Hi,
I chaitanya from hyderabad,
I bought lenovo zuk 2 plus mobile in june 2017, after 15days phone got mother board problem, i given to service center and they changed the mother board, and after 2 months got volte signal problem again i given to the service center they resolved. Now again getting problem with volte signal problem.
I'm soo tired to roam around service centers. I need a permanent solution for this problem. If i give again to the service center they will resolve but there is no guarantee as never repeat this problem.

    I have purchased lenovo a 6600 plus on[protected] and in few months it started showing some technical issues i have called upon the technical support but tyey havent responded me in right way.
    My issues are.
    1. Slow charging.
    2. Microphone not working
    3. Vibration not working.
    Though muky phone is in warranty but your website says its out of warranty period.
    Very bad experience with lenovo smartphones. Its such a waste of money and time in service center.

      I have lenovo vibe z2 pro mobile, before one & half year its get broken and now i want to purchase that display combo kit from nashik & mumbai lenovo service centers from last 1 year but still i'm not get that product.
      I tell to service center executives about this problem but they only said that will not replace because of not in stock and other reasons.
      So i want take complaints against lenovo mobile

      Please give me that products replace or take action on this lenovo company legal action.

        I had purchase above laptop on my wife name dipali 6 months ago from the day of purchase the laptop battery is not up to the mark as described by semoga company MY laptop s battery not working properly .After battery is fully charged and laptop get used for 3 to 4 hours continuous use the battery got discharged and remain at level up to 20%. So if battery is fully charged and used for 3 to 4 hours continuously with this period battery is use is up to 80% so according to me the laptop battery might have some problem check it and if in warranty period
        kindly replace it

          Hi all,

          I submitted my phone on 9th oct 2017.
          There was sensor & finger print scanner issue on the phone.
          They told i'll have to pay for screen replacement even though phone sensor stopped working by itself.
          Anyway i agreed to pay.
          Phone still under warranty (Purchased it on 17 jul 2017).

          When i recently visited service center, they had broken the display.
          I am following up with both service center & lenovo customer care online (Chat/calls)...
          They have not responded positively.
          Please help.

              I have purchaed mobile lenovo zuk (Z1221) dual 64gb by ebay from sarf trading against invoice no.[protected] on date[protected], but mobile is not working, written mail to them but they do not reply.

              When i have given lenovo local service center they said it is out of warranty product and (Doa), can not be serviced.

              Please help me and solved my problem.

              My Laptop keyboard is not working properly. There is some issue with some keys. For Eg when I press letter 'g' it comes continuously as 'gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg' . etc. So I cant work on that. some times screens are scrolling up and down automatically. Please assist.

                I recently took my phone to lenovo service centre nd the mishandled my mobile phone as well as the did not helped with my problem and gave me usless information to spend money for nothing to get corrected and when i got my phone i noticed that my sim slots were not working properly and firstly i thought that it may be due to the network issue but i came to know i have problem with sim slot so please help me

                  Sir i purchased lenovo ideapad 320s last month threw paytm sites. But laptop not wotrking well. M totally dissappointed from your devices. Only one month after i got to many many problem like when i turn on pc its take around 10to 15min open sometime screen not showing. I think company no did properly qc. I need solution.                     Hi,

                    My complaint reference number is [protected] and i am the owner of ideapad 510.

                    I have registered a complaint to lenovo regarding the graphic issue on my laptop few weeks ago. Lenovo's call technical support couldn't resolve the problem so they recommended me to submit my laptop to lenovo service centre, sector - 16, noida. I have explained the whole situation to them again which i am facing since two month that my graphic processor ge force 940 mx 4 gb is not able to handle games that is in its capability.

                    Without any general checkup, a technical guy there named "shamsher" said to my face that "this is not a gaming laptop". He is totally trying to defense the case however, the guy has no knowledge of lenovo laptop's and its capabilities. It's clearly mentioned in this link (https://www3.lenovo.com/in/en/laptops/ideapad/ideapad-500-series/Lenovo-IdeaPad... with the ideapad 510 you can build your laptop with a variety of configurations to match your budget.                     Then i have explained him the problem in a detail way by showing that the game is lagging which is suppose work fine on this laptop. Then he understood the problem and i have submitted the laptop for check up on saturday, 4th november. Attached is the service sheet. They told me to visit again on monday, 6th november to check the laptop.

