I have bought a Lenovo 530S mineral grey on the 4th of December 2018.laptop with 512SSD whose serial number is PF1ENSSJ
From the day I bought, it started giving me problems.The wifi keeps on disconnecting many times in a day.The connection shows no internet, secured.Also on startup the sound would not work.I had to restart the PC to temporarily start the sound and reset the wifi adapter innumerable times in a day.
We called Lenovo service centre whose case Id is [protected].Wifi card was replaced but still the problem persisted.Again I had to call Lenovo and again the second time wifi card was replaced.But still the problem did not go.I had bought the laptop for business purpose for mails and surfing internet for business purpose.But my whole time has been getting wasted on calling Lenovo service centre for this purpose.Again the problem not getting solved, a few days back the motherboard had to be changed.
Lenovo being such a reputed brand among PCs, I thought I have chosen one of the best brands instead of dell and HP.but looks like that’s not to be.inspite of changing motherboard, the wifi problem still persisted.So it was advised to reinstalling windows.But while reinstalling, it was noticed that the product key of windows 10 home that was preinstalled when I bought the laptop was not matching .there was conflict saying the key that was retrieved from the PC after motherboard changing was of windows 8.1 pro.So Microsoft downgraded the windows according to the product key and everything has stopped working since then.Dont know how’s that possible as the new motherboard installed by Lenovo engineers should have had the windows 10 product key.the wifi problem has not gone till now.
This PC is a defective one and my whole time has been wasted since 4th December in solving the problems in the new PC.
As a customer who has used dell, HP and vaio since many years, I have never faced and such problems in other PCs .
This is my first experience with Lenovo and I’m deeply disappointed.Please get me a replacement of my laptop and I hope such problems don’t happen again.Please treat this on priority basis.
I have bought the laptop from absolut me IT solutions santacruz, Mumbai
Also have left the PC with them.
After spending so much of my hard earned money in this laptop, I have been left running helter skelter since I’ve bought my machine
Please look into it and do the needful
