Dear sir, i am purchase a lenovo yoga laptop woth more then 40k price having some touch nd keyboard issue feom same day, lenovo replaced my lappi but with in 5 days it is also in same condition held, this time my lappie got repaired and now with in 3 days i am again faced touch and keyboard not working issue.customer representative not dealing me smoothly and i am wasting my time more then i worked here.
I request you kindly take on seriously and urgently to resolve my issue with a genuine suitable conclusion or refund my money.

    I had bought my lenovo z2 plus from
    yaantra on 11-10-18.It's going to be almost 2 months but thenougat update hasn't reached me, whenever I open system update it doesn't show the update.I searched on the net and it showed me to wait for 7-8 days but not it has been almost 2 months, so kindly give me a solution for it ASAP.

      I buy a lenovo k5 note mobile before one year ago from online shopping market flipkart. Now the mobile was very heated and hanging. I am unable to speak to someone due to heating issues. And the mobile display was dull in one side. The heating issues major problem in my mobiles. Now i am very disappointed to bought the lenovo mobile. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        Dear team,

        Greetings..!!

        Problem with device:-
        Yesterday unfortunately due to battery low my mobile (Lenovo zuk 2) got switched off. When i plugged the cable and restarted my mobile i got my security pin screen and when i enter the mobile automatically restarts.

        Action performed:-
        Today i bought my mobile to lenovo store - koramangala, 5th block near jyotinivas college and behind bharat petrol bunk, bangalore, india. Now the technical engineer is saying the total data will be lost and they will reinstall software. After deep breath i said ok. But then again after some time they said they need to check hardware. My mobile need to open and check and i said ok.

        But after 1 hour help desk girl said they were checked and internal parts ore ok. Now they are saying they will check by replacing every part. I don’t understand what kind of service is this. They were not able to identify and they will check by replacing all products.

        For now i am taking my mobile back because there is no trust and the way of communication of that help desk lady also very bad.

        I am also in customer industry where we have to be polite with customers. Kindly check this internally and please develope some politeness and tecskills in the team which will help to other customers.

          I brought brand new lenovo ideapad 520. Just after unboxing i found little shock in my laptop. Also that laptop was too much slow.
          When i complained, customer desk said that the small shock is acceptable as per international laws. When i insisted several times they replaced my charger and that problem was solved. Still "laptop slow problem" remains the same and thay only have answer that you can increase the ram, we are finding some speed issues in this laptop. My 4 gb brand new lenovo laptop is too much slow than my old 1 gb laptop. The product is ether faulty or my one is having manufacturing defect. But their customer care system should resolve the issue. Rather than giving excuses. Too much disappointed.

          I have perched the laptop 320 since the month of June 18 .The set is under warranty period .I have seen local dealer that he has informed to that the part is not available here and on line complainant to be booked .
          The back part of hinge cap lock damaged .photo copy enclosed .the part to be replacement .

            The worst part of my life is buying a lenovo phone for twice! It's really too bad! No battery life. It gets heated soon. Can't use for longer time. Sim slot have problems. My phone will never get signals. Always i need to call thrice or more than that. And the display brightness will be never under control. Camera is getting worst day by day. The more we update the more worse we get. I got lenovo k8 note for 16000 it doesn't worth even for 5k. Such a worst performance. Nva buy lenovo products again. Dear lenovo o[censored] cnt maintain quality please stop production

              I purchased a lenovo yoga book almost a year ago. Recently windows 10 updated removing my amin rights i cant download uninstall or. Make an changes whatsoever which makes the pc useless because the whole purpose if the purchase was to install software on there for are and design purposes which i am. No longer able to do. What is worse is that i can't fix it i got in contact with windows and any of the solution that had was stopped. Short by the devise. There are no reset pc option. The darn halo board qont. Work when trying to put it in safe mode. It was a waste of my money. Do not buy under any circumstances.

