My screen is going to blink suddenly and screen turns off and notification light is going to on and the phone doesn't work until i restart it by pressing power button for more than 20 seconds and mobile is going to be overheated i already gave my mobile for servicing 2 times but no use at all.     This complain is with respect to my system pf 00grvu 14/01 which was shipped with original windows professional in 2014. Where the option of creating os cd was not there and no os cd or pen drive was shipped with the system. The system was shipped; with one month trial version mcafee which is blocking the system to boot to windows and recovery mode. Hence wanted help from lenovo for factory installation, after talking to saiful, sonika, bhim (Agents) vikramjeet (Tl) prasoon and santosh kumar (Senior tech) no resolution was provided. Nor did anyone connect to mcafee to let them know that if any fix is there from mcafee.
    Even after purchasing the system with original os, lenovo is not helping with the os cd or pen drive for re installation of windows.
    It is highly dissatisfying that even after spending money on original os they want customer to spend another couple of thousand for cd or pen drive.
    If it is not taken care i will surely see that it is published and tweeted to everyone all over the world not to buy anymore lenova system.
    Further causing dissatisfaction in the later stage.

      I have bought lenovo vibe s1 lite just before 8 months. All the switches stop working 1 month after other. No battery life, heating up, no sound, no update. Nothing. Shame to lenovo. I lost my 10000rs. This type of companies should be closed soon. Also no customer service. What responsibility do u have in customers. Nothing is working in this. Dirty phone ever. Go and die lenovo.

        At last night my phone was autometically screen off all the parts were running as normal eg. Torch, fingerprint etcbut screen was off after some time i switched off my phone and after switch on i found it was normal screen was also working narmal
        2nd pointis that. When i brought my phone it was mentioned that 60gb of internet will be add on using jio sim but sir unfortunately i can't be benifited

            I purchased a lenovo laptop y5070 on 7th of august 2015 from challenger computer chennai.

            Their was an ongoing offer btc that was available on purchase of lenovo product.

            I registered for extended warranty on 11th of august and received a mail from btc lenovo regarding registration.

            On 21st august i received a mail from btclenevo stating that on the bill dealer seal is missing.

            So i contacted my dealer to issue me a new bill with everything.

            Then after getting new bill i sent it to btc lenovo but this time i received a mail from lenovo on 29th august that time line is crossed.

            This is not acceptable to me as i have done my part of work and i request either lenovo or btclenovo to provide me assistance with this issue asap.

            I'm sending all the documents and mails received from lenovo as per date.

              I purchased my Lenovo mobile phone online on 22/04/2017 and since then I've visited the service centre 3-4 times which is too many times for a just 7 months old mobile phone. First visit was for non working of the keyboard where the main board was changed by the service provider. Secondly I had to visit because my phone would not charge, so I had to purchase a new Lenovo charger as my phone charger won't work. Third time my phone was damn adamant to charge by the new charger, where I came to know that my phone IC was not working. And recently my phone is so reluctant that it will not stop troubling me, I CANNOT HEAR WHAT THE CALLER IS SAYING neither the CALLER CAN HEAR WHAT I SAY!!!
              I've had enough of trips to service centre which is the only service provider for LENOVO in Goa, almost 40 km from my place.

              I don't want anymore servicing of this phone and would want a replacement for this handset.

