Dear sir/madam,
I bought moto g5s plus on october 11 2018 online from amazon. Speaker problem has occurred in my phone within 6 months.
For this i visited lenovo/ motorola service center near to my place. (121 sanjay road a1/1 birenu asha palace, sakchi, snp area, ambagan, sakchi, jamshedpur, jharkhand 831001).
They were asking for the invoice which i provided them but they are not accepting that. Again for that i contacted amazon customer services and asked for the invoice and they sent me the same invoice which i was providing earlier to the lenovo/motorola service center.
The behavior of the staff is rude and they aren't accepting that and asking for the different type of bill which amazon hasn't provided apart from that one which i asked them again.
They aren't rectifying the issue and sending us back. Please see to it that my problem is solved within my warranty period.
Pfa the required bill which i am providing to them.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