                    So i received a call in the morning on 6th november from service centre and the guy told me that he has done all necessary updates and asked me to visit the service centre as soon as possible and check the laptop. So, i believed they must have done their part of the job. Even though i was getting late for office however still i have managed to visit the service centre by extending my office hours. I quickly checked the problem and the problem was still there. Totally a waste of my time. The main problem is the graphic processor is not able to hold the application smoothness and it's lagging in between. I explained the same to the tech guy (Shamsher) that the problem is still not resolved. He requested me that new part must be replaced in the laptop for the game to work lag-less.

                    If you are a tech guy then you will also understand that a 4gb nvidia® geforce 940mx can handle most of the games at least on lowest graphic setting possible.

                    My friends owns a same laptop but with i5 processor (And mine is i7 processor) can easily handle the games which my laptop is not able to and this makes my case more prominent.

                    Then i received a call from the service centre in the evening, 6th november that my case is rejected by lenovo as the problem is not detected. I mean is this is a joke? The people in the service centre don't even have solution to anything. The tech huy there just told me to contact the customer support and doesn't have any solution to the problem even i have explained everything to them

                    I have never seen a worst customer service than this. Nobody from lenovo valued my time. They just know how to toggle the customer between the call support and service centre. This is the last thing i have bought from lenovo and that's it from my side.

                    Really regretting big time. Bought a 65k laptop and seems worthless to me.

                    This is a case of pure fraudulent and cheating to a customer. Money doesn’t grow on a tree, i have worked very hard to buy this laptop to play games which is my passion.

                    This is not a case of just pennies, i have paid ₹65000 for this laptop and i don’t want to regret this for my entire life.

                    After my case is rejected, no body from lenovo conacted me. I even tried contacting them and dropped them a mail but no response from their side. They are just taking it casually.

                    I hope you understand my issue as if this would have happened to you then you would have felt frustrated like me. I hope you can fix this.

                    My k5 vibe phones touch screen is not responding at left and right side, i have two such phones and both has the the same problem. Letters at the extreme sides like, a, z, q, p, l, m are impossible to type, also apps at the edges cant be opened, only central apps on the app menu can be used. please help me to solve this.

                      I have purchased it 8 month ago... Using 1-2 month their was problem in screen... I submitted at service centre rohini near ring road mall... I got my phone after 15 days of service... It was working properly... But from 1-2 month same problem is coming... But this time at service centre they refuse to repair it because they said that their is scratch on almunium coating... So you have to pay fees... Their is no relation of screen panel and coating... My phone is in warranty.. Plz help me

                        I am very disappointed with the lenovo smartphone service. I purchased lenovo p2a42 on 18th march 2017. My phone fell down and got broke, and then i visited service center for replacement of display. He was demanding 8500 rupees from me for screen replacement. I was disappointed because the phone price at flip kart has fallen down to around ~ 15, 000 and he was demanding 8, 500 for only screen replace. How is it justified that i pay this much of amount to just replace the screen. So i changed my mind to get it repaired from local repairing center who uses chinese spare parts, and so i searched the entire hyderabad markets and i didn't find the display. I will never buy a lenovo product. Please tell me what i do with this phone now?

                        I was very eager to buy new k8 note and as i was placing an order in amazon it said there is no delivery service in Darjeeling PIN 734102 .
                        Due to this i had to buy mi note 4 from flipkart which was easily delivered within 3 days.
                        P.s. I really liked to buy K8 note but had to buy mi note 4.
                        Recently I replace Lenovo S 850 battery from Lenovo service centre, after that my wifi has poor range sometimes it doesn't connect to wifi even the wifi is available.showing less range even there is a good range of wifi available.
                        I have purchased k5note in jan 2017 in Aug it's charger failed, no warranty, in October it's sound system failed shown at mapusa service center, said speaker to be replaced n cost will be apps 2000 rs, . No warranty since mb set got small dent on bottom corner. So this handset us unusable within 9 months.

