It doesn't have any updates and found that after its official release.. Lenovo have abundant the device and no updates will be provided. Even in service centre they said that my phone got water into the device and no warranty to the motherboard. How that's possible? I always be careful about my phone and never place in damp or moist area. This is rediculous.

    Dear Sir,

    I bought a android mobile phone, Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus[silver, 16 GB] on 03.01.2018 through Flipkart. We have high regard on reliability on Lenovo and Flipkart. But from the 3rd day of purchase hte battery charge % started declining reapidly. Within an hour it got reduced to 40% after fully charged. We thought it may be due to handling problem. But it continues till date. With in 4 to 5 calls made after fully charged the mobile set starts to get switched off. We went to Lenovo Service centre at Coimbatore for service and we were stunned to hear that the IMEI number of mobile is different from that of IMEI number in invoice and returned back the mobile without servicing and the problem is persisting

    IMEI Number cheked in the mobile set by the service center: [([protected]), ([protected])]

    The discrepancies in this regard may be sort out according to to the Lenovo Licence Agreement. We request you to do the needful and provide us a better solution for this . High credibility on the part of Lenovo & Flipkart should not be compromised.

      Hi my name os pratik chandrakant parab my email id is [protected]@gmail.com my phone number is [protected] as mentioned in the advertisement of the phone moto x4 as it being water resistant under 30 meters for few minutes nd also is weather sealed i bought this phone in the month of march as i was enjoying my vacation we went for sight seeing this was feel into water hardly six inches deep i got the phone out nd made ot dry few functions like screen camera touch microphone nd mosty important things is finger touch sensor being this phone as hightlighted for water resistant i got this phone nd as i went to service station your people are telling i need to pay extra money coz thats an accidental issue how can this be an issue if once you highlighted the feature as water resistant do u actually mean by that word or is it just a marketing strategy i want this phone to be either replaced or my money back m nt gonna pay any sum this os height i need aum one to get back i asap

        I have bought the Mobile from SK Cellulars, Pimpri, Pune 17, on 31st December, 2017.
        It was showing some yellowish patch on the left-hand side in July end, So I took the same to Service Centre. Initially, I put them a request for repairing the handset on the very same day. but was told to submit it.
        So I submitted it on 1st June, 2018. I called to inquire about the handset on Tuesday- 5th June 2018 but was told that it's not under warranty due to damage of some external scratch. I communicated to the reseller, he said there was no such thing as they had checked the device before preparing the job sheet. so he will try to coordinate with a senior. but again when I communicated on next day, they are not taking any actions & repeating the same thing that it is cant be counted in warranty.

        Note: On Purchase, the device was curved (bent from the middle) the reseller said it was a design but I feel it was a damaged Product which is causing the heating of the battery. Do correct me on this as well.

        Hoping to get a positive response soon.

        I'm closing the complaint not because I got any resolution, but I got to understand that I won't be getting any resolution.
        It's not about the service centre, I understood it's about the company Lenovo. They won't consider your device under warranty if your device have a dent or scratch on outer body thou the device will have a software issue. They mix it up all. Thou both the aspects would have no connection. Anyways, we can only do one thing now to regret the purchase n beware of investing any penny in the company which is least interested in serving customers.

        Hope my complaint saves someone's time, money & energy which I wasted for Lenovo :(

        No person yet have called me.
        N I all of a sudden asked today to pay 4000 from service center for touch pad. I'm not getting the device repaired under warranty. Thou it is only 6 month I have bought the device.

