I have purchase lenovo k8 note as on 13 dec 2017. From grover brothers in kangra. But my hand on phone upper side. Phone all side have a curve. I am going to your customer care center but his says is not any other alternate to solve the my issue. So i request to you kindly solve my issue as soon as possible and give to information for regarding this metter shortly.

    In summary, this was my first purchase of a lenovo product, but never again. What a mistake – terrible product and terrible service. I received my first y720 cube on december 29, 2017. It was dead on arrival, would not recognize monitor, but spent hours with technical support to resolve problem. Shipped the unit back. Replacement y720 arrived and it was also dead on arrival with same problem, but spent hours with technical support again. Shipped the unit back. Received emails both machines were returned and refund would be in 8-10 days. Still waiting 15 day later. Tried to get transferred to a supervisor and you already know what happened – the line was mysteriously disconnected.

      I had Placed order at lenovo.com after buying option it is goes to https://www.shoplenovo.co.in/ and after buy they asked me 100% Advance Payment I Deposit Cheque on 7th Jan 2018 and 8th Jan 2018 they send me mail regarding payment received after than they are not giving my Computer which was ordered, Not Picking up My Call and not responding my mail i had made 100 calls and 16 Email reminders no response at all

      I had Generate consumer complain at http://www.icomplaints.in/ but received call but it is also appear fake because called was asking me Card number ( Credit or Debit card )

        This is in reference to repair of my phone lenovo phab2 plus which had microphone, mic and led touch pad complaint. I had surrendered my phone to authorised lenovo service centre on 21st november 2017. On follow up i got to know that the spare parts needed for repair has not being issued by the company. Now it's past 2 months. Still the technical support is singing the same old story of ordering the spare from china. I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter. If not kindly refund my money back (As the product was within warrenty period at submission) or replace me with a handset instead.
        Hoping for a speedy reply and a solution.

            Hi i have a lenovo all in one pc. It is out of warranty. Few weeks back it had a problem as it was not booting up properly. So i gave to to the authorized service centre. They serviced it and gave it back. After a day same problem started to occur again, so i gave back to them for a check. They said that there is a problem in the cable and they will check it by replacing cable..
            But no update they have given.. Its nearly a month now since i have given it to them..
            They are saying that the cable has not yet arrived yet and they themselves do not have the idea when it will come.. And their converstion with the customer is a bit rude.. This is happening to me the second time...
            Really poor service of lenovo..
            Ill simply suggest my friends not to buy lenovo products

                I have a lenovo k6 power (4 gb rem, 32 gb rom) mobile which was perchased before one year from flipkart, but after use of 2-3 month mobile was hang or some other problem was there, so i had given my mobile in lenovo service center (Jamnagar) for check thess all problems which was in my mobile. I did submit my mobile in customer care and discuss all the problem which was i face. Then they were told to me after the updation in your mobile, your device will run normal means no any problem will create. Now after one week i had received my phone from service center and was used regular as usual, again after 2-3 month same problem was there and again discuss all the issue which was i was faced & further submit my phone to lenovo service center, jamnagar. Once again they were told to me your phone will be run normal after system updation, now further i received my phone from service center after service and did use as routine, after use of 1 or 2 months again same problem found with some new problem, now my warrenty is near to finish within one week. I was not feel satisfaction by lenovo k6 power or by lenovo service center, now what to do? Do needful.

                    Lenovo company cheated me

                    My name is varun bansal. Never purchase anything from lenovo. I have purchased lenovo p2 at rs. 17999. And the phone is under warranty. I have submitted my phone at service center, bathinda. I have issued in my phone's display. But unfortunately the service center damaged my phone while changing display. I demanded that swap my phone as soon as possible because it's your fault, not mine. But the lenovo company rejected my request and replaced my mother board and they gave my phone after 1 and a half months but the problem has not resolved yet and now my phone is not working completely while charging. I called them once again and they said that sorry sir we changed your motherboard. Please submit your phone for further process. I asked that you would replace my phone or try to repair it. He said only repair sir. I said no, you just wasted my money and just passing my days. You can't repair my phone. Now my warranty will expire soon. Please don't purchase lenovo products. I humble request you that don't purchase single item of lenovo company such as phones, laptop, tablets etc. Lenovo company's service centers bathinda or other lenovo service centers sales duplicate parts and accessories and they change you as original price. Lenovo company wasted my money. I want replacement of my phone from lenovo company. If they can't swap my phone then i will not visit lenovo service center. As my phone was damaged by lenovo company and please give justice to me honour. They harassed me so much. My family is not talked to me because of lenovo as i wasted rs.17999. I want justice from you sir i have all the proofs that how were they cheated me. I have written or audio proofs. Shame on you lenovo. Lenovo director cheated me. I warned them that i will complaint against directors and necessary parties. They said if you want that you can go. We can't do anything. I'm crying. Please help me.

