My lenovo p2 handset purchased on 17th may, 2017 (Refer to attached invoice for further details) was not getting started and wasn't getting charged either. As such, i took it to lenovo authorized service center (Zedvals solutions pvt. Ltd.) in indirapuram on dec 1st, 2017. The phone had a major scratch as also mentioned in the service centre report attached along. Apart from this, there was no other physical damage to the handset and earphones, display, mic and everything else was working fine.
After keeping it submitted for one days, they told me that the motherboard is not working but 1 earphone pin is missing so they can provide warranty in such case only if the company approves. Three days later i checked with them again when they told me that request has been approved and they will replace the motherboard.
But when i followed up with them after a week, they told me a new story that the display is damaged and they can provide warranty on motherboard if i pay rs 8000 for the display. I had no issues with the display, the scratch was 3 months old and earphones were also fine, they are just trying to make fool of me. I have also written my concern to lencare care yesterday, please help
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I hv purchased a new Moto M cell phone.just 15 days before..
All other features r very user friendly.
The sound system whn played.only one side speaker gives th output.
The other speaker isnt giving any output of sound..
Guide me wht im sippose to do..
