My name is patel venkat nikhil i bought the mobile in the year december 2017. My mobile is lenovo k8 note after few months the battery is getting heated and while talking with the mobile is getting overheated. And next thing is the version problem.
Orio version : it is creating many problems.

So please kindly give the correct solution for the above discription.

    I have bought lenovo k8 note in the month of sept from amazon last year.

    Since the oreo update has been installed, the battery is draining very fast. I get only 5-6 hrs to use on lte and causing me a great loss. I cant even have talk on the phone as it is heating too much. As per screenshot i can get only 5hrs on 74%. That is really bad.

    I spoke to the customer service and they asked to me do factory reset. I did exactly same yet the problem didn't get solve.

    Please understand the we like the phone and it worked great until the update. More we cannot use the faulty phone as advised by your team.
    Please do something or the phone is useless for me. My phone is under warranty, i have asked customer care but they did nothing.

      I had purchase a mobile phone lenovo z2 (Black, 64gb) on[protected] from amazon
      I have face some problem in my phone then go to the service center at chandigarh but they have some warranty issue regarding my phone, i have bill of product but they said your moblie is not register with us
      Your warranty will be valid when we get the approval from lenovo. Its not fair thing i had suffering from last four days my mobile was not working

        I had battery issue and this was not resolved for more than 6 months. Later when their so called not capable team didt know how to solve they said its software issue and said to reinstall software. I did this twice but till now issue didt get solved. I bought laptop before a year amd started facing issue in just 4 months. More than 6 months and till now no solution. How worst service and product lenovo provides. I wasted 42k for this laptop and now suffering with many issue.

          I have received the notifications in my phone asking for system update. After the system update, my phone was having an issue of battery - quick drain (Charge is not lasting for more than an hour), phone is not getting charged soon, phone is very hot (Unable to take calls), data usage is not so easy...

          When i checked in lenovo service center, they intimated that software released was an error. New system update will be released, then only issue will get resolved.

          Its almost a month, there is no updated system software released. I am still having an issue. Unable to use my phone.

          Me too suffering with exact same issue. Phone very hot to pickup and battery draining. But service centre people telling software update will come in 10 days. Now it is almost a month...

            I reported that my screen got damaged and want to replace it on 21st may 2018. I was told that display screen is not in stock and they have to order it.
            They keep on repeatedly saying that the screen display will take 2 more days to deliver. However, i have not still received any confirmation the part delivery or replacement of screen. This service center is surely not bothered about any customer's inconvenience and punctuality.
            Secondly, i was charged 230rs/- as "inspection charges" when submitting my handset which i feel was totally unnecessary. I was told that this charge will be deducted from the cost of new screen part. However, recently when i asked to give back my broken mobile they told 230rs is non-refundable.

            Also no provision of providing a spare handset due to delayed service. Absolutely unacceptable.

            My request to please have a close look at service center on priority and take serious actions on them.

              Hello,
              I purchased lenovo vibe x3 from amazon on june 26, 2016. My complaint is "battery is not working and battery for this model is not available". I visited authorized lenovo service center in bangalore located at kkr solutions-bbg, #95/2, acr greens, 2nd floor, outer ring road, marathahalli, bangalore - 56003. And they placed order for battery. They said they will get back to me once they received battery from lenovo but i never received a call from them. I was following up with them every week and their answer is stock is not available with lenovo and they're trying their best to get the spare from lenovo. Finally they are not assuring that they will get battery. My consumer complaint code with service center is "c0028-charging/battery issue" no:soin[protected].

                Dear sir,
                I am having lenovo yoga 720-13ikb laptop but its power switch is giving problem. To switch on the laptop, i have to keep it pressed for a long time & it requires multiple attempts. I posted my complaint at lenovo web site for availing "call back" option. Person from lenovo called me back.in discussions, he informed me that my laptop can not be serviced in india though it is covered under international warranty.
                However, he informed that he will be sending the details of nearest service centre in noida but i am yet to receive the same though it is more than 8 days.
                Will you please look in to the matter.
                A line of confirmation in this regard is requested.

                  I buy lenovo k4 note on 2017 and after one year in my phones issues started (Touch not work) after that i went nearest service centre kumar electronics tirunelveli town. After 17 th day i got phone back and the 2hour again that same issue again arise in my phone mike, touch does not work after the service.. They are charging 4500 rupee for it...

                    I bought lenovo k8 in september 2017 and now after oreo update the phone automatically restart anytime. I am totally shattered with it's performance and there is still no solution from the call centre and even from the customer service centre. Moreover call centre asked me to submit the phone for repair and without giving me an alternate phone. Can anyone tell how it is possible to stay without a phone at present scenario. Company has refused to help me regarding this and just saying to submit the phone for repair. This is not the service i expected from a reputed brand.
                    Please solve my problem and let me know some solution of the problem.

                    I got lenovo mobile 6 months from the beginning my mobile battery back up is worst till 15% its better but less than 15% suddenly switched off i cant do any this in emergency case so kindly look into this case

                      Drawbacks

                      -turbo charging not working takes hours to charge like 10hrs for full charge. Using same charger before n after update. Previous to update in 2n half hours to full charge

                      -battery discharge in half day. Previous to update gave 1n half day backup

                      Ph heating up a lot. Even while idle previous to update no such issue

                      Bluetooth distorts in between media play.

                      Dolby icon missing from drag down menu

                      Mobile internet on off switch doesn't work

                      Camera clarity reduced

                      Advantage

                      Fast reboot..

