It is submitted that i have purchased a new smartphone of model no :lenovo k 8 note vide imei no [protected], [protected] from prakash mobile, shop 11, hamidia road, bhopal on 23/02/18, when i was residing there on govt. Duty. But since one month, the mobile set becomes overheated and many a times hangs over disrupting normal function. Hence, it is requested to do necessary action please.
Myself, r. K. Goswami is originally the resident of west bengal and now posted at birpur, dist - supaul, bihar on central govt job.

    The company follows an annoying 14 days waiting period for the oem to be unlocked. However, i've applied for bootloader unlock on 26th april 2018. After 5 days the status oem unlock started showing the error 'lenovo id not authorised', despite my id being a verified one. The unlock servers are down for almost a month. The customer service is very poor as they have no idea about it and can't provide any further assistance on the same. Bootloader needs to be unlocked for trying out new roms, since lenovo stopped updates for this device and no further updates are planned for this device. There are numerous many complaints regarding this issue on lenovo forums and no assistance has been provided till date.
    I'm fully aware of the fact that it'll void my warranty but i'd prefer a better rom to the buggy one which lenovo provides. I want them to understand that it's my phone and i have every right to change my roms.

      I've tried to enable OEM unlocking and it says network not available. There is some issue with Ur servers. Please fix them as there are numerous users who would like to unlock bootloader and flash new ROMs as u have stopped support for p2. I'm also not sure u guys are launching p3. And also not sure that it will launch with Oreo. So the best option is u guys let us unlock the bootloader

        I recieved a call.from.company person saying fill.up.online regisration for 10 rupees.I gave my details and was waiting for OTP.The otp dint came to.me but 20000 rs.were deducted from my account through paytm transection.The people are not reverting back.and giving foolish reasons.is it a way to.fool.people.This seems to be criminal act for deducting money of 20000 for no reason.Please.clarify .

          I have lenovo p2 mobile for a year!! Before a month it fell down from charging port suddenly the display cracked!! The company said that it was a gorilla glass!! Eventhough it is not a gorilla glass, no other mobile will get cracked like this and no display will be dead!! For replacement the service center demands me a huge amount of money!! Now i am regretting for choosing lenovo!!

            Dear lenovo team,

            As i was assured that you will be looking into my case and was assured to provide a service to my handset.
            But surprisingly i got a call from shapis sheikh that they have checked with the internal team and confirmed of liquid issues which is not the case at all.
            I have already issued that there are 2 lines on the display and without checking the device they confirmed the same.
            Moreover i am having battery drainage issues and the heating issues which none of you are having mentioned.
            Sir i am writing this email that i want these issues to be resolved as soon as possible and i didn't get the service i will do anything to myself or i will suicide and that for that lenovo will be responsible for my suicide.
            I am frustrated by the services and during sales you are promoting the best service you will provide but in the end you are just looking for the money and letting the customers to suffer for the services. Shapis shiekh want me to have service on chargeable when phone is under warranty.

              Lenovo had promised that the Oreo update will be released in April month but till now there is no update, they started putting this notes from March 28 and this date it's there. I have following up with them even in the community forum but the Lenovo team not even replied for a single thread. I am frustrated buying this mobile as this device as lot of issues and many times i was mentally disturbed hence u want to sure against Lenovo team

                Please help me to resolve LED display issue of my Laptop. I contacted local customer service center and they told that The replacement request was rejected by Lenovo. there are 5 string dots and 2 small dots service center people are telling that if strong dots exceeds 7 then only company will give replacement. But while buying the product they are not mentioning this any where. Its a kind of cheating. Can you please help to resolve the issue ASAP. Screen shot of issue is attached, and the dots are highlighted in yellow circle. but dots are not that clear because the pic taken by mobile phone.

                  I am using Lenovo P2.i have been facing a problem with contacts manager.Earlier, my contacts are getting merged.I have contacted the customer care and followed their guidelines.Still i am getting the problem with Sync.
                  Why am i facing the problem with Contacts which is a small thing.Even a feature phone will not give such a problem.I am highly disappointed with this mobile problem.

                    I purchased a laptop on feb 13 2018,
                    Im suffering a heating problem on my laptop on last few days.

                    When i use the internet my lenovo v110-15isk, model name 80 tl is so heating. I can't work it properly. Can i solve this problem? Please give me answer.. I need a solution against my problem as soon as possible.

                      I have a gaming laptop legiony520 15ikba 80wy with following configurations
                      Intel i7-7700 processor
                      Radeon rx 560 4gb graphic card
                      Intelr hd 630 1gb graphic card
                      1tb hdd and 120gb ssd
                      8 gb ram
                      The gaming performance is very poor while playing fifa18 and gta 5
                      I updated my display drivers but no result.

