2 weeks at authorized service centre, still no eta provided since lenovo is not supplying spare parts to its authorized service agent.
Pathetic service by lenovo.

Details of damage:
Cracked screen and body.
Before giving the phone for repair, it was with my insurer for a month. So in total, i dont have my phone for last 1.5 months

I had ordered 2 Lenovo Thinkpad E470 i7, 8GB Ram laptop from shoplenovo.com on 2nd Feb 2018, but it has not been dispatched since then. On 8th Feb, when I called their customer care, they claimed that the product is still at warehouse. Now it is 10 days, still no response on email and call.

The product charges are been already paid (Rs. 1.44 Lacs).

Laptop is working worstly and customer service team is responded very badly they are not even listening to our issue imposinng thier own statement and saying that it is perfectly fine truly disgusting. Very bad after sale service. Facing a lot of problem in this system audio jack issue, battery issue, windows issue in system even though even though customer service team is not sending any engineer to my loaction....

I bought lenovo z2 plus in june 2017 and after couple of months phone started giving issue and in jan 2018 i visited their authorized service and there they told me phone has scratch and therefore phone is not under warranty anymore. They also told me if you change the screen from authorized service then phone will come warranty then we will entertain this heating issue.

In summary, this was my first purchase of a lenovo product, but never again. What a mistake – terrible product and terrible service. I received my first y720 cube on december 29, 2017. It was dead on arrival, would not recognize monitor, but spent hours with technical support to resolve problem. Shipped the unit back. Replacement y720 arrived and it was also dead on arrival with same problem, but spent hours with technical support again....

Hi i have a lenovo all in one pc. It is out of warranty. Few weeks back it had a problem as it was not booting up properly. So i gave to to the authorized service centre. They serviced it and gave it back. After a day same problem started to occur again, so i gave back to them for a check. They said that there is a problem in the cable and they will check it by replacing cable..
But no update they have given.. Its nearly a month now...
