Dear sudipta g,

I am writing this mail after an incident happened on 7th, being lenovo a big brand and hold good reputation had appointed unprofessional partners, myself visited your pune shivaji nagar service centre on 7th april 10:50 am token no. O4.

I owned lenovo k4 note purchased 2 years back visited service center for resolution as my phone's battery draining quickly.

Service center executive told me that your wi fi usage is high hence your battery draining quickly.

I told them that i am facing draining problem since last 4 months before that it was working good.

I requested them to change battery, since they don't have battery available with them. Service center executive misguided me that my wi fi usage is high.

Mean while mr. Deepak who misbehaved with myself told me to visit other service center as we can't cure your phone.

I requested them to bring battery from other service center there is no point you are not providing resolution instead pushing me to visit other service center.

I requested them to say all this statement again as i want to record the same. Mr. Deepak had tried physical with me. Request you see recording available with service center.

Purpose writing this mail with very much disappointment & frustration due to non availability of service, misguide by service center executive and unprofessional behavior from mr. Deepak.

I am sure you will address my concern and take necessary action on what happened with your customer in service center.

    My phone is under warranty, i went to the authorized lenovo service center Karak in marathalli . He saw the phone and said that this phone is not under vwarranty and charged me for software unnecessarily .

    He did not even check the phone and charged gor that as wel.

    My question is why have u given him the authorization where in he is spoiling the name of lenovo. Kindly look into this and we would like you to take necessary action against him.

      Purchased Lenovo K6 note (Gold)

      VOLTE for voice calling not working.

      Invoice Date : 5-May-2017 as per details in attached photographs.

      Last 2 and half months continuously visiting to Lenovo Gallary, Tembhinaka Thane(West)

      inspite of continuous follow up, till now there is no response from them.

      Kindly let me know about this problems solution by you

      I bought Lenovo Z2 mobile in amazon on 9th September.the mobile getting hanging in early days after service its working.after a few months charging is discharged quickly, I gave to service centre..with in 20days the problem arrives again.

        I took additional adp offer for my laptop. But accidentally water got spilled in the laptop and it does not work right now. I went to the service center but they refused to repair my laptop. I told them that my laptop is under adp warranty but they refused to replace motherboard. I have sent mail to the adp provider projqal. [protected]@kestone.in. There is no reply from their side.

          I have been purchased a lenevo K5 Note 64GB mobile handset having IEMI no. [protected] through order ID OD[protected] invoice date 25.04.2017. I have facing so many problems with this handset. It becomes hangs very frequently, it is heating very much however it has been repaired/ formatted many times by authorised service centre. Now this time it becomes hangs frequently and not sensing the call completion node i.e. it's screen not displaying call disconnect option after completion of call. Please replace this handset because this is a manufacturing defect of handset.

          I came to service centre at kanpur to replace my charger which is not working but they are telling we have to update your phone software too. Why? Ther is no problem in my phone why should I update my phone software please help there is enough data in my phone which is very necessary.

            I have purchased one lenovo laptop(lenavo idea pad 80 UD0144IH) from amazon website in month of June 2017. In the site it was mentioned that this product has one year Warranty . Last week my laptop screen got issue from inside when I was working on laptop, I was browsing the photos, suddenly blank screen started displaying .

            I called to lenovo customer care at least 50 times and send the screen shot and visited their service center and all they are saying that you have not taken Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) warranty so LCD replacement won't be covered . I have explained that LCD got issue from inside(there is no external damage ) then why I should have Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) warranty but no one listening and asking that I need to pay to repair the laptop .

            Could you please help me to repair the LCD ?

            My point is that when LCD got issue from inside then why they are asking Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) warranty. There is no damage in screen from outside .

              I am very unhappy with lenovo service. My lenovo k8 note has poor reception, frequent call drops and loss of signal. I have submitted my phone twice and still not resolved. The service center said they changed antenna while the technical support team is saying they have only observed the phone and returned after one week and later that the technical team was ' kept in the dark'

              Lenovo management is not responding to my issue and they are asking me to submit without assuring anything. Very unprofessional service.

                I had purchased a lenovo mobile dt 21.06.2017. Some days before handset gone dead and not been set on. When i went to lenovo service centre they denied to repair phone cause pcb charging ic burnt not cover under warranty as per policy. It is well in warranty period.                     This is regarding the poor service i received from your barrackpore service centre. I had given my lenovo phone for repair and had come to collect it on 28/03/2018 but although there was no customers around i was made to sit for more than forty minutes just to prepare the invoice and give me.

                    The staffs didn't care to take any action.
                    I would request you to look into the matter and enhance the service. I owe an apology from you for the poor service.

                      Have purchased my laptop ideapad 500s on 19/07/2016 from alco info - tech pvt. Ltd. E-mail, park street, kolkata - 700072.
                      From the beginning i am facing the similar issue. My system's screen goes into black on random basis. It has no pattern and not any timing concern. Only screen is going black / off but system at on stage. Everytime i am forcefully suttdown the system and starting again.
                      Many time i have complain over the phone using customer care number.
                      Even many time i goes to service centre.
                      According to service centre technician no software problem and no hardware problem.
                      If there is no problem they why problem is coming again and again.
                      Why should i suffer everytime. From the beginning i have not used my laptop properly. I am a working person with newlly defected laptop.

