I purchased a lenovo laptop and there is keypad disput within 1 month, lenovo service center said there is a short circuit in keyboard, they said that minimum 12 days are needed to solve problem, why there is some type of problem in a new laptop??? At that moment laptop is very essential for me for interview, how can i leave it for 12 days??? Please help me

    I had bought a lenovo b40-70 laptop s/l no. Cb34098563 around approximately three years back and is under warranty. My laptop had become non responsive, too slow and crashing at times and also ram is supposed to be 4 gb but showing available ram as only 2.43 gb. When contacted lenovo support over chat they had taken my system into remote control and installed lenovo solution centre software and ran hardware scan which returned as failure with hard disk failure. Then the support executive had told me to mail the scan report to [protected]@lenovo.com. When i had sent the report by mentioning sr number, it returned a failure report stating that no complaint exist with number [protected]. Then i had contacted chat again and explained them the situation. Then they had asked me to upload the scan report again in chat and asked if any problem else with system. I told them yes no other problem but looseness of power plug at side and minor break in operations. They had misunderstood for damage in system. Again i had contacted them over their toll free and explained the whole thing to one of their executive. Then he had given new sr number [protected] and he told to take a fresh lsc hardware scan report and six dimensional snapshots of my laptop and send it to [protected]@lenovo.com and also he told me to call back again to confirm it. I had done the whole thing and called back the toll free number of lenovo and one of their executives had confirmed that they had received the report and snapshots and agreed that there is a hard disk failure as per the lsc scan report and told that the hard disk will be dispatched and an engineer will come and do the needful to resolve my problem. But nothing happened. Then i had messaged them over social media and explained the whole thing. Then one mr ashwin had responded and raised an so [protected] to service my grievance. Then after two days again he called me back and blamed me that the service engineer had visited and i was not available at home which is utterly false and complete bluff. No service engineer came to my place and i was available 24 hours all days till now from the complaint lodging date anticipating that somebody from lenovo will come and attend to my system which turned out to be false. Then again i had called the toll free to ask details about escalation matrix but they are adamant to give the same. And when enquired about hard disk dispatch status the male executive told me it is not dispatched and while having this discussion the phone got disconnected. Again i had call their tollfree then one ms. Shreya had lifted the phone listened to the whole thing which i had explained her then she simply told the hard disk has been dispatched. Now whom should i believe? The male agent who told me earlier that hard disk is dispatched or ms. Shreya who is telling hard disk is dispatched? Again when asked about escalation she is adamant to provide information and apologised that she had mistakenly told me that the hard disk has been dispatched. How can a responsible employee in such an esteemed organisation like lenovo commit such silly mistakes? Then she had taken the local lenovo service centre engineer in conference and he is blaming me that i had told him not to come. Whereas i never said that. I just asked whether he (Mr. Harsha) had received the hard disk. He said no and asked me the problem. I explained him over phone. Then he also confirmed hard disk issue and told once they receive hard disk they will come and diagnose my system at a time and this will take two to three days as on 17 november 2017. Meanwhile again call got disconnected. Again i received a call from one mr. Ashwin, stating that he apologises for the inconvenience caused and assured me that he will dispatch the hard disk and the local service engineer will come with hard disk and have a thorough check on my system and will replace if necessary and will do if anything else is required. He also assured me that the old so will be cancelled and a new so will be created with this effect / details and he will communicate me the fresh so number within five to ten minutes but i had never received it. This also turned out to be a false statement and promise from lenovo. After waiting for a long time for new so number and status as assured by mr ashwin, which it had never arrived, i had again called the toll free enquiring about mr ashwin, then he told he do not know who mr ashwin is and told he will not dispatch my hard disk and after the service engineer checks my system only they will do the needful. Then if this is the case why you people at lenovo 1. Taken my system into remote and asked to send the lsc hardware scan report and six dimensional snapshots of my system at [protected]@lenovo.com. 2. Why you are dragging the issue and harassing me? 3. You should have sent the service engineer in the first instance only when i reported the issue to have a check. 4. By deliberately delaying the issue and taking my complaint casually you had wasted a lot precious time of mine which is an irreparable loss to me. Please resolve my grievance / complaint / issue immediately to avoid further inconvenience and harassment to me by the casual and careless attitude of lenovo team

        Myself kishore m from bangalore.