                I have purchased a lenovo laptop online through flipkart, model no. Wj69393/lenovo/hsn:84713010 spf0ukfkd vide invoice no. Faaaab[protected] dt.27/09/2017 for my daughter anushka deb, studied in bangalore. Within a month one day morning she saw that her laptop was not working and she registered a comp. Bearing no.[protected] on 06/11/2017 and got your support and a technician visited onsite and try to start the laptop by changing mother board and the laptop getting on once, but he said that the laptop display has been damaged and removed the replaced mother board. He said that your laptops mother board is not damaged, it is problem of your laptop display and he did'nt carry display with him and took a snap of her laptop and assured her to contract later on. After two days the technician informed her that the display of laptop could not be changed under warranty because it is not covered under adp which was not informed about this feature at the time of purchase online. He also said that the change of display is not possible on site and she had to visit your service centre for further resolution. As she was alone and not very much aware the location of the service centre, in this situation she had to got support of her brother for changing of display but since display changed her laptop still not in working. Then again she lodged a complaint bearing no.[protected] dt.22/11/2017 for resolve the problems. But she is regularly compelling to produce bill of the display changed which was not changed by your technician either on site or off site for changing of the mother board which is also not workingstill.in this circumstance, we are suffering from regular and huge harassment and mental tension and financial loss after purchase world class laptop from mosted trusted mnc.
                Please look into the matter seriously and take exclusive attention to get the laptop in working condition. Otherwise it is just beach of contract of the warranty you provided to us.

                  I bought a lenovo z2 plus 32 gb black mobile phone by online on dt. 12.04.2017 which was on warranty period till date. After buying i used jio sim 4g on first slot & bsnl 3g on second slot. After 5 months there was problems in slot 1. Slot 1 not searching 4g/volte network in mobile, but second slot was ok. After that there is no incoming or outgoing calls available in slot 1 in phone. On dt. 30.10.2017 i have updated my phone at balasore, odisha lenovo servicing center. Then its ok for atleast 9-10 days, but after that same problem arises till date.in my mobile no volte/hd network found, so from that date i was facing so many problems. Now i am in tense due to that problem. Now my phone is on warranty period, so please do something. It should be your kindness to me. As lenovo is one of the best brand in india, i choose that mobile. So please look out my matter. Its my humble request to you...

                    I wish to lodge a complaint against your authorised dealer, arsh telecom at ajmer of lenovo for the fraudulent action by them.

                    I had given my lenovo vibe k4 to your service centre since the phone got hung and apparently there was some software problem. However, i was immediately, without proper analysis, informed that the fault is in the board and the same needs to be replaced. I had no choice but to agree with them.
                    After the replacement of the board, when i checked my mobile, i was shocked to find that my mobile had been changed significantly. As the board had been replaced, my mobile could now be started but i found the following problems :
                    1. The board of my original lenovo vibe k4 had been replaced with that of lenovo x3 lite.
                    2. Calls could not be received as the microphone was also not working.
                    3. When i handed over the mobile for repairs, the touch screen was absolutely okay but i received a totally damaged touch screen
                    When i reported the above problems to your centre, the response was very irresponsible and clearly reflected their fraudulent intentions.

                    Such inconsiderate behavior of your representatives is highly unacceptable and belies our trust on the centre’s credibility.
                    Kindly look into the matter seriously to ensure that such mal-practices are averted and my mobile with its original parts properly functioning is handed over to me.

                      I am a lenovo k4 note user.i have been using it for 2 years.my phone got blasted yesterday eventhough it had'nt any complaint.the phone was not even kept for charging, even the data was off.
                      Today i contacted the lenovo service centre and they told that it'll cost around rs.9000 .Is there any compensation i can receive ?
                      Please fix the issue and inform all k4 note users to beware about the blasting issue.

                          I am writing this to your over the serious disappointment faced from your service department. My phone is under warranty, i bought it on december 29, 2016.
                          I went to you service center in okhla for the problem of charging and before that my phone was absolutely working fine. Later after submitting the my phone for the diagnosis they said there is a problem in charging jack and in addition they said that the phone's motherboard is defective and they found moisture over the pcb and followed by this they void the warranty.
                          Upon asking them that my phone was working absolutely well, and the problem was with the charging only before giving it to you, they said you have to get the board replaced to make it functional.
                          And upon asking them to give it in writing on the service report, they straight forward denied giving it in writing.
                          This is such an unacceptable and obnoxious behavior from your service team. I am highly disappointed over this issue.
                          Being such a brand these may drown your reputation.
                          I will definitely not recommend lenovo to any of my colleague and friend.
                          As we were using lenovo handset as an official phone in the company.
                          I am seriously unhappy and left with no option other than discarding lenovo.

