I purchased a Lenovo vibe K5 note mobile on 23. 07. 2017 from flipkart.
Against prepaid invoice no. OD[protected] for rs. 10499 / –
I have faced a problem that mobile is not turning on and raised a complaint on 4th june-2018, 6th july and 12 July-2018 and lenovo customer service center (K.R.K service Lenovo India Pvt.Ltd, Ferns Icon, Level -2, Doddenakund Village,
Marathhalli Outer Ring Road, Marathhalli Post, Kr Puram Hobli, Bangalore-560037 ). They have fixed the problem but I have found same issue after 3days then I have tried to connect them then they said you need to pay Rs.3500
for changing Motherboard, Subborad and battery. So I asked to them if device is under warranty then why are you asking for money then finally they accepted mobile and kept it for 10 days and they changed the microprocessor and said that will not get issue in future.
But problem is not resolved yet and they are intentionally doing temporary solution as my warranty would be expiring on 22-July-18 hence they know after warranty they will take money from me.
I am expecting answer for below questions:

1-If I have been facing issue since 2 months then why they are not providing permanent solution or if mobile is defective then why they are not replacing?
2-If I have been facing same issue since 2 months and reported at the same time, which is 2 months prior to warranty expire period then my issue should be fixed even if my warranty would be expired.
3- Why they are looking for money and waiting for warranty expired.

Please help me out and do the needful here as I am very disappointment due to this because you can easily under stand without mobile how can be handled our daily routine & office work.

Note-As They have provided the replacement device also having same problem hence its 100 % doubt, it s not original device its refurbished thats why having same issue ..now they are denying for any help now.

For replacement device also having same problem and thety are saying that its was new device but it was not new device and they are asking for money for changing mother board while they have changed mother 3 times with old device but problem was not resolved ..
replacement device also facing very hot it can be blast in any time.

    I want to replace the lcd display & touch screen digitizer of my lenovo vibe k4 notes accordingly i went to the customer care center, berhampur, ganjam, odisha. They told me it will cost rs.5000/-, where as it only costs rs.1909/-. Is not it disgusting.
    Kindly help in this regard. My phone is working, simply it has some scratches and broken marks on the display

      I have purchase lenovo 520 laptop before 2 and half month. After one month i am facing so many problems. So many times i talk to customer care he have only one solution which is reset. After 3 time reset. Till now lenovo not giving me good response.

      There are so many problems with lenovo laptop.
      1: touch screen not working in night
      2: system performance is not good
      3:-my system screen is not working properly

      Waiting for engineer... I have not received any call from the engineer side. So please send me engineer contact no.

      Hello, My Lenovo K5 Note is not working its screen touch is not properly working due to some installed applications it hangs. And also I am not able to download and install due to an error in play store app after contact to Lenovo Support they solve my problem. you can also try to contact them for your problem and solve your query.

        Today i have contacted to on line customer care with no is[protected] of lenovo for my complain resolution but they suggested and given a no-[protected] for calling. I have called and they said that our lenovo service center for wrist band only in ghaziabad state up and you have to send by courier to that office with your flipcart bill and also they provide the full address by my whattsup no [protected].
        Now i want to know why i will go for that. So there for you are requested to please replace the band or refund the money as earliest.

        I have alredy 25 service reports with me of my machine y-50-70
        but still not able to use because is not working...

        executive promised me 8 months back for the replacement but still it is under the process

        now from last two months no one is responding on emails and on calls

          My name is himanshu singh and currently i am using lenovo k3 note, it's battery is not giving backup of 2900 mah, so, i thought i need to buy a new one, so when i went to lenovo service center then they told me it will cost rs.1550 and currently they don't have it in stock and when i asked about warranty then they told me that there is no warranty. Then when i asked cost in different cities then i found that battery cost differ according to the city and there is no mrp on battery, so, now tell me lenovo that battery is a thing that will surely doesn't last for long and if you are not sure about your battery if it will last for some months (Because you are giving no warranty) then why should i but your product in future, i assure you one this was my first and last lenovo product and i would never ever suggest lenovo to anyone.             I had mobile charging issue. I visited twice to your service center. They charge me 1100 rupees but when i asked for bill they told we are not providing bill.
            They gave me a new usb charger cable but did not return my old cable. When i reached home and it was not working. Again i visited that service center they told me some lose connection is there, don't know what they did, they showed me that it's working but when i reached home it's not working.
            They are simply cheating. Better stop selling your product instead of cheating peoples.