        Very disappointed with the services.
        I'll collect the device today by 6 pm, & henceforth will make sure me or any of my known contacts shouldn't prefer buying Lenovo Products. As the Company no where is concrned about the customer service :(

        When i used my laptop continiously 3 hour, then the screen was white or shut down automatically. this problem start last one month. pls solution it as soon as possible.
        I have same experience. I am proving comment just because people should be aware that lenovo/moto company is looting customers. don't purchase moto or lenovo phone. after 1 year you will surely face speaker and hardware issue. Service center will inform you that your phone is dead and will not repaired or at least your speaker will stop working. I am providing feedback on the basis of 5 moto/lenovo phone in my family and friends. So people avoid moto/lenovo if you want to save your money

          Lenovo service centre contacted, with a delayed reply of 4 days. While they send enginees to site, their fs team does not allow them to replace the spare part of lcd, stating serial number not found. As consumers, its shocking how they put us on hold and make an attempt to harass the customer, that too at the premise of the customer, wasting his time and money. Really devastated at the approach of lenovo towards customers

          When I had bought this laptop they said with this pc Microsoft office is free for a lifetime but after resting this pc my Microsoft office was not able to activate it is hilarious
          ask the license key, normally builtin office gives 30 days trial period

            I got my broken screen display replaced from k. R. K solutions (Marathahalli) which is authorized service center for motorola/lenovo on 29th may 2018. I noticed that the glue which was used to attach the display screen has spread across front camera. This has resulted in improper (Faded) display on front camera (Attached pics for reference), completely a human error done by service engineer.

            When i reported the above issue to the service center on 29th may, service engineer (Naveen-[protected]) accepted the error done by them and told me to wait for 2-3 days until the glue automatically clears out. I waited for 4 days and could not see any improvements instead the glue covered the front camera even more than before.

            Today on 2nd june, when i reported the above issue again to service enegineer i was told that they are ready to repair the display screen without any extra cost but they dont have the requied tool (Docket) to repair it. They have to order the tool (Docket) which will take 1 more week for delivery.

            At this moment, i feel ignored and avoided as i have been asked to visit the service center again and again which is really annoying.

            Questions:
            Firstly, i would like to know why unskilled service engineers are allowed to work on handsets of such a huge brand like motorola.
            Secondly, if you accepted there was a human error then you should be ready to fix it quickly instead of asking customer to wait for another week and visit multiple times.

            My humble request to look into this matter and respond as soon as possible.

            I have finally got the problem fixed after following up with Motorola Support team([email protected]) who helped in expediting the process and getting it escalated with service center owner. I am satisfied even though it took 1 more week to fix it.

                I am psraju, i have a laptop ideapad 310-15lkb model and i want to repair totally my laptop, my laptop damages are side part crack, display screen sides fiber gap, refresh f5 button when i am pressing it goes down more than other keys, cd drive not opening properly when i am pressing the double click in the dvd rw drive, and some other hardware problems of laptop..

                  K8 note adapter (In warranty) replacement. I have visited lenovo customer care, sai chowk, pimpri. There they took my mobile and generated a replacement claim code and claim of my replacement and earned profit. But after all this they said i need to wait as the adapter is unavailable now. I have waited for 2 weeks now, still they ask me to wait. They say k8note adapter is not available u need to wait since 2 weeks. Since they have claimed my replacement i can't even go to other lenovo customer service center. Im using other charger which may harm my new mobile. Plz help me with this faurd.

                    I have purchased lenovo zuk z2 mobile in november 2017. After 4 months of purchasing display was off and not on mobile. Then i submit my phone in service center lenovo motorala service center in hassan, karnataka, india.
                    In that service center the behaviour of staff is very odd. After 45 days of submitting phone they are saying my lenovo service ceter was cancelled, collect ur phone and consult another service center.
                    Im already 45 days are wait for mobile repair but mobile are not repaired are returned. Plz solve my problem and plz repair or give another mobile or refund my ammount.

                        I have bought lenovo k8 note in the month of sept from amazon last year.

                        Since the oreo update has been installed, the battery is draining very fast. I get only 5-6 hrs to use on lte and causing me a great loss. I cant even have talk on the phone as it is heating too much. As per screenshot i can get only 5hrs on 74%. That is really bad.

                        I spoke to the customer service and they asked to me do factory reset. I did exactly same yet the problem didn't get solve.

                        Please understand the we like the phone and it worked great until the update. More we cannot use the faulty phone as advised by your team.
                        Please do something or the phone is useless for me. My phone is under warranty, i have asked customer care but they did nothing.