                      What should i do. I don't know about knowledge of your technician.

                      Just inform me did i always suffer and haras by this laptop and your customer support agent who are not able to help.
                      Everytime they giving me some excuse.

                      Is this your service. I have never able to use this laptop properly. And i don't think i will.

                      Please track my all complain using my mobile number you will know about my problem and also got to know how much i have suffer.

                        Dear sir/ma'am

                        I have purchased this lenovo 710 series on february 25, 2018 from lenovo exclusive store jail road, new delhi. It has been a month i have formatted my laptop twice and thrice not within a span of one month.
                        On march 9, 2018 i raised a request regarding laptop hang issue, windows being automatically shut down after opening. The problem was resolved by lenovo customer service team there afterwards.
                        Now from past 2-3 days i am facing the same issue of hang and windows being drizzle some lines are coming. A pop was coming for this issue of support in blue screen and percentage span of 0%-100 % and laptop is being restarted automatically without being doing anything. So for this issue i formatted my laptop again on 18 feb, 2018 but the problem is still persisting of hang and some kind of lines are coming.
                        With formatting of my laptop twice and thrice times battery of laptop is not showing that much life which it was showing earlier. As i am an mba student and i am busy with all my work all the time in projects and stuff facing this kind of issue will keep a break in my work. I have trusted lenovo not only due its brand value but quality.
                        I contacted lenovo for this and the resolution they gave was to take video of it when it hangs. Its correct in a way i will do it when it arises but as i have my work issue and such kind of problems are coming up each and every time won't solve the issue. Dear i have spent 60000 for this and trusted lenovo in a way for it.
                        So, it is a request to replace the laptop as problem is being coming up each and every time and i am also not happy with customer care service as they are not able to detect what is the issue behind the problem.
                        I have attached my documents of the laptop.

                          Lenovo authorised service center service is poor. I buy the phone lenovok6 power 4 months before now mic problem. Authorised service center in salem charging service charge.. For mic 450 rs and service charge. Totally 800rs.. Totally wasted money. This is how lenovo cares for their loyal customers. I am so depressed by purchasing lenovo.. Instead i would have buy redmi.. Service is good and as per warrenty free service.

                            My pc is restarting again n again with different error codes.
                            Lenovo support team advised to first reset the pc, but after then also same issue is there.
                            Then they advised me to install a new windows 10 os, and after we have done that also the same issue is there.
                            I am not getting proper support from lenovo.

But after two month mobile face charging problem... When we contact to lenevo service centre roorkee he told us charging cable is not working properly... And deny to change new cable and said the cable pin is press lightly... His behaviour is very rude.. He also said that shopkeeper shall be change the cable. But i say we have purchased through on line... Not shopkeeper... But he did not change our cable...in gaurantee period... So please look into this matter and resolve the issue... Ram kumar.                                 I had bought one android lenovo k6 power dated jul-2017 on line via paytm many times repair/replaced parts at lenovo center last time replace pcb by lenovo center, lakhimpur (Kheri) while network issue regular than last 1 month before updated the system by center after update network issues missing complete. After that open the handset and told me burn pcb. This set is not covered in warranty.
                                Why so not coverd in warranty while my set pcb burn by lenovo center lakhimpur kheri up pin -262 701. Service vendor - mr rohit gupta (R k) which mobile number is [protected] told me this set is not covered in warranty.
                                Plz look into the matter and take necessary action.

                                I had purchased lenovo k6 power device last year.The details that was mentioned on company's website was showing that K6 power has a processor of 1.4Ghz but in my phone it's showing processor 1.1 GHz only

                                Not satisfy with these types of things.

                                Please let me know what to do.

                                    Today i have visited the nearest lenovo service centre in asansol, cheridangal there i have gone to buy the lenovo k5 note charger but instead of providing me with it a the sale person denied that they have any in stock and asked to fill a form and made us to wait 2 hrs and after all the rush they the have found on in stock and charged 870 rupees for the charger and also when asked for the cash memo / slip the sales person denied for proving any and the form was filled in the name of harshit jindal and i need clarification regarding these please contact as early as possible and provide me with justification regarding the service offered...                                       Still i'm waiting for your engineer. There no updates, when he come for repair my laptop.

                                      I was doing the complaint last 10 days but still no visit from lenovo service center still not provide any help. He saying every time our service engineer is come before 2pm or tommorow on your place?

                                      product received by me from lenovo online store looks used and there are some earthing issues as i received 8 times minute shock and lenovo is not accepting for refund.
                                      I purchased PC in Jan 2016 paying INR 42000. Suddenly display not coming from last 2 weeks.
                                      handed over to your service center in Jayanagar and came to know thar RAM has to be replaced at cost of Rs6500.

                                      This is highly disappointing. Lenova has short product life cycle.

                                      I will give negative feed back on lenova products to all my friends

                                        This is pankaj bhatia i have lenovo z2plus 4gb ram 64gb rith dual sim from past 4 months... Now i am facility problem with its automatic working... Lots of processes working together without clicking any key... I have shown this to a care service. But they didn’t able to rectify this concern nd in revert they respond, will be change pattern which will not cover under warranty.... Im so disappointed by lenovo service as it can only purchased once... So could they respond like this... For now i'm not suggesting this brand to anyone... With minute mark on pattern.. It is out of warranty.... I am looking forward for your positive response
