Lenovo service center is not responsing my qustions they delaying to take my handset to servisce they cant propery answer my question, delay the time to service and give my handset. Erode lenovo service center service delevery time was extended to 1 week now they saying next week only they delay the time day by day it was not satisfied to me service time to very very slow...

Submitted my lenovo p2a42 (Under warranty) having an issue with the touchscreen on[protected] at hcl kolkata. Haven't received a positive feedback regarding repair of faulty parts or replacement.

An earnest request to the company, if you are unable to repair, or replace, kindly refund my money back. It's very distress not to get a proper feedback till date[protected].

Kindly don't suggest me other handsets...

My phone spoiled two times in warranty. Lenovo care excuses it's liquid damage. But they could not show me liquid in phone. They denied to repair my phone and demand for 1180rs for return my phone with out repairing. I did not pay money and they kept my phone. I emailed to company the don't want to listen. My phone is in warranty and it was on/off problem. The company should be repair my phone or give me new phone because it's second time....

I am having the lenovo ideapad 310. But thr thing is i am not able to open the store of this laptop. I am facing much problems to download the apps. When i open the store it shows the error.

I purchased this laptop z51 -70 close to 1 years and 10 months back. From last 6 months i not getting any backup from the battery. I have used laptops of my other brands but never seen so less battery life. I have always been told battery life will be much more than 3 years

While speaking through phone using loud speaker that time i am not having any problem speaker is good. But while having very next call after using loud speaker, i am not able to get caller voice as well as caller not able to here my voice.
