I have purchased lenova xt 1663 3 months back.

I was facing problem regarding charging of the set and accordingly i visited your service centre in noida sector 18.
On checking it was informed the set is o k and bring your charger for testing.
Again i visited on 23/7/2018 and to my surprise this time it was informed your charger is o k but mobile has charging problem
Your service order no [protected] was given.
Now its informed to me the whole panel is found of moisture and complete card is to be changed at the cost of rs 13, 000/
I fail to understand how moisture can enter into sealed set.
Please rectify the set otherwise i have no option to go to consumer court to settle the issue.

    Dear lenovo team,
    i have lenovo vibe k5 note.
    mobile has mic problem, when me visited " Authorized Lenovo Motorola Service centre Viman Nagar Punr [protected]"
    service centre told me that your has out of warranty but my phone is in waranty period.
    after lots of arguments they are ready to repair my mobile but give time period of 10 days again arguments with senior staff which was drunken at that time told me put your mobile for at least 7 days or go to hell.
    Worst service from lenovo & motorola.
    the behavior of staff is very Careless.
    i m very dissappoointed from the Customer Service of Lenovo

    I REFUSE other Peoples to buy any of product of Lenovo due to Customer Service Of Lenovo.

      I Have purchased Lenova K8 Note on 5.06.2018 . The specification regarding touch screen and Glass protection and warranted details are as follows:

      13.97 (5.5-inch) Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS touchscreen with Gorilla Glass protection
      1 year manufacturer warranty for device and 6 months manufacturer warranty for in-box accessories including batteries from the date of purchase .

      While travelling on train in lower birth the phone slipped from my pant packet and fallen down. Surprised to see the Gorilla glass had a crack. I approached the Chennai mobiles Trichy for replacement and they informed that Rs 4000/- Has to be pay for replacement and they are not even guide me how to get free on warranted period. Mr. Arun at chennai mobiles who is representative of Lenova informed that Out of 50%of k8 Lenovo mobiles the gorilla Glass broken when it is fallen . why Lenovo is having unquality parts . I don't know the meaning of gorilla Glass of Lenovo K8 is having .

      I humbly pray that the glass shall be replaced on free of cost

        Sir,
        I am a working professional. For my higher studies I purchased a Lenovo B 40-80 laptop 2 years ago. After six months it showed keypad complaints. Its back space key, delete key, caps lock key and volume adjusting keys was not working properly. But now its display is not working. So do the needful.
        I bought this laptop for 30, 000 rupees and I did not get any accessories the only thing I got at the time of purchase was laptop carry bag. So i request to provide me with necessary accessories and resolve my complaint as early as possible.

            I am a customer of Lenovo as I had purchased a mobile phone of Lenovo (Lenovo K4 Note) on (29/11/2016) i.e., seven months old.

            I plugged in my phone for charging and after few minutes my phone was exploded and from here I want to clear few points.

            · I didn’t over charge the phone as the remaining power the phone’s battery is 22% .

            · The blast has taken place after few minutes which means the phone wasn’t kept plugged in for long interval of time.

            By grace of the God there wasn’t any injuries takes place although I had faced some financial loss as my phone kept near to my laptop so my laptop is got damaged, Bluetooth headset got damaged I am sending the pictures of the damaged devices along with this mail as an attachment. After facing such an accident when I reached to the service center. they told me that they can provide the replacement of the phone.

