Hi,
I bought a Lenovo Y540 from Lowerparel Mumbai on 16th Aug 2019. After purchasing I was informed about the BTC offer by the store.
I registered for it around 18thAugust, my order was confirmed on 20th August and I was supposed to get my gaming gear within 45days but till now I have not received the gear. It was clearly mentioned within 45 working days but its been more than 52 days and they're not responding. I called their CS and they said that their courier partner is not accepting any deliveries till diwali and so they will ship it after 2-3weeks and i should get in 4-6weeks. What are they talking here, Is Lenovo an Multinational company or a local kirana store??? I just don't understand. They're just giving pathetic reasons. so they want to delay for 2months??? Seriously and they don't have an escalation matrix for their customers.
Lenovo has the worst customer care I have ever come across.

    Ihad purchased the Lenovo Ideapad 330 i5 8 th gen laptop on Sept 30, 2019 from Easystore Edappily. on Oct 2, 2019 its touchpad not working. on Oct 9, its battery gets overheated and laptop got hanged and stop working. then the laptop get replaced from the shop on Oct 14 after so many issues from the the shop Easystore. we purchased the new same laptop lenovo ideapad 330 from the the same shop. On Oct 22, the second laptop again stopped working. Its keyboard and touchpad stoped working and not powering on. this laptop was get back to the service centre on the same day itself. Till now i dont get a reply from there. Very worst customer service from the Lenovo service centre and Easystore edapilly.the lenovo laptops are very poor in quality. because I had purchased the laptop of the lenovo 2 times. both are got complainted within days after purchasing.

          My imei no. [protected] for lenovo k8 note was purchased on 25 aug 2017. It was working awesome till last 2 days and suddenly my phone started to switch on and off continuously. When i visited to the service centre they said motherboard has been damaged. I dont how it can be cause everything was working good. They said they dont repair that as it will cost around 70% cost. Why this issue has come also 14k is a huge amount when i purchased that and getting damage and letting it throw just in 2 years seems very bad. If this has to happen and no proper solution for that its a just wastage of my huge amount being out of warranty! Please help me to sort out with this part cause rest all of my battery, camera, sensor was working fine and no complaints earlier.

              I have a lenovo k8 note. From 2 days it is automatically getting switched off and when i'm trying to on it it's just displaying lenovo screen and not getting switched on at all. I've tried all the possible methods to on it but its just not getting switched on. It just got switched on once and immediately got switched off. I've rebooted it restarted it even then there is no use. What should i do???

                  I am having lenovo k8 note mobile. My mobile is hanging and stuckimg on logo. I have contacted service center they said this problem is arising in this handsets an many customers are coming to them for resolution of this issue. But only resolution of this problem available with us to change the motherboard which costs around 60% of mobile price means[protected] rs. I told them can this problem will solved by updating software/flashing but they rejected they said the problem will not be reaolved through flashing. My question is why lenovo mobile company is not updating their software for the solution of this bug which are hanging our smartphone. Why the people has to pay these much money from their pockets and what is the guarantee that after changing motherboard same issue will not occur with my handset. I need permanent solution of this hanging problem issue.

I present in pathankot punjab state at india. Till date there is no engineering person not come.                             I am a lenovo customer and currently using lenovo ideapad 720s
                            Serial number : pf11lqdm
                            I had purchased lenovo yoga 730 (Product serial number: mp1dzuw9).
                            Unfortunately, i faced a screen flickering issue within 10 days of purchase. I took laptop to nearest service center.
                            They kept the laptop under observation for 3 days and returned it saying there is no issue.
                            Within 2 days of getting my laptop back, i faced the same issue again. This time i asked them to get my device replaced.
                            It took them about a week and before purchasing the laptop, i had to sell my old laptop. Hence i was not even having anything to work on.
                            After about a week i got a call from the service center. I took the laptop to the dealer from where i purchased the laptop and he gave me the same model.
                            This time as soon as i switched on the laptop, the screen flickering started and i was forced to buy a non touch device i. E ideapad 720s - 13ikb.

                            After getting ideapad 720s (Serial number : pf11lqdm), i had to go through the process of changing the extended warranty card and adp.
                            Now this laptop worked well for about a month and half, i had hinge issue and i had to visit service center again.
                            After a month of this issue, the laptop screen was blacked out and not working so i visited the service center again.
                            After some days, i was facing a crackling noise problem coming. Having visited service center before, which is around 15kms from my home, this time i decided to use on site service.
                            A technician visited my home to change the fans.
                            After few days, i got a screen flickering issue same as that with the previous machine, i contacted premium care and they sent a technician with screen.
                            But as soon as the screen got fixed i noticed a white spot and asked technician. He asked me to contact premium care.
                            After fews days they sent a technician with just the back (Not screen). On the next day, another technician visited my place with inappropriate screw driver.
                            After 2 days, they sent another technician which got everything that can change the screen successfully.
                            Now, it has been 20 days and i faced a finger print reader issue and after a day, i found the laptop is getting switched off while working on it (Happened 4 times till now).

