My name is sumedh patil, i just bought lenovo thinkpad e490 with serial number pg01s7b3, mtm number : 20n8s0ne00 only 2 months ago. It is under warranty and giving me sound issue. Its been 3 days i am complainting again and again to lenovo but they are not at all providing me fix solution just wasting my time on call they are just telling me to install this and that. Worst service experience i ever had.

Lenovo — audio problem issue. No audio is coming on the laptop. It shows no audio output device installed. can u send some to fix this problem or call on my mobile no [protected], [protected]. In the taskbar it shows red cross.

    She said that the store is not operational yet, we will let you know very shortly.
    Today, i contacted them by phone and she said that you go to the service center, and meet mr. Adnan there.

    Today, i still went to your service center again on 25/02/2020, time aprox 3:45 pm.

    k8 note freezes and auto restarts

    I had bought lenovo k8 note for 8000 rs. A year and half ago. Now it is freezing and auto restarts. I went to their service centre and they told me that it is a hardware issue and the repair cost will be 14000/- rs.

    I showed it to various mobile repairers and they confirmed about the motherboard issue. I have read many comments by customers facing the same problem. It seems lenovo has either not launched this phone with sufficient...

    I was given a cashback code of rs. 3000 while placing a lenovo thinkbook, value rs. 65, 000, order no - [protected], dated 22nd october 2019.
    I was told that i will receive the cashback within 30 days.

    I entered the code, successfully made the payment and placed the order.

    However, after the completion of 30 days, i didn't receive the cashback.

    When i contacted lenovo's customer care team, they denied giving cashback without any specifics.

    Please help me to get the cashback of rs. 3000.

      I purchased a laptop on 30jan2020 but i am facing network wifi issue since i bought it. They just keep sending engineer to fix the issue but engineer always just reset window to fix the issue temporary and issue got received every after 1-2 days.

      I am an official guy who need to work on laptop on daily basis but because of such issue my job is on risk.

      You are requested to please escalate it to concern team and replace the laptop so that i can get a good laptop and save my job pls.

      Let me explain you the whole story in details-

      30 jan2020- i bought laptop from sargam electronic delhi.

      After one day (When i started to use this laptop) laptop started getting hung.

      After 2-3 days, facing issue with network as i couldnt see available wifi network. I contacted lenova technical team through whatsapp and lenova team tried to troubleshoot the issue remotely but they couldn't resolved the issue.

      So i did reset and it started working again. But now new search issue occured as i was not able to search the items in search bar so again i called lenova team. Lenova technical team contacted me and worked remotely but again they were unable to fix the issue.
      So i did reset again and issue got fixed.

      Again after 2-3 days, same network issue occured which was occured 3-4 days ago as well. Means system reset just resolving the issue for time being, not permanently.

      Lenovo engineer visited at my place and tried to troubleshoot the issue but he wasn't able to resolve the issue. He went back without resolution.

      5-6 days went without any resolution.

      Yesterday again lenovo engineer visited at my home and replaced the wifi card and updated the bios but issue still unresolved. So engineer did reset the window and issue got fixed. As i mentioned to engineer as well that window reset just resolve the issue temporary, not permanently. But engineer said that he dont have any other options now and just monitor the issue.

      But today again, same wifi issue occured.

      Trust me there are some issues with this laptop as issue is occurring since i bought this laptop.

      I asked lenovo to replace this laptop but guys are saying there are scratch on laptop. But i mentioned many times that there is a small invisible scratch at bottom of the laptop. It is not a big one but a very small one and cant seen from far. It can happen with any laptop which place on surface.

      I wasn't able to work on this laptop since i bought it.

      Please understand and get it replaced.

      Lenovo engineer just keep coming and just do reset to fix the issue temporary. Such visit just waisting their time and mine as well as i have to stay at home by cancelled all plan for the day.

      Request you to please get it replaced or provide a permanent solution.

        I bought a lenovo ideapad 330s just 6 months back. The laptop developed a black patch on the screen. I have been careful in handling my laptop and this black patch has appeared on the screen over night.

        I called the customer service and they asked me to forward the pictures of the black patches.
        Looking at the image they denied me a replacement of the screen.

        How can two customers with the same issue be treated differently during the warranty period.

        This customer's screen was replaced. How can i be denied the replacement.

        I brought a Lenovo K8 note from Flipkart hardly 2 years back.Now it is not working.Just automatically switchs off and on.Service centre saying it is mother board complaint.These KI notes are all faulty.The company should compensate me for this.
        There was not much usage in the phone neither was it used for gaming.

          I purchased lenovo laptop on 20 jan 20 from nehru place showroom. Laptop is very slow. Their showroom refuses to replace or refund.

          Before buying i informed sales guy that i do multitasking. Sales guy alok assured i won't face any problems in multi tasking if i buy i3. Now even on opening 5 tabs in chrome it goes not responding and laptop is very slow.

            Lenovo laptop _ service warranty system is a cheat in india. Lenovo customer service refunds my service warranty without my consent. They respond to your email as per they're wish and remain silent when they are in fault. Doing mis-selling of service warranty related products. They are reluctant to give on-site services maintenance.