                      Lenovo company,
                      I am mogahed abdel aziz, i have a complaint about the quality of lenovo mobile phones (Model a7020) as well the customer service of jovi tronix company (Lenovo agent in egypt).
                      I bought the lenovo mobile phone vibe k5 note, model no. A7020 s/n1: [protected] s/n2: hb0pqjfk dated: 1-jan-2017, guaranteed by jovi tronix company in egypt.
                      After 11 months, i noticed a yellow color at the right side of my mobile screen, then in 23-dec-2017, i sent my mobile phone to jovi tronix branch in cairo, heliopolis, to check (With all needed documents proves that it is still under their warranty), they received my mobile phone and gave me the stamped receipt no. 098708 (Attached to this email) and asked me to follow its status with their call center 19482.
                      My first call to jovi tronix' call center, they reported that my mobile's whole screen needs to be replaced and i have to follow up with call center again within one week.
                      After one week, call center reported that there is no feedback from branch.
                      Two weeks ago, call center reported that the screen has been received and i need to visit the branch to check to receive my phone.
                      Next call to call center, after 3 days, they reported that the screen is not yet received!!
                      Another couple of calls reported that the jove tronix has a problem with lenovo receiving the needed spare parts.
                      Till now, i am waiting for nothing, bad device screen and bad agent customer service (From 23-dec-2017 till today 27-jan-2018) and there is no guaranteed date to have my mobile phone back.
                      I cannot trust jovi tronix customer service as well their integrity dealing with customers (As one agent reported that spare part is received and another agent reported that spare part is not, all calls are recorded in jove tronix system)
                      I need a final solution to have a new mobile phone instead, as it is an industry defect and a long unacceptable waiting time.
                      Also, it will deemed affect lenovo name and reputation in egypt.

                        I purchased lenovo zuk z2 plus thinking of it as the best budget phone in the market, ended up getting disappointed with the problems and the service done by the authorised lenovo service centre. First, the touch stopped working suddenly, i went to service center they said the touch needs to be changed. After changing of touch nearly 2 months back, 3 days back the battery got swollen and the back cover opened, this time they changed the battery but did not close the back cover properly. The service centre is very far from my house and visiting every month is not possible for a student like me. I am fed up of the lenovo service center as the service done by them is not up to the mark at all.
                        I want a replacement of the product.

                            We have ordered lenovo laptop ideapad 320slim i5 (Order#[protected] online at www.shop3.lenovo.com

                            We have not received the red backpack (Free laptop red backpack sku: lpbprou3red) yet even after 45 days almost receiving the laptop.
                            Initially we have called lenovo sales support team[protected], and got assurance of delivery of the same within a week. However again after 15 days also we didn’t receive the red backpack.
                            17th january 2018, when i called again, they gave me one more number[protected] and the representative connected has given me this mail id [protected]@ndcommerce.in and asked me to write a mail.
                            So far there is no reply / response has come back for the mail. Today (24 jan) when i called again, the lady attended is getting angry on us and saying this is not the relevant department and she gave one more number[protected] which is not being lifted by anyone even if stay on call for more than 10 min also.

                            These type issues from lenovo like professional company is giving us surprise and shock as even after 45 days the materials are not delivered as per order for which the entire amount is paid completely in advance.

                            Response to customer is also very poor and everyone says we have to call post sales team. I get a doubt whether such team exists in lenovo first.

                            I sincerely not recommend lenovo for anyone due to these type bad experiences.

                              I have visited lenovo service center at okhla phase ii last week (After visiting lenovo service center at noida which is closed). So there is no staff there to resolve issues on working day. They told me that there is some renovation going on but at the same time they are resolving the issues of customer who are paying, that means only under warranty customers they are not entertaining and for not warranty customers they are working.

                                I have purchased lenovo k8 note 64gb mobile for 13998/- in amazon flash sale on august 18, 2017 which was delivered on august 22, 2017. I haven't used the mobile much as i have lenovo vibe k4 note too. But now when i started using the mobile, it worked well till jan 06, 2018. Suddenly from jan 07, 2018 the mobile was getting restarted on its own and wont boot at all. When i took it to lenovo care center, they told it might be software update problem and when they opened the back panel of the mobile, we came to know that the motherboard was a damaged one and it was repaired before it was bought by me in the sale. Hence they told me it won't come under warranty and it would be charged for an estimate of 2750/- which is unfair as it's not my fault to get such a wrong product. I need the item to be replaced as amazon authorities were not responding properly and iam in the state of loosing my whole money.

I have visited Lenovo service center 4 times in 5 months after puchase which i baught @ 13, 999 rupees, but after 5 days it became dead after every few days continusly, the service center guys were very rude and not co-operative. Now they refused to repair due to short motherboard. What should i do, kindly help me.

                                  I have submitted the handset regarding its battery issue with your authorized service center neil communication, sector -10, noida. When the handset was submitted to the service center the handset was working and battery backup was poor. The service center take the handset and after checking informed me that the battery is to be changed. The service center informed me that the cost of new battery is rs.1600/-. The handset was submitted with service center. The service center returned the handset after replacing the battery and issued the receipt for charging rs.1600/- as the cost of new battery. The service center informed me that to charge the battery for 12 hours (Overnight) and then to switch on the handset. After charging the handset when i try to switch on the handset it could not open it.
                                  I took the handset to above service center at sector-10 noida (Neil communication, authorized service center) and informed them that the handset is not operating/working after changing the battery. They take the phone and issue me the job sheet dated 6.11.2017 and told me to contact them after one week. When i contact them after one week they informed me that the mother board is defective and the battery was not defective. I told them that when i submitted the handset to them the handset was working and there was no issue related to motherboard was pointed out to me by service center. The service center told me that i have to pay rs. 9, 000/- for the cost of repair of mother board and they will return the money they have charge for the new battery. I told them that the handset was working when submitted to them and any defect in the motherboard was due to their fault as they failed to take due care while changing the battery of the handset. I told them to made the handset in working condition and also to return the amount taken by them for new battery as the service center had admitted that the old battery was not defective. It has been more then two months and the service center had not repaired my phone. They are demanding money for repair of the handset. This is nothing but unfair trade practice being adopted by the service center i request your indulgence into the issue.
                                  Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                    On 28 nov. 2017 i purchased the premium support service for $199 confirmation #[protected]. My computer had a virus and you guaranteed to remove it. I spent two evenings of at least 2-3 hours working with your technicians to remove it. Cases 1712t098941, 1711s097279, 1712t100269, etc.. Every time the virus (Searching) was removed it would return. The decision was made to replace my operating system. I bought 120gb of external drive and the technicians took control of my computer and backed up everything on my computer which took several hours.
                                    I placed the new os which was sent to me by lenovo into the computerbut they could not load it from india. I told them to refund the money since they were a failure. A local computer store loaded the os and downloaded the information from the new external drive. We then found out that only a few pictures were on it and that i had lost all of my files, pictures, and 30 years of genealogy records. I tried explaining this on your website but the word limit made it impossible, and no refund was given.
                                    I am now having to start all over as if it were a new computer.in addition to the $199 i paid lenovo, i had to pay the local computer store $164.12.
                                    Please reimburse me for all of my troubles and for the failures of your technicians.

                                      I purchased lenovo legion y-720 from usa it comes under international warranty. It's graphic card is not working since i bought this machine so i visited your service center they told me few solution as it might be a driver problem but after trying every possible solution i finally submitted my laptop to your service center on 26th december 2017. They told me that its graphic card chip is dead due to which it's motherboard needed to be replaced and they will inform me whenever the part become available to them. After calling them again and again they told me that the part will come in india on 15th jan 2018. After calling them daily today they told me that this part is still not available and they will be inform me after sometime as soon as they get any update. Then i contact another service center today and they told me that according to them part is available in india. So they said i should directly contact you to please look into this matter as i am facing problem from last 2 and a half months still i didn't get any positive response from your side. As well as warranty of my laptop is also suffering. Please help me.
