Have purchased my laptop ideapad 500s on 19/07/2016 from alco info - tech pvt. Ltd. E-mail, park street, kolkata - 700072.
From the beginning i am facing the similar issue. My system's screen goes into black on random basis. It has no pattern and not any timing concern. Only screen is going black / off but system at on stage. Everytime i am forcefully suttdown the system and starting again.
Many time i have complain over the phone using customer care number.
Even many time i goes to service centre.
According to service centre technician no software problem and no hardware problem.
If there is no problem they why problem is coming again and again.
Why should i suffer everytime. From the beginning i have not used my laptop properly. I am a working person with newlly defected laptop.

What should i do. I don't know about knowledge of your technician.

Just inform me did i always suffer and haras by this laptop and your customer support agent who are not able to help.
Everytime they giving me some excuse.

Is this your service. I have never able to use this laptop properly. And i don't think i will.

Please track my all complain using my mobile number you will know about my problem and also got to know how much i have suffer.

    Dear sir/ma'am

    I have purchased this lenovo 710 series on february 25, 2018 from lenovo exclusive store jail road, new delhi. It has been a month i have formatted my laptop twice and thrice not within a span of one month.
    On march 9, 2018 i raised a request regarding laptop hang issue, windows being automatically shut down after opening. The problem was resolved by lenovo customer service team there afterwards.
    Now from past 2-3 days i am facing the same issue of hang and windows being drizzle some lines are coming. A pop was coming for this issue of support in blue screen and percentage span of 0%-100 % and laptop is being restarted automatically without being doing anything. So for this issue i formatted my laptop again on 18 feb, 2018 but the problem is still persisting of hang and some kind of lines are coming.
    With formatting of my laptop twice and thrice times battery of laptop is not showing that much life which it was showing earlier. As i am an mba student and i am busy with all my work all the time in projects and stuff facing this kind of issue will keep a break in my work. I have trusted lenovo not only due its brand value but quality.
    I contacted lenovo for this and the resolution they gave was to take video of it when it hangs. Its correct in a way i will do it when it arises but as i have my work issue and such kind of problems are coming up each and every time won't solve the issue. Dear i have spent 60000 for this and trusted lenovo in a way for it.
    So, it is a request to replace the laptop as problem is being coming up each and every time and i am also not happy with customer care service as they are not able to detect what is the issue behind the problem.

      Lenovo authorised service center service is poor. I buy the phone lenovok6 power 4 months before now mic problem. Authorised service center in salem charging service charge.. For mic 450 rs and service charge. Totally 800rs.. Totally wasted money. This is how lenovo cares for their loyal customers. I am so depressed by purchasing lenovo.. Instead i would have buy redmi.. Service is good and as per warrenty free service.

        My pc is restarting again n again with different error codes.
        Lenovo support team advised to first reset the pc, but after then also same issue is there.
        Then they advised me to install a new windows 10 os, and after we have done that also the same issue is there.
        I am not getting proper support from lenovo.

But after two month mobile face charging problem... When we contact to lenevo service centre roorkee he told us charging cable is not working properly... And deny to change new cable and said the cable pin is press lightly... His behaviour is very rude.. He also said that shopkeeper shall be change the cable. But i say we have purchased through on line... Not shopkeeper... But he did not change our cable...in gaurantee period... So please look into this matter and resolve the issue... Ram kumar.             I had bought one android lenovo k6 power dated jul-2017 on line via paytm many times repair/replaced parts at lenovo center last time replace pcb by lenovo center, lakhimpur (Kheri) while network issue regular than last 1 month before updated the system by center after update network issues missing complete. After that open the handset and told me burn pcb. This set is not covered in warranty.
            Why so not coverd in warranty while my set pcb burn by lenovo center lakhimpur kheri up pin -262 701. Service vendor - mr rohit gupta (R k) which mobile number is [protected] told me this set is not covered in warranty.
            Plz look into the matter and take necessary action.

            I had purchased lenovo k6 power device last year.The details that was mentioned on company's website was showing that K6 power has a processor of 1.4Ghz but in my phone it's showing processor 1.1 GHz only

            Not satisfy with these types of things.

