I have a gaming laptop legiony520 15ikba 80wy with following configurations
Intel i7-7700 processor
Radeon rx 560 4gb graphic card
Intelr hd 630 1gb graphic card
1tb hdd and 120gb ssd
8 gb ram
The gaming performance is very poor while playing fifa18 and gta 5
I updated my display drivers but no result.
I expect a swift solution from u

    I bought my laptop last year. But the problem started to grow now from 11-04-18 as my lenovo v110 started producing very low volume. The problem has got so worse that i am unable to hear any video or audio clearly. Its very annoying
    Sound quality of my laptop is now almost zero as to hear one single audio is very difficult, if the volume is at max. It seems to be like it is on the minimum. Very low sound quality.

      Internet is not connected with cellular data or wifi or anything. Then, new jio sim purchased which is also not connecting. But same sim works with other mobiles.... I went to lenovo service center at t nagar, chennai... They said immediately problem can not be checked or solved and handover the handset and return nest day due to more customers coming with lenovo & motorolo handset problems...???

      I have purchased this handset through flipkart while I was at Jodhpur, Rajasthan... That time I have Two BSNL connections...On reaching chennai ... the handset stopped the internet connection...Thereafter a JIO SIM purchased for NET connection...But net is not connecting...After checking by Jio service., the told its a problem of handset and check with LENOVO SERVICE CENTRE.

      The office working days of LENOVO/MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTRE near RATNA FAN HOUSE, T NAGAR is from 10 AM to 6.30 PM . Sunday is also Holiday... My office hours also from 10 AM to 6 PM being Defence personnel ...so, How can I go to there

        I have purchased lenovo k6 note in the month of nov 2017, but in the month of april 18 suddenly touch is not working in below portion. I have visited in salt lake service center on 13th april 18 but they deny to take this mobile under warranty because there they found slight scratches in body. But there was no broken parts and they asked me 4300/- for repair. I return back my phone and want to howrah service center but they found in system that this gazette is not under warranty because salt lake service center block my warranty period. All together i have been harassed by service center. Till now they are not ready to give me warranty facility due to slight scratches in my mobile set. As i have lost my father on jan 18 so i am going severe financial problem. Kindly help.

          I buyed lenovo k8 note on october 19 2017, amazon gave me 1 year warranty for this product, this phone has many issues mainly no fast charging, and worst camera ever, no bokeh mode exist in this phone, major heating, i waited and updated system 2-3 times but nothing has changed, also 4 gb ram phone gets slow is unbelievable, try to resolve these issues

            Dear sir,
            Lenovo is a leading company in india that's why i have purchased a lenovo vibe k5 note in june 2017, and recommend other peoples to buy it.

            But now the scenario is totally changed. I refuse other peoples to buy any of product of lenovo due to customer service of lenovo.
            After 8 months of purchasing, the touch was not working. Then i submit my phone in service centre "j - lenovo service center-kumbakonam, tamilnadu i".
            In that service center the behavior of staff is very odd. After 4 days of submitting my report, they are saying that we have no part. Or your waaranty is out of service or waiting for approval...
            You can check the reviews of that service centre on google... The behavior of staff is very careless.
            This is the snapshot of my complaint.


            I m very dissappoointed from the customer service of lenovo.

            Please take any strict action against that service center to save customer's belief on lenovo.

              I have complaint against to moto customer care. This is my complaint no.[protected]. My case has escalated before 3 weeks, and i am also contacted regularly to customer care. I got the response for last 7 days from moto like "our senior representative contacted today". But i am didn't get any single response from moto side and also my complaint status. I thought moto has cheated to customer. This is irregular response. Because i have surrender my mobile into service center last 45 days. I am very very disappointed this poor service. Next i am going to file case for against moto company for fake response and not action my complaint for last 3 weeks.

                Best mobile... Phones bt... I don't like their customer care service especially gandhinagar jammu please lenovo team change the staff over there or please teach them how to deal with customer... &... Not to extort money without any valid reasons poor and # service by their customer care cell... Please lenovo fix it...
                I have gone there to fix my mobile... To fix sum minor network problem... After... 14-15 days they don't fix the issue and extort money without any valid reasons just to check the mobile... # staff over there don't even know how to talk with customer please lenovo fix gandhi nagar jammu staff...

                  I want to unlock bootloader of lenovo vibe k5 note (A7020a48 android 6.0) in order to root that device. Company not allowing us to upgrade the device to latest versions as k6 and k8 series can be sold. I want to remain that we paid for this device we are leagal owners of the device, whats your restrictions on our property. Hope u respond as early as possible

                    I am using one the product of lenovo i. E lenovo power bank pa 10400 from last year and i am facing problem from last 1 month.
                    I went to all service center in bhubaneswar, odisha but all are reply this product cannot be received here. And no one also suggesting me where it can be repaired or claim for warranty.
                    It is totally disgusting to see these types of reply for lenovo care guys.

