I have purchased lenovo k6 power (K33a42) from flipkart around one month ago (Invoice date:-26/09/2017, but delivered after 4-5 days more). Yesterday in the morning the mobile was working normally, alarm also rang as usual, i stopped the alarm also. Then the mobile was put in charge. After the mobile was unplugged from charger, i noticed that it was automatically gone into safe mode & i can't bring back the mobile into normal mode, even i couldn't restart the mobile. Then i pressed the start button for a little while & it was going to restart. I thought that the mobile is going to be okay now. But after restarting, i could not access the touch screen any more. Then i went to the lenovo service centre 'smart help' at kalna road, badamtala, burdwan, west bengal. Pin-713101. Contact:- [protected]. They simply told that the set is 'liquid damaged' after opening it and that's why it is not covered under warranty. The cost to repair the set is approx. Upto rs. 11, 000/-, much more than it's original cost!!! I repeatedly told that how can it be liquid damaged where it is not fallen into water, i even used the mobile in the last night & today morning also, i faced the problem of the set after unplugging the set from charger etc. Etc, but the service centre boy told me that "you are bound to listen which i verdict about the phone, i am not bound to listen to your story". My question is that when there is no issue of water insertion in my mobile, when i used the mobile before charging & the mobile behaves abnormally after charging, i have no right to claim my warranty? All of my hard earned money will be wasted like this and within use of one month? The company like lenovo and the seller like flipkart have no responsibility about the products they sell? Why i am bound to listen the service centre's boy's verdict? Why his decision will be final regarding this? If actually the set has been fallen into water, i was compelled to listen to him. But where the actual story is not that, why i will loss my money in this way? Please please help me regarding this.

    I purchased lenovo laptop on 14 sept and it stopped working on 22nd sept. I registered a complaint on 23rd sept but lenovo executives are making excuses and always making false promises which they don't fulfill. Even they never stand on their words what they say over phone. Moreover after one and half month they are reminding terms and conditions and they are staying that they are not having parts, whenever it will be available, laptop will be repaired. They don't respond written communication and even nowadays are reluctant to talk over phone. I could not understand that if they are not manufacturing the parts, why are selling such products. If they are not having the parts, who is responsible for that. Why a customer suffers for their mistake as he is not part of their manufacturing or distribution unit.

      Lenovo vibe k5 note mobile bought on 31st december, 2016 invoice no: f0yqk[protected].

      The mobile was used and kept and suddenly it was not booting up. Only message lenovo was appearing on screen and sent for servicing to your service centre at your jayanagar service centre. They have mentioned it as motherboard damaged and touch pad damaged due to water.

      Its evident if it is damaged due to water, we will not get startup lenovo message.
      We need it to be solved, as it is still under waranty period.

        My brother bought me lenovo idea pad 100s from the us but it underwent a problem and i visited the service centre and they told me that invoice, passport, visa are required but i mailed this issue to [protected]@lenovo.com, he sent a mail that no need of them just invoice is sufficient.
        I called my brother and requested for invoice and my brother has forwarded the mail of bill which received from the online shopping site
        The same bill i have forwarded to the service centre and given the laptop, but after a week they called me said me that bill is fake we need an original hard copy of the bill.
        But the hard copy is not there, the online shopping merchant mailed me the soft copy

          I bought laptop lenovo with serial no : pf0id0fq, at saudi arabia in international warranty.
          Now i am in india, when i get keyboard complaint i contacted the lenovo support via chat and described the issue.
          Customer support advised to visit service center which 35 kilomerters away.
          I visited service center and drop the laptop and they registered complaint id :[protected].
          But afte 2days they have rejected the service saying item not available..
          How to proceed now i cant understand.
          This item is not available in other local stores also. If i take service other than authorized service center my laptop warranty will end.
          Please do needfull in this matter..

            I had purchased lenovo mobile (K33a42) in mid june 2017 and within 4 weeks mic was not working properly. I went to the service center and they kept it for 2 weeks saying that part is not available and after 2 weeks service center returned the phone after replacement of malfunctioning part.
            But the problem is not yet solved, still the person on other side (During call) says i can't hear ur voice properly and i had to keep keep my hand near mic for proper transfer of voice. I always had to use my both hands whenever i am talking on my lenovo mobile.

              Hi,

              I would like to register a complaint against lenovo. I have bought a lenovo laptop model no z51 70 from paytm. Within a year the battery stopped working. Its not charging at all. I have made so many complaints in lenovo center but no response. I want a new battery. But i am not getting the compatible battery for the laptop as they are saying they dont have a battery. I want you take strict action against these kind of nonsense companies who are looting indian customers. You should not even allow these companies to sell their products in our country if they cant provide post services. These companies are cheaters.

                Crashing ui, hanging phone, call doesnot connect. Worst experience ever. Bad customer satisfaction. I will sue the company of mobile handsets if the issue is not sorted soon. This is my final word. Very angry about the ui. Very bad usrr interface. Bad launcher. Bad customer care service, no updates, bad experience overall after buying this product. Crashing ui everything goes off. I am doing important work and the ui crashes or the phone hangs. What's all this. Pls rectify it as soon as possible

                  My desktop is being attended by 'vision edge solution' p-37, c. I. T road, schm. Iv m, 1st floor kolkata-700010.

                  First attended on 13.05.2017 then in the month of aug'17. Dated 8th..2nd time after repair due to my ignorance mircrosoft office has been deleted.

                  As soon as i told the center they advised to attend the service center and told no charge is required to be paid. But due to communication problem from my place i failed to attend..