              Product dealer took original product's price of 1850. But supplied us poor quality charger. The charger' plug quality is very poor and the adaptor is also very light n covering is also of very poor quality. The charger is not looking same also like we got with laptop it's totally with poor quality... As we bought new but as we plugged in the adaptor, the pin started moving n got loose from the adaptor..

                My lenovo k8 note, after oreo update keeps on turning on and of[censored]ntil the battery is completely drained. If charged it starts the on off loop again. I searched many forums and this is the problem with all the lenovo k8 note users. How can the same problem be seen in each phone if it is not a software glitch. The customer care tries to teach some methods of resetting and disabling moto app launcher but those can be done if the phone is starting. The phone is not even going beyond the lenovo logo. The phone has become completely useless ever since and no steps have been taken by lenovo for the same. Every k8 note user is facing the issue. And lenovo is sleeping. Lenovo should call the users to the service center and solve this problem urgently.

                  Ive been to the service center multiple times for the repair and everytime they say it's fine and i still need to go again i even tried online customer support nothing works sometimes the laptop is with service center for more than 2weeks insipite of doing everything they said and lots of troubles and irritation i'm still having problem with lenovo! Online ppl says that they can only provide limited software support and there is no issue with hardware and for software they can oy install is! Which is not solving the issue! Offline service says that hardware have a prblm and is rectified and it also not and issue still exists i'm fed up with lenovo service is really bad i can't take anymore either replace my lap or need a solution immediately

                    I have raised complain for laptop keyboar issue before that my laptop worked previously very well without any os issue.
                    After the engineer did something in laptop, laptop got hanged and showing problem now.

                    Now my issue not resolved and vendor also badly misbehaved and they told me that they will not resolve my issue. Laptop is only 10 months and comes in under warranty.

                    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible as high priority basis as its impacting office work.
                    I launched a complain in lenovo team (Compln no-[protected]
                    ) but they are also not responding my issue.
                    Please solve my and issue and take some strict action against them

                      Lenovo customer care and laptop are irritating me from 3/12/19.
                      3/12/19 - flickering issue on screen.
                      6/12/19 - engineer visits (Looses one nut at the back panel and creates a additional problem in closing back panel my laptop)
                      8/12/19 - new complaint registered for engineer re-visit
                      8/12/19 - 14/12/19 (Continuous calls for engineer visit but no one comes (It feels like fooling customers)
                      15/12/19 - laptop display flickering started again.
                      16/12/19 - engineer comes at home without nut for back panel and argues for non-availaibility of same nut. Another nut added but flickering problem was not considered as lenovo wants proof that customer is facing problem.
                      Engineer says to make video along with another device connected to check the core problem.
                      23/12/19 - finally at 1:48 a. M. I was able to make a video as asked by engineer as a proof. I asked for re-visit.
                      (Flicker occur between 31 and 32 sec.)
                      Screen flickers in laptop but not on televsion when attached with hdmi cable.
                      Here are proof of my actual problem (Other than created by lenovo premium care engineers).
                      24/12/19 -
                      The engineer was supposed to come as per talk with support system but today support system says for no re-visit was planned.
                      I have to leave for college and my projects are pending as i lenovo engineers and laptop wasted my vacations.

                        My name is sanjeev saini. I wanted to purchase a laptop for my wife dr. Poonam saini, assistant professor, punjab engineering college, chandigarh, through gem portal. Regarding this matter, more than a month, i was dealing with mr. Jagdeep singh, sales manager public business-north of lenovo (E-mail: [protected]@lenovo.com mobile: +91 [protected], office: +[protected]. After receiving the email confirmation of the required model and specifications, the product was successfully uploaded on gem portal by mr. Jagdeep singh. Following which, my wife took all necessary approvals from concerned department and placed the order on gem portal. To this, further mr. Jagdeep singh gave acceptance of the same on gem portal. This made me sure that my laptop will be delivered as there is 15 day period once order is accepted. However, to my shock, till date, my laptop has not been delivered. When i tried reaching mr. Jagdeep for the issue, there is no response from his side to my emails, phone calls and whatsapp messages.

                        This complete issue reflects a non-serious as well as nil business ethics on a company’s part. As a customer, i am still waiting for my laptop delivery and the concerned official (Mr. Jagdeep) is not even bothered to inform me the right reason for delay.

                        Kindly look into this matter urgently. I may send all conversation records from my part if needed (Emails and whatsup messages). Hope to hear a quick reply in this matter.

                          I have given my laptop for service on 5th october to lenovo official repair center in hyderabad, they took the laptop and said that battery needs to be replaced and took advance of rs 7000, after 2 months on 7th of december they are telling me that the part is not available, i got emails from the center that 4 batteries arrived from their center which were all damaged, i purchased this laptop in 2016 and its very rude to get an answer that its parts are not available, even after taking money from me and assuring that they will fix the issue. During this 2 months i have to leave my laptop in their service center, paid the whole price for the part as well. Even i am not sure if they have created any new problem with the laptop or have diagonised wrongly.                             I had purchased a laptop on 10th december 2018 from sujata computers, pune.

