My above mentioned handset is not detecting simcard so i visited your service centre at jodhpur and told them about the problem. Service centre representative said that sim tray is not working so you should change the sim tray. I said to change the sim tray then your representative saidthat we have not available the sim tray because company has stopped to make the sim tray of this handset. She advised me to replace the sim tray from local market. I did the same but sim card was not detecting again, than i again reached the same your lenovo service centre and and told the issue. Than she said that this is local sim tray which is replaced in. Sir please tell me how can my problem get solved what should i do

First their engineer comes in and replaces a FAKE RAM on my laptop.
Now their service centre denied me service because I approached top management and pulled them. They making horrendous excuses, not fixing laptop because there is a scratch on laptop.

Kudos, destined to doomed
Mobile, I have, is defective.
I face problems related charging, and 4g Sim not working, even care center labour is unskilled.
I want change my mobile with another piece, if company not to do so, please recall your mobile and take it and enjoy customer exploitation, even ill not demand to my money back

    Given my laptop for service due to a faulty screen.
    1. From the begin the local service team reluctant to take my laptop with international warranty. What is the point in making customers buy iws.
    2. The local team suggested me to send the laptop to the us where the laptop was purchased which did not make any sense if it was supported in the us then with international warranty it is supported here as well as per the warranty policy.
    3. The lenovo india customer care said the denial of service was not because of the laptop origin and because it did not cover 5-pixel size, the fault is as big as my thumb.
    4. Then the customer care called back and mentioned as the billed is not provided the service was denied.
    5. The lenovo india customer care provided horrible service with many issues. A) even after one week no solution b) giving new reasons for denial to dodge service. C) response emails were delayed and the case was shifted to a total of 3 people the reps are really not interested to find a solution and making the customer run around. D) i was promised a callback and canceled work schedule expecting a call, which was not provided, they don't have the common courtesy to provide what is promised.
    6. Even after proper maintenance with zero external and internal damage, this fault occurred, the product is incorrectly marketed as military grade durability,

    I have also reached out to the twitter handle have no received any response, this kind on immature behave of dodging the customer complaints is blatantly outrageous, when we respect your time we expect the same. Its disheartenening that big companies like Lenovo cant value their customers, which is tarnishing the brand value even though the product is good
    this type of invalid irresponsible service makes the innocent customers decides Not to buy products

      I've purchased this laptop in the month of dec 2018 and after 1 and half month, i was facing some serious issues in the touch pad, it was automatically clicking and screen was flickering.
      So i called the lenovo customer support and they neglected it many times and then after 2 weeks a guy from wipro came to my place and opened my laptop part by part and after assembling again there were more issues in my laptop which could not got resolved that day.
      So he took my laptop to the service center with him.

      So i need replacement of my laptop as soon as possible.
      Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      screen flicker will happen due to installed bad graphics driver or monitor driver.

        I have 2-year onsite warranty for lenovo thinkpad laptop. I can't browse the internet, so called lenovo warranty. They said it is related to software issue, so connected to software warranty. Rep said it is definitely sofeware related, but i have only hardward warranty for 2 years. He asked to pay $19.99 for 10 months for service, so i paid $199.90 to my credit card. Software premium service rep asked to uninstall software wireless fro device manager, which i did. But the problem still persisted. She said it isn't software related, and connected me to lenovo warranty again. Warrant ordered 2 parts (Wireless card and antenna) for on-site repair service. I am very upset. Refund $199.90 immediately, and take care of my lenovo thinkpad x260 issue. Thanks.

          This email pertains to service request lenovo erof [protected]. Let me brief you the issue i raised and action taken from your team.

          I raised the issue online that battery of my laptop and keyboard were not functioning properly. I was unable to use my laptop without direct power source and also keypad was giving a miss at times while typing.

          After the issue was raised, an engineer "pritam" recomeded by abdul issac visited my premises and without any diagnosis he simply changed the motherboard and left. He was notified and made aware of the real issue, however he just left without rectifying the issues. After he left i sent out an email complaining about the unresolved issue and another appointment was given to me. Same engineer visited my place and after wasting 2 hrs he replaced new motherboard with old motherboard.

          At the end my day got wasted and my laptop is still in the same condition.

          I am highly disappointed by the kind of service provided and responsible behavior shown. I am not the only customer facing issues due to these defective lenovo ideapads. I have seen multiple reviews and most of my friends using this product have faced similar issues.