                            Two days back 20/11/2017, I received my order Lenovo zuk z2 64 gb mobile. (My Paisa Pay ID. [protected] Rs.10999.00, My claim ID.3289109 ) The receved mobile box is not belongs to the mobile I received. The box was torn off inside and the IMEI number sticker also torn off and written the IMEI number manualy sticked on the box. I prefer the Black color mobile, they send the Charging Adopter White Color. Sim eject pin, User manual, Matte black steath case are MISSING in the box. This matter I had been informed you on 20.11.2017 enclosed with two photographs. In this condition I do not want this mobile. I contacted your retailer ALPHA RETAIL regarding this issue . They replied me, The mobile I received is REFURBISHED Mobile. I did not order refurbished mobile. I paid money for Brand new fresh Mobile only. I trust ebay 100%. But very unfortunatley your retailer spoiling very trusted and very reputed name of ebay. I am NOT SATISFIED in this buisiness deal. Please arrange to take return the mobile back and refund my money as early as possible.

                              I purchased a lenovo laptop and there is keypad disput within 1 month, lenovo service center said there is a short circuit in keyboard, they said that minimum 12 days are needed to solve problem, why there is some type of problem in a new laptop??? At that moment laptop is very essential for me for interview, how can i leave it for 12 days??? Please help me

                                I had bought a lenovo b40-70 laptop s/l no. Cb34098563 around approximately three years back and is under warranty. My laptop had become non responsive, too slow and crashing at times and also ram is supposed to be 4 gb but showing available ram as only 2.43 gb. When contacted lenovo support over chat they had taken my system into remote control and installed lenovo solution centre software and ran hardware scan which returned as failure with hard disk failure. Then the support executive had told me to mail the scan report to [protected]@lenovo.com. When i had sent the report by mentioning sr number, it returned a failure report stating that no complaint exist with number [protected]. Then i had contacted chat again and explained them the situation. Then they had asked me to upload the scan report again in chat and asked if any problem else with system. I told them yes no other problem but looseness of power plug at side and minor break in operations. They had misunderstood for damage in system. Again i had contacted them over their toll free and explained the whole thing to one of their executive. Then he had given new sr number [protected] and he told to take a fresh lsc hardware scan report and six dimensional snapshots of my laptop and send it to [protected]@lenovo.com and also he told me to call back again to confirm it. I had done the whole thing and called back the toll free number of lenovo and one of their executives had confirmed that they had received the report and snapshots and agreed that there is a hard disk failure as per the lsc scan report and told that the hard disk will be dispatched and an engineer will come and do the needful to resolve my problem. But nothing happened. Then i had messaged them over social media and explained the whole thing. Then one mr ashwin had responded and raised an so [protected] to service my grievance. Then after two days again he called me back and blamed me that the service engineer had visited and i was not available at home which is utterly false and complete bluff. No service engineer came to my place and i was available 24 hours all days till now from the complaint lodging date anticipating that somebody from lenovo will come and attend to my system which turned out to be false. Then again i had called the toll free to ask details about escalation matrix but they are adamant to give the same. And when enquired about hard disk dispatch status the male executive told me it is not dispatched and while having this discussion the phone got disconnected. Again i had call their tollfree then one ms. Shreya had lifted the phone listened to the whole thing which i had explained her then she simply told the hard disk has been dispatched. Now whom should i believe? The male agent who told me earlier that hard disk is dispatched or ms. Shreya who is telling hard disk is dispatched? Again when asked about escalation she is adamant to provide information and apologised that she had mistakenly told me that the hard disk has been dispatched. How can a responsible employee in such an esteemed organisation like lenovo commit such silly mistakes? Then she had taken the local lenovo service centre engineer in conference and he is blaming me that i had told him not to come. Whereas i never said that. I just asked whether he (Mr. Harsha) had received the hard disk. He said no and asked me the problem. I explained him over phone. Then he also confirmed hard disk issue and told once they receive hard disk they will come and diagnose my system at a time and this will take two to three days as on 17 november 2017. Meanwhile again call got disconnected. Again i received a call from one mr. Ashwin, stating that he apologises for the inconvenience caused and assured me that he will dispatch the hard disk and the local service engineer will come with hard disk and have a thorough check on my system and will replace if necessary and will do if anything else is required. He also assured me that the old so will be cancelled and a new so will be created with this effect / details and he will communicate me the fresh so number within five to ten minutes but i had never received it. This also turned out to be a false statement and promise from lenovo. After waiting for a long time for new so number and status as assured by mr ashwin, which it had never arrived, i had again called the toll free enquiring about mr ashwin, then he told he do not know who mr ashwin is and told he will not dispatch my hard disk and after the service engineer checks my system only they will do the needful. Then if this is the case why you people at lenovo 1. Taken my system into remote and asked to send the lsc hardware scan report and six dimensional snapshots of my system at [protected]@lenovo.com. 2. Why you are dragging the issue and harassing me? 3. You should have sent the service engineer in the first instance only when i reported the issue to have a check. 4. By deliberately delaying the issue and taking my complaint casually you had wasted a lot precious time of mine which is an irreparable loss to me. Please resolve my grievance / complaint / issue immediately to avoid further inconvenience and harassment to me by the casual and careless attitude of lenovo team