            Please let me know what to do.

                Today i have visited the nearest lenovo service centre in asansol, cheridangal there i have gone to buy the lenovo k5 note charger but instead of providing me with it a the sale person denied that they have any in stock and asked to fill a form and made us to wait 2 hrs and after all the rush they the have found on in stock and charged 870 rupees for the charger and also when asked for the cash memo / slip the sales person denied for proving any and the form was filled in the name of harshit jindal and i need clarification regarding these please contact as early as possible and provide me with justification regarding the service offered...                   Still i'm waiting for your engineer. There no updates, when he come for repair my laptop.

                  handed over to your service center in Jayanagar and came to know thar RAM has to be replaced at cost of Rs6500.

                  This is highly disappointing. Lenova has short product life cycle.

                    This is pankaj bhatia i have lenovo z2plus 4gb ram 64gb rith dual sim from past 4 months... Now i am facility problem with its automatic working... Lots of processes working together without clicking any key... I have shown this to a care service. But they didn’t able to rectify this concern nd in revert they respond, will be change pattern which will not cover under warranty.... Im so disappointed by lenovo service as it can only purchased once... So could they respond like this... For now i'm not suggesting this brand to anyone... With minute mark on pattern.. It is out of warranty.... I am looking forward for your positive response

                      I brought lenovo k5note few months back through flipkart, in the month of july, and i'm facing hell lot of issues with battery.. Kindly help me with a solution.. I tweeted this to lenovo and they suggested me to restart phone in safe mode and check, and then after turning on in safe mode fingerprint hardware isn't working and my battery issue has not resolved.
                      Phone is still in its warranty period.
                      If i'm still not able to find a solution from u people then i don't mind going legally through consumer court.

                        This is asif raichur i have lenovo z2plus 4gb ram 64gb rom with dual sim from past few days im facing the problem is cell phonne touch pad is not working properly first the problem was ocured in january visited authorized service centre in hubli, problem got solved but the same problem i faced on 25/2/2018 on 26/2/2018 again visited the service centre again updated for 2days cell worked smoothly and again on 28/2/2018 same problem visited service centre on 1/3/2018 and returned the same and now today im facing the same problem
                        Service centre persons are not registering the problem in computer just they are writing manually in the job card. Please resolve my issue at earliest as soon as possible

                          There have some problems during setup
                          I have tried windows 7 professional 64 bit and 32bit also
                          Wondows 10 professional 64 bit and 32 bit also

                          Touchpad doesn't work
                          Cant be detected properly

                          If i have tried to call flipkart they says me out tech support have call u and visit to troubleshoot but all technician called me from company's number and said me to install teamviewer to take action

                          But how can i do install the teamviewer app without mouse support

                          Lenovo had fraud with all customers
                          And flipkart also support him...

                            I gave my lenovo k5note to authorized service center of lenovo in trivandrum karamana, karali plaza..2week before.. They try to tease me.. They ask as to give tomorrow or call you back.. They doesn't call us and if we call they doesn't attend the phn otherwise they make busytone. Atlast we ask them to give back our phone... But they saying more more problems.. We just gave that phone to change the display.. But they didn't do that one till now... The behavior of techinican is very bad.. We didn't expect this type of service from this valuable company.. Please do anything that you can... Otherwise it reduce your company name and goodwill...

                              Purchased one charger at lenova center at chaitanyapuri hyderabad. With warranty for three months 0n 27.01.2018. It was get out of order on 24.02.18
                              When i approached the center for replacement the centre confirmed that the unit is not working and asked me to come on monday by 5 pm on26.01.2018. I asked the front office executive to keep the charger with them since it is spoiled they refused to keep the charger with themwhen i telephoned to vikram the centre incharge he again tells that i shoud come by 6.30 pm on 26.01.2018. I opine that they supplying faked chargers.in the process lenova is loosing the good will. Pl instruct them to replace the charger immediately lest i will approach consumer forum

                                I purchased a lenovo ideapad, got home to find out the charger was defective. I called lenovo and the customer service people are young kids and some of them are not patient at all. I was told by one agent that i would receive a replacement in 3 business days, but that never happened. I was told the packaged was shipped on february 07th that was a lie the package never got shipped until february 20th after numerous back and forth phone calls between lenovo and ups. I received a call on tuesday february 20th by an agent who really tried to help her name was alice the best of the bunch. Unfortunately when i contacted ups i was told the packaged was returned since lenovo placed the wrong address on the package. The origin and destination information were the same.