          If you guys cannot resolve the issue, then better stop selling defective products to the customers. Also if you guys are customer oriented brand, then ensure to replace products within warranty periods.

          I am left with no choice than to lodge a complaint with consumer court.

            I bought a new lenovo 330s 14" laptop 38000 /- rs on[protected] in vijayawada andhra pradesh. After i open this lapotp not a power on i try to connect the charger and click the power button not power on after 1 hour it's started the charging after 2 hours i remove the charger and i use the laptop after 30 to 40 min it's showing power low indication after i connected the charger it's taken 3 hour for power charging and i remove the charger and used that it's showing time 30 min. Some time 1.45 h and i took a screen shot and i sent a mail to service people with in 2 days after day they raised service order.[protected] after two days visited enginner to the site and checked one hour after checking told the product is fine. But iam used nearly 6 days but he checked 1 hour and not provide service report after checking. I fight for this product nearly from 10 day but stil telling product is fine. But i am using and facing this issue still now this is not a small value and i am taken this is laptop in finance but they provide defective product. I felt lenovo service very bad. So much struggled the customer. I want unit replacement. What should i do. Please suggest me.

            After few days i handover the latop in service center in vijaywada. Service center people so. [protected] closed why closed and reject doa. From starting day i told 1. Battery issue. 2. Os verstion not updated 3. Not getting charging fast. I sent videos and image of related then why reject doa. Service people told when i handovered the laptop it's getting 3 hour power back. Why should i accept 3 hours power back up in standby mode. I want doa. I searched in lenovo site for this modal battery upto 6 hour. But i get 3 hours. How to use this. And mainly no one responing to this issue. Your service very badddddd.

              I am using lenovo k6 power. Using vodafone 4g in sim slot 1 and bsnl 2g in sim slot 2. Everything working fine until last wednesday, nov 15th. All of sudden i started to face an issue of calling (Incoming and outgoing). When 4g lte preferred type is on. I can't make or receive any calls. But i can get mobile data without any issues. Then if i change network type to gsm only, i can make and receive calls but no internet. Really got disappointed too much.

                Dear Sir,
                I have bought a Lenovo 530S mineral grey on the 4th of December 2018.laptop with 512SSD whose serial number is PF1ENSSJ
                From the day I bought, it started giving me problems.The wifi keeps on disconnecting many times in a day.The connection shows no internet, secured.Also on startup the sound would not work.I had to restart the PC to temporarily start the sound and reset the wifi adapter innumerable times in a day.
                We called Lenovo service centre whose case Id is [protected].Wifi card was replaced but still the problem persisted.Again I had to call Lenovo and again the second time wifi card was replaced.But still the problem did not go.I had bought the laptop for business purpose for mails and surfing internet for business purpose.But my whole time has been getting wasted on calling Lenovo service centre for this purpose.Again the problem not getting solved, a few days back the motherboard had to be changed.
                Lenovo being such a reputed brand among PCs, I thought I have chosen one of the best brands instead of dell and HP.but looks like that’s not to be.inspite of changing motherboard, the wifi problem still persisted.So it was advised to reinstalling windows.But while reinstalling, it was noticed that the product key of windows 10 home that was preinstalled when I bought the laptop was not matching .there was conflict saying the key that was retrieved from the PC after motherboard changing was of windows 8.1 pro.So Microsoft downgraded the windows according to the product key and everything has stopped working since then.Dont know how’s that possible as the new motherboard installed by Lenovo engineers should have had the windows 10 product key.the wifi problem has not gone till now.
                This PC is a defective one and my whole time has been wasted since 4th December in solving the problems in the new PC.
                As a customer who has used dell, HP and vaio since many years, I have never faced and such problems in other PCs .
                This is my first experience with Lenovo and I’m deeply disappointed.Please get me a replacement of my laptop and I hope such problems don’t happen again.Please treat this on priority basis.
                I have bought the laptop from absolut me IT solutions santacruz, Mumbai
                Also have left the PC with them.
                After spending so much of my hard earned money in this laptop, I have been left running helter skelter since I’ve bought my machine

                your windows are already having old drivers .
                first completely uninstall the old sound driver and Wi-Fi driver using by revo uninstaller
                and then install the exact driver

                    I have updated my lenovo k8 note in android 8.0.0 (Oreo) after updating my mobile is restarting automatically and creating problem for me.
                    After this update, i contacted customer care they suggested me following solutions.
                    1. Resetting phone
                    2. Stopping moto app launcher and relaunching it.
                    3. Resetting app preferences
                    4. Updating my oreo to latest version of september 5, 2018.
                    5. Running mobile into safe mode.
                    None of the solutions worked for me.
                    Now yesterday night (Date:01-jan-2019) it's been completely of no use. Getting restarted continuously.
                    When i visited below authorized service center
                    Service center name:today telecom
                    Service center address:opposite bethany school, waltair road visakhapatnam

                    The service center executives asking for money to update software of mobile. Even after that also it's not working now they are asking me to change mother board. When i asked about the price they are saying in the cost of that mother board you can buy new mobile.