              I bought the lenovo yoga510 at a price of rs.63000 last year only and honestly speaking, it's working worse than a 5 year old normal ranged laptop.
              1) there's this problem with the lcd screen which goes blank anytime and the laptop then needs to be restarted.
              2) despite having very less apps and no softwares it lags all the time. I don't even feel like switching this laptop on.
              3) and now, one more problem has occured, speakers not working!!
              The condition of my laptop is amazing and i keep it with the utmost care, but still i dont know what's the problem. I am sorry to be such harsh but that's the truth. All the lenovo yoga products have this issue i guess. And if not all then atleast y510 ones as two of my friends also use the same laptop and they bought it even after me, and both of them have lost faith in the company as there have been the same issues which i mentioned just now with both.
              I kindly request you to do something about this issue, either change my laptop, replace it or do whatever you can, but please do something helpful and needful otherwise i would be forced to take a strict action against the company as i have seen these issues with most of the lenovo products.
              I am really fed up of my laptop!

                I bought the subject laptop from croma, jubilee hills, hyderabad on 13/8/2018. Issues are - after getting the laptop for the 1st time from store on 13th july itself, the main issue was the whole screen went blank, unusual delay in booting the laptop when restarting, few keys are non-functional, keypad is not getting activated/deactivated in tab & laptop mode respectively. I have been running between croma and lenovo but there is no progress. A brand new laptop is defective and lenovo is not ready to replace it. Lenovo is insisting me to let them open the laptop which i am not allowing as it is a new piece and i demand a replacement immediately. It is being more than 1 month i have been suffering for purchasing lenovo product.

                  After updating to oreo 8.0 in my lenovo k8 plus... Whenever my jio sim is in roaming network i am unable to perform any calling activities... I can't call because call doesn't connect & incoming calls are also banned... This happens only in roaming network... I have activated data roaming & even my volte option is on.. I get the network of jio but i can't call or receive any call from my jio sim... The same sim works fine in other phones... The sim works perfectly in home network problem starts only in roaming network.
                  I want my phone in working condition otherwise i will have to go to consumer court... U can take it as a request or warning

                    Dear team,
                    I placed order for lenovo k8 note through amazon on 22 march 18.
                    Its been around 4.5 months only and my phone is facing "powering on: issue which i observed on 6th aug 18, when my phone got switched off after 7-8% battery left notification. I contacted lenovo customer care and followed basic troubleshooting steps they told which didn't resolve the issue and visited nearest lenovo/motorola service center on 10th of aug.

                    They said its neither because of battery issue nor software issue. Its because of some fault on motherboard - hardware problem-which is yet to be identified. But it can't be covered under warranty saying power key connector plastic casing, very minor, seems little bit broken. On inquiring they told this casing in no way affects working of the phone, so even if i got the phone from retailer in this condition i would have not known. Also, in my use in last 3-4 months my phone has never fallen nor being hit against anything hard ever. Also, neither phone has ever been opened nor it is having any external damage, as inspected and confirmed by service team as well.

                    I shouldn't suffer my warranty replacement/repair because of such a thing which firstly is very minor, cosmetic in nature and in no way affects functioning of motherboard and hence phone, and secondly could have happened either by service center engineers while opening my phone (Which didn't happen in front of me) or being provided as is to me when i purchased from retailer.

                    Service center people refused to write their first problem inspection report while providing job sheet first day even on insisting saying we do this on returning phone and also refusing to share the mail communications making me doubt the fair procedure, saying these are internal.

                    I have mailed to lenovo smartphones service head, mr. Vikas sharma, on 11-august-2018 but still awaiting response.

                    We pay this much amount of money for branded phones because of its reliability and credibility. But even if during warranty customer is in this way troubled, that's at stake.

                    I have used the phone taking all the required care.in such a short time, in warranty period, if phone has started facing motherboard related issues, i would request my complete phone or motherboard be duly replaced under warranty at earliest as phone's unavailability is causing me inconvenience on daily basis.

