Dear sir, i bought a new lenovo in august 2017, recently it was not booting so i took it to service centre in bangalore. After inspection they called me and said motherboard is failed and it will cost 90% of the device cost.

I wondered even same issue was with my brother who was also using same device.

This is a manufacturer issue rather than consumer and lenovo has to bear the cost of replacing.

Kindly provide a solution.

    From 8 july again started my mobile automatically restarting hanging heating vibrating i mail them on this issue they said go to service center i gone they check the mobile and said it has again motherboard issue, they it cost will rs.14335 of new motherboard and i said how it possible i purchased mobile with rs.12999 they said no it's company rate
    I research 99℅ motherboard problem in lenovo k8 note by company by default it is fail product from company
    I visited so many times but no solution i don't have trust on lenovo because last time they submitted my mobile without making jobsheet for [incident front camera not working after again visiting service centre ] i don't no they what did with my mobile
    I said so many times refund me but no
    This lenovo mobile! They cheated with me i all proofs jobsheets
    They waste my time and money near by i gone 15 times again and again to your service center 70km from my city to other city
    Very disappointed with the lenovo mobile. Please refund the amount or provide me new handset for this issue.

      I bought Lenovo K8 Note in October 2017 from Amazon and after few months only its feature of turbo charging stopped working. Infact full charging also took 7-8 hours and after few months its screen started going on and off, display stopped working properly. I visited service center for the same, they said it might be a problem of display and it will cost 3500/2000 for folder/only screen respectively. And interestinly the parts of lenovo have no guaranty and warranty. The customer spends huge amount for original parts and lenovo doesnot provide guaranty/warranty of even a single day also. Infact lenovo doesnot have even qualified trained executives for device repairing as while taking my device for checking they got my signatures on their form mentioning that they shall not be responsible for any kind of damage to device during checking of device.And later on after checking my device, customer executive said that its a issue of motherboard and nothing can be done now.

      So the device had following issues:
      1. Within 3 months o[censored]sage the turbo charging feature collapsed and even normal charging took 8 hours i.e. whole night and even after 100% charged battery, battery lasted only for maximum 2 hours.
      2. Within 1 and a half year display stopped working without even getting wet or broken and finally the motherboard got trashed.
      3. Customer Care executives took no responsibility, no accountability of even checking the device.

      Worst, terrible services of Lenovo. Will never buy any lenovo product in future nor will advice anyone for buying lenovo device.

        Lenovo k8 note was released in the market 1.8 years ago. I bounght this phone in october, 2018. However, upon 6 months o[censored]sing it, problems started to appear. I had got it serviced then. Yet again, i have been facing with the same problem. And now, the customer management team is asking me to get the motheroard changed for rupess 9k-10k at my own cost even though it come with a year's warranty.

        I have purchased 2 lenovo mobile phones and a tab within 2 and half year.All the 2 mobiles were have same complaint.Mainly all of then have board complaint.The main thing is that all the phones are damaged the very first day after completing 1 year.

          Dear sir/madam,
          I am having a problem that my operating system got corrupted with help of lenovo. I ask to rectify my problem but they refused it and saying me to take leave and go for customer service office to rectify it. They said to me that we will provide you the home assistant for rectifying the problems. But now they are saying that they will rectify only for hardware related problems. I need a solution we costumers got much more problem with this type of company. Please give us a solution.

            There was some problem in display of my laptop i went to the service center after 2 weeks they informed me that there was a problem with motherboard then approx 1 month later they text me to collect my laptop and when i went over there my laptop was damaged from the bottom they told me that they gonna fix that after 4 weeks again when i went over there to collect the laptop my laptop was damaged only they tried to fixed it with feviquick which is of no use. It's been more than 2 n half months now, what to do?? And more over my laptop's is on extended warranty period for another 2 year what if i taken the damaged laptop from them?

            The phone is restarting itself again and again suddenly. I dont know what is happening. My friend who had k8 also had same issues 2 months back. When he as well as me went to lenovo service centre, they replied the same that the motherboard should have to be changed. Lenovo is trying to cheat us with its cheap corrupt strategy

              Dear Concerned,

              We have raised this issue last 2 months back still its not resolved.
              No one can response anything regarding this. we really felt bad about u r service. So, am again requesting you to response regarding this issue.

              Problem : we have purchase this system 1 year back. system details i have mentioned in my last mail kindly look in to that.
              We are unable to load software for same system. its getting hanged. system is unable to boot.

                I had purchased a lenovo ideapad laptop in january 2018 from m/s mg manager, athens, greece bearing serial no. Spf0sjkvn. It had problem of hard disc which was repaired by you in april/may 2019 in athens, greece. Now it has the same problem of hard disc. The regular problem in laptop of such a reputed brand is very surprising and shocking. Now i have left athens, greece and come back to my home country india. I am unable to do my work on laptop.in this process i have already lost my data/files/photo/documents earlier and fear now again i will loss my data/files/photo/documents. Lenovo is requested to see the problem being faced by me and inconvenience caused. I hope lenovo or concerned shop or other related agency will take note of this and solve my problem. I hope a positive action will be taken and i will be informed about the action taken on my grievances. The model number of the laptop is 320-15abr.

                  I'm having the same issue. I bought lenovo k8 note on aug 17 and was good..

                  After few months my phone getting hang and rebooting frequently. Done the factory reset but no use.

                  Given to service center and they simply did the software update but still same issue. Finally its a mother board issue but can't do anything.