                      Nothing else

                      I have tried charging it in off condition using only few app. Need a urgent solution

                        I submitted my device for repairs in service centre in Chennai on above specified date.But as you see its going to be 100 days there is no progress in the case.They are still quoting parts shortage issues. Worst service I have ever come across so far.Mails are unanswered and customer care people are finding helpless with the issue.Mr.Sumit from escalation team Bangalore is following up.I now don't want my old unserviced phone but would be great if you can replace it with a new phone as compensation for such delayed service.Concerned authority can revert me @[protected] at the earliest.

                          I bough lenovo k8 note in the month of feb 12 from Sangeetha Mobile Adambakkam Chennai.

                          Since the oreo update has been installed, the battery is draining very fast. It lasts only 4-5 hours with full charge. It drains even if the phone is idle also faced heating issue and ph running very slow.

                          I took the phone to the service center, and was informed the oreo update had issues and you will have to wait untill the next update is released. They also cannot downgrade or install factory shipped os.

                          I spoke to the customer service and they asked to me to wait untill...How long I need to wait.
                          I have invested 13k on this. Rs.13000 is big Amount for me take back this mobile and give me any other equivalent mobile

                          With out checking how can you release new update

                          Customers are suffering for this issues what you have offered for customer

                          Kindly get back my mobile and give me new mobile

                          I have Submitted My Mobile in Service center on 25 the may 2018 till now I didn’t get back my mobile they asking me to wait for few day. This is not a correct thing. 3 month mobile having problem in mobile not able to sot out last 5 to 6 day why con’t give me a New mobile
                          Had a worst experience with Lenovo India service center. At first company made false commitment that they are providing gorilla glass in its K8 smartphone. What kind of gorilla glass is it, Screen got damaged just kept the phone charging for 2 hours.

                          Later, when I contacted with one of their service center, a joker or a paid commission agent said approx 4700 rs for replacement. Lenovo just in the name of service are demanding more for just a replacement of your phone screen which is available in approx 2000 rs in various online platform.

                          I won't recommend your products to anyone. I am done with you guys. Planning to lodging a complaint at consumer court.

                            On 6th of May I had received an updation in my phone for software. I did that from my phone's internet, but after that my battery was not charging properly, it got drained out soon and my phone hanged alot. So on 7th evening I submitted my phone to lenovo service centre in Vadodara and they returned me my phone after 2 days stating that the problem has been solved. After using it for 2 days I resubmitted my phone as the problem pertained. On 11th evening I had submitted my phone in service centre and have still not received it back. I made lot of phone calls to service centre and customer care but even after 20 days no one is responding neither giving me my phone nor replacing it as it is still under warranty as I had purchased my phone only this February. Please help me or I need to file a case at the consumer forum.

                              Please understand the we like the phone and it worked flawlessly untill the update. More we cannot use the faulty phone as advised by your team please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I purchased lenevo k8 note last year in october only. It fell in water and its screen is not working but on the mobile box it is already mentioned that it is water repellent so this should be also considered in warranty only if such features doesn't exist then you should also not mention it. Why are you guys fooling customer. On going to customer care they are asking high amount and they even ask for servicing cost also even it in warranty then also. Even they are ready to change usb cable if charger.

                                    I took lenovo k8 note phone in the month of aug... After few months, my phone started hanging so much n to charge it is taking 12 to 14 hrs but draining within 1 hr not even one app i can use not even fb n what's app... I went to service center for this problem 2 times they are just tlg we can't do anything need to wait for 15 days to resolve this problem.. If you people only can't do anything what we can do... I'm really unhappy with lenovo phone i'll never recomand anyone about lenovo phone... Plz refund my amount...

                                      Hello,

                                      I bough lenovo k8 note in the month of jan from amazon.

                                      Since the oreo update has been installed, the battery is draining very fast. It lasts only 13-14 hour with full charge. It drains even if the phone is idle.

                                      I took the phone to the service center, and was informed the oreo update had issues and you will have to wait untill the next update is released. They also cannot downgrade or install factory shipped os.

                                      I spoke to the customer service and they asked to me to wait untill the developer team releases a batch file to fix the issue. The service center re installed the os with oreo which did not fix the issue.

                                      Please understand the we like the phone and it worked flawlessly untill the update. More we cannot use the faulty phone as advised by your team.

                                        I bought a Lenovo IP 320-15AST, Serial no- PF0YKQSD laptop on[protected] throuh HDB Finance. 3-4days later I was facing some audio and video issues while I used to play video like heavy cracking voice and gap between audio and video. After that I mailed several times in lenovo care. But they were failed to resolve the issue like they tried to put some Drivers then again the issue arrives. Now I send them for exchange or give me a similar product. My iteraction id is [protected] given by them. Then I mailed today and I got the reply from [protected]@lenovo.com(Mr. Azim Saya) that “ this issue is due to audio/video not synced in files played by you. Thus, we will not be able to support on the same as Lenovo limited warrenty covers hardware concers of the machine”. If it will be audio video issue then I have to raise complain against google(youtube) and netflix. Because according to lenovo its their fault, not us. I will not take the defect laptop. I have one more asus laptop. Its been 5years working fine. No defect at all. Lenovo cheated people’s like us. I have three years warrenty. Its been 12days I bought but I have got very third class service by lenovo support. I would like to refund my money and take the laptop or else exchange the item.