                            Dear sir/mam,

                            It is to inform you that i have purchase the lenovo yoga tab with manufacturing serial no#hgad38qz in may-2017 and thereby facing multiple issues with the same.

                            Enclosing the complete details regarding the same. This is a bit longer so please spare some time to go through complete details in order to have better understanding of the issue:
                            - initially facing issues with the volume button of tab i. E. Both low/high volume button not working. So on dt: 26-oct-2017, first visited your service centre (Shreeje enterprise, rdc raj nagar). Thereby they checked the tab and advise me to collect the same by evening. (Job card no#ldel[protected]
                            On same day in evening i collected it and when asked for the cause the head/owner there talked rudely that better to check whether all working fine or not and leave about the cause
                            - instead of arguing on the cause i thought better to check the things. Volume button working fine so i took the tab back to home
                            - when next day configuring the things then observed that display option/screen resolution and wifi connectivity options stop working. By screen resolution i like to state that when increasing/decreasing the brightness then it’s not working at all i. E. Remains unchanged
                            - so again on dt: 28-oct-2017, i visited the centre in morning around 11:30 am ist. They again told that need to submit the tab and they will check. Hence i submit the same but they told as today lot of crowd is there so manually fill the sheet and they were not able to provide me the job card no# as it will be taken care of against old job card of 26th oct only
                            - i do faith on them and left from there. But till evening when no update came from their side so i re-visited the centre. Thereby their head told me that today didn't get time to check, hence they will revert on this to me by monday. I again asked about job-sheet no# for my reference but he again told lot of crowd today please understand. Again i do faith on them and left without the job sheet.
                            - due to some urgent work, i was not able to visit the centre for next few days and they also didn't intimated me about the progress
                            - so when on dt: 02-nov-2017, i visited the centre (4th visit this time). Then the engineer there told me that he tried updating the software and then also option not started working. Hence they are now waiting for some new tab to came in centre and then they will compare the option then.
                            - this bring me to surprise i. E. A technical person just waiting/depending on some other set availability to check the basic feature and software updates to resolve the hardware related issue. If i might not visited the centre on that day also, then they are not going to pay any attention on that.
                            - i then asked them what the silly excuses they are giving to me. Did they intimated lenovo about the same or whatever process they have to follow did they followed that, but they have no answer to it. And their head usual reacted arrogantly that it’s our issue he will take care, now leave the tab and wait for the answer. No other option with me.
                            - i don't understand is that the way of talking to customers?
                            - then also i calmly reacted and ask them to provide me the job sheet no# and mention in that, that tab was with them since 28th oct and they are not able to resolve the issue. But they denied mentioning the same and provide the job sheet with the current date only (Job card no#ldel[protected]
                            - then i left from there and received a call from them in evening that possibly an issue with the motherboard, so they will update me by next day
                            No update received on next day also
                            - by that time i contacted lenovo care via twitter also. There the team responded me that they escalated the issue and on 04th nov i received a call from a person from mob no#[protected]. He me that calling from senior team and want details regarding my issue. So i detailed him all the things and he ensure me to get back in 30 min. But no update from him as well
                            - then on 04th nov 2017 itself, i contacted lenovo customer care and had a talk with lady executive. Thereby i stated above incidents to her and she taken the service centre person monica in conference. There miss monica ensured that tab issue resolved by updating the software and they tested it well. So i can come and collect the tab but she was not able to explain me the exact cause over the call as well.
                            - i get ready to go and pick the tab but by the time proved to you lady executive also i. E. How lenovo centre people talks and do work. So lady provided me escalated incident no#[protected]
                            - now when i visited the centre and checked my tab. Then in first touch only i get to know that issue remains unresolved. Don't know what they tested again and why making fool of customer.
                            - i didn't collected the tab and re-called lenovo customer care and informed to male executive there about the issue happened. He ensure me to escalate the same to senior management and ask me to drop the mail with complete story. I done the same on same day but then also to-date no updates received
                            - after that i received a call from their feedback department as well regarding service done on 26-oct. I told to lady excecutive that issue still persists and no one hearing. She also ensured to esclate the things but then also no response
                            - yesterday i called to customer care again, they put me on 30 mins hold then executive ensure to turn back in 40 mins. But its now 18+ hours no response
                            - today i re-called customer care, new executive there. He is also demanding time to check and ensuring to esclate.
                            - mean time i am emailing to their email ids as well but no response from there. Even lenovo not acknowding the email took

                            So don't know what is the meaning of esclation in lenovo directory. Its being 15 days now that my tab is in service centre and i have no updates regarding the status. If they are not able to fix the things, as the product is in warranty so they should provide the new tab.