                        I bought my laptop last year. But the problem started to grow now from 11-04-18 as my lenovo v110 started producing very low volume. The problem has got so worse that i am unable to hear any video or audio clearly. Its very annoying
                        Sound quality of my laptop is now almost zero as to hear one single audio is very difficult, if the volume is at max. It seems to be like it is on the minimum. Very low sound quality.

                          Internet is not connected with cellular data or wifi or anything. Then, new jio sim purchased which is also not connecting. But same sim works with other mobiles.... I went to lenovo service center at t nagar, chennai... They said immediately problem can not be checked or solved and handover the handset and return nest day due to more customers coming with lenovo & motorolo handset problems...???

                          I have purchased this handset through flipkart while I was at Jodhpur, Rajasthan... That time I have Two BSNL connections...On reaching chennai ... the handset stopped the internet connection...Thereafter a JIO SIM purchased for NET connection...But net is not connecting...After checking by Jio service., the told its a problem of handset and check with LENOVO SERVICE CENTRE.

                          The office working days of LENOVO/MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTRE near RATNA FAN HOUSE, T NAGAR is from 10 AM to 6.30 PM . Sunday is also Holiday... My office hours also from 10 AM to 6 PM being Defence personnel ...so, How can I go to there

                            I have purchased lenovo k6 note in the month of nov 2017, but in the month of april 18 suddenly touch is not working in below portion. I have visited in salt lake service center on 13th april 18 but they deny to take this mobile under warranty because there they found slight scratches in body. But there was no broken parts and they asked me 4300/- for repair. I return back my phone and want to howrah service center but they found in system that this gazette is not under warranty because salt lake service center block my warranty period. All together i have been harassed by service center. Till now they are not ready to give me warranty facility due to slight scratches in my mobile set. As i have lost my father on jan 18 so i am going severe financial problem. Kindly help.

                              I buyed lenovo k8 note on october 19 2017, amazon gave me 1 year warranty for this product, this phone has many issues mainly no fast charging, and worst camera ever, no bokeh mode exist in this phone, major heating, i waited and updated system 2-3 times but nothing has changed, also 4 gb ram phone gets slow is unbelievable, try to resolve these issues

                                Lenovo is a leading company in india that's why i have purchased a lenovo vibe k5 note in june 2017, and recommend other peoples to buy it.

                                But now the scenario is totally changed. I refuse other peoples to buy any of product of lenovo due to customer service of lenovo.
                                After 8 months of purchasing, the touch was not working. Then i submit my phone in service centre "j - lenovo service center-kumbakonam, tamilnadu i".
                                In that service center the behavior of staff is very odd. After 4 days of submitting my report, they are saying that we have no part. Or your waaranty is out of service or waiting for approval...
                                You can check the reviews of that service centre on google... The behavior of staff is very careless.
                                This is the snapshot of my complaint.


                                I m very dissappoointed from the customer service of lenovo.

                                Please take any strict action against that service center to save customer's belief on lenovo.

                                  I have complaint against to moto customer care. This is my complaint no.[protected]. My case has escalated before 3 weeks, and i am also contacted regularly to customer care. I got the response for last 7 days from moto like "our senior representative contacted today". But i am didn't get any single response from moto side and also my complaint status. I thought moto has cheated to customer. This is irregular response. Because i have surrender my mobile into service center last 45 days. I am very very disappointed this poor service. Next i am going to file case for against moto company for fake response and not action my complaint for last 3 weeks.

                                    Best mobile... Phones bt... I don't like their customer care service especially gandhinagar jammu please lenovo team change the staff over there or please teach them how to deal with customer... &... Not to extort money without any valid reasons poor and # service by their customer care cell... Please lenovo fix it...
                                    I have gone there to fix my mobile... To fix sum minor network problem... After... 14-15 days they don't fix the issue and extort money without any valid reasons just to check the mobile... # staff over there don't even know how to talk with customer please lenovo fix gandhi nagar jammu staff...

                                      I want to unlock bootloader of lenovo vibe k5 note (A7020a48 android 6.0) in order to root that device. Company not allowing us to upgrade the device to latest versions as k6 and k8 series can be sold. I want to remain that we paid for this device we are leagal owners of the device, whats your restrictions on our property. Hope u respond as early as possible

                                        I am using one the product of lenovo i. E lenovo power bank pa 10400 from last year and i am facing problem from last 1 month.
                                        I went to all service center in bhubaneswar, odisha but all are reply this product cannot be received here. And no one also suggesting me where it can be repaired or claim for warranty.
                                        It is totally disgusting to see these types of reply for lenovo care guys.

                                        Please help me out where i can claim my warranty.