                    I was trying to explain that this has happened because of the latest update provided by lenovo only why should i pay for it, so they giving me example of iphone (The battery issue happened earlier because of there latest update). What a pathetic explanation they are provided i don't believe it.
                    Lenovo please save yourself for getting so much famous with this issues.

                    Please give me some solution.

                      I've purchased lenovo ideapad 330 in the month of august 2018. Every now and then.. When i start using internet, it doesn't work.. It shows.. "there is something wrong with the proxy settings or tge address is incorrect". I've taken my laptop to lenovo authorised shop where i bought my laptop regarding the issue.. Even they doesn't seem to understand... They simply change os and tell us it will work fine here after.. Same issue continued.. And i already took my laptop 3 times to that place regarding the same issue.. I bought this laptop to study and do course.. But it is of no use.. I couldn't use this laptop.. It is not even 5 months since i brought this laptop..

                        My name is ram avtar patra ([protected]) and i am using lenovo k8 note mobile handset. And last month i have purchased a lenovo/ motorola turbo charger on 2nd dec 2018. From your service centre (Communication solutions okhla delhi 110020). It's value of ₹ 1550. But after 18 days my handset have not charged by my new lenovo charger. Then i visited store again. And your technician checked my charger and change my data cable. So, at that time issue has been resolved. But after 11days now same issue facing again. I have already try to connect to another handset but it's not connect. Another charger is connect in my phone properly. It's not possible for me to visit the stores for again and again from noida to okhla by spend travel expenses. After trouble shooting i realized that it's data cable issue. And i confirmed that service center given me a data cable is not a lenovo or motorola cable. It's a ordinary data cable provide me. Bcoz it's haven't any tag of lenovo or motorola company. Plz check and resolved my issue

                        Even I have purchased the HDD from Paytm and I am not getting any support from Lenovo service center it self as the HDD was not detecting now. Lenovo Web site this product is not visible also. I've sent emails to Lenovo customer care but no response from them so far it's been more than 3 weeks.

                            First of all thanks for introducing your support team to me.

                            This is to inform you that your team had called me for the further assistance, As per there resolution Lenovo Company ready to give me 50% discount on total cost of Motherboard which is Rs. 13, 500/- (i.e. around Rs. 6500/- cost for me to pay), but if we can see the cost of the mobile which I've at that time was Rs. 13, 990/- and now its somewhere around Rs. 9000/-.
                            Please suggest me whether I should go for new mobile or repair the old one with the above repairing cost or not.
                            This seems really illogical to me, that the cost of repairing of the mobile is more than the new mobile.
                            Please give me some logical solution which will be acceptable. This type of solutions makes very bad customer satisfaction.
                            And please accept your fault that because of your latest Oreo update damaging mobile's motherboard and after that you are making more money from the customers.

                            I was hoping someone here might have a corporate number where I can contact a customer service manager or someone higher than that. I am currently getting the runaround on resolving my problem with mobile Lenovo K8 Note and no one will return my calls or help me with my issue. The representatives I have talked to refuse to provide me with any type of contact information for anyone that can resolve the issue.

                            This is very poor service you are providing to the customers, The company like Lenovo providing this type of poor service. I am very much disappointed.
                            After so many time followups also customer support are not even responding on my email.
                            I am just asking for the cost what Lenovo offering me on email and they are not providing, then I guess you are doing something illegal in the name of Lenovo.

                            Exactly after the update this phone has gone in reboot loop.. i talk to so many people still no resolution
                            I m also facing the same problem. I will post on the net that no one should buy Lenovo phones. We have a very bad experience
                            I have also faced the same problem after the update. After tens of attempts of rebooting, factory reset and hard reset, it appears to be working. But I am not confident o[censored]sing the mobile since it may go off any time. I have therefore switched my SIM to another phone and waiting to see if the phone is stable now. But it appears to be an incompatibility issue of the new OS. Company should provide some hardware update to correct it.