                I have purchased a laptop from your binary infotech pvt. Ltd. Sco 50 (Ground floor), adjoining to pnb, sector 20-c, dakshin marg, tribune road, chandigarh-160020 for 10th july 2018, mr mohit sharma sales person guide me you can buy laptop through credit card we are giving interest amount back with in 90 days. Whatever i have planned to buy on cash payment. But he suggest me again and again and did commitment its lenovo offer.

                Whenever i have not received any interest amount which i have paid to bank. I have so many times to call him or email but they can did not respond me. Now mr amit is looking this case, he is doing every time false commitment.

                Kindly resolve my concern other wise we have to option go to legal.

                  Sir, near about one week ago i made my complaint before you regarding my lenovo phab 2 and the tele connect authorised service centre of bhubaneswar (Odisha) has kept my set from 13.11.2018 and it assured me to delivered upto 20.11.2018 after exchange of lcd but the service centre could not deliver again or is replied me on 26.11.2018 when i sent to the service centre that the mother board is need to replace. So the service centre playing hide and seek with me and causing mental agony and hampering my advocacy profession. Kindly take necessary step for resolution of problem. Noor mojassam-advocate

                  It is need to take necessary action against the service centre who saying falsely that the device has been repaired and handed over to me.But in fact the device has not been repaired by the service centre and it is still lying in the service centre.                     I have bought lenovo ideapad 300-15isk laptop from croma store in ahmedabad. I have faced a lot of issues with this laptop since i have bought it. I have to replace the screen two times.in last week i have faced a power issue and for that, i have gone to the service station. They told me that they need to change the motherboard. They have done so and after that, just in 4 days, it occurred again. The laptop has stopped charging and that happened again in my university exam times.

                    I am really tired with this piece of laptop i have received. I request the lenovo india to replace the whole product in place of changing the several parts again and again. It is really a defective piece. I am tired by visiting the service centers frequently. My laptop is not in the original condition now. Everything is mostly changed. I am really demanding the whole new product piece in replacement of this faulty piece and that again with the full warranty.

                    I request consumer service to take the required action against lenovo india to take a quick action on my issue.

                    Please find the serial number of the product along with the past three service request numbers i have made to lenovo for my past issues.

                    And one more thing I wanted to add that In case of parts replacement also I have never got the solution on one go. There also they are not using the standard parts.

                    I need to replace the Screen two times. I have replaced the motherboard for the Power/Charging issue. And just in a few days that also stopped working. So I don't trust the Parts you are using.

                    I strongly demand the whole product replacement only.

                    Today I have visited the service center and provided my laptop to them. They have verified and confirmed that the power issue is still there after providing the resolution once by them.

                    Also one more point they have told that the body is loosed, as the laptop was opened three times. Two times for screen replacement and one time for a motherboard replacement. So now they need to replace the body. And that is not covered under warranty.

                    Now, I am sure that I am not responsible for whatever damage is happened to the body. And if it needs to be replaced then also I am not responsible to pay the amount for that part, as it was not caused by me. But its the service center who has created that damage.

                    The service center person is telling me that when you have replaced the screen at that time damage has happened. And that Vendor was different and we are not responsible for this.

                    So I need a confirmation from Lenovo India now, that whatever the part needs to be replaced, I am not liable to pay a single rupee for that.

                      I have ordered an Lenovo laptop on 10th of November, 2018. While ordering it was showing that it will get delivered by 15th November, 2018. I waited till 15th November and called Lenovo customer care they said the respective order has not at all processed yet, they will inform the backend team to start the process and arrange a callback.

                      Till date I have not received any call back from any representative, on top of it I tried multiple times reaching out the customer care they were misguiding me.

                      One representative gave me the below contact details.

                      Which are not functional, at all email got bounces those were always busy.

                      Later after lot of effort one more representative gave me the below contact details.

                      And below is the contact that I have received w.r.to delivery. I should particularly mention that the below number being folded by a person called "Amardeep Singh" which is one of the worst person that I have ever interacted. So irresponsible.