            I want to clear one thing that I didn’t want to replace my phone only I also want the compensation of my damages which are caused due to the blast. Kindly revert me ASAP and provide me a compensation of my damages otherwise I can file a suit against Lenovo regarding my compensation

              When i switch on the power button, the laptop display is not visible. The light is visible on the powering button but the laptop display is not visible, i gave the laptop to the authorised service centre on[protected]. The main problem is powering issue. Serial no is pfotma2d. Service order number is [protected]. So please resolve the problem as earlier as possible

                I bought Lenova 'ideapad 100' laptop bearing S.NO. MP08ENU5 from Lenovo Authorised dealer at Rajahmundry, AP. The screen of the laptop developed a thumb sized black spot, which obstructs the text. I noticed it to be growing slowly. Hence, I reported to the problem to the dealer and then at dealer's advice to the Lenovo company . As the service support staff asked, I produced the Screen shot for your viewing, invoice for verification and label for identifying the laptop.
                But the company at first came out with plea that No warranty for this Laptop as the gap in date of sale and date of mfg is large and 2 years, 1 months,
                12 days, as if I committed the mistake.
                After the dealer intervened, they upgraded the warranty and still not ready to cover my problem under warranty stating the screen problem is of LCD and there is no accidental insurance for this Laptop.
                I understood from reliable sources of Lenovo company that more incentives are provided to those Service Support staff who successfully decline the legitimate after sale warranty service.
                I have not bought the Laptop from foot-path and more so I have been working on computers from 1992 being the Bank officer / Manager.
                LENOVO Company's rejection of warranty stating gap in manufacture and sale is just idiotic and being such mega company trying to ditch its customers is unpardonable.

                    I bought my laptop Lenovo Ideapad Core i5 7th Gen (8GB/1TB) from Flipkart. It was delivered on 27 Jan 2018. It came with stickers on its corners and a temporary screen protector. Since May I have been facing the following issues in the Laptop:
                    1. The Keypad would stop working
                    2. Auto-type many letters and the F column
                    3. The touchpad would hang
                    4. The system is painfully slow
                    5. And suddenly it would start working like nothing is wrong with it.
                    I have called the customer care continuously after my exams got over. At first, I manually corrected everything as they directed me on phone. It took 3-4 hours. And after that, when the issue persisted, they sent an engineer. On the phone, they said there might be a PROBLEM with the KEYPAD. The laptop was working fine on the day the engineer came. I took off all the stickers that were on the keypad- one in the extreme right corner was of blue colour with some kind of design on it. The corner was CHIPPED.
                    His conclusion after checking the laptop thoroughly was: There is no issue with the laptop. It is an electronic item. There is nothing to be worried about. The Laptop is fine.
                    But, after 2 days the same situation occurred, and I waited for it to get back to normal. It went back to normal. The laptop was working fine. Then it again stopped working after 2 days.
                    I again called the customer service. They would keep me on hold and eventually cut the phone. When one of them finally picked up, I again complained about the same situation. At first, they again wanted me to do it, but I strictly asked them to send an engineer with a KEYBOARD. They have to CHANGE the KEYBOARD.
                    The second engineer came. He opened the laptop, and said, "It is damaged. I CANNOT change the KEYBOARD."
                    He did not even check anything and left.

                    I again called the customer service and they said it cannot be done because the Laptop is not under Accidental Damage Insurence. I continuously told her that the chipped corner was always there, and finally, she asked me to take pictures of my laptop and email it. I emailed all the pictures, but never got a return call. Then I again called the next day, and they DID NOT SEE THE EMAIL.

                    First of all, the LAPTOP has never fallen. It is our first laptop and we are very careful about handling it. When not in use, it is always in its bag. I never took it out of the home. Never dropped it. The chipped corner WAS ALWAYS THERE. I saw it for the first time when I removed the sticker.

                    The company is blaming the incompetence of this laptop on a chipped corner. I am not an engineer yet, but I know enough that it is a HARDWARE ISSUE. They are trying their best to get out of this complaint.

                    If my issue is not solved by the company, I will file a complaint in the CONSUMER COURT, and please be ready for a LEGAL NOTICE to come. I am FED UP with the BAD SERVICE, and I am not going to call again and again only to get my phone call hung up.

                          No positive response from Lenovo.My set got blended due to over heating of battery. There is safety risk to use this set but company is not ready to work out the issue. Company should take this set and have a R & D to eliminate the issue. Many times I have contacted but failed to get a favourable answer for the Lenovo.My company.

