I was given a cashback code of rs. 3000 while placing a lenovo thinkbook, value rs. 65, 000, order no - [protected], dated 22nd october 2019.
I was told that i will receive the cashback within 30 days.
I entered the code, successfully made the payment and placed the order.
However, after the completion of 30 days, i didn't receive the cashback.
When i contacted lenovo's customer care team, they denied giving cashback without any specifics.
Please help me to get the cashback of rs. 3000.

Complaint marked as Resolved I received an email from the company, and they initiated promised cashback.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