                                    I am using lenovo k6 power. Using vodafone 4g in sim slot 1 and bsnl 2g in sim slot 2. Everything working fine until last wednesday, nov 15th. All of sudden i started to face an issue of calling (Incoming and outgoing). When 4g lte preferred type is on. I can't make or receive any calls. But i can get mobile data without any issues. Then if i change network type to gsm only, i can make and receive calls but no internet. Really got disappointed too much.

                                    I called to customer care and seeking support, it was a frustrated conversation. I can't imagine their support was that much worst.. As well none of the service centres to nearby my location. All are minimum 15 to 20km and you know how difficult to reach these places in bangalore traffic. That too service centres not open on sundays. I have to take a personal leave to get this update. Might it's two times for giving and receiving my mobile from service centres.

                                    This is really frustrated a lot, made me decide to not buy any lenovo item in my future lifetime, as well as suggest to friends and family the same.

                                    I want to mention that, it is in warranty period..

                                    Later took the decision of visiting the service centre and i did it.

                                    Looks like their service and customer concern are too bad, yesterday i went to service centre regarding the below issues. They could not able to solve the issues as well telling me it's working fine with jio sim. But i showed the vodafone 4g sim working fine with my another mobile. Fine as service centre guys recommended i changed my 4g sim taken latest by vodafone centre today. But it also works same, i cannot make or receive na call when 4g lte is on. If i change those network type to 2g it's working fine.

                                    Really i fed up with your service, no one from support team called and provided solution, rather service centre guys also not supportive.

                                      The screen of all in one is getting line line form. Not seeing properly. Lenovo customer service center are telling that led liquid is damage so it will not cover under your warrenty. But i am saying why? I haven't damage or scratches anywhere. Should be under warranty. Give me the feedback as soon as possible. My warranty period is of 3 years. I haven't use it any time. N now i habe left 3-4 months only.

                                        I hv purchased a lenovo k8plus 2months ago. After 1.5month, one day my phone suddenly stopped working and it automatically turned off and it doesn't on. I have submitted to lenovo care on 30/10/17 and they told me that they will replace my motherboard. But still when i call them, they say that the motherboard for my phone which they have ordered is not reaching yet to them. So what is it??? 20days to get a motherboard??? Assam is not so far... All knows. The question is that why lenovo is not taking customer's problem seriously. Frankly speaking its a sign of very bad days are coming to lenovo as customers are not satisfied after spending lots of money. Be serious lenovo. We trust you, dont break our trust by this activities.