        I am using lenovo k6 power. Using vodafone 4g in sim slot 1 and bsnl 2g in sim slot 2. Everything working fine until last wednesday, nov 15th. All of sudden i started to face an issue of calling (Incoming and outgoing). When 4g lte preferred type is on. I can't make or receive any calls. But i can get mobile data without any issues. Then if i change network type to gsm only, i can make and receive calls but no internet. Really got disappointed too much.

        I called to customer care and seeking support, it was a frustrated conversation. I can't imagine their support was that much worst.. As well none of the service centres to nearby my location. All are minimum 15 to 20km and you know how difficult to reach these places in bangalore traffic. That too service centres not open on sundays. I have to take a personal leave to get this update. Might it's two times for giving and receiving my mobile from service centres.

        This is really frustrated a lot, made me decide to not buy any lenovo item in my future lifetime, as well as suggest to friends and family the same.

        I want to mention that, it is in warranty period..

        Later took the decision of visiting the service centre and i did it.

        Looks like their service and customer concern are too bad, yesterday i went to service centre regarding the below issues. They could not able to solve the issues as well telling me it's working fine with jio sim. But i showed the vodafone 4g sim working fine with my another mobile. Fine as service centre guys recommended i changed my 4g sim taken latest by vodafone centre today. But it also works same, i cannot make or receive na call when 4g lte is on. If i change those network type to 2g it's working fine.

        Really i fed up with your service, no one from support team called and provided solution, rather service centre guys also not supportive.

          The screen of all in one is getting line line form. Not seeing properly. Lenovo customer service center are telling that led liquid is damage so it will not cover under your warrenty. But i am saying why? I haven't damage or scratches anywhere. Should be under warranty. Give me the feedback as soon as possible. My warranty period is of 3 years. I haven't use it any time. N now i habe left 3-4 months only.

            I hv purchased a lenovo k8plus 2months ago. After 1.5month, one day my phone suddenly stopped working and it automatically turned off and it doesn't on. I have submitted to lenovo care on 30/10/17 and they told me that they will replace my motherboard. But still when i call them, they say that the motherboard for my phone which they have ordered is not reaching yet to them. So what is it??? 20days to get a motherboard??? Assam is not so far... All knows. The question is that why lenovo is not taking customer's problem seriously. Frankly speaking its a sign of very bad days are coming to lenovo as customers are not satisfied after spending lots of money. Be serious lenovo. We trust you, dont break our trust by this activities.

              Dear team,

              I have purchased mobile (Moto c+) through flipkart on 25.07.2017 with order no od[protected]. I had submitted mobile on 25.09.2017 at lenovo service centre,
              Marathahalli, bangalore around 11.00 am. I got call from service centre that damage happened due to liquid but i couldn’t believe that answer. I have taken back and intimated lenovo/motorola customer care team but these people were helpless even if the policy to open and show the issue to customer at the time submitting mobile, that also not happened. I had again submitted the same to the same service centre for repairing (Change the charging port) on 14.10.2017 at 11.40 am (Service centre contact no[protected]. But unfortunately the same has been with service centre only as parts not available after one month. Now i have received call from service centre that to take back mobile and give to other service centre. I have forwarded lot of mails to call centre people but issue not yet received. (Irresponsible service centre and manufactures-lenovo/motorola and flipkart)

                  The above mentioned phone was taken to syscomp electra service centre, barrackpore yesterday to cure the problem. My phone is well within warranty & purchased only 5 months back. To my surprise the representative told me that water is soaked in the handset for which warranty is void and hence charges will be levied as per damage. This was to my shock as this handset was used very seldom & kept at home, it has no scratches on it & never soaked in water for sure. I was told that some silver paper has turned red due to soaking in water. After that an estimate of 3500 rupees was given to which i said no & took my handset back today paying the service charges. I am quite sure i was cheated by the representative with false information. I want immediate action against my issue. I am hereby attaching all the documents for your ready reference. Kindly look into the matter and provide me the best solution. And what is value of warranty if customers are cheated this way.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I am a customer/user of this renowned brand of smartphone, so called Lenovo.