                      Its been 3 week I got delivery of my laptop and for past few days its showing errors while opening windows applications like calculator, Ms office, calendar, etc. I've checked online options how to resolve it but its not working. any of them aren't still opening. resolve this problem asap coz its delaying by daily works.

                        Hi all.

                        I purchased on lenovo laptop ideapad 320 from lenovo before 3 months for rs - 65000

                        Which is having configuration of i7 processor and 8gb ram 1 tb hdd.

                        After that issue 1-

                        After using this i felt that there is some sound coming from the laptop so i gave a complaint, then a lenovo technical person came to my place and saw the system and,
                        After that what he told was the sound is quite similar for this product.
                        And they cannot change it.
                        You have to suffer with the sound for life-long and everyone suffering as welll

                        After that.

                        Issue - 2 -
                        I felt that laptop is very very slow still after having a high configuration as well as 8 gb ram.

                        Then i complaint lenovo for this issue show that diagnose to my system for 8 hours.

                        Till the issue is not solved again they did the same for 3 hours.

                        Then the resolution whatever given by lenevo is there is no hardware issues on my laptop so they cannot do anything i have to suffer with this one. This was the resolution given by lenovo.

                        After that

                        Issues 3 -

                        Then after a month i tried to connect the laptop with lan then the lan port in that laptop was not working then again i complaint and they did the same.

                        Diagnose the system again for 3 hours in they told there is no hardware issue then after they asked to send the photos of the lan port i sent,
                        Then they found there is some issue.

                        One person came to my place and for the lan port the change the motherboard.

                        After using a week 1 day when i was searching for something and i got to know that.

                        Issue 4 -

                        While changing the lan port that changed my processor also they have taken my i7 processor and fixed a processor of i5 oh my god..

                        Then again i am daily complaining about the issue and still it is not resolved. After a month also.

                        I will request everyone here after please don't believe lenevo and don't go for lenovo product anymore lenovo is the worst service provider i had seen in my life.

                        I am strongly recommended my friends and my family please and please don't go for lenovo.

                        You may believe me or not so please find the attachments you can get a clear idea.

                          This is in reference to my earlier complaint with lenovo zuk1 mobile regarding my battery.
                          2/9/2018
                          1. I went to the lenovo okhla service center on 2nd september 2018 for battery replacement.
                          2. The battery was replaced and i was asked to pay 3000 rs (1800 for battery+1200 misc) and was given a handwritten bill. I have attached the invoice (Invoice no. 3123)
                          3. However, when i was handed over the phone, i found the battery to be old and dirty, for which i complain there and asked them the part number or proof of its originality, but they said its ok nothing will happen and we are here to resolve the issue if anything happens.
                          4. I went back with my phone
                          4/9/2018
                          1. I experienced some issue with the battery as i was not getting the desired backup.
                          2. I called the customer care and narrated the incident and asked them for the proof.
                          3. They said i must have received a computerized bill, which i wasn’t.
                          4. Someone from lenovo called me and took the service center guy at the conference and asked me to visit so that they can show me the parts number on my screen.
                          5. I said i can't go because its too far to just to see the part number as i need a written proof on my bill. I replied the same on mail as follows and attached the battery pics as well.
                          1/10/2018
                          1. My phone shut down automatically and went into an infinite loophole. I was in my hometown so couldn’t take it to the service center
                          31/10/2018
                          1. I took it to the nearest service center (Noida sector 16), they said the issue is with the battery and take it to okhla from where you got it
                          2. I took it to the service center and i narrated the earlier incident. It was diagnosed for 1 hr and i was told that issue is with the battery and it will take 2 days to take the approval and change the battery.
                          3. Again i was given a job sheet mentioning battery is will be replaced. I was assured by miss vicky that no charges will be there. I also spoke to jamila madam, she gave me the no. Of his manager mr. Shubham gupta.
                          4. I spoke with shubham gupta and he said he will look into this matter.
                          5. I got a call from jamila 2 times after that saying i will take more time as the parts are not available.
                          6. Again i got a call from jamila on 13th november saying that problem is with the board and i have to pay 8500 rs and also given an offer to exchange it with another new mobile in-store and deducting 3000+500 rs for me.
                          I would never pay for such manipulated and planned looting. There was an ongoing issue with the battery and i want my entire amount to be refund.
                          I have attached all the invoices and mail for your perusal

                            Issue - automatic restart until battery drains completely

                            Issue detail -
                            After the latest update from lenovo, my phone is restarting automatically until the battery drains off completely.