                            Hence request you to please have a check on the concern and help me getting my tab back

                                Had purchased lenovo vibe k5 2 months before. Mobile was water damaged and i have provided the mobile to nearby lenovo registered service center (My biggest mistake). I was informed that it will be fixed within 3 days and they provided a job sheet for the same with no: soin[protected].
                                Its been 35 days now and i havent received any updates. I followed up continuously with them for 10 days and no use. Waste as just the mobile. I want an immediate action to be taken against them.

                                  I have purchased lenovo k6 power (K33a42) from flipkart around one month ago (Invoice date:-26/09/2017, but delivered after 4-5 days more). Yesterday in the morning the mobile was working normally, alarm also rang as usual, i stopped the alarm also. Then the mobile was put in charge. After the mobile was unplugged from charger, i noticed that it was automatically gone into safe mode & i can't bring back the mobile into normal mode, even i couldn't restart the mobile. Then i pressed the start button for a little while & it was going to restart. I thought that the mobile is going to be okay now. But after restarting, i could not access the touch screen any more. Then i went to the lenovo service centre 'smart help' at kalna road, badamtala, burdwan, west bengal. Pin-713101. Contact:- [protected]. They simply told that the set is 'liquid damaged' after opening it and that's why it is not covered under warranty. The cost to repair the set is approx. Upto rs. 11, 000/-, much more than it's original cost!!! I repeatedly told that how can it be liquid damaged where it is not fallen into water, i even used the mobile in the last night & today morning also, i faced the problem of the set after unplugging the set from charger etc. Etc, but the service centre boy told me that "you are bound to listen which i verdict about the phone, i am not bound to listen to your story". My question is that when there is no issue of water insertion in my mobile, when i used the mobile before charging & the mobile behaves abnormally after charging, i have no right to claim my warranty? All of my hard earned money will be wasted like this and within use of one month? The company like lenovo and the seller like flipkart have no responsibility about the products they sell? Why i am bound to listen the service centre's boy's verdict? Why his decision will be final regarding this? If actually the set has been fallen into water, i was compelled to listen to him. But where the actual story is not that, why i will loss my money in this way? Please please help me regarding this.

                                    I purchased lenovo laptop on 14 sept and it stopped working on 22nd sept. I registered a complaint on 23rd sept but lenovo executives are making excuses and always making false promises which they don't fulfill. Even they never stand on their words what they say over phone. Moreover after one and half month they are reminding terms and conditions and they are staying that they are not having parts, whenever it will be available, laptop will be repaired. They don't respond written communication and even nowadays are reluctant to talk over phone. I could not understand that if they are not manufacturing the parts, why are selling such products. If they are not having the parts, who is responsible for that. Why a customer suffers for their mistake as he is not part of their manufacturing or distribution unit.

                                      Lenovo vibe k5 note mobile bought on 31st december, 2016 invoice no: f0yqk[protected].

                                      The mobile was used and kept and suddenly it was not booting up. Only message lenovo was appearing on screen and sent for servicing to your service centre at your jayanagar service centre. They have mentioned it as motherboard damaged and touch pad damaged due to water.

                                      Its evident if it is damaged due to water, we will not get startup lenovo message.
                                      We need it to be solved, as it is still under waranty period.

                                        My brother bought me lenovo idea pad 100s from the us but it underwent a problem and i visited the service centre and they told me that invoice, passport, visa are required but i mailed this issue to [protected]@lenovo.com, he sent a mail that no need of them just invoice is sufficient.
                                        I called my brother and requested for invoice and my brother has forwarded the mail of bill which received from the online shopping site
                                        The same bill i have forwarded to the service centre and given the laptop, but after a week they called me said me that bill is fake we need an original hard copy of the bill.
                                        But the hard copy is not there, the online shopping merchant mailed me the soft copy