                            However, from the time i purchased it, it is running very slow and has severe performance issues. I had shown it to the sujata computers, pune multiple times. However, they could not solve the issue and did not help us.

                            This is pure harassment done from lenovo and its dealers. From the past one year, the laptop is giving serious performance issues due to which my work is suffering severely.

                            I have also purchased 2 years additional adp warranty for the laptop from lenovo website.

                              Respected sir/ma'am,
                              With due respect i had been an owner and quite a fan of lenovo products for a long time which was quite a enjoyable experience for me. With further hope to continue this experience i purchased a lenovo yoga 520. Little had i known that this laptop will turn into a complete disaster for me from lenovo's side i would have never done the same. So going forward with my purchase and just after 2.5 months of purchase the laptop's screen had issues for which the screen had to be replaced. Then came the real truth about lenovo's after sales service which was a complete havoc. The display was changed but i got sure that it is not quality which is being strived for at lenovo. The display got changed but many damages were done to the laptop. Well as it was small i chose to ignore it which i shouldn't have. Now not again after 3 months my laptop started having issues. The laptop went to a state where it would just not turn on i. E now i had a dead laptop. Upon contacting premium service (Yes i opted for it by paying extra) a service order for my motherboard was created which took more than 15 days to arrive and even after so many requests to the premium care i wasn't given any standby laptop for use as it was promised while opting for premium care. Now after the laptop arrived and when the service engineer came and after opening the laptop and checking the laptop came to a conclusion that the laptop's board as well as the ram are faulty and ordered a new ram for the same. While closing up the laptop the service engineer lost the screws to the outer laptop body and had to leave stating when he will bring new ram he will bring me the screw as well. The ram stick came the next day and a new service engineer was allotted to me. Now this is where my laptop went from to laptop to a piece of trash. The new service engineer didn't know how to handle a laptop letalone a premium yoga one. So after coming the started opening the laptop with pressure wherein the process he just inserted a metal pryer instead of a plastic pryer and forced his way inside my laptop hence damaging my laptops body which can be seen in the attached images. The complete lower back panel of the laptop is now damaged after this. Even after so many requests to handle my laptop with care it wasn't done so. But the havoc never ended here. There's a even longer story to to it now. Now after opening the laptop he opened up the screws to various components and was in turn damaging them to the most extent possible. He pulled out the ribbon connectors in my laptop so wildly that the motherboard connector of my laptop's fingerprint ribbon cable came off i. E. Broke off from the laptop. He said that it's an old one so don't worry we will be replacing it right now with a new one. And he went on pulling all the components connected to my laptop with pressure and it turn damaged some wires as well. The main shock came to me when after installing new motherboard and ram he installed all the components and afterwords to check he had to disconnect all the components to check the minimum component power on he started pulling all the components with sheer pressure ad guess what the new laptop's motherboard broke from the exact same place i. E. The fingerprint connector. Now even after this the went further ahead to break of the ram shield holders and damaged most of the connectors in my laptop and the wire. Now this was at night 9.30 pm when it all happened. To further top it off he even had the audacity to say that you don't require fingerprint so it doesn't matter if fingerprint connector gets broken or not. And if required after some time give another complaint for the same and we will provide you with a new board. He even lost the heat sink tape which was pasted on top of the wifi card to prevent getting it short circuited as those two wires are really closed to each other. Now in the end i am left with damaged laptop. Damaged outside to the body to numerous places including laptop lower body, laptop screen hinges while trying to pry off the laptop cover to access motherboard components, scratched at multiple places. Damaged inside at places as he broke off the fingerprint wire connector and ram shield holding and all the connector wires. Due to this my fingerprint reader is not working or getting detected in my laptop. The pictures are attached herewith for the same.
                              Now i would like to clarify some things to lenovo. I immediately reported all of these which happened to me to lenovo executive at premiumcare.

                                Sir i have purchased lenovo k8 note two years back. Now it is not functioning. Doing auto off on continuously.in service centre, people told that it is mother board problem. Huge amount they r asking. I am 62, worried about my cell. What remedy. Lenova company should consider replace mother board free of cost those people who are having the same issue. Otherwise company name will spoil. I do not buy in future lenovo products.

                                Lenovo k8 note goes automatically switch off .It's only 1 year and 2 month of purchase it . So what can I do now also I unable contact customer care always busy . I think that If Lenovo not solve this problem then from now no one purchase Lenovo product

                                  Purchased the lenovo ideapad 330s i3 8 th gen laptop on march 7, 2019 from reliance digital, thrippunithura store. After 6 months.., bezzels of the screen are tampered and the monitor got separated from the body, the hinges are damaged, displaying 2-3 white dots on the screen. Battery drying.. Only work with plugged condition. This laptop was get back to the lenova service centre, kadavanthra, kochi on[protected]. After their inspection, they give the lap on 25-11-19. Battery replaced charging issue resolved. For dot on display, they rejected the case because the machine dont have a adp (Accident damage protection) warranty. I need to repair/replace the system immediately. Please do needfull.