                            Actually I bought Lenovo Ideapad 320 - 81BG00SLIN on 04-Apr-2018.
                            I faced lot of issues in that..
                            1. Battery backup is just 2 hrs only.. but in showroom they said 5hrs.
                            2. I've applied for printer in offer price, but I didn't get.. they took more than a month for approval and finally they said date expired.
                            3. Lenovo support is worst.. I sent a msg on Jun15th but still I didn't get any reply.
                            4. lots of issues in this laptop model.. I clearly asked showroom guy for business purpose. they strongly recommended this worst laptop for me..

                            Worst Experience ever.

                              I have phone Lenovo k 8 plus, I purchased on 7april 2018, after system update a phone became hang and switched off automatically, phone doesn't display any thing even finger touch work carefully with all keys but nothing shows on screen, phone started by switching off tha phone, costumer care no.is not company'no.and every time he deny i will not belong from Lenovo company', there is no proper address of service centre really too much bad experience with this company phone no service available, plz I want my phone well but how

                                  Battery is going off in 1hr and laptop have a heating issue, getting stuck some time and very bad performance. I am fed up after buying this machine for 50k. It has been only 6 months and from the starting itself i have been complaining but no one is listening. Serial number : pf0ug1px

                                  I asked for the engineer to visit my property as i have taken the insurance of 3 yrs but still your customer service employees are denying to do so.
                                  I contacted the customer services multiple times and they are just making me fool by doing some checks and after that i have been advised to monitor.

                                  The main issue is with the battery, it's running off after an hour and i am feeling ashamed in front of my colleagues who are using the office laptop and that too lenevo thinkpad a normal laptop whose battery runs for near about 2.5 - 3 hours, i do have that one as well provided by my office but i bought this machine for my personal use but i am very much depressed by it's performance.

                                    Vide flipkart invoice number : faaawp[protected] dt 09/08/2017.
                                    On receipt of these mobile within 10 days touch is not worked properly. We had register the complaint pondicherry service center bill lpny[protected]/09/2017. They had take the time for service 15 days and handover to us. Then 09/06/2018 speaker not worked our complaint number : lpny[protected]. These time also take 15 days for service but these time not serviced properly so once again we had handover the mobile to service center on 25/06/2018 lpny[protected]. Now they have told mic and speaker not worked.in continuation we are not satisfied. We request to you kindly give us the new phone. We are waiting for your valuable support..

                                      I am completely dissatisfied with the laptop as it's a new one and it's been nearly 3 times i have serviced it. I am completely fed up with the laptop. The laptop keeps on hanging all the time and i have formated it almost 2 times. My experience was completely horrible. I never used to get my work done whenever needed. I request you to please take a positive action against it.
                                      Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      My Lenovo K6 smartphone is very frequently has serious nagging freezing and hanging issues.

                                      Can anyone offer any solution?

                                      I already tried resetting to factory settings and turning off animation settings.

                                      many apps and services are running in background without our knowledge,
                                      list of all the applications are in your device and post here
                                      My fast charging is not supported all the time in lenovo p2.As I put my phone on charge it shows normal charging and some times it show fast charging.And the charger gets heat up very quickly.If i restart the phone sometimes it shows fast charging and sometime s doesn't.How can i solve it?gi

                                        When, i am trying to open any app and sliding the screen, touch screen is not working. Touch screen response very slowly. This is very difficult to handle it, even it creates problem during the restart the phone. I have tried factory reset and reboot the system, but it creates same problem. It's been 4-5 days now, i'm facing this problem. I really want your help. Please kindly suggest me any solution. I'm waiting for your reply.

                                        My laptop was not able to withhold charging for at least 2 hours . This is major con in Lenovo. please guide me to use the laptop with charging by 3 -4 hours at least.
                                        Iam getting so much of touch problems in Lenovo k6 note, I have replaced touch screen two times but, iam getting again the touch screen problem,
                                        Lenovo have somuch of hardware problem in one year I got touch problem in three times, it is the Lenovo .