                            Resolution attempts from my end -
                            I took the phone to lenovo authorized service center and was told that its a software issue and will be fixed by the patch released by lenovo.
                            They have tried factory reset and hard reset but neither of it could resolve the issue.
                            Raised complaint on lenovo forum and customer care.

                            Impact -
                            I have been facing this problem since 20th and as such not able to use my phone since then. Its causing big trouble in my personal and official work.

                            Its already been a week and even now, neither the service center nor the lenovo customer care knows the whereabout or the release date of the patch.
                            Lenovo cant expect us to spend money on their phones and then expect us to keep the phone idle without use for such long time.

                            Desirable resolution -
                            Kindly provide us an update on the release date of the patch and if its taking too much time, either revert back the software to a previously working version or provide us with a back up phone until the issue is being fixed.

                            We cant afford to not use the phone for such a long period.

                              Laptop ordered on nov 8 2018 and lenovo now telling they can dispatch after 4dec2018. As per their terms and conditions with in 8-12 working days the product will be delivered. There is no option to cancel also. I have paid money. I need my money back. Please help me

                                I have a motorola mobile which is fired on 08/10/18 my hand was injured also mobile completely damaged. I have given complaint to motorola but till the date not responding also my mobile which is fired taken by motorola but till the date no response. Please do justice in this concern because i have lost physically and financially.

                                  I had given my tab (Lenovo tab ntb) twice for repair to poovath agencies, p t usha road, ernakulam, they changed the mother board and software. Inspite of that the problem was not fixed. During the warranty period itself i gave it again on 17 may 2018 for repair and since then it is lying with them.
                                  We contacted the lenovo customer care they said their repair centre is changed and later sent us a mail asking to pay rs 300 for change of software, which i refused to do as i have already changed the software and the problem was not fixed.
                                  In the beginning of october 2018 i received a call from poovath agency asking for the tab's adapter, which i had already given to them months back.
                                  They give us some excuses or other for the 6 months delay and now refuse to attend our calls.

                                      First occurrence of the incident - 20th oct 2018

                                      Issue - automatic restart until battery drains completely

                                      Issue detail -
                                      After the latest update from lenovo, my phone is restarting automatically until the battery drains off completely.

                                      Resolution attempts from my end -
                                      I took the phone to lenovo authorized service center and was told that its a software issue and will be fixed by the patch released by lenovo.
                                      They have tried factory reset and hard reset but neither of it could resolve the issue.
                                      Raised complaint on lenovo forum and customer care.

                                      Impact -
                                      I have been facing this problem since 20th and as such not able to use my phone since then. Its causing big trouble in my personal and official work.

                                      Its already been a week and even now, neither the service center nor the lenovo customer care knows the whereabout or the release date of the patch.
                                      Lenovo cant expect us to spend money on their phones and then expect us to keep the phone idle without use for such long time.

                                      Desirable resolution -
                                      Kindly provide us an update on the release date of the patch and if its taking too much time, either revert back the software to a previously working version or provide us with a back up phone until the issue is being fixed.

                                      We cant afford to not use the phone for such a long period.

                                        Lenovo k8 note lacks miracast so it should be provided with miracast in next update
                                        And it is also having heating problem while charging and some times it even lags. Lenovo k8 note is performing good but my only regret is miracast but i am not going to root so please provide a solution which includes without rooting the phone and the turbo charge is a bit problematic and taking 3 hours to charge and the battery performance is not up to the mark