                            I have same problem my phone is restarting several times what is the reason I don't know .I tried so many ways like (( 1)Software changed 2)Factory reset 3)Fast Boot )) but no use .Recently new update released by lenovo for GPS and security after install these update after 3 days I am facing these restarting problem.Can any one help me to find a solution about these issue???                             I am also facing same problem with Lenovo K8 Note. I faced this issue initially when Oreo update was provided to mobile first time. Some after hard reset and losing all data from phone it was working fine but from yesterday again I have started facing same problem. My phone is stuck in boot loop and nothing is working now. It seems like they are forcefully providing poor updates and forcing people to change their mobile phones every year.
                            I am also facing same problem with my lenovo ki note. It's stuck on a continuous boot loop which cannot be stopped . I can't switch off my phone. The only way to switch off is by battery completely drain. The service center and the customer care are making us fools. They don't know how to handle the situation thus, requesting to change your mobile. Its a humilation by a reputed company. Today lenovo is becoming the worst in terms of service . Very bad. I request to everyone don't buy lenovo product from now on.
                            I'm also facing same problem with lenovo k8 note after oreo update. very disappointed & i will not buy lenovo products anymore...
                            I also face the same issue with Lenovo k8 note, it shows the restart looping and sometimes stuck on "Lenovo " logo while on. I also try to hard reset the phone but it shows encrypt unsuccessfully 'erase now'. when tap on erasing now it again goes on to restart looping. I also visited the service center. They told me to replace the motherboard and give me the option to buy a new mobile instead to repair this. why go for the motherboard when there is a software issue. My phone is just one and a half year old.
                            Please advise some affordable solution.

                            Whatever you do, finally you end up with going to service center and they reply immediately saying to get main board changed which costs around 6k
                            There won't be any guarantee that the problem don't get repeated again..
                            i am also faced the same problem and gt received same answer from service center people.

                              I am using lenovo a7000. I'm very upset with the network speed same jio works better in other mi phone but creates problem running in my phone.
                              Recently wifi router device "jio prrivate net" was installed at our campus but me and my batchmate 's lenovo phone does not gets connected to wifi router jio private net whenever i try to connect to router it does not shows aka option in it. We both are troubled. Immediately resolve our issue

                                I bought the lenovo k8 note on oct'17 in amazon, from 24 dec night it like 11.30 mobile started to hang and switched off, then not able to on the mobile. Gave to service center they said that mother board issue, cant do anything with the mobile. It has been only one year the mobile i used, very disappointed with the lenovo mobile. Please refund the amount or provide me new handset for this issue.

                                I have also same issue in Lenovo K8 note on Aug 2017 but same issue facing in my mobile as restarting and Hanging after the gave in Service Centre they had rudely revert them it will be cost that Rupees of 14000/- replace of motherboard either take it from service centre.

                                Lenevo k8 note mother board issue after warrenty. Same issue in common problem which is basically manufacturing defect. It is companies responsibility to repair/ replace even after warrenty.

                                  I filed a complaint regarding change of keyboard for my pc and the ticket number is so:[protected]. The guy who is supposed to check my pc has not responded to me from many days. And lot of my works are not being able to complete because of this. Even the call centre people were not responding. You see this irritates me a lot. I've got a good impression on lenovo and yes i recommended to all my friends. But yeah now it's not like that anymore. I will be leaving in 2 more days. I need you to take immediate action on this. And resolve my issue as soon as possible. Its urgent. And i think you get it.

                                    Lenovo k8 note with lot of issues and december 15th they provide security patch update after installing that update mobile restarts continuously.
                                    I contacted the customer support they said that they are receiving lot of complaints based on this problem
                                    They said this is boot loop problem it will be fixed by replacing board it cost
                                    Rs:5800. I said this is happen because of the security patch received from lenovo
                                    I bought this mobile on september 2017 after 14 month this mobile become not usable state

                                        I had purchased lenovo vibe k5 (Gold, 16gb) mobile phone on jan 2017, invoice no., not since the touch pad of the mobile is not working request you to kindly get it repaired or replaced at your end. I checked online and many people were facing the same problem. So dropped the phone in a corner and purchased new. But now i broke my phone so using lenovo again and it's pathetic.
                                        Don't know how to explain but it's frustrating.
