I have ordered Lenovo K8 plus from flipkart 20 days before but now I am facing problem with the mic. In a voice call the person on other side unable to hear my voice. This kind of product is unexpected from Lenovo. Please suggest what should be the solution for it??
My back camera is not working. My cellphone was given to the service center. After 1 to 2 days of receiving, service Center told me that your phone is okay. You must collect it. But at the time of collecting my phone the same problem again arises and till now it is not done. It was given to the service center on 02/10/2017

    Sir, in my mobile within a 15 minute volume button to be see in my screen and due to this button my all starting work in my mobile is stopped. I visited 2 times lonovo care (Rajkot) also. But i didn't get good service from this side. Now what am i do? I hope that you can help me regards this problem. Please help me... I haven't any further scope without you..

    Moto c sensor is not working, and when I play music in headphones by default sound are play both in phones speaker as well as headphones.

    Last one is pH getting hot while using data. Phone became extremely hot.

      I had order Lenovo power bank (pa10400) my power bank is not charge when plug in the charge and also not properly charge when plug in. The charger and also not indicator the changing
      When I connect my phone to the power bank mobile is also not charge. I was called to customer care they gave me this website. I was brought this power bank only 20days ago.

        Lenavo k6 power is stop charging. I went to the authorized dealer and i am in guarantee period. They said they wont be able to repair for free since the some moisture content went to the charging portal. They are asking me 6000 rs to repair eventhough i am in guarantee period. I dont know how the moisture content went into the charging portal if they are true.

          I purchased lenovo yoga laptop from dubai on 20th january 2017. One month before its stop working so take that laptop to lenovo service center in mumbai. They took 1000 rs as service charge although my laptop is in warranty period. After checking they said its in warranty period so refund my money but on work order they wrote its out of warranty and damaged. Now another service center charge money for rectifying my laptop although its in warranty period. I am loyal customer of lenovo but this is worst experience i am having.in mumbai service center people said we won't rectify it because we don't understand the problem and on work order they wrote my laptop mother board gets collapsed. How irresponsible people are they. We bought so costly products and at the time of service these big brands puts there hands up.

            Sep 2017 purchased lenovo v110, touch pad not working. Complaints to the customer care two to three times, they give only online support, i told it's not an software issue, it's an hardware issue, but they are not accepting. External mouse is working only touch pad not working,

            Today i mailed them the snapshot of the problem, still no reply, i made a call today at 12.15 no.[protected],

              1) i am not getting any response from any

              2) when i go there website to get my
              Product support, website wants my
              Serial no, model no, iemi no of the
              Product, but it's strange when write all
              Those think they want, website says
              "sorry there are no such type of
              Products". I have tried several times
              But answer is same.
              3). When i go their website to find service
              Center around kolkata, website asks me
              To log in. I failed to log in after several
              Attempts.
              Above facts show that lenovo, india
              Is not willing to provide any kind of
              Service after sale..

                I. Am using lenovo k 8 plus from last 15 days, from very second day am suffering from display flickering and late touch response, but i ignored it but from yesterday my phone is not detecting any memory cards.
                I had reset my phone, checked other 2 memory cards but all are not working, same memory card is working on my another phone.
                I have updated to latest version still am suffering from same problem.
                I dont have any service center nearby, so please give me positive response.

                  I purchased lenovo mobile model a 6600 from m/s mangal sales haldwani distt nainital for rs 8000 including tax on 28.7.2017.in fist week of oct. 2017 it stopped functioning. So went to your service centre haldwani and told the problem. They fist told me to come after 2 hrs and after the given time told me come after 3_4. Accordingly after telephonic conversation i went to collect my mobile. I was asked to pay rs 800/- and first refued to give ant receipt of the money paid. After some argument the in charge gave cash memo after charging gst and i had to pay rs 886/-. The receipt given is of shradha communication. I am enclosing the receipts also.

                  Sir my question is that the mobile is under warranty. What is the warranty for? Please look into matter and my problem

                    I am compalining about my new lenovo k6 power smart phone. Its not charging on when plugged into charging socket. Checked the charger by another mobile. Its fine. The mobile is in warranty. I took my mobile to nearby lenovo authorized mobile service centre. They refused to take my mobile because of my mobile's display was cracked. But my compalint was not for that reason. Also the staff was very rude. I really hate the service c entre and i also feel to buy this mobile phone. Kindly help with my compaint registered.

                      I had placed order for l470 laptop (20j5a1ceig) on[protected]. This was a pre-order and supposed to be shipped on[protected]. On 16th they changed the status to shipment delay. I was informed that my product will be shipped within a week (20th sept) as they are facing procurement issues. After a lot
                      Of communication, on 23rd they informed me that my product is not available and i should select any alternative product. This was not acceptable to me. I asked them for refund. On 27th they informed me that my refund will be initiated. On 4th oct i received the refund details and finally on 7th oct got the refund.
                      First thing is, their helpline (Phone) is always busy, so it is very difficult to contact them. Also their response time via email is too much.
                      Second, they repeatedly gave me wrong information like, their site showed the product is available but their email communication and executive over phone were saying it is not available.
                      Third, what they communicated never happened or was delayed like, product delivery and refund.
                      Fourth, they always told me one executive is responsible and looking into my issue and she will call me back. She never called back.