                    On Nov 2016 (05.11.2016), I had order Lenovo Vibe K5 Note (IMIE: [protected]) and using the same since then. By April 2017, I started facing some issues with its microphone, though I continued with it by using headphones for speaking. Lately during Sep 2017 I started facing some horrible issues regarding touch screen and finding no way out I had to drop it to my nearest Lenovo service center, Grand Arcade, at Dibrugarh, Assam for immediate servicing, dated 12/10/2017. (Service Order No. SOIN[protected]).

                    Already 4 weeks time has passed and in the name of servicing I have received couple of mails, stating "We are in the process of receiving required part/support to make your said device ready for pick-up" (sent on 20th October & 5th Nov 2017).

                    I wrote to [protected]@lenovo.com on 9th Nov 2017, regarding the same topic. In return i just receive some mails and a call from Customer care services ([protected] someone named Priyanka)saying your product will be ready by 15th of Nov 2017 and also suggested me to call on respective service center (Grand Arcade, at Dibrugarh, Assam) before visiting. I tried for the same on 15.11.2017 but as of my previous experiences with their given contact nos, I found both of their nos are out of reach. Finding no way out I sent a mail to Grand Arcade (along with CC to [protected]@lenovo.com), for further updation of my phone. I received:

                    "Dear Atanu,

                    Thank you for contacting Lenovo.

                    As per your mail, we understand that you are not ready to wait for such long time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and we appreciate your patience.

                    As per the service centre update we understand it might take long time for the service based on the part availability. However, we will escalate this case to the concerned department to work on priority.

                    We request you to wait for the further process.You will get an update from the service centre once the part will be available.we assure that lenovo offers genuine parts to our customers on every repair.

                    We appreciate your understanding.

                    We all know the significance of a phone on your daily life specially when it is a smartphone and certainly it is hampering my daily life activity directly or indirectly. It is just suffering I am receiving after paying my money on such product, first its reliability and now with your provided service, so far.

                    A product for which i have paid 11, 999, which simply has failed to run for a calendar year even, without any mishandling or any bad treatment and now the service is such a disaster. I really had some other perception about this renowned brand, anyways my mistake & my misconception.

                    I want my cell back in proper running condition or my money back.

                      I chaitanya from hyderabad,
                      I bought lenovo zuk 2 plus mobile in june 2017, after 15days phone got mother board problem, i given to service center and they changed the mother board, and after 2 months got volte signal problem again i given to the service center they resolved. Now again getting problem with volte signal problem.
                      I'm soo tired to roam around service centers. I need a permanent solution for this problem. If i give again to the service center they will resolve but there is no guarantee as never repeat this problem.

                        I have purchased lenovo a 6600 plus on[protected] and in few months it started showing some technical issues i have called upon the technical support but tyey havent responded me in right way.
                        My issues are.
                        1. Slow charging.
                        2. Microphone not working
                        3. Vibration not working.
                        Though muky phone is in warranty but your website says its out of warranty period.
                        Very bad experience with lenovo smartphones. Its such a waste of money and time in service center.

                            I had purchase above laptop on my wife name dipali 6 months ago from the day of purchase the laptop battery is not up to the mark as described by semoga company MY laptop s battery not working properly .After battery is fully charged and laptop get used for 3 to 4 hours continuous use the battery got discharged and remain at level up to 20%. So if battery is fully charged and used for 3 to 4 hours continuously with this period battery is use is up to 80% so according to me the laptop battery might have some problem check it and if in warranty period
                            kindly replace it

                              Hi all,

                              I submitted my phone on 9th oct 2017.
                              There was sensor & finger print scanner issue on the phone.
                              They told i'll have to pay for screen replacement even though phone sensor stopped working by itself.
                              Anyway i agreed to pay.
                              Phone still under warranty (Purchased it on 17 jul 2017).

                              When i recently visited service center, they had broken the display.
                              I am following up with both service center & lenovo customer care online (Chat/calls)...
                              They have not responded positively.
                              Please help.

                                  I am vijendra gocher form kota (Rajastha)

                                  I have purchaed mobile lenovo zuk (Z1221) dual 64gb by ebay from sarf trading against invoice no.[protected] on date[protected], but mobile is not working, written mail to them but they do not reply.

                                  When i have given lenovo local service center they said it is out of warranty product and (Doa), can not be serviced.

                                  Please help me and solved my problem.