                      My lenovo zuk smart phone does not charge and its now turn off... Because off charging issue its not be turn on... So much heated while charging and few days its too much heated and discharge fastly... And now today its not charging and not be turn on. It is warrenty period so plss try to resolve problem...                           On 03/04/2018 i bought a lenovo mobile phone (K6 power bill no.29b[protected] of rs 9444/-, but received bitter experience. After two months of purchase (In june), charging of mobile stopped and then i approached lenovo service center indirapuram ghaziabad, they told me that that charging cord is to be replaced. Soon after this happening again there was problem of charging (In july) then again i approached same lenovo service center, they told me that there is some mobile part this time which needs to be replaced, but the next day they handedover the mobile set replacing the motherboard of mobile, without even informing me about replacement of whole motherboard. It was shocking for me because the main core system of mobileset is motherboard and if they thought that motherboard was not ok thaen they should have given me new mobileset, but still 10-15 days after there are many problems with the working of the mobile set like phone hanging, slow working, not responding properly. Lenovo is having big name in market of electronics but i didnt expected the they are manufacturing defective items. I request to get my money refunded as i feel cheated.

                            Very bad service of customer support. i tried many times to contacted to customer care but there is no executive to pick call. Lenovo is making fool to customer on name of service. And all the executive of lenovo support behavior very rude. They always provide new contact number for every query to tell to user that call on this number we do not have any information about this.

                              I am facing network issue from last three months. Lot of time visited lenovo service center, jamnagar location. Finally they have given me corrupted phone and they replied that we can't do anything. Detailed history is attached here.
                              1. 20th june i visited service centre for network issue, they have formatted and return back to me.
                              2. I visited on 4th july for same issue, and came to know that mother board hard ware issue after 5days they have replaced mother board and return back to me.
                              3. Still same network issue is persisting and always system itself rebooting. I visited again for lenovo service centre, again they have formatted and return back to me.
                              4. Still rebooting issue is not solved again i visited 1st aug. Finally they have given me non working phone. Finally they in next update issue will resolve.

                              For these issue contacted lenovo support care via mail and call.

                              As per my complaint they replaced motherboard. Still problems persisting in my handset.
                              Automatically ring and speaker getting slow itself, everytime am increasing the volume, automatically it getting low how it is am not understanding...
                              One thing i have to say i wont buy ever lenovo products.worst service centres, poor customer service...

                              There is complaint with the display of the pc. A black mark is appearing at the bottom left corner . It's covering the display as the days are passing by.

                                I went to your service center
                                at Jhansi A A ENTERPRISES,
                                Address: Bata Chowk, near NC beauty Parlar, Friend Complex Sadarbazar, Jhansi
                                with my mobile phone Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus with a problem that the phone
                                was powering on and with a message " your phone is powering off in 24
                                sec",
                                'Battery low". After four days my phone is returned to stating the
                                reason that now it is having battery problem and now I have to buy a
                                new battery.

                                My phone was returned to me in the same state as it was before 04 days
                                and a Repairing bill of Rs. 900/- is charged from me in spite of no
                                work done.
                                Such a big fraud these people are doing sitting there in the name of
                                service center of LENOVO. I will persue this every were on social
                                media and consumer forum as well if no seviour action action been
                                taken at your end.

                                Only one sound drive is working and another one in not working
                                Purchased lenovo smart band HW01 from Flipkart
                                * December 2017 to Till Date
                                It is showing problem since its purchase. There is no bluetooth connectivity, battery issue. Because of bluetooth connectivity failure, it is useless as it will not track and show the data. Have emailed customer care on 27th July 2018, but there is no reply.

                                  I purchased lenovo mobile some time back.in a year it was repaired 4 times in service center. But still phone is not functional. I am daily calling lenovo customer care and every day i am receiving same answer from cce, case is esclated to senior team and concerned team will get back to you.
                                  Word esclation is just a joke there and concerned team is undercover because there is no contact information. Only god know who comes under that team.
                                  Its more than one month lenovo is just doing time pass with the incident. Phone was damaged by their untrained service center mechanics and i think they replaced my genuine parts with duplicate parts.

                                  I have written email to service head also but i think he is not willing to look into the issue.

                                  Never purchase any lenovo product. They dont have any clear communication channel, no point of contact.