                        Since the day 1 i am suffering after buying lenovo ideapad 510 laptop. The seller told us to buy since it has core i5 and it is a 7th generation laptop. It does not even open properly. Mine is a middle class family and my father was saving money since a long time to buy me a good laptop. This is the worst product ever! I havve to wait for a day sometimes so that at least the laptop would switch on. I have to wait for the connection of the internet. I am pretty much sure i would never buy any other product from lenovo company! Useless service and the behaviour of the seller when we went to check it for the second time was so poor. I would seriously want my 60000 rs back!

                          Its not working now, not even charge a phone of 1800 MAH but powerbank of 13000MAH, data cable od not working. Service centres are not responding.

                            My phone is in service center for last 9-10 days. Whenever i ask the service center about the repair, they only inform me that parts shortage, but its quite frustrating. Yesterday (22.10.2017) i got a sms from "dm-688689" saying that "your phone has been made and ready for pick up". But when i went to service center to collect my phone i came to know, there has been no progress at all till date. Lenovo just close the issue/job because the still don't have the parts available.

                            It is so bad to know there has been no/least after sales service from lenovo and now i am regretting. I would request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

                              I bought a lenovo p2 smart phone on may 2017 from flipkart. After 5 months o[censored]sage, one day i called a person and kept the mobile in my pocket. After half an hour when i took my mobile it was showing no display. But the phone was still in on condition. When i contacted the lenenvo service centre in trivandrum after looking at the product they showed cracks in display and was replying that the crack was already present before submitting for verification. But iam sure that there was no crack in the display till i gave the item for anaylsis.

                                My name is dr. Augustine george, working in government medical college, kottayam, kerala. I bought a lenovo k6, power on 31/7/2017, the second day after purchase the phone switched off automatically and was not charging. Gave the phone to authorised service centre they checked and gave back the phone two days after saying phone is ok. Again last month same complaint came gave the phone to authorised service centre at kottayam... They also did something gave back the phone and said it's working now. Again on 19/10/2017 gave the phone to the authorised service centre at kottayam (Voice plus) with the same problem. Now they where not able to revive the phone and said the phone is not working and there is water inside the phone. I wonder is there some magic by which water has gone inside. They said phone is dead and u have to buy a new phone. I asked about the warranty and they said it's out of warranty as it's negligence from customer part.
                                I realised that it is a just creating a out of warranty situation. And i strongly felt that it's a violation of customer's right. With in three months the phone is dead...
                                Kindly reimburse the cost incurred or do the needful. Otherwise i have to deal this legally.

                                  They have no brain to talk with customer. If we spend huge money to purchase a brand mobile (Lenovo) and after few days when we found any issue regarding mobile. We should go to the service centre na... But your people are not good to talk..

                                  Submitted my mobile to resolve the issue (Mic 1 fail) they told me first in warranty it will take 10 days, if without warranty then same day you will got your mobile, now i am following up for more than 7 days regularly they not receive my phone, nor call back to me for the update.

                                    Since from 8 months the above said phone display stuck for 2 or 3 days and it started working it happens around 3 times asofnow in addition to that now the some applications are working like shareit files as such regarding this i approached the authorised service centre they telling me that it due to phisical damage

                                      I had a very bad experience with this product from 1st week o[censored]sage. The reception was going for a toss initially & later the device used to switch off on its own. It would not switch on back for a day or two, and later was switching on.

                                      I took this to your authorized service center in bangalore (1575, 11th main road, aurobindo marg, 4t block, near main post office, jayanagara, bengaluru, karnataka 560011) and they said there was no issue with the device. It worked for another week & i had same issues. I took it to same service center 2 more times & they returned saying there was no issue.

                                      I stopped using the device with sim card & used it only to watch media. From last week the device is not even switching on. It just charges & thats it. And now its out of warranty (Just a week)

                                      This is the worst experience i had with any brand w. R. T product & a hopeless service capabilities.

                                      I dont want to go to the same service center who are totally incapable to detect any issues. Let me know how can this issue be resolved.

                                        Battery drains fast and many apps such as facebook messenger takes a lot of time to get installed from the play store. Other apps are ok but the battery drains within 2 to 3 hours o[censored]sage. Facebook messenger app takes 10 minutes to get installed from the play store. Tell me a way to fix this issues. I have another lenovo phab 2+ but it s performance is very good but k3 note has these 2 issues which needs to be fixed immediately.
                                        Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
