I have contacted every one of your business and all I have been getting is the run around since 2016 so I finally bought my own screen and tried to repair it and broke my phone. You guys are rip-offs. I have massive emails to various Lenovo contacts and no support. Thanks. Here is one of the emails I sent

Hello,
my mother bought me this phone and I can not find out where she bought it because she is no longer here. I have been trying to get assistance because my digitizer stopped working right after it was purchased then the camera stopped working when I tried the update I was told to do to fix it. All I have been getting is the runaround. I really need assistance please help. Also when I called the[protected] they wanted to charge me $150 then when I told them I could buy the Lenovo Phab 2 for that amount they hung up on me. It is unbelievable the lengths I have gone through to get assistance. Here is some proof of my attempts:
