I have given my phone to service center on 10th of december.
My phone is out of warranty and they told it will charge near by 1500 bucks.
That is fine but it's been more than 8 days and they said they don't have any idea that how longer it will take ; they are shortage of product so they are not able to deliver my phone. I need my phone asap. If you are paying and still you have to wait to get your things sorted. So there is no any benefit to go service center. And this is second time i am facing problem with lenevo service center. If it will go same then i prefer and recommend everyone not to use lenevo products.

I have submitted my phone in ambe electronics in c-30 sector-2 noida.

    I bought a lenovo mobile vibe k5 plus in 2016 but it was showing problem in touch pad. I had submitted it to lenovo care in july and they fix the problem. But now my handset showing another problem i. E., it does not catch the network signal and always showing no service. I searched the available network but that not working and does not found any network. Please solve this issue.

    I bought a Lenovo k6 power mobile online by Flipkart. But it has mic issue.When i call anyone they can't listen my voice, vive versa i cannot hear receiver voice also.Hope better solution from your end. Thanks

      Lenevo company service is too much worst. I done biggest mistake to bought lenevo product.
      I bought lenevo ideapad 510 and its mother damage in 6 months only & when i complaint about it then engineers who came knows nothing about your product.
      After replaceing the mother board of my system lots of more problem came in my system.
      No battery is detected
      Ram is showing only 4 gb but it has 8 gb.
      And when i call your engineers to complaint about then he talks to me in rough language and cut my call.

        Dear sir,
        My self vivek anchal from raipur chhattisgarh, india. I bought a lenovo idea pad 510 laptop on date 1 march, 2017 with complete one year damage warranty offer from shop it mall raipur. My laptop got some damage issues and i referred my laptop to the lenovo care in the month of november.
        12 dec, 2017 i found my laptop fully repaired. Yesterday night i m working with my laptop then suddenly my laptop screen shows problem like colourful line comes on the screen and after some time it get black screen only. Now, it's screen is not working. Please check this problem seriously and provide me some repaire facilities.. Please

          Dear sir,
          I have complaint in lenovo customer care our monitor because monitor in display issue. My monitor serial no. P900ftns & model no. B 30-40 but your service has been no immediately action against my monitor & my service order no. Is [protected].
          First of fall commitment your monitor has been repair in 2-3 day. After that 4-5 day.
          So, i am our monitor submitted in your lenovo service center in nehru place then again no response.
          Then again commitment is your monitor has been repair end of the month.

          So kindly request my monitor has been repair shortly.

            My name is Mohammed Azharuddin, I am currently working in the bank. I have lenova vibe k5 plus battery order on December 9, 2017. On yesterday I have got a call it will be delivered by today[protected] so I have got cash and waiting for my order delivery. Not no one have came so I have visited kumbakonam jp communications but they told it was sold to someone else. How is it possible and how irresponsible you are? I'm having an order copy receipt and proof for everything.
            I can go anywhere for your misselling my order and you need to face the issue happens to me!

                Mobile handset moto m xt1663 has 2 problems, ringtone not working and motherboard crashed. Product in warranty. Submitted to service centre at 37/1, gariahat road, grnd flr, kolkata 700029 on nov 27, 2017. No result till date dec 13 2017. Service centre do not pick up calls, neither call us. They are asking for more time on every visit. I'm a lawyer and my profession is getting severely affected. Please take immediate action.

                  I m used lenova k8 note mobile... It's charging time is very long... How to resolved my problem... Why did i used in turbo charger... It's very very slow long time charging..                     My lenovo p2 handset purchased on 17th may, 2017 (Refer to attached invoice for further details) was not getting started and wasn't getting charged either. As such, i took it to lenovo authorized service center (Zedvals solutions pvt. Ltd.) in indirapuram on dec 1st, 2017. The phone had a major scratch as also mentioned in the service centre report attached along. Apart from this, there was no other physical damage to the handset and earphones, display, mic and everything else was working fine.
                    After keeping it submitted for one days, they told me that the motherboard is not working but 1 earphone pin is missing so they can provide warranty in such case only if the company approves. Three days later i checked with them again when they told me that request has been approved and they will replace the motherboard.
                    But when i followed up with them after a week, they told me a new story that the display is damaged and they can provide warranty on motherboard if i pay rs 8000 for the display. I had no issues with the display, the scratch was 3 months old and earphones were also fine, they are just trying to make fool of me. I have also written my concern to lencare care yesterday, please help

I meet service center but they are useless they told this complaint have not warranty. What can i do.                         I purchased a mobile phone (Lenovo z2 plus z2132) from cyber king bankura for my son on 30.06.2017. Since last two weeks it has been seen that the upper part of the screen is not responding to touch. Unfortunately since yesterday the phone is not getting switched on. Today my son approached to lenovo service center at bankura. He was told that it will cost rs. 4000.00 for screen and the rest estimate will be given later on. The phone is within 6 months of warranty period. I dont know what to do with this phone if the repairing cost is almost half of the price of the phone that even within warranty period then i fear what will happen later on ie after ther warranty period.
                        Please do the needful.

                          When i purchased the lenovo external hard disk (Uhd f308 1 tb) on 21 december 2016, from amazon.com, i also received a 1 year manufacturer's warranty applicable from the date of purchase. On 6th december 2017, my hard drive malfunctioned in such a way that it was not detected by the windows. Moreover, the power light which used to turn blue every time the devices was connected and used was not working any more. The internal disk in the device initially works but later stops abruptly. I would also like to bring this in the reader's notice that the device was operating perfectly in the morning at my home and the problem stated above occurred at my office. After the incident i decided to take the device to the lenovo service centers in bangalore. But to my shock, no service centers i have visited, contacted, or searched on the internet is ready to provide me with the benefits of the warranty. Also the official website is of no use as no process, location or instructions have been provided for any help in this case. The warranty expires on 21st december 2017 and i have no other means to claim my right.

                            I have purchased Lenovo A6600 plus on 23/11/2017 from Saravana stores, purasaiwakkam, chennai.From the very first day the phone hangs and restarts automatically when it is used for a long time. Saravana stores refused to replace and had asked to go to the service centre.Even after going to the service center 2 times with the same problem they were unable to solve the problem. Kindly replace the phone.

                                Lenovo ideapad 520 was purchased online in oct from amazon india. There is electric shock experienced on surface of laptop and performance is slow. I have spoken to amazon india who will help only if lenovo gives written denial of service. Lenovo online chat service says this shock is mild and as per design. I do not want to spend 70000 to have my small son experience shock... Mild or otherwise. I have written multiple mails to customer service at lenovo copying head for india services sudipto ghosh also. But there is no response. Unable to get any resolution from amazon or lenovo. Please help

                                    My phone volte/hd feature is on. But in notification bar it was not showing any mark and no incoming calls. I also can't call.. 1 slot = jio 4g. This problem occurs many time.. But when i restart it the. It work again finely. But now i have done everything but volte/hd not coming. Give proper solution but it.
                                    Only 1 update till i bought it. Lenovo is a crap they give not a single update.
                                    And very bad ram management. My phone always lag. And hang up.

                                      I purchased a lenovo smartphone vibe k5 from flipcart on 4-7-2017 when received it after opening it's sim slot was defected so i couldn't make even a single call when i approached to service center they forced me to buy a new. Sim slot and pay for inr 1200 i m feeling fool after purchasing lenovo phone kindly do needful action for repayment my said amount otherwise i will go to consumer form