                  Recently when i contacted again they told i have to pay charges for loading os and other. Presently the system is ok..

                    Hello,

                    My concern is there will be no guarantee on mobile (If you give your mobile for any service in authorised service center) will work after warranty.

                    Because today i am facing the issue with my lenovo zuk z1 phone. My phone warranty ended in october 16th 2017. I had visited the customer care center before warranty itself (On 7th october 2017), because phone is getting heat and restarting several times, so customer care people dessembled it and updated software etc (I donno what they did). Phone was working for some days until my warranty expiration date.

                    After that i am facing the issues restarting several times. Shutdowned for every 5mins. So i reached same lenovo customer care center at kukatpally, hyderabad, india.

                    I asked customer care executives to look at it once and i said that this issue might be because of your dessembling. They cheked it and they said yes its because of dessembling but why dont you reached earlier. Now you dont have warranty, you have to pay 70% of mobile as a customer service charge (Because its mother board issue etc). What is this #? How can i know restarting is because of dessembling of the device. They did so much nasty in my mobile now they are forcing me to pay 70% of mobile charge. What is this # man? Who is the responsible for this now.

                    I need answer from lenovo. Please send me the recorded video of dissembling of my phone so that we will get to know who is the victim of my issue.

                    I have all the screenshots regarding this issue

                    Resolution:
                    I am requesting extended warranty from the company/authorized service center. Or need brand new lenovo zuk z1 phone. (I will return old one)

                    today i got call from lenovo escalations team that they are also repeating the same issue will be resolved but i need to pay charges.

                    chages will be 70percent of mobile cost.

                    what is this, how can i pay money for which i am not responsible for?

                      Due to the raining condition my phone was affected my mist or water. I have problem of phone off, not on, no charging.. Is there any waranty covered by the phone which is affected by water.
                      I have seen in you tube that the =same model was dipped in water and insert in the water and still mobile was used by the reviewer. Company also says that phone is water resistant. But my phone was affected. Pls clear me the problem.. I have given the amount of rs.12999/- hav bill and box.. How to resolve the problem??                         Worst ever service is lenove company & service centres. I deposited smart phone with maa sarasati computets jammu on 9th oct fr repair but till date no msg no repair has been carried out. Whenever we try to contact the lenove service centre it z closed.
                        Cheats... No response from this company also...
                        Regret fr purchasing this lenovo phone... I went last saturday it as closed again today it was closed. No phone us working of yr service centre.. My phone is with them & they don't respond positively fr it's repairs...

                            Dear sir/madam
                            I orederd a lenovo smartphone from amazone on dated 21 oct. 2016. And its delivered after sometime.
                            Know i my phone have a some problem. On dated 2/11/2017 i went to your service center (J. B. V mobile solution, f-396, first floor, khajoori khas, main wazirabad road, opp. Bhajanpura market, delhi-110090. Phone : [protected]) for repairing my phone they checked my phones status online and its clearly shows 55 days remaining and also shows end dates 27/12/2017, but they told me that the warranty was start from my orederd date without placing me so they are not repair my phone under warranty and when i asked how about online status of warranty they told me online status is always wrong.. And also charged me 177 rs for checking the phone. I m totally disturb mentally. And its a matter of deficiency in service and applicable for consumer court, consumer act 1986 sec. 12. Also a criminal 420 offence.

                              My moto g5s screen got damaged and i placed at order at technotronics technologies for screen replacement on 20-oct-2017.
                              Today is 4-nov-2017 and i have not received any service from them yet.

                              Everytime i call them, the exceutive takes details from me and hangs up the call and then their phone is either busy or they dont answer.

                              The service executive are totally ineffective and do not support.
                              They took advance payment from me and now are not bothering to respond back. This is a good way of earning interest on my money
                              This is how pathetic lenovo after sales service is!!!

                                I have purchased the lenovo z2 plus mobile on 2 months back. When delivered the touch was not working properly then i returned the phone and get the new lenovo z2 plus it was working fine for few days but since yesterday the touch in the lower portion of the phone is not working fine. I visited to the lenovo service center at shakarpur, near luxmi nagar but they denied to change the screen and said its a hardware issue but is was working all fine, all of a sudden it stopped wokring.
                                For correcting they asked for rs6800.
                                The phone is under warrenty its only 2 months i have purchased the phone and they are not doing anything for this.
                                I'm very dis-satisfied with the type of service they are providing.
                                I'll not suggest anyone to go for lenovo.

                                  I have lenovo p2 and i submitted in service center on 14th september. After few days they told me that they have to replace the product because the part is not available. I submitted my cellphone for replacement on 6th october 2017. Then i was told by service center that i wil receive my cellphone replacement whithin few days but now its a month and i did not receive my cell phone yet. Every time i went thaer n asked about my cell phone, they said it will come in 2-3 days.

                                    Purchase separetly wireless laser lenovo mouse (Model - morffhl), which laser not working properly, so i called to lenovo care they told me we dont support for mouse but we have other team who care of this, they give mail id ([protected]@lapcare.com) to communicate with them. I mail them all details with snap of product and invoice copy. They reply (From sonu thakur) we don’t have support of lenovo thinkpad product, please contact to lenovo for warranty support.
                                    I again try to contact with lenovo same procedure they guide, but no any support i get from lenovo for separetly purchase mouse, after all the product has 1 year warranty.
                                    Very poor and bad service am facing from lenovo.

                                    Kindly help me.