                                I called backed lenovo as advised by ups and again the customer service people sounded more like robots not trying to understand the issue. They totally do not listen to what you are saying, they just kept putting me on hold to check god knows what and coming back to tell me i signed to refused the product when i did not get the product in the first place. Lenovo messed up from day one by they putting the wrong information on the address.

                                This has been a very frustrating ordeal for me with lots of wasted time just to get a replacement part. Initially one lenovo wanted me to send back my ideapad which was not the issue, so could you imagine how much more frustrating this could have been for me.

                                The customer service is horrible very robotic not human. There is no manager or manager's on site they could transfer you to i was told, a person with more experience to help resolve the issue which to me was very simple.

                                I have been waiting on this part since february 07, 2018. Today february 24th, 2018 i still have not yet received the replacement part.

                                I was told by a new agent matthew today february 24th, 2018 that the part was again ordered to be sent to me and i should be receiving it by wednesday february 28th, in 3 business days as told before. I will let you know if this is so.

                                What a nightmare situation this had been even my name was spelt incorrectly even though i repeated it with my address numerous times.

                                  I had purchase lenovo z2 plus from amazon sale on dated 9.08.2017 and got delivered however it was found defective as receiving voice was badly crackling and after numerous complaints finally got replacement phone after a week, however replacement handset touch was not as good but still it was manageable, hence, felt it may basics of phone and finally accepted.

                                  Now after just 6 months middle row of touch stopped working and after formatting thrice, finally i submitted phone to instant solutions-gurgaon for repair and it was informed me that touch was defective and need replacement of touch screen. Now, after one week still they are waiting for part and are clue-less when finally they received and give back my phone to me.

                                  Its obvious that now i am without phone and standby given to me as useless since its a 3g phone and my jio sim is not working in that, i asked them if spare-part is not available than get the phone replaced, however they straight forward refuse.

                                  I don't know whether its a coincidence that one after another 3 phones i received were defective or sub-standard material being using by lenovo in their phones.

                                    The product lenovo k8 note purchased on 27.12.2017 having no:xt 1902-3 4 + 64 gb k8 note /lenovo hsn:85171290 — -imei-[protected] proved defective by the authorized lenovo service center at mumbai as its hardware’s have been defect, camara not working properly after repair of service centre. Hence, i want to get another new one in the replacement of the aforesaid mobile. If i don’t get the due justice, i shall go to the consumer court and take the help of medias. I am in good faith ordered but lost with in two month and learned a lesson beware of purchase online.

                                      I had purchased lenovo zuk z 2 mobile handset (9 months old) the mobile had heating problems and one the day while using google maps the handset had heated very much and switched off. I let it cool, after some time tried to turn on it never worked.
                                      I took it to a authorised service center located in indiranagar, and they took the mobile (After physical check) saying its is covered under warranty. After two days i enquired the status they initially said they are waiting for a spare. Then after couple of hours they called me and said there is a damage on the mobile which voids warranty. I went to clarify the same they had opened the casing and they showed me a couple of dots on the rim.
                                      I asked them that the mobile was checked while recieving for service now they say there is a damage. They said they missed to notice such tiny dots before.

                                        It has one year since i bought the lenovo vibe k4 note... Now the fingerprint is not working... When i tried to open 'fingerprint hardware is not available' this is coming... What does it mean???
                                        Does this can be repaired...
                                        Reply as soon as possible... Does the scanner is not working or is there a problem in phone... Clarify this problem please... Is there any replacement??