                            After all this issues, i contacted with the service team and they asked me to keep my device at service center which will under observation for 1 week or above.

                            Even though i visited the service center where they kept my device under observation for 4 days, they came up by saying its a software issue and now after receiving the device i am facing fingerprnt issue again.

                            I am not satisfied with the device because its been 7 months and i had faced 8 or more issues. That simply means i am facing issue after every month.
                            I have wasted much time on talking with your service team, sitting with the technician and visiting service center.

                            Please take a strict action against it.
                            Looking forward to get my issue resolved and get the device replaced.

                              I had purchased 3 year warranty ext. For my lenovo laptop on 06-may-2017 for rs 4648/- from impact infotech -, dadar (West), mumbai - 400028, [protected]; [protected]. But lenovo kept the start date for the renewal warranty as 03/02/2016 which was the mfg date.
                              I've moved from mumbai and now not able to locate the invoice/receipt. I requested the asc for copy of renewal receipt/invoice, but they claim their system does not have a record. It can be clearly seen that both the start date for original warranty (1 year) and upgraded warranty (3 year) is shown as 03/02/2016. Lenovo refuses to share details of the asc who updated the warranty details.
                              Lenovo deliberately keeps the start date for warranty extension by default as the manufacturing date. This is the way lenovo fools the people and denies the benefit of warranty purchased.

                                I have purchased lenovo laptop in june 28th, 2019 under lenovo btc offer.
                                In which i have paid 1999 rs extra for additional 3 years of warranty and 1 tb hard disk drive at 1499 rs.

                                I have received 3 years extended warranty certificate but lenovo has not delivered 1 tb lenovo hard disk drive yet.

                                In last mail they apologize for late service and promised me to deliver hard disk drive after that they just stop responding my mail.

                                I request you to take necessary action on this.

                                  I bought lenovo k8 note on jan 2018 and was good until oreo update.

                                  After i updated the phone. My phone getting hang and rebooting frequently.

                                  Given to service center and they simply did the software update but still same issue. Finally its a mother board issue but can't do anything.

                                  This phone was good till before update and giving issue after oreo update.

                                  Can lenovo help me to rectify the problem free of cost as this happened due to oreo update.

                                  I am also facing same issue, after updating orio 8.0.0 lenovo k8 note mobile getting restarted continuously. seervice center's member told me that there is a mother board issue in your mobile.

                                  i want to know that why all lenovo k8 note have mother board issue. Company should refund money to all the customers for selling faulty mobile.
                                  After providing all details about what I order and what lenovo delivered. He did not take any action on that I dropped 12 mails and spending 25 days for wrong order. It's lenovo fault as per the lenovo terms and policies he will responsible to refund my 100% amount.

                                    Is highly in competent, harasses customer and does not accept defect and repair the fault in lenovo k8 note.

                                    They requested to get a substitute set so that they can keep the faulty set to check. The next time they did not want to keep the set at all as kept saying there is no fault and misbehaved and harassed.

                                      My lenovo k8 note mobile is dead (after restarting so many times for 2 days continuously after software update). When I went to the service center, they said mobile is having mother board problem. They have to replace with the new one, which costs from 8000 to 9000.(with this i will get a new one). Mobile is dead during warranty period only but unfortunately I don't have time to go to the service center as I work in remote locations.

                                      I heard that most of the Lenovo k8 note mobiles are facing same problem (mother board problem) after software update. Most of the issues are same for lenovo k8 note.

                                      I found that after software update lenovo k8 note mobiles are having mother board problem, automatic on/off problem.

                                      So this is problem from lenovo. So they have to take all lenovo k8 note mobiles back and repair them.

                                        We have face very big issue of our lenovo pc this is randomly restarting of normal electric phase on working hours of lenovo pc (Dt-510a-90hv000pin) serial no. R3063v7ar39028a24015.

                                        We raise complaint agt this issue no. # [protected] on 31/08/2019 as attach your email confirmation. After that on (05/09/2019) your engineers mr. Azhar visit on our office see this problem he was very surprised. If our electric phase is normal & our company other pc working on normal condition to how it possible. He was change mother board & smps on our pc for checking but condition was same. So he was decided this machine not repair on our premises & carry this machine & go to your janak puri service center & commit we are resolve this issue within 24 hours & return your pc within 24 hours but till date we have not recd of any call & confirmation from your side

                                        Sir if you have not resolve this issue within 24 hours provide us brand new lenovo pc. This is our server machine so we don't want any delay from your side.