                                    I gave my laptop to service centre in surat (Pc point). My issue is about battery backup. Its battery backup is very poor. It is about only 1 hour 20 minutes.in service centre they take my laptop but they didn't do any thing. They gave my laptop as it is. I saw them that in 5 minutes 6 % battery is used. The main person told that celibration is not completed butt still in receipt they have written that calebration is done and working is ok. And main person said that if laptop is working for one hour then it is ok
                                    And as my knowledge laptop's battery backup (1hour) is worst of the worst backup.
                                    Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Please don't cheat customer by providing ur fake products.

                                      Me aaj lenovo service center gayi thi. Wah mera mobile me mene bola only charging nahi ho raha uska pin ka problem he... To muje bolta he ye apke mobile ka mother board new dalana padega... Charging nahi ho but sath me mother board bhi new dalana padega..5500/- charge lagega.. Mene bola nahi karvana muje 7500/-ka mobile he usme 5500/-ka mother board kyun dalnaaa... Me samne indraprasath name ka shopping centre he waha gayi... Waha ek shop me 200/-rs me repair kar diya only charging ka pin tut gaya hua tha aa.. Kitna loont he lenovo service center vale...

                                        While purchasing lenovo phab plus tab i came in big trouble.
                                        The episode / series of incident:[protected] started because of software issues to my tab.
                                        Now my lenovo phab plus tab became 101% dead because of software issue.
                                        1stly i will brief current issue occurred with my lenovo phab plus tab.
                                        - on date 16/07/2018 lenovo phab plus tab suddenly stopped working 3 to 4 times.
                                        - i have restarted it again and again.
                                        - observed battery charging stopped.
                                        - observed lenovo phab plus tab not connecting to pc and not reflecting on pc screen.
                                        - finally it stopped working 100% became off.
                                        - here point to be noted that, my lenovo phab plus tab don’t have any water inserted / infected or any damage marks.
                                        Submitted lenovo phab plus tab to lenovo authorised service centre, aurangabad on dt. 17/07/2018 for resolving the issue. So no. Ltnc[protected]
                                        As on date my lenovo phab plus tab is out off warranty but this issue i am facing by 11th day after purchasing and started using my lenovo phab plus tab.
                                        In short the history of software issue is as under –
                                        1) date of purchase of lenovo phab plus tab – dt. 31/10/2016
                                        2) 1st complaint logged about software issue – dt. 12/11/2016, incident:[protected]
                                        3) number of mails and reminders given to you and lenovo service team along with all evidence which are demanded by you and lenovo service team.
                                        4) lenovo phab plus tab submitted 04 times for resolving software issue to lenovo authorised service centre – no output, no results.
                                        5) lenovo authorised service centre reinstalled lenovo phab plus tab software more than 03 times.
                                        6) in this software issue mail episode / series i have last mail on dt. 18/09/2017, incident:[protected] and asked to give upgraded software may be on paid basis.
                                        7) overall no output, no results that’s i used lenovo phab plus tab as it is, while restarting it. But now it became 100% dead.

                                        On dt. 25/07/2018 noon i visited to lenovo authorised service centre, aurangabad.
                                        That time, i came to know that, they done mail of lenovo tab repair estimate to me on dt. 24/07/2018 & needs approval for conducting repairs.
                                        Also know that i have to replace main board (Motherboard) of tab.
                                        The repair cost touching around rs. 11500/-
                                        That time in discussion with authorise person of lenovo authorised service centre, aurangabad; i asked some question as under –

                                        Please let me know -
                                        1) why the main board (Motherboard) of tab became dead suddenly?
                                        As the tab doesn't have any external / internal impact mark or water infected mark.
                                        2) what's life of new main board (Motherboard)?
                                        3) what's guarantee that the new replaced main board (Motherboard) will work smoothly? As i am having lot of issues with tab from 11th day from the purchase day.

                                        They failed to give me answer of above queries.
                                        As they failed to give me proper answer, i rejected the repair estimate on dt. 25/07/2018; while stating same above points.

                                        Lenovo team also making football of this issue. Why should i pay repair charges? When i received / got faulty handset.

                                        I am having all needful evidence in soft copy.
                                        Please help me.