                    Please help me out where i can claim my warranty.

                      I am writing this mail after an incident happened on 7th, being lenovo a big brand and hold good reputation had appointed unprofessional partners, myself visited your pune shivaji nagar service centre on 7th april 10:50 am token no. O4.

                      I owned lenovo k4 note purchased 2 years back visited service center for resolution as my phone's battery draining quickly.

                      Service center executive told me that your wi fi usage is high hence your battery draining quickly.

                      I told them that i am facing draining problem since last 4 months before that it was working good.

                      I requested them to change battery, since they don't have battery available with them. Service center executive misguided me that my wi fi usage is high.

                      Mean while mr. Deepak who misbehaved with myself told me to visit other service center as we can't cure your phone.

                      I requested them to bring battery from other service center there is no point you are not providing resolution instead pushing me to visit other service center.

                      I requested them to say all this statement again as i want to record the same. Mr. Deepak had tried physical with me. Request you see recording available with service center.

                      Purpose writing this mail with very much disappointment & frustration due to non availability of service, misguide by service center executive and unprofessional behavior from mr. Deepak.

                      I am sure you will address my concern and take necessary action on what happened with your customer in service center.

                        My phone is under warranty, i went to the authorized lenovo service center Karak in marathalli . He saw the phone and said that this phone is not under vwarranty and charged me for software unnecessarily .

                        He did not even check the phone and charged gor that as wel.

                        My question is why have u given him the authorization where in he is spoiling the name of lenovo. Kindly look into this and we would like you to take necessary action against him.

                          VOLTE for voice calling not working.

                          Invoice Date : 5-May-2017 as per details in attached photographs.

                          Last 2 and half months continuously visiting to Lenovo Gallary, Tembhinaka Thane(West)

                          inspite of continuous follow up, till now there is no response from them.

                          Kindly let me know about this problems solution by you

                          I bought Lenovo Z2 mobile in amazon on 9th September.the mobile getting hanging in early days after service its working.after a few months charging is discharged quickly, I gave to service centre..with in 20days the problem arrives again.

                            I took additional adp offer for my laptop. But accidentally water got spilled in the laptop and it does not work right now. I went to the service center but they refused to repair my laptop. I told them that my laptop is under adp warranty but they refused to replace motherboard. I have sent mail to the adp provider projqal. [protected]@kestone.in. There is no reply from their side.

                              I have been purchased a lenevo K5 Note 64GB mobile handset having IEMI no. [protected] through order ID OD[protected] invoice date 25.04.2017. I have facing so many problems with this handset. It becomes hangs very frequently, it is heating very much however it has been repaired/ formatted many times by authorised service centre. Now this time it becomes hangs frequently and not sensing the call completion node i.e. it's screen not displaying call disconnect option after completion of call. Please replace this handset because this is a manufacturing defect of handset.

                              I came to service centre at kanpur to replace my charger which is not working but they are telling we have to update your phone software too. Why?                                 I have purchased one lenovo laptop(lenavo idea pad 80 UD0144IH) from amazon website in month of June 2017. In the site it was mentioned that this product has one year Warranty . Last week my laptop screen got issue from inside when I was working on laptop, I was browsing the photos, suddenly blank screen started displaying .

                                I called to lenovo customer care at least 50 times and send the screen shot and visited their service center and all they are saying that you have not taken Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) warranty so LCD replacement won't be covered . I have explained that LCD got issue from inside(there is no external damage ) then why I should have Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) warranty but no one listening and asking that I need to pay to repair the laptop .

                                Could you please help me to repair the LCD ?

                                My point is that when LCD got issue from inside then why they are asking Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) warranty. There is no damage in screen from outside .

                                  I am very unhappy with lenovo service. My lenovo k8 note has poor reception, frequent call drops and loss of signal. I have submitted my phone twice and still not resolved. The service center said they changed antenna while the technical support team is saying they have only observed the phone and returned after one week and later that the technical team was ' kept in the dark'

                                  Lenovo management is not responding to my issue and they are asking me to submit without assuring anything. Very unprofessional service.

                                    I had purchased a lenovo mobile dt 21.06.2017. Some days before handset gone dead and not been set on. When i went to lenovo service centre they denied to repair phone cause pcb charging ic burnt not cover under warranty as per policy. It is well in warranty period.                                         This is regarding the poor service i received from your barrackpore service centre. I had given my lenovo phone for repair and had come to collect it on 28/03/2018 but although there was no customers around i was made to sit for more than forty minutes just to prepare the invoice and give me.

                                        The staffs didn't care to take any action.
                                        I would request you to look into the matter and enhance the service. I owe an apology from you for the poor service.