                  This phone was good till before update and giving issue after update.

                  Can lenovo help me to rectify the problem free of cost as this happened due to update.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I bought moto g5s plus on october 11 2018 online from amazon. Speaker problem has occurred in my phone within 6 months.

                    For this i visited lenovo/ motorola service center near to my place. (121 sanjay road a1/1 birenu asha palace, sakchi, snp area, ambagan, sakchi, jamshedpur, jharkhand 831001).

                    They were asking for the invoice which i provided them but they are not accepting that. Again for that i contacted amazon customer services and asked for the invoice and they sent me the same invoice which i was providing earlier to the lenovo/motorola service center.

                    The behavior of the staff is rude and they aren't accepting that and asking for the different type of bill which amazon hasn't provided apart from that one which i asked them again.

                    They aren't rectifying the issue and sending us back. Please see to it that my problem is solved within my warranty period.

                    Pfa the required bill which i am providing to them.

                        I updated the recent update then i got an issue that my device in a restarting loop its not opening at all. When i ask the service center they told me to change the mother board which costs me around 13000 and some members of lenovo community said that they will solve the issue in next update. They gave the update and corrupted the motherboard and asking the customers to pay for that.

                          Well i called the customer care. Initially they told they will send the battery but there is no service engineer available to fix the battery. Then they sent me the quote for battery mentioning delivery by 75 days and Rs 1500 for services for just replacing battery. Really it's pathetic how the Lenovo service centre behave. They have no manners and no worries for the customer. They are just relaxed. It has been a week now but no response from those service people. Some Manjinder guy and the lady from Banglore sent me the mail but really pathetic on their part. I will wait or will now put a legal notice

                            Me and my bro had purchased lenovo ego smart watch. We have to download the Shenzhen hengclouds ecology technology co ltd app for day to day fitness chart. App is not compatabicomp with one plus mobile Android pie.im using one plus 5 and bro use 6t both face same issue that we are not able to use the app due app is misbehaving and connectivity issues.we have mail to App developers for fix it coz max people are using android pie and they will face same issue. But they are not resolving the issue last 20+ days.

                              After the Lenevo had released the update for K8 note phone, as soon as I installed it., phone is restarting again and again.
                              Now service centre told me it is a motherboard issue which cost around 8000 INR. Because of Lenevo fault, phone is no more in use. Either they should provide new mobile or reduce the cost of motherboard so we can afford it. If this is not not resolved, I'll never recommend anyone any type of Lenevo product.

                                I have raised a request to resolve my touch pad issue on 27th of may 2019, But it has been 10 days my touch-pad issue is not resolved yet.
                                My laptop is under warranty and am spending most of my official time to follow up with this lenovo guys and it's impacting on my official commitments.

                                Unique problem mic works on normal calls when switch on speaker the mic stops working and peer cannot hear my voice.

                                Checked various forums there are several mic problems but they are exactly opposite to mine. Their the mic works on loudspeaker and does not work normally. No headphones used.

                                  I had purchased a lenovo laptop on july 2018. The battery was not working properly and i had raised complained with the company in march. After 3 days of trouble and keeping my laptop under observation whole night, they came to conclusion for replacement of battery. The battery was working fine for 1 month and again started facing the issue. I had raised complaint again with lenovo. They asked me to take whole system back up in external drive to format/reset the laptop. Since i didn't had any external drive i requested them to provide me on temporary basis but they denied so i had to purchase a new one even though i didn't required initially. They formatted the system which wasted another 5-7 hours but the issue didn't resolve. There was no call back from customer care in preferred time and later they told me to raise query again on chat. After doing the same investigation they came to conclusion to replace the battery again as i feel the initial one was not the genuine product. I asked them to give confirmation that issue won't happen again as this is wasting my time and efforts again and again and also my laptop will be out of warranty in 2 months so i will have to spend from my pocket if this happens again but they denied. I asked them to replace the laptop with a fresh one but they denied as well. Than the senior executive called me and spoke rudely that they can only replace the battery and do nothing more. My concern is what if the new battery is also not genuine and will be faulty after the laptop is out of warranty? Why should i suffer for company's faulty products?

                                    Keypad/mousepad not working properly.

                                    Sometimes when i boot my laptop, the first thing that appears is: lenovo icon with the description 'to interrupt normal startup, press enter'
                                    This happens most of the time. And when i pres enter it goes to mcafee screen after which it goes to blank screen again.

                                    Keyboard's blank spacwe doesnt work most of the times and sometimes it keeps pressing the blank screen without even pressing it once.

                                      Lenovo k8 note is released in the market 1.8 years ago... Many people are facing the issue of automatics boot loop{ after the update of 8.1 os with a bug ] (Mean the phone switches off/on itself every 5 min... I have complained and 600 others also complained in the lenovo forum (https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/K8-XT1902-Smartphones/Lenovo-K8-Note-Auto-Restart-... but the customer management team adviced to repair on our own cost for rs 9000 for a phone with actual cost 12, 800 1.8 years ago and now has a price tag 8k in the month

                                        My lenovo phone model number is a7020a48 problem is tech not proper work so i have to go lenovo care hanumangarh care service center there service executive say me 1200/- charge 1200/- rupees from me that no paid bill because if you have take a proper fully folder with display & tech then 4500 charge then he we bill give me bill & also my tech not proper work & no any give me bill kinldy resolved it