                                  My Laptop keyboard is not working properly. There is some issue with some keys. For Eg when I press letter 'g' it comes continuously as 'gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg' . etc. So I cant work on that. some times screens are scrolling up and down automatically. Please assist.

                                    I recently took my phone to lenovo service centre nd the mishandled my mobile phone as well as the did not helped with my problem and gave me usless information to spend money for nothing to get corrected and when i got my phone i noticed that my sim slots were not working properly and firstly i thought that it may be due to the network issue but i came to know i have problem with sim slot so please help me

                                      Sir i purchased lenovo ideapad 320s last month threw paytm sites. But laptop not wotrking well. M totally dissappointed from your devices. Only one month after i got to many many problem like when i turn on pc its take around 10to 15min open sometime screen not showing. I think company no did properly qc. I need solution. I paid 37k thousand for this device. But am not satisfied. Please resolve my problem

                                      Screen changed but after 5 minutes its again come with vertical lining, sfter lot of request and reminder my problem not yet solved,

                                        My complaint reference number is [protected] and i am the owner of ideapad 510.

                                        I have registered a complaint to lenovo regarding the graphic issue on my laptop few weeks ago. Lenovo's call technical support couldn't resolve the problem so they recommended me to submit my laptop to lenovo service centre, sector - 16, noida. I have explained the whole situation to them again which i am facing since two month that my graphic processor ge force 940 mx 4 gb is not able to handle games that is in its capability.

                                        Without any general checkup, a technical guy there named "shamsher" said to my face that "this is not a gaming laptop". He is totally trying to defense the case however, the guy has no knowledge of lenovo laptop's and its capabilities.                                         Then i have explained him the problem in a detail way by showing that the game is lagging which is suppose work fine on this laptop. Then he understood the problem and i have submitted the laptop for check up on saturday, 4th november. Attached is the service sheet. They told me to visit again on monday, 6th november to check the laptop.

                                        So i received a call in the morning on 6th november from service centre and the guy told me that he has done all necessary updates and asked me to visit the service centre as soon as possible and check the laptop. So, i believed they must have done their part of the job. Even though i was getting late for office however still i have managed to visit the service centre by extending my office hours. I quickly checked the problem and the problem was still there. Totally a waste of my time. The main problem is the graphic processor is not able to hold the application smoothness and it's lagging in between. I explained the same to the tech guy (Shamsher) that the problem is still not resolved. He requested me that new part must be replaced in the laptop for the game to work lag-less.

                                        If you are a tech guy then you will also understand that a 4gb nvidia® geforce 940mx can handle most of the games at least on lowest graphic setting possible.

                                        My friends owns a same laptop but with i5 processor (And mine is i7 processor) can easily handle the games which my laptop is not able to and this makes my case more prominent.

                                        Then i received a call from the service centre in the evening, 6th november that my case is rejected by lenovo as the problem is not detected. I mean is this is a joke? The people in the service centre don't even have solution to anything. The tech huy there just told me to contact the customer support and doesn't have any solution to the problem even i have explained everything to them

                                        I have never seen a worst customer service than this. Nobody from lenovo valued my time. They just know how to toggle the customer between the call support and service centre. This is the last thing i have bought from lenovo and that's it from my side.

                                        Really regretting big time. Bought a 65k laptop and seems worthless to me.

                                        This is a case of pure fraudulent and cheating to a customer. Money doesn’t grow on a tree, i have worked very hard to buy this laptop to play games which is my passion.

                                        This is not a case of just pennies, i have paid ₹65000 for this laptop and i don’t want to regret this for my entire life.

                                        After my case is rejected, no body from lenovo conacted me. I even tried contacting them and dropped them a mail but no response from their side. They are just taking it casually.

                                        I hope you understand my issue as if this would have happened to you then you would have felt frustrated like me. I hope you can fix this.

                                        my lenovo (laptop) model no-G50 serial no-PF0NYCASUnder warranty period.
                                        my laptop is not working properly.

                                        ihard disk.this laptop buy on Reliance Digital as on 23rd mar 2017.both lenvo service center and Reliance Digital did not respond.

                                        My k5 vibe phones touch screen is not responding at left and right side, i have two such phones and both has the the same problem. Letters at the extreme sides like, a, z, q, p, l, m are impossible to type, also apps at the edges cant be opened, only central apps on the app menu can be used. please help me to solve this.
