. This made me sure that my laptop will be delivered as there is 15 day period once order is accepted. However, to my shock, till date, my laptop has not been delivered. When i tried reaching mr. Jagdeep for the issue, there is no response from his side to my emails, phone calls and whatsapp messages.

          This complete issue reflects a non-serious as well as nil business ethics on a company’s part. As a customer, i am still waiting for my laptop delivery and the concerned official (Mr. Jagdeep) is not even bothered to inform me the right reason for delay.

          Kindly look into this matter urgently. I may send all conversation records from my part if needed (Emails and whatsup messages). Hope to hear a quick reply in this matter.

            I have given my laptop for service on 5th october to lenovo official repair center in hyderabad, they took the laptop and said that battery needs to be replaced and took advance of rs 7000, after 2 months on 7th of december they are telling me that the part is not available, i got emails from the center that 4 batteries arrived from their center which were all damaged, i purchased this laptop in 2016 and its very rude to get an answer that its parts are not available, even after taking money from me and assuring that they will fix the issue. During this 2 months i have to leave my laptop in their service center, paid the whole price for the part as well. Even i am not sure if they have created any new problem with the laptop or have diagonised wrongly.               I had purchased a laptop on 10th december 2018 from sujata computers, pune.

              However, from the time i purchased it, it is running very slow and has severe performance issues. I had shown it to the sujata computers, pune multiple times. However, they could not solve the issue and did not help us.

              This is pure harassment done from lenovo and its dealers. From the past one year, the laptop is giving serious performance issues due to which my work is suffering severely.

              I have also purchased 2 years additional adp warranty for the laptop from lenovo website.

              Hence, i want to lodge a complaint regarding the same for replacement of laptop.

                Respected sir/ma'am,
                With due respect i had been an owner and quite a fan of lenovo products for a long time which was quite a enjoyable experience for me. With further hope to continue this experience i purchased a lenovo yoga 520. Little had i known that this laptop will turn into a complete disaster for me from lenovo's side i would have never done the same. So going forward with my purchase and just after 2.5 months of purchase the laptop's screen had issues for which the screen had to be replaced. Then came the real truth about lenovo's after sales service which was a complete havoc. The display was changed but i got sure that it is not quality which is being strived for at lenovo. The display got changed but many damages were done to the laptop. Well as it was small i chose to ignore it which i shouldn't have. Now not again after 3 months my laptop started having issues. The laptop went to a state where it would just not turn on i. E now i had a dead laptop. Upon contacting premium service (Yes i opted for it by paying extra) a service order for my motherboard was created which took more than 15 days to arrive and even after so many requests to the premium care i wasn't given any standby laptop for use as it was promised while opting for premium care. Now after the laptop arrived and when the service engineer came and after opening the laptop and checking the laptop came to a conclusion that the laptop's board as well as the ram are faulty and ordered a new ram for the same. While closing up the laptop the service engineer lost the screws to the outer laptop body and had to leave stating when he will bring new ram he will bring me the screw as well. The ram stick came the next day and a new service engineer was allotted to me. Now this is where my laptop went from to laptop to a piece of trash. The new service engineer didn't know how to handle a laptop letalone a premium yoga one. So after coming the started opening the laptop with pressure wherein the process he just inserted a metal pryer instead of a plastic pryer and forced his way inside my laptop hence damaging my laptops body which can be seen in the attached images. The complete lower back panel of the laptop is now damaged after this. Even after so many requests to handle my laptop with care it wasn't done so. But the havoc never ended here. There's a even longer story to to it now. Now after opening the laptop he opened up the screws to various components and was in turn damaging them to the most extent possible. He pulled out the ribbon connectors in my laptop so wildly that the motherboard connector of my laptop's fingerprint ribbon cable came off i. E. Broke off from the laptop. He said that it's an old one so don't worry we will be replacing it right now with a new one. And he went on pulling all the components connected to my laptop with pressure and it turn damaged some wires as well. The main shock came to me when after installing new motherboard and ram he installed all the components and afterwords to check he had to disconnect all the components to check the minimum component power on he started pulling all the components with sheer pressure ad guess what the new laptop's motherboard broke from the exact same place i. E. The fingerprint connector. Now even after this the went further ahead to break of the ram shield holders and damaged most of the connectors in my laptop and the wire. Now this was at night 9.30 pm when it all happened. To further top it off he even had the audacity to say that you don't require fingerprint so it doesn't matter if fingerprint connector gets broken or not. And if required after some time give another complaint for the same and we will provide you with a new board. He even lost the heat sink tape which was pasted on top of the wifi card to prevent getting it short circuited as those two wires are really closed to each other. Now in the end i am left with damaged laptop. Damaged outside to the body to numerous places including laptop lower body, laptop screen hinges while trying to pry off the laptop cover to access motherboard components, scratched at multiple places. Damaged inside at places as he broke off the fingerprint wire connector and ram shield holding and all the connector wires. Due to this my fingerprint reader is not working or getting detected in my laptop. The pictures are attached herewith for the same.
                Now i would like to clarify some things to lenovo. I immediately reported all of these which happened to me to lenovo executive at premiumcare.