                          I had purchase a mobile phone lenovo z2 (Black, 64gb) on[protected] from amazon
                          I have face some problem in my phone then go to the service center at chandigarh but they have some warranty issue regarding my phone, i have bill of product but they said your moblie is not register with us

                            I had battery issue and this was not resolved for more than 6 months. Later when their so called not capable team didt know how to solve they said its software issue and said to reinstall software. I did this twice but till now issue didt get solved. I bought laptop before a year amd started facing issue in just 4 months. More than 6 months and till now no solution. How worst service and product lenovo provides. I wasted 42k for this laptop and now suffering with many issue.

                              I have received the notifications in my phone asking for system update. After the system update, my phone was having an issue of battery - quick drain (Charge is not lasting for more than an hour), phone is not getting charged soon, phone is very hot (Unable to take calls), data usage is not so easy...

                              When i checked in lenovo service center, they intimated that software released was an error. New system update will be released, then only issue will get resolved.

                              Its almost a month, there is no updated system software released. I am still having an issue. Unable to use my phone.

                              Me too suffering with exact same issue. Phone very hot to pickup and battery draining. But service centre people telling software update will come in 10 days. Now it is almost a month...

                                I reported that my screen got damaged and want to replace it on 21st may 2018. I was told that display screen is not in stock and they have to order it.
                                They keep on repeatedly saying that the screen display will take 2 more days to deliver. However, i have not still received any confirmation the part delivery or replacement of screen. This service center is surely not bothered about any customer's inconvenience and punctuality.
                                Secondly, i was charged 230rs/- as "inspection charges" when submitting my handset which i feel was totally unnecessary. I was told that this charge will be deducted from the cost of new screen part. However, recently when i asked to give back my broken mobile they told 230rs is non-refundable.

                                Also no provision of providing a spare handset due to delayed service. Absolutely unacceptable.

                                My request to please have a close look at service center on priority and take serious actions on them.

                                  I purchased lenovo vibe x3 from amazon on june 26, 2016. My complaint is "battery is not working and battery for this model is not available". I visited authorized lenovo service center in bangalore located at kkr solutions-bbg, #95/2, acr greens, 2nd floor, outer ring road, marathahalli, bangalore - 56003. And they placed order for battery. They said they will get back to me once they received battery from lenovo but i never received a call from them. I was following up with them every week and their answer is stock is not available with lenovo and they're trying their best to get the spare from lenovo. Finally they are not assuring that they will get battery. My consumer complaint code with service center is "c0028-charging/battery issue" no:soin[protected].

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am having lenovo yoga 720-13ikb laptop but its power switch is giving problem. To switch on the laptop, i have to keep it pressed for a long time & it requires multiple attempts. I posted my complaint at lenovo web site for availing "call back" option. Person from lenovo called me back.in discussions, he informed me that my laptop can not be serviced in india though it is covered under international warranty.
                                    However, he informed that he will be sending the details of nearest service centre in noida but i am yet to receive the same though it is more than 8 days.
                                    Will you please look in to the matter.
                                    A line of confirmation in this regard is requested.

                                      I buy lenovo k4 note on 2017 and after one year in my phones issues started (Touch not work) after that i went nearest service centre kumar electronics tirunelveli town. After 17 th day i got phone back and the 2hour again that same issue again arise in my phone mike, touch does not work after the service.. They are charging 4500 rupee for it...

                                        I bought lenovo k8 in september 2017 and now after oreo update the phone automatically restart anytime. I am totally shattered with it's performance and there is still no solution from the call centre and even from the customer service centre. Moreover call centre asked me to submit the phone for repair and without giving me an alternate phone. Can anyone tell how it is possible to stay without a phone at present scenario. Company has refused to help me regarding this and just saying to submit the phone for repair. This is not the service i expected from a reputed brand.
                                        Please solve my problem and let me know some solution of the problem.

                                        I got lenovo mobile 6 months from the beginning my mobile battery back up is worst till 15% its better but less than 15% suddenly switched off i cant do any this in emergency case so kindly look into this case