                  Sir i have purchased lenovo k8 note two years back. Now it is not functioning. Doing auto off on continuously.in service centre, people told that it is mother board problem. Huge amount they r asking. I am 62, worried about my cell. What remedy. Lenova company should consider replace mother board free of cost those people who are having the same issue. Otherwise company name will spoil. I do not buy in future lenovo products.

                    Purchased the lenovo ideapad 330s i3 8 th gen laptop on march 7, 2019 from reliance digital, thrippunithura store. After 6 months.., bezzels of the screen are tampered and the monitor got separated from the body, the hinges are damaged, displaying 2-3 white dots on the screen. Battery drying.. Only work with plugged condition. This laptop was get back to the lenova service centre, kadavanthra, kochi on[protected]. After their inspection, they give the lap on 25-11-19. Battery replaced charging issue resolved. For dot on display, they rejected the case because the machine dont have a adp (Accident damage protection) warranty. I need to repair/replace the system immediately. Please do needfull.

                      I have bought a Lenovo legion y540 on August 14 during back to college offers where we can get a gaming gear for approx 2000/- and I have registered the product and paid for the offer on August 17th. I got a date of fullfilment in Oct and I have not yet received any delivery. Even the customer care support agents responsible are not replying for the emails. The service is highly dissapointing and I still have no idea regarding the status of my order which was supposed to be fullfilled almost a month back itself. I was quoted to receive the offer in 45 days from payment and it's been more than 90 days now. Kindly look into the matter. I have mentioned to the customer service that I had to leave for abroad in October and I need it to be delivered before that so that I can take it along, but they have not considered it and neither they responded accordingly even though the date of my travel was very much after the 45days from purchase they still failed to deliver it. Kindly look into the matter and help me with the issue.

Its approx more than 2 month and till now i have not received it. The customer service is worst as i have called it many times but after the computerized voice the call is disconnected.                           Last week all of the sudden my laptop stopped working, something called no power issue. I registered my complaint in lenovo, technician came yesterday to fix the same. Then he asked me to upgrade my warrenty as he said motherboard issue is common and may occur again, i asked if there any permanent solution for this then he said there is no solution motherboard does get damage in certain period of time. Is this the quality you are providing? Before this laptop i was using dell, to be honest i have used it very roughly but i didn't have to use my warrenty at any time there was no issue at all, that is something what we call it quality. Your technician can't guarantee how long motherboard (Which was replaced by him only) will work, what else can i say. I need explanation

                              My lenovo k8 note suddenly started restarting & now noe getting switch on.

                              I have taken to lenovo service center but phone issue not resolved. They have informed me that it will take 80% of phone cost for repair for just software issue... Might be.

                              It is hard to accept that without doing nothing phone stopped working & not repairable.

                              Again i have to buy another phone but definitely not lenovo.. & will not recommend lenovo.. To any one.

Sometimes windows issues, sometimes privacy violation, sometimes sleep mode issues. And now keypad not working.                                   I got a new lenovo k9 note mobile from sangeetha stores in anatapuram andhra pradesh. After 3 months i cracked my mobile mistakenly, then i serviced it on september 18 2019.in a lenovo service center with the cost of3000/ rs, after a month my mobile stop to work on touch, then i get it into that service center they asked me fare of800/- rs to repare it. Then after my request they repare it for free as they give me warrenty of 6 months. Not it has been 4 months i am useing this mobile, its work on camera, battery, screen colour was decreaseing. Iam not satisfied with this type of behavior in my mobile. I request u to replace or any clame. Plz react for my complaints

                                      I go this laptop lenovo-ideapad 330 few months back and already m facing issues with it. I am an architect and ii tend to use cad, sketchup and revit, photoshop as my softwares on daily basis. And whenever i try opening any of it it stops working and my laptop gives a blue screen and demands for restart.
                                      What the heck.. I have calling lenovo customer service none of them helped me. They called one guy and that guy was like come to my service centre will fix it. I mean what is the bloody problem of lenovo people. They just dont care about their customers. Very bad. Highly disappointing. I would not recommend anyone to buy lenovo laptops.
                                      Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      it's related to Windows devlce driver, delete corrupted drivers.

                                        I have a complaint against lenovo laptop. I bought laptop inseptember 2018. Laptop has an alignment problem for which i contacted them in feb 2019. 1stly they asked me to go to the service center when i went their the service executive asked me to utilise the onsite service. Later they chnage the base panel of laptop but the alignment problem didnt get rectify. I continued with the case and asked them to rectify it somehow they agreed in chnging the body of the laptop by using my laptop one year warrant. Still the issue remains same and no solution provided. At the mr. Mondal the lenovo service manager said that its a design issue and they will return my laptop warrenty but no solution can be provided.
                                        After few months in september when te problem and i came to know that it's not a design it's manufacturing defect i called lenovo care. Instead of helping they stretched the case for good one month but the case didn't resolve. Finally on 14th the laptop got sealed for replacement and they promised that they will try to get it done by 21st october. But replacing laptop is such big task that till date i have no update for the same. I called them twice dropping mail every day not update has been shared properly. I have all the prroves for the same
